Starting from now all the way to the end of the year, for those who grieve, it's a triggering season. Often during these times, we reach out to things for comfort that are not so healthy.
My guest today is a functional nutrition coach. She's going to share with us how to manage food during our grief. We're going to talk briefly on the difference between functional medicine and mainstream medicine and a new area of research, epigenetics.
