Today is Episode 3 of the Grief Round Table Miniseries.
The topic today is forgiveness. If someone you love died at the hands of another or you’ve struggled to forgive yourself or someone you love for the death of your loved one, this episode will bring to the surface the steps needed to forgive and shine the light on the freedom that forgiveness brings to your life.
Each guest shares their personal struggle of forgiveness. Through their vulnerablity you will see that grief is hard and the circumstances surrouding their loved ones death could have robbed them and their families of the peace needed to face life after death. They are overcomers of what the enemy meant to kill, steal and destroy.
Forgivness is an act of self care, while this may be a new concept for you I encourage you to consider the cost of not forgiving to your mental and physical health.

Learning to be your own best advocate is key to surviving grief. I want to help you become an advocate for yourself, but here's the thing, while grieving your ability to think clearly is skewed, much less how to know and understand what your needs are. Boundaries In Grief is the key to restoring peace in the chaos.
