Dr. Saundra Dalton Smith brings her expertise today to teach us how to rest. “The result of missing out on the rest we need is high achieving, high producing chronically tired burned out individuals” says Dr. Saundra. Spoiler alert, sleep is not rest. 

I was desperate for relief from the exhaustion of grief. I stumbled on a podcast where Dr. Suandra was being interviewed about her book Sacred Rest. I read it cover and to cover.
