What's up everybody and welcome to the first of two big Friday editions of the Stake for Breakfast podcast today. I'm Ron and I've got Noah here with me. Lots of late-breaking news. Donald Trump and Joe Biden sparred at the first 2024 presidential debate at CNN headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia Thursday night in prime time. And we've got all the highlights and post-event analysis. America reacts to the first presidential debate and the results couldn't have been better. For President Trump, does Joe Biden's abysmal performance last night spell the end of his candidacy for re-election? We'll break it down. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas visited the U.S. Southern border to provide the Biden administration cover for the recent rash of brutal migrant crimes across America while the U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland faces a Friday deadline to turn over a former special counsel Biden tapes or face inherent contempt of Congress. House Speaker Johnson and Robert Loudermilk race to prevent Steve Bannon from his scheduled July 1st date with federal prison and the Democrats roll out this election cycle's version of the 51 former intelligence officials against Donald Trump. In addition to that, we'll hit all the late-breaking news heading into the weekend. We've got a great set of guests coming in here today. As well folks, we'll sit down with the House Judiciary Chairman, Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan for the first time. We'll catch up with the Congresswoman from Indiana, one and only Miss Victoria Sparks. Wisconsin Congressman Tom Tiffany will be making his illustrious return to the show and will get a full update from what went down in the spin room last night with one American News' very own White House correspondent, a lovely Miss Monica Page, but before we get into any of our interviews, let's jump right into these headlines and change the way you consume your news. Monkey, this is not nom. This is bowling. They're a rule. Hey, hey, hey, Junior! America! It's like four-- BASTEST! So stand by! All right, everybody, welcome to the "Stake For Records" podcast. I'm Ron Noah's here with me. Yo, if you're a first-time listener, welcome to the show. If you're a long-time listener, welcome back to America's fastest growing and quickly becoming favorite political podcast. And boy, do we have two action-packed Friday editions of the show for you guys today. Guest List, A-tier, as usual. As you just heard, we're going to be sitting down for the first time. With Congressman Jim Jordan, we're also going to have back one of our favorites. Representative Tom Tiffany will be here. Victoria Sparts, representative from Indiana, will be bringing the fire and fury and telling us about all the doings currently going on in the House of Representatives. And we'll be catching up with the first time. With the Arizona Young Republicans, Char the Perez. She's a chairwoman for the organization. It's going to be the first time we connected with her. A couple episodes ago, we got down with the Florida Young Republicans for the first time. Everyone who listens to our show on a regular basis knows we have great relationships with the DC and New York Young Republicans as well. And we are trying to build a network here of people that are really making a difference in this country. So lots to talk about. Lots of breaking news today, which is unusual for a Friday. Much like it was unusual to have a debate last night. America got their first taste of Joe Biden and Donald Trump head-to-head, not on the campaign trail in the same room, from CNN headquarters in Atlanta. Noah, if you could sum it up in just one sentence from the two-hour specticate that we saw, what do you think? You want me to summarize it? I mean, you watched it. I mean, you don't always watch everything and then we talk about stuff offline. So like, at least we're on the same page here. But you sat down and you took this in last night from start to finish. Just your initial reaction, how's that? It was a shit show. I think you could call it. And it's amazing that, because I've already seen the people online coming out and saying that Joe did fine, that he was amazing and all that kind of shit. But then there's everybody else just saying that was a fucking travesty. Yeah. I mean, just the oh fuck moments and watching him revert back to, I mean, there must have been some sort of remote delivery device for amphetamines or whatever it was they were dosing him up with. At one point, he stopped blinking again like that one video that we thought was a deep fake. Maybe it wasn't. Yeah. Maybe he was so hopped up on fucking goofballs that he literally couldn't blink. Like, I was trying to count how long it was and then they changed camera angles. Very good job CNN changing camera angles because people were starting to notice. You know, people also started to notice when exactly CNN was cutting these people off because they would get the first two words in the next thing. You know, it was just a tight shot of the person who was actually green lighted to speak. So, but listen, there was a couple of times when it bounced back and forth where both mics were on, which I didn't think was supposed to be the case. It was almost like they were allowing him to somewhat be let, you know, hung out to dry. Well, you know, I think my biggest takeaway was if the biggest argument they had last night in regards to back and forth, not prepared replies was over their golf handicaps. That was amazing. It was and we'll hear a clip of that in a little bit. But, you know, listen, Biden actually lost when it comes to the competition of not speaking out of turn. Biden is actually the first one to do that. Well, I think that's one of the biggest things you have to take when you look at the debate as a whole. So, everybody for the last several months have been saying, like, this is a trap. It's before the RNC. It's when Donald Trump is doing well in the polls. The only thing this could do is hurt them. They're going to bait him into these emotional reactions that we see from him sometimes or we've seen from him in the past and debates back in 2020 and 2015 as well. And you want to know what? Every single thing that people had said Donald Trump had is a pitfall going in. Joe Biden fell in before Donald Trump could even step up too. So it was like once Donald Trump kind of realized that Joe Biden was going to be unhinged for this thing very early on, I would say he just relaxed. He just sat in just what put the cruise control on. Just wait for it to happen. And there were some iconic Trump moments as always. I mean, he knows how to do these things. You want to talk about someone that's spoken in some of the biggest business capacities on the planet. He's also been an entertainer and mixed in the Hollywood for such a long time. Since he's become a politician for nearly the last 10 years, he's spoken probably before millions of people when you add everybody up. And it's just like this was going to be a slam dunk for him. The only X factor that I saw going in, obviously, was it going to be a three-on-one or a one-on-one? And I'd be honest with you. After the first couple minutes of Joe Biden barely being able to get through his opening remarks. It was a legitimate one-on-one. The moderators, I have to say, I give them like a seven out of ten. You know, they challenged Donald Trump on some stupid stuff. They did not recant Joe Biden on some things he said, which were blatant lies, like the Charlottesville stuff and things of that nature. But I'll look at it. And then when you talk about the fact-checking, which we're going to get to in a little bit, there was a big difference between how CNN fact-checked Donald Trump. A lot of Donald Trump's fact-checks were open-ended. I'll explain it a little bit. Where Joe Biden had like some memorized bullet points of things that just weren't true. And it did not look good for him from start to finish. We're going to jump right into it. Why would they even touch the very fine people thing? Why would you touch that? Is that him just recalling talking points from another era where he just... He was memory-whaling back into the old stuff. I mean, I can't understand it. And then watching the moderators actually at some point were coaching Biden, too, because they would say, "All right, former President Trump, you have 45 seconds left," and they would do that and they would rehash what he was supposed to be talking about. But with Joe, they would be like, "Joe, you have 45 seconds left," and then they would tell him what he's supposed to be talking about. And it was very different. You can't help but notice that. So, you know, I'm just looking right here. I have a hot sheet that I often reference when we listen to some Democrat commentators here. And, you know, when you look at some of the things that I wrote down, the Democrat methodology to attack Donald Trump, and you go through the entire debate from start to finish and look at the things that Joe Biden wanted to highlight, number one, he called his administration so historic, DEI right there, the sacrifice of women's rights for all the abortion lobbyists. He talked about lawfare and Donald Trump being, you know, convicted felon. He got into the police and saying them in the military don't support him. Donald Trump's reply to that was amazing. Gaslighting forever wars in the open border on immigration. And then just the constant spin, remember, it was that Democrat consultant that we heard, Donald Trump, every time a Democrat opens their mouth, they should be calling him like a rapist, a racist, and an insurrectionist in that order, and continue to remind them of that. Joe Biden did the best of his ability to try and push that narrative, but it was just the delivery system. First of all, what the fuck was up with his voice? Well, I mean, he wasn't whisper coughing. There was a couple of times where he went to go cough, but he didn't cough, but he still put the hand up like he was going to cough, like that's his little blankie for when he gets uncomfortable. He fucking coughs. I don't know. He was doing the air handy. Well, he did the Corn Holyo at 1.2, and I think somebody in his earpiece told him to put it down. The other thing, I don't think that, I don't know if the team or even Joe Biden himself thought that they were going to not go split screen when the other person was talking and just him like, obviously when he was looking down, he was reading or writing notes, but all the times he just sat there and stared at Donald Trump with his mouth open, it was disturbing. Yeah, it was weird, and that's another thing I noticed. Wasn't there not supposed to be notes? Like they can write their own notes, but wasn't there not supposed to be pre-prepared notes? Well, I mean, Joe Biden did have a lot written down on that scratch paper, and I don't know how fast he could write out of his current mental capacity, but there were a little bit more notes, and I would have thought you'd find on a blank pad throughout the course of that debate. And who knows? Yeah, it was obvious. Yeah, there was definitely a couple of pages worth of scribbles on there, and I was watching how much he was writing. He was doodling penises, if anything. That's it. That's it. And at one point he literally changed the page on his notes, like I was like, wait, what? And I forget what he was talking about. He said number one and number two, that was the part where he looked down, and it totally looked like he was just reading notes, like he didn't even know what his number two was. He had to actually refer back to his notes that he wasn't supposed to have, which, oh, that was when he was talking about taxes on the middle class people. He's looking at his notes. He wasn't writing at all prior to that, nothing. He was writing early on in the beginning, and then occasionally he would scribble something here or there, but there wasn't two pages of notes for him referring to. Well, I mean, I sent you a couple clips yesterday where people who were doing the post-debate commentary were saying like Joe Biden knew the questions. Freudian slip, obviously, I don't think they meant like he had the questions, but it's almost certain that Joe Biden had the questions before this debate happened. I mean, we found out that Hillary Clinton had back in 2015, and God knows what they did for Joe Biden in regards to, I mean, the Donald Trump was losing by like 40% in both debates when he went up against Joe Biden the first two times. I'm still Trump. I actually watched the first debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden back from 2019, and I just can't, it's just that, you know, the media had beaten Donald Trump down so bad that anyone was looking for anything outside of America first that wasn't him. Congress had hijacked the government. The Department of Justice was out of control, you know, even like, you know, the Department of Homeland Security, which was Donald Trump's one of his strong. He had to physically get on a plane and go to the summit and meet with these world leaders to get anything done himself towards the end of his administration, and it's a fucking shame that that's the way it went down, but I think America's realizing, man, if we would have let this guy actually follow through with his agenda in regards to border security and energy dominance and all this other stuff, the world would be a lot safer place right now. There'd be so many more people, at least American citizens who are not dead because of it. And it's just, you know, tragedy the way it had to gone down, again, unprecedented in the nature, not since the late 1800s, that would be Cleveland v Harrison, and that had to head match up. Do we not see the other side of a coin in just one election cycle, a former president running against a current president who was the former president to retake the Oval Office? We'll have to see what happens. I do before we get into one of the clips have to play one little audio because some people in our comments section, after all the winning we've achieved over the last 24 hours, and we'll talk about that a little bit later in the show, Supreme Court's doing a hell of a job today. Everybody was bitching about the First Amendment case that came down this week, and again, that's a punt for when stuff actually happens regarding that censorship, so it's kind of hard to rule on it in real time. That's why they kind of kicked the can down the road. But when you want to talk about some of the other stuff, the removal of Chevron and the destruction to the administrative state that that does in regards to regulations, and then the 1512C2 ruling, the terrorism attack on for all the J6 people and part of the formulation of Jack Smith's special counsel into Donald Trump in January 6th. Now again, we're waiting for the presidential immunity ruling to come down, but this is half the battle, and I'm not just talking about GI Joe, I'm talking about one of our favorite other entities, and that's NW MAGA. You know, I could see today Donald Trump coming down the ramp as Hollywood Hulk Trump sunglasses. He doesn't really have a mustache, so we'd have like the black dyed sideburns maybe. He'd be followed by Stephen Chong, who's a wrestling enthusiast as part of the Wolfpack. Susie Wiles could be the lovely Elizabeth, and we'd have to figure out who else, maybe Chris Laszavita could be Razor Ramon, but you know, I'm telling you guys, when you look at the great 24 hours that we've had, it's been a long time since we headed into the weekend with this much actual winning. You really have to be thankful for the job that this Trump team has done, and that's my last point before we start to get into the actual debate breakdown here. There's been so many people hyper critical of the Trump campaign and the RNC, when you've seen Donald Trump out there, in between all of his court stuff, do in the best he can. Listen, he got off the debate stage last night close to midnight eastern time, and now he's about to take the stage again in Chesapeake, Virginia for a huge rally with Governor Glenn Yunken there. I mean, Joe Biden had a rally in a high school gymnasium today, as usual it was one-tenth filled. The angles were tight, but you know, and nobody really gives a shit about Joe Biden in North Carolina. He's not winning that state in this election, so I just, it's going to be interesting to see if there's been reports that Ron Clayne, former top advisor to Barack Obama and Joe Biden and Barack Obama himself will be meeting with Joe Biden today, so we'll be tracking that as well. But let's get into this debate. I mean, like you said, from the very beginning, Kamal Harris even said he started out the gates pretty slow. Here's Joe Biden in a portion of his opening statement. Take a look at what I was left when I became president, what Mr. Trump left me. We had an economy that was in freefall, the pandemic was so badly handled, many people were dying. All he said was it's not that serious, just inject a little bleach in your arm to be all right. The economy collapsed. There were no jobs. Unemployment rate rose to 15 percent, it was terrible. And so what we had to do is try to put things back together again, and that's exactly what we began to do. We created 15,000 new jobs, and we brought out in a position where we have 800,000 manufacturing jobs. It's more to be done. It's more to be done. Working class people are still in trouble. I come from Scranton, Pennsylvania, I come up household, we're at a kitchen table, things weren't able to be met during the month. It was a problem. The price of eggs, the price of gas, the price of housing, the price of a whole range of things. That's why I'm working so hard to make sure I deal with those problems, and we're going to make sure that we reduce the price of housing. We're going to make sure we build two million new units. We're going to make sure we cap rents so corporate green can't take over. A combination, what I was left with in corporate green is the reason why I'm in this problem right now. In addition to that, we're in a situation where if you had to take a look at all that was done in his administration, he didn't do much at all. By the time he left, there were things that were in chaos, lose it or in chaos. We put things back together. We created it. I said those jobs. We'd make sure we had a situation where we now brought down the price of prescription drugs, which is a major issue for many people, to $15 for an insulin shot, exposed to $400. No senior has to pay more than $200 for all the drugs they conclude beginning next year. In a situation where we're going to make that available to everybody, to all Americans, so we're working to bring down the price right now, and that's what we're going to get done. It's interesting that he mentions the rent control, and not letting that be corporate greed. Well, that's all fine and good, but it kind of admits that big corporations like Blackrock are scooping up all the rental properties, and that's why the rent prices are going up too. They sure are. You know, I'm watching this again on the computer, right, and the split screen of Joe is amazing. As Joe Biden goes on to ramble through all this bullshit that doesn't make sense, and nothing is connected. Donald Trump, he had like, you know, he does the squinty eyes with like the kissy lips. And then after a while, you see his eyebrows kind of jolt up, and he's like, okay, is it? This is what it's going to be. And then he starts talking about like health care and all this other affordable housing and by the end, Donald Trump's like, all right, I'm glad I didn't prepare for a debate. I'm glad I worked on all policy stuff in between because that's what I want to hammer Joe Biden on. And he's like, I should have brought my diet coke out here. Oh, man, it was, I mean, listen, if you were watching any of the other networks who were commentating MSNBC news nation, obviously Fox News as well, and they started to get into the commentary while this was going on live. They were just like, absolutely shocked at the presentation that Joe Biden gave to the American people last night. And if we have, and before, you know, just let me jump this in here real quick, if we have any people that are really good audio engineers, not that I'm not a good audio engineer, but very good audio engineers. There's a couple portions of the debate where, to me, with my experience in audio, it sounds like there's audio interference and you can hear talking. Somebody needs to go and separate that audio and boost it so we can hear what the fuck is being said because my suspicion is Joe Biden had an earpiece in and he was being coached throughout the whole thing. And every once in a while, something happened. I mean, because the audio was bad, like, I don't know who was running the audio for that thing, but like, I'm pretty sure that Trump didn't gulp audibly while he was talking. I heard like a weird gulp. I was like looking down, taking notes and it didn't look like Trump had even paused from talking, but somebody gulped directly into the microphone and it was loud. So my suspicion is that his earpiece was either bleeding into the other audio or there was some sort of radio interference that was causing that. You better cool your jets, buddy, because you're going to make Barack Obama's spills, Maricana. I know, right. He can listen all over the jam. There you go. If he gets listened to the debate through Joe Biden's earpiece, he can listen to steak for breakfast. Actually, he was in the basement probably wearing, like, the yellow fishing jumpsuit, like Gordon's fisherman. Oh, I like it. What I also liked is Donald Trump calling out Joe Biden for his incompetence and weakness across the globe, especially in places like what happened with the Afghan withdrawal. It's so weird that Joe Biden said military men and women weren't dying under his administration. I mean, I know he checked his watch when we had the dignified transfer of the 13 men and women who were massacred at Abigat during the Afghan retreat. However, just to not be able to remember that, it's funny because they don't go to the Joe Biden speaking events. They're not asked to go to the state of the union address. They're in the front seat in the VIP section at Trump rallies every time he's in town and it's just a night and day difference between. When Joe Biden started to say the military didn't even like him, Donald Trump ran with that one and absolutely dunked on him. Well, let's hear this policy stuff going on with the back and forth between those two regarding that. He would have never, he would have never invaded Ukraine. A lot of people are dead right now, much more than people know, you know, they talk about numbers. You can double those numbers, maybe triple those numbers. He did nothing to stop it. In fact, I think he encouraged Russia from going in. I'll tell you what happened. He was so bad with Afghanistan. It was such a horrible embarrassment, most embarrassing moment in the history of our country, that when Putin watched that and he saw the incompetence that he should have fired those generals like I fired the one that you mentioned, so he's got no love loss, but he should have fired those generals. No general got fired for the most embarrassing moment in the history of our country, Afghanistan, where we left billions of dollars of equipment behind. We lost 13 beautiful soldiers and 38 soldiers were obliterated. And by the way, we left people behind too, we left American citizens behind. When Putin saw that, he said, "You know what? I think we're going to go in and maybe take my – this is with his dream. I talked to him about it, his dream." The difference is he never would have invaded Ukraine, never, just like Israel would have never been invaded in a million years by Hamas. You know why? Because Iran was broke with me. I wouldn't let anybody do business with them. They ran out of money. They were broke. They had no money for Hamas. They had no money for anything, no money for terror. That's why you had no terror at all during my administration. This place, the whole world is blowing up under him. No lies detected. I mean, no wars, no American soldiers getting killed anywhere. It seemed like relationships, even with our geopolitical foes outside of places like Venezuela, because we were dominating them in energy. And Iran, because, well, we killed one of their top generals who was leading acts of terrorism against the United States, men and women all around the globe, it seemed like we were doing all the right things under Donald Trump when it came to geopolitically. And what do you have to say? He has to point out the facts. This is one of the biggest things we said going in. Donald Trump has to highlight the successes of Agenda One. Tell about what it's going to be like in Agenda Two, and I think Donald Trump did that. You know, as soon as they got off the topic of geopolitics, they segued quickly to immigration and one of the specific things that they've asked is something that Donald Trump's talked about on the campaign trail. It's conducting the largest deportation operation in the history of our country. I think it's something that definitely can happen. It sure as hell needs to. Let's hear it. I'm going to carry out, quote, the largest domestic deportation operation in American history, unquote. Does that mean that you will deport every undocumented immigrant in America, including those who have jobs, including those who spouses are citizens, and including those who have lived here for decades. And if so, how will you do it? Just one second. He said we kill three people. The people we killed are Al Bagdaddy and Salomeini, the two greatest terrorists, biggest terrorists anywhere in the world. And it had a huge impact on everything, not just border on everything. He's the one to kill people with the same... This is one of the parts for Biden sitting there with his mouth open. Hundreds and thousands of people dying. And also killing our citizens when they come in. We are living right now in a rat's nest. They're killing our people in New York, in California, in every state in the Union, because we don't have borders anymore. Every state is now a border. And because of his ridiculous, insane, and very stupid policies, people are coming in and they're killing our citizens at a level that we've never seen. We call it migrant crime. I call it Biden migrant crime. They're killing our citizens at a level that we've never seen before. And you're reading it like these three incredible young girls over the last few days. One of them had just spoke to the mother. And they just had the funeral for this girl, 12 years old. This is horrible what's taken place, what's taken place in our country. We're literally an uncivilized country now. He doesn't want it to be. He just doesn't know. He opened the borders. Nobody's ever seen anything like. So we have to get a lot of these people out and we have to get them out fast because they're going to destroy our country. Just take a look at where they're living. They're living in luxury hotels in New York City and other places. Our veterans are on the street. They're dying because he doesn't care about our veterans. He doesn't like the military at all. And he doesn't care about our veterans. Nobody been worse. I had the highest approval rating for veterans taking care of the VA. He has the worst. He's gotten rid of all the things that I approve, choice that I got through Congress. All of the different things I approve, they abandoned. We had by far the highest and now it's down in less than half because he's done all these great things that we did and I think he did it just because I approved it, which is crazy. But he has killed so many people at our border by allowing all of these people to come in. You know, and I like Donald Trump's answer there. It's not about how he's going to do it. It's about why he should do it and what Joe Biden did to facilitate the need for it to happen now. Again, we've brought a lot of people on the show. We've also talked to a lot of people offline who says some of the ideas being bounced around behind the scenes to facilitate this deportation operation with starting within the first 120 days of Donald Trump's next term in office will be something like we've never seen before. Using federal agencies that you would normally think you'd need to conduct the largest deportation operation in the history of the galaxy. But again, why play your hand and set up walls in Congress and set up negative narratives in the media when you could do exactly what the job is to get out there. If every time Joe Biden opened up his mouth, he was going to try and demonize disenfranchised and delegitimize Donald Trump, he needed to hit him back with like, okay, you want to play games. This is a waste of time. My policies did this the last three and a half years look like that. And that's exactly what Donald Trump did. I thought it was a fantastic way for him to kind of beat around Joe Biden trying to bait him into back and forths. And when you talk about some of the things, again, I really wish they would have mentioned him by name. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mirkis, unfortunately, will hear from him a little bit later in the podcast. He did go down to the US Southern border this week. He actually denied some things that are going on in regards to immigration that the mainstream press is now commonly reporting. But Donald Trump wants to know, following Afghanistan, what's going on with the border, who's been fired, who has been held accountable for any of the stuff that's going on right now? Let's hear this clip. All right. Did you fire anybody? Did you fire anybody that's on the border that's allowed us to have the worst border in the history of the world? Did anybody get fired for allowing 18 million people, many from prisons, many from from mental institutions, did you fire anybody that allowed our country to be destroyed? Joe, our country is being destroyed as you and I sit up here and waste a lot of time on this debate. This shouldn't be a debate. He is the worst president. He just said about me because I said it. But look, he's the worst president in the history of our country. He's destroyed our country. Now all of a sudden he's trying to get a little tough on the border. He come out, came out with a nothing, a nothing deal, and it reduced it a little bit, a little bit like this much. It's insignificant. He wants open borders. He wants our country to either be destroyed or he wants to pick up those people as voters. And I don't think we just can't let it happen. You know, and it would go back to Joe Biden at that point to which we had one of the funniest moments of the entire debate. You know, Joe Biden started talking about his executive order and what it does, but first he blamed Congress. He blamed the MAGA Republicans. He said Donald Trump told them not to push the Senate bill, which was essentially amnesty, which is what Joe Biden granted via his executive order to, you know, what's going to be millions of people by the time we get to the ballot box in November. And when he starts incoherently rambling on about immigration judges and all the other crap that he wanted to remember from his executive order, I mean, the back and forth at the end of that one kind of went like this. To continue to move until we get the total ban on the total initiative relative to what we're going to do with more border control or the sign loss. President Trump, I really don't know what he said at the end of this. I don't think he knows what he said. How did Biden do? That was my favorite part. It was. And he should have been doing that more often. For strategically as we use this one, I mean, I can't think of a better place for it in regards to our show today, but yeah, it was, I don't know. I mean, I'm still at a little bit of a loss. I didn't think even me and my wildest dreams, all we ever do is try to, you know, sometimes turn half wins into big wins. And I absolutely couldn't believe as I watched this unfold last night on TV, what was going on. Like there had to be some very big points throughout the day yesterday. This didn't air until 9 p.m. Eastern time to know that this was the Joe Biden that America was going to see when he went on stage yesterday and they still rolled him out. It looked like he was all locked up. Somebody was videoing from like over the scaffolding or whatever equipment that was over there. And Jill Biden was, it looked like she'd pulled him out of a car wreck and he was limping off the side of the highway. He had to turn sideways to go down the stairs. Yeah, I saw that you're talking about after the debate when she was helping him out. Yeah, it literally looked like he'd been up there for so long he froze. It's just more sad than anything. I mean, they're actually showing the clip on the news right now of her helping him off the stage and it's elder abuse. Yeah, it's really a shame with it, you know, and his family should be held accountable for this. And I really hope there is some pressure from behind the scenes to, you know, try to figure out what they're going to do with this guy because at some point he's going to have to come out and say that I think the only way he gets out of this is if he steps down. It's not like he's going to be forced out. I don't think there's going to be a coup at the DNC. You know, Kamala Harris's office is already leaking into press today that they're extremely pissed off that she's not even being mentioned as a viable replacement for Joe Biden. Remember, I hope she just goes completely rogue and just starts dumping dirty laundry out. Yeah, it's the truth. I mean, how can you take this person and you're elected the highest ranking black Indian and Indian background woman in American history and say that Gavin Newsom's a suitable replacement and then, you know, Joe Biden, who I'm watching right now at the Biden rally, again, this is in like some gym. There's risers behind and press in front. There's nobody else there. The TV makes it look like there's people there or that it's similar to a Trump rally. But don't be fooled. Hopefully people with integrity and the press will continue to debunk these crowds. But she's out there stumping like she's the president right now because he can't do it for himself. And he's sitting there with his hands full to just smile and while she's doing an actual campaign speech for her husband. And back into this, you know, one of the things that came up, I thought was really annoying and bad taste by the Biden campaign. But what the hell can you say is when they brought up the already debunked hoax story of Charlottesville and that was the, yeah, why would you touch that with a 10 foot poll? Well, Joe Biden's, you know, said for the last four years now that that's the reason why he ran for president when everybody knows that that story is not true. In this digital age, the fact of the matter that there is no, you know, way to not debunk that by playing the entire clip of what Donald Trump actually said there. I mean, even Snopes this week after years and years finally admitted that when you play the full clip, they took it out of context and clipped it so they can make headlines with it. So, and that's because the Trump campaign and Donald Trump's enterprises have sued these entities for running with this narrative. But let's hear Joe Biden kind of continue to promote this lie and push it on stage for the American people to see. They asked him, they said, what do you think of those people, the people who are the ones who got killed, the ones who tried to stop it, and the ones who said, I think they're fine people on both sides? What American president would ever say, Nazis coming out of fields carrying tortures, singing the same manisomatic bio, carrying swastikas or fine people? This is the guy who says, there's done some good things. I'd like to know what they are. Good things. There's done. That's what he said. This guy has no sense of American democracy. President Trump. Jake, both of you know that sir has been totally wiped out because when you see the sentence, it said 100% exoneration act, so he just keeps the gun, he says he ran because of Charlotte's faith. He didn't run because of Cheryl's bill. He ran because it was his last chance and he's not equipped to be president. You know it. It's ridiculous. We have a debate. We're trying to justify his presidency. His presidency, without question, the worst president, the worst presidency in the history of our country, we shouldn't be having a debate about it. There's nothing to debate. He made up the Charlottesville story and you'll see it's debunked all over the place. Every anchor, every reasonable anchor has debunked it and just the other day it came out where it was fully debunked. It's a nonsense story. He knows that and he didn't run because of Charlottesville. He used that as an excuse. I see certainly did, rapist, racist, insurrectionists, the biggest Democrat talking points while pushing their own shit, full on access to abortion, DEI, everything, woke everything, green everything and you know it's a man. You could have went so many different ways and they weren't done because the next clip we're going to listen to is the also widely debunked narrative that Donald Trump said negative things about people who died while serving overseas during World War I and in the Second World War as well. I really can't believe that this was some of the ammo that they loaded them up with in addition to whatever he received intravenously. I mean this is kind of, as you can tell where the debate went, there's thoughtful answers and reference points when Donald Trump has asked about policy, when he's asked about projecting what's going to happen as part of agenda 47 and then the first thing Joe Biden leads into is mumbling, stuttering and then talking about how much Donald Trump is a bad person before saying he did things that just blatantly aren't true. But before we get into that, guys, wherever you listen to this show today, no matter what platform it's on, make sure you're subscribed to the Stakes of Breakfast podcast. You'll never miss out on any of the great stuff we've got going on down here at the show. And you know, it's really a shame that it got down to Joe Biden being reduced to having to use all of these debunked narratives. But I guess that's just the nature of the business and how his team thought would be an effective way for him to, I mean, I guess kind of remain relevant with the American people just to attack, attack, attack and try to demonize Joe Biden, just concluded about 11 minutes of speaking at a rally down in North Carolina. His wife spoke longer than he did so did all of the guests beforehand, but he literally regurgitated talking points from the debate last night, like Donald Trump, you know, he's a dirty alley cat, and he sexually assaults women and he wants to raise taxes and lower them for the rich. All stuff that's been widely debunked, much like the losers of people who served in foreign wars, something else that's been widely debunked as well, let's check it out. He was standing with his four star general and he told me, "I don't want to go in there because they're about to lose it in suckers." My son was not a loser, he was not a sucker. You're the sucker. You're the loser. President Trump? First of all, that was a made up quote, suckers and losers. They made it up. It was in a third rate magazine that's failing, like many of these magazines. He made that up, he put it in commercials, we've notified them, we had 19 people that said I didn't say it, and think of this, who would say, I'm at a cemetery or I'm talking about our veterans because nobody's taken better care, I'm so glad this came up and he brought it up, there's nobody that's taken better care of our soldiers than I have to. I think that I would in front of generals and others say suckers and losers. We have 19 people that said it was never said by me. It was made up by him, just like Russia, Russia, Russia was made up, just like the 50- Oof, former intelligence officials. No, I know you've seen the newest one that's coming out. Now there's 16 Nobel Prize winners who says Donald Trump's going to wreck the global economy, I guess worse than Joe Biden already has if he's elected president. There's, there's a 16 Nobel laureates, that's ridiculous. Are laureates like ramparts, you never want to get them? We need to be careful when you're bequeathing them, man, I tell you what, I'll be completely honest with you, some of the commentary that was live last night, there was one that was like Ben Shapiro, Michael Knowles, and some other guy from the Daily Wire, I'd more rather have you kick me in the nuts over the course of 90 minutes and then listen to those nasally annoyances talk. And then there was, I think the worst one out of all of them had to be so big and Charlie Kirk. I couldn't imagine having to sit there and subject myself to those two commentating on something that was mildly enjoyable, especially from a Trump standpoint as the debate was last night. But I'm glad we're doing it afterwards and able to put a lot more of the news cycle that's kind of spun over the last 24 hours into the show today as well. You know, I think one of the best and most masterful answers that Donald Trump had came in regards to his response to, you know, fake news, fake tapper asking him about January 6th. It's something that we've been saying on the show for a long time, they want to bring up something that like literally never happened and that Donald Trump didn't lead an insurrection against our republic, then you just tell everyone how awesome this country was when he left office and what it looks like now, let's hear it. Tax and defend on quote the constitution, what do you say to voters who believe that you violated that oath through your actions and inaction on January 6 and worried that you'll do it again? Why don't they too many believe that and let me tell you about January 6th. On January 6th, we had a great border, nobody coming through, very few. On January 6th, we were energy independent. On January 6th, we had the lowest taxes ever. We had the lowest regulations ever. On January 6th, we were respected all over the world, all over the world, we were respected and then he comes in and we're now left at, we're like a bunch of stupid people. What happened to the United States' reputation under this man's leadership is horrible, including weaponization, which I'm sure at some point you'll be talking about. And they would get to that later on in the debate. No, what did you think about Donald Trump's answer there? I thought that was the high road. But remember, Donald Trump is somebody that under this weaponized justice system and the impending special counsel of Jack Smith, who took a big blow today in regards to his January 6th narrative, is still technically a predefendant in this case and someone that really can't get into specifics of how that day went down. He wouldn't want to incriminate himself, he wouldn't want to take out of context timeline, something he would have a suitable time to prepare for with his legal team to go back over the day. I mean, it was several years ago now, it's not like it was something that just happened yesterday. But, you know, when you want to talk about the news for priding bullshit narratives and how he pushed on back, what do you think? Well, when you talk about the news pushing bullshit narratives, what kind of a question is that to come from a supposed neutral moderator of a debate from your inactions on January 6th? Like, well, that firstly hasn't been proven that there was inaction. And matter of fact, I believe that there's evidence to the contrary of that, where he literally said, told everybody to go home and be peaceful and he got it. And he did highlight that as he would continue to get on to it. I thought it was funny, I wish he would have brought up into context a little bit more the 51 former intelligence officials who signed off on the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation, not only have we learned and are going to find out a little bit more on when we sit down with Jim Jordan in just a few minutes, how many people were contracted with the CIA and the defense community when they were asked to sign off on the letter. But co-host of the debate, one of the two moderators, Dana Bash's ex-husband was one of the former 51 intelligence officials who signed off on the letter. So you want to talk about bias? I mean, she just doesn't only hate when the Supreme Court of the United States votes with the Constitution, but in favor of Donald Trump, she also had her ex-husband who went off and signed on that letter and was getting money from the CIA as a consultant. So it would, of course, make a prudent choice for him to sign off on that because under Joe Biden, I scratch your back and we continue to get richer off the Biden crime family. It seems to be the case. Yeah, both of those moderators look like they were very uncomfortable the whole time. Yeah, it was like, well, I mean, I don't know if somebody told them they had to be real journalists for once and it was only going to be 90 minutes and it was going to be hard but to add to do it. I think they had like shot collars on their legs and any time they went a little too over the edge, they got a little whoop and it's just like, man, there were so many memes out last night on this debate, I can't even begin to speculate on how amazing most of them was. I was still one of my favorite one is just the real of Homelander watching TV and it's like a billionaire Democrat, doaters watching Joe Biden real time at the debate and it's just him sitting there like he wants to kill everybody while he could see his like the TV flash and then people would put very low volume Joe Biden trying to talk amazing. Unlike some of the things, I mean, Joe Biden just went, like I said, below the belt, most of the things. I mean, Colin Donald Trump, someone who has the morals of an alley cat and then talking about a whole bunch of things that aren't true, like, you know, sexual assault and the 11 billion years he's looking at prison wise, you know, when the president's supposed to be, you know, pretty nonpartisan about this and supposed to be middle of the road, you don't want it to seem like you've weaponized the justice system against your political opponent. But here's the deal watching this Joe Biden rally on TV today. They unorganically via Joe Biden started a, you'll never guess, lock him up Chan. So that's a thing now, speaking of things, let's check out Joe Biden. You, well, you want to respond? Go ahead. I'll give you a minute to respond. The idea that I did anything wrong relative to what you're talking about is outrageous. It's simply a lie, number one, number two, the idea that you have a right to seek retribution against any American just because your president is wrong is simply wrong. No president's ever spoken like that before. No president in our history is spoken like that before. Number three, the crimes that you are still charged with and think of all the civil penalties that how many billions of dollars do you own civil families for, for molesting a woman in public, for doing a home range of things of having sex with a porn star on the night and while your wife was pregnant, what, what are you talking about? You have the morals on an alley cat. Give them that, sir. I didn't have sex with a porn star. Number one, number two, that was a case that was started and moved. They moved a high ranking official, a DOJ, into the Manhattan DA's office to start that case. That case is going to be appealed in one. We had a very terrible judge, a horrible judge, Democrat. The prosecutor were all high ranking Democrats appointed people and both the civil and the criminal. He basically went after his political opponent because he thought it was going to damage me. But when the public found out about these cases because they understand it better than he does, he has no idea what these cases are, but when they found out about these cases, you know what they did? My poll numbers went up way up, you know that because you're reporting it and we took in more money in the last two weeks than we've ever taken in the history of any campaign. I don't think any campaign has ever taken hundreds of millions of dollars came pouring in because the public knows it's a scam and it's a guy that's after his political opponent because he can't win fair and square. Again, the prepared answers for Donald Trump, I think, were just so much better than what Joe Biden was trying to push as part of his narrative. What do you think, Noah? Yeah, Trump, his performance during this debate was very good, whether he was artfully stepping around things that maybe he didn't really want to talk about or were too touchy and really just in the ether that really didn't matter to the debate. And he kept it on subject, he kept it on point for, well, let me just touch on this real quick. It was pretty good. He did a solid job. I give Trump's performance 9 out of 10, 100%. Yeah, I'm pretty close to 9 out of 10, too. There was a couple of moments where he got involved in the back and forth, but I think, you know, you just have to take into context what he's up against. I mean, Joe Biden, again, at his speaking event today led in with the fact that he admitted that he's not a great debater anymore, but when you're going up against someone with the morals of an alley cat, no, can you help our listenership out with that a little bit? I don't understand what that phrase necessarily means. Morals of an alley cat? Yeah, I wouldn't. I mean, do you have any ideas? I guess it's just getting down with everybody. I don't know. Pretty disgusting. It sounds like it just sounds like an old man's commentary malarkey. Take you out behind the barn. Yeah, he did drop a malarkey last night, too. I was very surprised. I mean, Joe Biden was just like picking years and pulling stuff out of thin air to throw into his commentary. I think that led to that one statement. He even brought the dog face pony soldiers thing back after the debates with Joe Biden standing behind him. Did you see how horrified she looked? She literally stepped away from him. And why wouldn't you be? I mean, Donald Trump wasn't done with that talking point there either. He would continue to hammer Joe Biden and talk about, you know, again, and this was one of Donald Trump's best clapbacks. It's talking about the sleazyness level of Joe Biden and the fact that he's a career swamp monster and that, you know, even though he's only been in the political arena for a little bit less than 10 years. Remember when Donald Trump was an entrepreneur billionaire, these people would come to him all the time, not only for his endorsement, but for millions of dollars to be donated to their campaign. Let's hear it. So I've dealt with politicians all my life. I've been on this side of the equation for the last eight years. I've never seen anybody lie like this guy. He lies. I've never seen if he could look you in the face so bad about so many other things too. And we mentioned the laptop. We mentioned Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, everything he does is a lie. It's misinformation and disinformation. The losers and sucker story that he made up is a total lie on the military. It's a disgrace. And I mean, you know, listen, if you want to talk about Donald Trump not being baited into the personal attacks, but then landing significant blows to Joe Biden in regards to his long document. I mean, he even he stopped himself so short when he was talking about the super predators thing. And again, that was Hillary Clinton. But Joe Biden has used the N word so many times as a member of Congress on the Senate. Not only that, but you know, he was one of the founders and authors of the 1994 crime legislation that put so many people in jail for decades that didn't deserve to or need to be there. I mean, Donald Trump, he almost went into like the there's two N words. One you never say the second one you probably shouldn't say either. It was so amazing. He stops himself just short. I kind of wish he would have rolled with it. But you know, he even pointed that out too, that Joe Biden's just been openly racist until he wasn't. I mean, it was during the 2019 Democrat primary season where Kamala Harris called him a racist and just a few weeks later accepted that he was going to put her to the ticket. And, you know, as frustrated as Joe Biden would get, you know, you've been corrupt in Ukraine. You've been corrupt with Russia. You've let China run rampant. And Joe Biden wants to come back with all of this stupid bullshit of malarkey and alley-cattedness. And you know, he even got into like making fun of Donald Trump's weight. And that's where the whole golf argument came into. And I would feel like we were robbing you guys if you had missed the debate and hadn't seen it yet. If we didn't play, let's check it out. You can see he has six foot five and only two hundred twenty-three pounds, twenty-three to five pounds. Where was that? Well, you said six hundred twenty-third. Well, anyway, that's your anyway, just take a look at what he says he is and take a look at what he is. Look, I'd be happy to have a driving contest with him. Karima, I got my handicap. Can we do that? I was vice president down to six. We sure can. And by the way, I told you before, I'm happy to play golf if you carry your own bag. You can do it. Carry your own bag. He's the sixth handicap of all hours, the eight handicap, yeah, eight, but I have, you know, how many good? I've seen you swing. I know you swing. Let's not act like children. Let's not act like children. Let's not act like children. We're already there. No, we are so there. And as we're getting ready to wrap this segment and jump in with Jim Jordan, you know, they were both allotted time for a closing statement to the nation. It was, you know, less than two minutes. It was led in by the moderators kind of with like a little recap for each, I guess, opponent in this debate. There wasn't much of it right now. We're going to start off with the way the coin flip dictated. And that was that Joe Biden would go first and Donald Trump would have the last remarks of the night. Let's hear. Sleepy Joe. We made significant progress from the debacle that was left by President Trump in his last term. We found ourselves in a situation where, number one, we have to make sure that we have a fair tax system. I ask anyone out there in the audience, or anyone out watching this debate, do you think the tax system is fair? The fact is that I said nobody even making under $400,000 had a single penny increasing their taxes and it will not. And if I'm reelected, that would be the case again. But this guy is as increased your taxes because of the deficit. Number one, he's increased inflation because of the debacle he left after the way he handled the pandemic. And he finds himself in a position where he now wants to tax you more by putting a 10% tariff on everything that comes into the United States of America. When I did, one, for example, he wants to get away with, you get rid of the ability of Medicare to, oh my God, the ability to, for the us to be able to negotiate through our prices with big pharma companies, well guess what, we got it down to $35 for insulin instead of $400, no more than $2,000 for every senior, no matter what thing, how much prescription they need. You know what that did? That reduced the federal debt debt by $160 billion over 10 years because the government tried not to pay the exorbitant prices, I'm going to make that available to every senior, all the longer is happening now, and everybody in America, he wants to get rid of that. We have, I'm going to make sure that we have childcare, we're going to significantly increase the credits that people have for childcare, I'm going to make sure we do something about what we're doing on lead pipes and all the things that are causing health problems for people across the country. We're going to continue to fight to bring down inflation and give people a break. You know, it's just come across the wire on Twitter, John Federman is weighed in and has instructed the nation to chill the fuck out and that he won't be participating in any of the vulture like behavior from both sides of the aisle today after Joe Biden's abysmal debate performance, he said he wanted to remind everybody that it was after his debate that outlets like 538 polling said that he would lose his seat by 2% and he wound up winning at +5. However, I do want to remind our listenership that at the time of the debate for the Pennsylvania Senate seat, aforementioned by John Federman, between him and Dr. Oz, nearly 40% of the Democrat electorate had already cast early ballots. We are way ahead of the mark there and I really think you have to take that into context. First up I got before we jump in with Congressman Jim Jordan for the first time is Donald Trump's close out and him seal on the deal on a big fat W in regards to his performance on the debate stage last night down in Atlanta, let's hear it. Like so many politicians, this man is just a complainer. He said, we want to do this. We want to do that. We want to get rid of this tax, that tax, but he doesn't do anything. He doesn't do all he does is make our country unsafe by allowing millions and millions of people to pour in. Our military doesn't respect him. We look like fools in Afghanistan. We didn't stop Israel. It was such a horrible thing that would have never happened. It should have never happened. Iran was broke. Anybody that did business with Iran, including China, they couldn't do business with the United States. They all passed. Iran was broke. They had no money for Hamas or Hezbollah, for terror, no money whatsoever. Again, Ukraine should have never happened. He talks about all the stuff, but he didn't do it. The three and a half years were living in hell. We have the Palestinians, and we have everybody else rioting all over the place. You talk about Charlottesville. This is a hundred times Charlottesville, a thousand times. The whole country is exploding because of you, because they don't respect you, and they have to respect their president, and they don't respect you throughout the world. What we did was incredible. We rebuilt the military. We got the largest tax cut in history, the largest regulation cut in history. The reason he's got jobs is because I cut the regulations that gave jobs, but he's putting a lot of those regulations back on. All of the things that we've done, nobody's ever seen anything. Even from a medical standpoint, right to try, where we can try space age materials instead of going to Asia or going to Europe and trying to get when you're terminally ill, now you can go and you can get something. You sign a document, they've been trying to get it for 42 years, but you know what we did for the military was an incredible choice for our soldiers, where our soldiers, instead of waiting for three months to see a doctor, can go out and get themselves fixed up and ready it up and take care of themselves, and they're living, and that's why I had the highest approval rating in the history of the VA. So all of these things, we're in a failing nation, but it's not going to be failing anymore. We're going to make it great again. Thank you, former President Trump, President Biden. Stay with us because we have full analysis of this debate, Anderson Cooper and Erin Burnett starts now on TV. And man, we are going to have coverage of the full analysis and the meltdown that took place on the CNN debate stage. Noah, parting remarks, now that you got to relive a lot of the biggest moments from the debate again, I mean, again, you have to take into consideration, listen, did the American public get an encapsulation of what we are trying to find out from the Robert Herr-led special counsel on the classified documents, where they will not turn over the audio tapes nearly six hours of interviewing Joe Biden? Yeah, we're not going to get anything from that shit. It's the fact that he's not mentally competent to stand trial, like that should be a red flag just in general for anything. I mean, if he's competent enough to debate a former president, I would say he's probably competent enough to stand trial. But then again, we did see this debate and he didn't really seem that competent after all. Debate a former president as the sitting president. We can't forget that part. He is the leader of and chief executive of the free world. And man, for all those people who have been labeled conspiracy theorists, us included for years talking about the former Obama administration officials that have been running this country, Susan Rice, Victoria Newland, Valerie Jarrett, Lisa Monaco, all the agency heads, Jake Sullivan, Tony Blinken, et cetera. Then you're going to talk about the national security and intel community and just how dirty and disgusting. This is literally one of the biggest public cover-ups in the history of our country, 100%. And you know, when you see the news coming out of the Biden camp today, which even after that debate, and our next segment, which we'll cover America's reaction to it, it seems like they're doubling down on, you know, Joe Biden is not going to take her hands off this power grab. And I'll tell you why. We'll talk about this between now and November. Joe Biden does not want to step down from the presidency because he knows members of his family will be prosecuted and put in prison. He's including himself, the Biden crime family is not just some MAGA Republican narrative. It is a very real thing and we are at the beginning of what is going to be a lengthy investigation, especially when we get that DOJ flipped over. But we're going to leave it right here for right now because we're getting ready to jump in with Congressman Jim Jordan for the first time. But before we do, let's check in with one of our partners. I think it's time we had a conversation about a good night's sleep. Pillow King of Minnesota, Mike Lindell, and the apparatus known as the MyPillow family has been cranking out savings down at MyPillow for over 20 years. If you want the coffee, my store.com/stake, or you can always talk to a qualified pillow representative, 1-800-658-8045. All right, joining us first on the show today to speak Friday edition of the Stake for Breakfast podcast, he's the congressman who proudly serves Ohio's 4th congressional district. He also sits as the chairman of the House Judiciary and Weaponization Committee. Joining us for the first time, Representative Jim Jordan, thanks for coming on the show. You're back. Good to be with you. Well, I think we have to start where all of America is today, gathering up, I guess good feelings and letting the dust settle on the first presidential debate of the season last night. I mean, I want to say America was watching, but we all know the world was congressman. We just finished up with the debate recap, we're going to be going into America's reaction following your segment here, but I don't think we could start it any better way than getting some commentary on how you saw the shakeout. Well, I think you saw one guy who was a leader in President Trump and one who frankly wasn't. I thought President Trump was focused. I thought he was funny, which I always think he used as humor. I thought he was dominant on the debate performance, yet relaxed up there. I loved when Joe Biden said, "Oh, you're a retribution for, you're going to have retribution on your political enemies." No, no, no. He goes, "Retribution is success. Retribution is making America great again like it was in his first term." And his record, again, I think this is so important, we literally went on under President Trump, we had a secure border, now we have no border. Under President Trump, we had $2 gas, now we got $4 gas. Under President Trump, we had safe streets, now we have record crime under Joe Biden. And of course, we had stable prices under President Trump, record inflation under Joe Biden, and maybe finally, and just as important, we had a commander-in-chief who projected strength in President Trump. And I think Americans saw that last night, and of course, now we have Joe Biden. So I thought it was a strong, strong performance for the president. And then you couple that with these great decisions, we're getting from the court. Amazing 24 hours for President Trump, amazing 24 hours for the country. We're going to talk about the Supreme Court in just a second. I do want to stay in this thread just a little bit longer. I mean, this is unprecedented time. We live in a digital age. You can't do anything without it being on TV within moments, if not live, of anything happening anywhere across the globe. You also have the unprecedented nature of this debate, not the mute buttons and the no audience or things like that. But you know, you have a president that was the president of the United States four years ago going against the current president of the United States, much like it was Cleveland and Harrison back in the late 1800s. America has not had the opportunity to see the other side of the coin as, you know, catch phrases it seems in real time, almost ever in the modern political era. When America was able to see last night and everyone thought maybe Donald Trump would take the bait into some of the things they said about his personal life, about his legal cases. I mean, you pointed out Joe Biden tried to highlight policy decisions that America knows was great, but you know, Joe Biden wanted to say it was awful. And he didn't. He seemed very statesman-like. He waited for the responses, he, you know, made it clear, the clear distinction between what America first means and what Joe Biden has given the American people for the last three plus years now, open borders, crime everywhere, rampant inflation, can't afford food, can't afford to put a roof over your head, geopolitics as a disaster, et cetera. I think it really played into President Trump's hands and the way that he handled it. I mean, if the biggest argument they had all night was over their golf handicap, I think that has to be an absolute win for Donald Trump. It does. I've actually played with it. He's a good player. He's a really good player. Yeah, I thought that was, and again, that was funny too. I think to most Americans, like when he said, like, you know, you're not a six-handed cap. I've seen your swing. And you're like, of course he's not. No, again, I thought President Trump looked like a leader. You can feel, I'm sure been around President Trump. Anytime you run this genuine love, he asked for the country. I think came through last night. He does want to make America great again. He wants to get us back to where we were as you point out the typical family today. Take your family out to dinner. Just go out. We took our one son and daughter-in-law and granddaughter. We went to dinner a few months ago, and we didn't go to the nicest place in town, but it was a nice restaurant. What it cost to just go to dinner for a middle-class family now is just, that's what America understands, and they want a leader who's going to get us back to the economic growth and strength we had, not to mention, as on the world stage, where you have a commander in chief who projects the strength. I think it's really important to mention. Russia didn't go into Ukraine when President Trump was in the Oval Office. Hamas didn't attack Israel when President Trump was in the Oval Office. That is a huge point, I think, that is not lost on the country. I think one of the factors that will be on their mind when they go and vote on November 5th. How big of a concern is it to you, Congressman? Listen, there was a lot of red flags waived when Robert Herr's decision on the Special Council came out. There were some questions in who's technically running the country. But after last night, I mean, you've even seen the liberal press kind of gone into chaos and say, "This is really some big concerns for America. It shows it should raise a lot of red flags in regards to world leaders and how they look at the United States, all of the wars going on." Granted, Joe Biden helped start almost all of them across the planet right now. When you have to look at red lines and the sand that this administration might do or following through on policies, especially against some of our geopolitical foes, it has to raise some red flags within the Republican Conference to think who at this point is running the country. Yeah, it's probably the question I get just about more than any other question when I'm out around our district, around our state, around the country. It's a question you get. Look, again, I think the takeaway, the prime takeaway last night was President Trump's leadership. You saw that front and center and how strong of a leader he is. And then, you know, what's going on in the Biden White House, I don't know. What I do know is we need President Trump back in there as the commander in chief, as the guy who's going to make sure we reauthorize the tax cuts, get our energy back to common sense, energy policy where we're energy independent again, deal with our border situation that Joe Biden is intentionally, willfully, deliberately allowed that to happen on our border. That to me was the key takeaway. I think when Americans look at the debate last night, they're going to say, like, I want the strong leader. I want President Trump. A lot of the polling coming out today suggests the same. All right. You mentioned the U.S. Supreme Court. There were a couple of rulings today that I want to talk to you about. You said on judiciary, you guys are looking at this stuff all the time, and I'm sure always waiting for the opinions and decisions to come out from SCOTUS. So the first one has to do with, you know, the overturning of the Chevron ruling. This is going to take a big swing at the administrative state and a lot of the power they have over regulations and deregulating when you have a president like Donald Trump in the White House who wants to open up, like you said, American energy and things of that nature. How do you feel about that ruling? And what does it really mean for the American people? Congress writes the law, not bureaucrats, not agencies, Congress, the people who put their name on a ballot, go talk to the American people, get elected, they write the law. That's how the law functions, what they wrote, that you want it that way because every two years you get a chance to throw them out if they're not doing things the right way for good and the sake. That's how our constitutional system works, which starts with the words, "We the people." You know, the people are in charge, so they elect people, they write the law, not a bunch of bureaucrats who are permanently or seems like forever here in D.C. So really, that was a takeaway. It's not the bureaucrats who write the law, that's the Chevron decision and then the one that addressed to the January 6th, it's not some out of control prosecutor who makes up the law. It's Congress for good and the sake and the court, I think, rightly decided both of these cases, big win for America, big win for freedom and frankly, a big win for President Trump because he's the guy who made sure we had Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Coney Barrett on the court. Yeah, for as much as you might not like all of their decisions, you do want to see everyone have their own opinion, especially when it comes to the highest bench in the country and the decisions that they're making. And then you mentioned the terrorism attack on charges, the 1512C2, which has been added on to so many people from January 6th, even people who weren't even in Washington, D.C. that have been incarcerated as part of the fallout from the, you know, sham January 6th committee. I mean, when you talk about how Jack Smith is probably formulating how he's going to try and address doing his special counsel against Donald Trump, I think half of it goes with this charge and then the other half, obviously on the ruling we're all waiting for and that's on presidential immunity. What do you think? Yep. No, I agree. Another great decision. What they've done is grabbing I think from Sarbanes Oxley, which deals in the financial sector and using some line there as a way to like enhance these penalties in jail time for January 6th defendants. The court said, no, no to that. That's not how it works. You can't have some prosecutor who's going to, you know, mix and match and make it work because they want to go after certain people. You can't do that. And God bless the court for reaching the decision they did. Amen to that. You know, Congressman, I do want to talk to you. You guys have done some great work in the judiciary as well in regards to, well, before we even get into that, there's a new narrative formulating. Apparently nearly 20 Nobel Prize winners are saying if Donald Trump is elected, he's going to tank the global economy, much in the same thread as we saw before the 2020 presidential election with the 51 former intelligence officials. You've tapped him as the spies who lied, I love it, you know, with the 100 Biden laptop misinformation story, you know, as we see this stuff kind of rolling along, how does Congress prepare to, you know, provide oversight and let the American people know, listen, they're trying to do the same exact thing again. Donald Trump did not wreck the global economy when he was in president during his first term. And how do you take it from there? No, we had a great economy. Every, I mean, every demographic in our population, real wages were going up. I mean, we had a great economy. Americans want that back. I mean, that's why I think you're seeing all kinds of folks move towards President Trump because they say, I remember how good it was under President Trump with his economy. But you're right. The real question for me now is what are they going to try this time? What's coming? Because we know what they did in 2020 with the 51. And we just released a report earlier this week where it wasn't, we knew it was political. Blinken calls Morel, Blinken's working for the Biden campaign. He calls Morel, Morel, of course, wants to be the CIA director in a Biden administration at the time. So he's thinking, what can I do? He puts together the statement is purely political. When we deposed Mike Morel, he told us I did it so Biden could win. We wanted to help him in that final debate in 2020. And when the debates over and Biden uses it, Steve Ricetti, the campaign chair calls up Mike Morel and thanks for putting the statement together. Now we've learned in this year in our investigation, we learned, oh, by the way, Mike Morel was on contract with the CIA when he put that statement together. And we learned agents in the agency said, this is a mistake. This is a bad look for the agency because this is purely political. We should not be involved in this. And finally, we know that the top people at the agency, either the director or deputy director, one of them, because we deposed the chief operating officer, one of them actually reviewed the statement before it went public. I mean, this is not how it's supposed to be. So again, I come to the question, what are they going to try this year? And maybe it's these 20 Nobel Prize people who are saying stuff that obviously anyone with common sense sees is not true. But it's probably something else because we're still four months, four and a half months before the election. Yeah, it's going to be wild to see. I mean, we're not even close to October surprises yet and we're already getting things like the Hunter Biden laptop 2.0. So there were a couple cabinet members from the Biden administration who were out and about this week. One, probably not having too good of a time. One did not have a good time when he went down to the U.S. Southern border. That's Alejandro Mayorkas. He's been complicit in helping Joe Biden lead the largest invasion of this country and probably in the history of the planet. And when he goes down there and talks about safety first and tries to debunk reports that are coming out, that terrorists have been allowed into this country, that people are coming into this country and committing heinous crimes against American citizens. We actually saw a migrant on migrant crime up in upstate New York that's being reported now. You know, earlier this week, it's just a shame and tragedy to see what's going on in the streets of America because of these open border policies. What is the, you know, house looking to do? I know we're talking about defunding some of the components of DHS. I know we've had a lot of people on the show, like Rep Tiffany, who's going to be joining us a little bit. He's looked into the NGOs and how the government funding may have, you know, been helping this over some point. And we just want to kind of see where you guys are at with that. We're at a point now, we passed a good bill a year ago, said it won't take it up. We've tried all kinds of things that we can do and divide a government. We're at a point now where we just, we got to have an election and we got to get President Trump back in the White House. I mean, it's, it's really that basic. And I think, again, the American people understand economic concerns, inflation, open border and the implications of an open border from the terrorist situation, the tragic crimes that have happened. Lake and Riley's family, Rachel Marin's family, I mean, just tragic things, terrible things that have happened. Americans see that, but we're at a point now where we need a new President and we need a Congress, House still controlled by the Republicans and we need to take back the Senate so we can really get things done to secure that border. And one other thing I would add is when you let in 8, 10 million people come in the country, that definitely adds to this inflation problem. It's not just all the crazy spending, but think about the cost of housing for a middle class family right now. When you bring 10 million people into the country, you think that's going to drive up the cost of housing when there's a demand for, of course it is. So there's, there's implications beyond just the cost of schools, the cost of the healthcare system in communities, the crime and the terrorist threat that we've seen. There's also just the inflationary that, that what that does to, to cost of housing and other things, Americans understand all this, I think, because the American people are smart. They got common sense. I think it's why they're going to, going to elect President Trump in, in, in November. A lot of people waking up, especially after last night, I'll tell you that. And then one thing I wanted to ask, how important is the inherent contempt vote today for Maricara? And I mean, you know, he has defied a congressional subpoena. He has refused to turn over the tapes from the special counsel. I mean, America probably got like a 90 minute preview of what those tapes were like last night. But the fact of the matter is, is that like you said, Congress makes the rules, Congress makes the law, it's not up to the people who are part of the administrative state, political appointees, et cetera, to dictate how this country goes, how the money spent, or how the law is viewed. And you know, I think Anna Paulina Luna has done a good job in leading this charge right here, but there has been a lot of work in oversight and judiciary that led to this. And you know, when you talk about the congressmen and women who have come up and support her, you see people, I mean, there is a both sides of the aisle on the Republican party kind of coming together at that press conference yesterday and saying, you want to know what, here's a double standard of justice, Merrick Garland is the worst example of it right now. And the house has to hold them accountable. Yeah, no, I think it's, I think it's, I think it's fine. We're also in, in addition to that, what Anna's doing, we will be going to court. You know, we've held Merrick Garland in contempt, we, we pass that out of our committee, passed on the house floor, we'll be going to court next week. We think our case is strong because we think they've waived any privilege on the audio tapes because they gave us the transcript and they gave us the report. So we think the privilege has been waived, we're entitled to all the evidence, including the best evidence. Everyone knows an audio tape is better than an actual transcript, particularly when we're in our impeachment inquiry phase of our, of our oversight. Yesterday in our committee, we passed out a contempt resolution against the ghost rider who wrote the book who received the classified information, had it, he's got audio tapes on his computer. Once he found out that Robert Herr was investigating, remember what the guy did, he tried to destroy the tapes. You know, they were able to recover them. We've asked for those too. He won't give them to us so we held him in contempt yesterday in the Judiciary Committee. Very busy for the end of the year. Usually this is the time for appropriations and, you know, people out in district campaigning as, you know, every two years, you guys are up for election, but Donald Trump's at the top of the ticket this year. And there's a lot of work to do ahead of, hopefully him returning to the Oval Office next year. Congressman, this has been awesome catching up with you today. As always, we've got your congressional website, live linked in the show description today. Anybody wants to find me on social media or anywhere else? Where can they check you out? Just go to our Twitter, we go to our Twitter, you can find us there, we've got our Facebook and all that stuff. So you can go find us on all those places. Well, you found him here on State for Breakfast Today. This is the Congressman who's representing Ohio for Representative Jim Jordan. Thanks for joining us on the show today. Sir, have a great weekend. You bet. Thank you. You too. Have a great pour. It's into the debate and it continues right now. It involves party strategists, it involves elected officials, it involves fundraisers. And they're having conversations about the president's performance, which they think was dismal, which they think will hurt other people down the party in the ticket and they're having conversations about what they should do about it. Some of those conversations include, should we go to the White House and ask the president to step aside, other of the conversations are about should prominent Democrats go public with that call because they feel this debate was so terrible. They do say in moments in the debate later, the president got better and got his footing, but then at the end, even his closing statement was a little halting. The contrast between the two candidates. Let me be clear, none of them and a lot of Republicans don't think Donald Trump had a great night. Donald Trump is a fact check machine more than I can count tonight. That will be on the record as we go forward. He refused to answer some very specific and direct questions about his conduct, about January 6th and what all. So that will be dealt with out there. And sometimes there's a parallel universe between the political elites and the American people. It'd be nice to see what the voters say, but I can tell you, it started minutes in. It started with the first couple of answers and it has continued throughout the night from, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God, to what do we do about this? And it involves very senior people in the Democratic Party, including elected officials saying we have a problem. Welcome back to the news portion of our show. I have to say it was great catching up with Congressman Jim Jordan for the first time. Noah, what do you think? Yeah. That guy's outstanding. And he had a very joyful demeanor today as do many within America first after the performance of Donald Trump last night in the first presidential debate. Unfortunately, what you just heard was in real time moments after Joe Biden was helped off the stage by his wife, the candlelight vigil, which proceeded to unfold live on CNN for their roundtable. Man, they had the champagne bottles out and those things were taken back. And the Joe Biden championship debate t-shirts are probably arriving somewhere in Niger today, which you'll see portal-starving kids wearing very soon. I mean, listen, the narrative that's being formed today, which is Friday, is already starting to shift outside of initial reactions, which were in the press yesterday, from the Democrat side. I mean, on the conservative media side, they were more of glad that Donald Trump did what he needed to do. Now let's start quarterback and picks for the new Democrat nominee to run for president this cycle, which I want to, I kind of want to warn our listenership, listen, could it happen? Absolutely. But is it as easy as everybody thinks it is, like people are going to bully Joe and Joe Biden into number one, giving it up. Number two, coming up with a plausible excuse that's going to actually fit the narrative and then have those two ungrasp their grip on overall power and protection for their family and then support somebody who's probably not even on the current ticket. And what does that mean for the number one ranked black Indian and vice president Kamala Harris as well, according to Joe Biden? It's even more of a recipe for disaster than just rolling with sleepy McPoopy pants, in my opinion. We know the vultures are circling, but even on Twitter today, I wish you had it up. Barack Obama just put out a tweet in support of Joe Biden, talking about his bad debate performance. But at the end of the day, you got to go with hope and change and sensibility and Donald Trump is not that according to the 44th president. So you know, a lot of stuff going on in real time, we're going to continue to bring you up there through the end of the show. Van Jones, who we played a clip of last week saying, you know, Joe Biden is hemorrhaging African American votes and Latinos who have immigrated to this country the correct way. And it's going to be hard to recoup those based on what he's done at the border was essentially calling for Joe Biden to throw in the towel last night in real time. Let's hear it. I speak for my heart. I love that guy. That's a good man. He loves his country. He's doing the best that he can. But he had a test to meet tonight to restore confidence of the country and of the base. And he failed to do that. And I think there's a lot of people who are going to want to see him consider taking a different course now. We're still far from our convention and there is time for this party to figure out a different way forward if he will allow us to do that. But that was not what we needed from Joe Biden and is personally painful for a lot of people. It's not just panic. It's pain. Wow. Ouch. How do these people cover in the liberal press, the Biden White House between now and August when the Democrats will officially confirm who their nominee for the ticket is? That's my question because so many of them went out on a limb last night. I mean, not just in cable news, but I've got, you want some headlines and what they looked like this morning from page in the New York Post had just sad with a wide-eyed open mouth Joe Biden subtitle. President mumbles, stumbles, freezes in a train wreck of a debate versus Donald Trump. Sub subtitle. We've witnessed the end of Joe Biden's presidency. Again, that's the front page in the New York Post today. Several other outlets, major outlets, the Atlantic, a disaster for Joe Biden watching the president at the first debate was at times almost physically uncomfortable. Newsweek. Andrew Yang joins progressive Democrats in calling for a Biden step down, Variety magazine. In the first presidential debate, Joe Biden floundered while Trump let's just say it performed with confidence and angry flair, time calls for Joe Biden to step aside or about to get deafening. The business insider, the first debate was a complete disaster for Joe Biden and even Al Jazeera live, Biden falls flat against Trump in the first 2024 presidential debate. And last but certainly not least, the New York Times. I'm hearing high anxiety from Democrats over Joe Biden's debate performance. What do you think about those headlines, Noah? Sounds reasonable to me. I'm hearing bad things about his debate performance. Mm hmm. Politico today led off with one advisor to a major Democrat party donor, said they were texting from a meeting of donors in Atlanta on Thursday night, some writing, just WTF. Quoting now, "Our only hope is that he bows out. We have a brokered convention, or he dies," the donor to this advisor said, "And here's the rest of it. Otherwise, we are fucking dead in November." That's Politico. Geez. Yeah. Yeah, it was pretty bad. And it wouldn't end there. CNN would continue to, well, I guess the only thing you can call it is Thrash Joe Biden and his absolutely embarrassing performance last night. Let's check it out. The panic that I am hearing from Democrats is not like anything that I have heard in this campaign so far. And a lot of it has to do with, first of all, there was a deep frustration about Trump's lies. I mean, he lied a lot tonight. But the problem for Biden was that Trump was able to take some, sometimes incredible falsehoods and turn them into some kind of argument, whereas Biden's answers were, in a lot of cases, not coherent, deeply problematic that he was not able to take pretty straightforward answers and answer them to the American public. And then also, at some points, bringing things up that teed up Trump attacks. So there's a real concern here tonight that there's been some real damage done that cannot be undone. Biden solidified the perception among voters, but especially among his base. They were hoping that tonight would be a game changer. They are now seeing a president who is in the White House, who they do not necessarily believe can do this for another four years. Mm. Again, how do you go on to cover that? Yeah, it's wild. It is. And when you look at some of the polling that came out in real time as the debate was wrapping up, it wasn't good. I saw the flash poll from CNN, and that was coming straight out of the debate, that was initial reaction. Before the debate, Joe Biden, 45, Donald Trump, 55%. After the debate, Joe Biden, 33, Donald Trump, 67%. And that's a CNN flash poll on the debate. And when you saw a couple of the other ones that come out, you got, well, the polly market presidential election shift in where people are putting the money on. Donald Trump, 64%, Joe Biden, 19%, Gavin Newsom, 7%, Kamala Harris, 5%, Michelle Obama, 4%. Pretty interesting. And the overall chance of Donald Trump getting to the White House again, Donald Trump, 64, Joe Biden, 19. Also saw a swing state poll that came out this morning from polly market. Wisconsin, Trump, 56, Biden, 44, Pennsylvania, Trump, 56, Biden, 44, Michigan, Trump, 51, Biden, 49, Nevada, Trump, 72, Biden, 28, Arizona, Trump, 72, Biden, 28, Georgia, Trump, 80, Biden, 20, North Carolina, Trump, 83, Biden, 17. If that sticks, Joe Biden has absolutely no electoral path to victory. So that's what the numbers are looking at today. We also put out a poll on our social media, just asking straight up debate, winner questions. I'm going to check in on it right now. I see it continue to get shared. Here we go in real time. We're over a thousand votes. Donald Trump, 98% Joe Biden to the question is 20, 24, presidential debate, winner. And that's still going to run for about 10 more hours. So I'm expecting it. And that's just on Twitter. We put it out on true social as well. So I mean, what can you say? The polls shifted. The numbers shifted. Every single person in the media seem to be jumping off the Biden Express. And what's next? Well, we talked about it. Joe Biden, yet in fact checked, I'm going to play his first. And then I'm going to talk about Donald Trump's because it was on CNN, so you have to take it for what it is. But when you talk about some of the things Joe Biden was pushing on the debate stage last night and just that they were completely made up, I have no idea where he got some of these numbers or reference points from CNN wanted to highlight it for all of America to hear. Let's check it out. Some of them. He said he's the only president in a while who didn't have any troops dying anywhere in the world. Troops have, of course, died on his watch. He said he's put in a $15 per shot cap on insulin and Medicare. It's a $35 a month cap. He said it's a $200 cap on overall drug spending in Medicare. It's $2,000 a year. He said the border now has fewer crossings than when Trump was in office. That's generally not true. He said, or at least strongly suggested, unemployment was at 15%. When he took office, it was actually 6.4. He said Trump wants to get rid of Social Security. Trump doesn't. He said billionaires pay 8.2% in taxes. It's much higher. He said Trump told Americans to inject bleach amid COVID. We know Trump made foolish comments about scientists studying disinfectant injection but didn't frame it as advice to people. And Biden said the Border Patrol endorsed him. No, it's Union supported the Border bill. He supported it. Never endorsed him. Himself. Oof. Ouch. Brandon Judd was quick to get on the official Border Patrol Union Twitter account last night and confirmed that they never had and never will endorse Joe Biden for president. Isn't there two different basic factions of the CBP personnel down there that have two different unions as well though? Well, there's the actual union who does the endorsing and that's on behalf of the workforce. But then there's like the representatives like the people that Joe Biden nominates and are appointed to run the Border Patrol. Of course, they're going to endorse him because their political career has been advanced by that sitting president. Yeah. So you have to take that into context as well. You know, it's just really interesting to see how this kind of all played out. And then again, I want to talk about the Donald. They did an exact same segment right after that. Fact checking a lot of the stuff that Donald Trump said. But when CNN went to look at some of the things they wanted to, I mean, Joe Biden straight up lied about a lot of stuff, Donald Trump's were kind of open ended. And to fact check them isn't really accurate to do, and I'll give you a couple of examples. Donald Trump said Iran was completely broke and they were punishing allies geopolitically of Iran with other sanctions throughout the course of his term. We all know that that's true. Iran turned a, you know, hundreds of billions of dollars annually with their energy exports. And Donald Trump had them down near financial collapse and internal revolution that things were so bad. And I ran before Joe Biden fixed everything there and basically gave them everything they wanted. So was Iran technically zero percent funding terrorism? No, Donald Trump said they weren't. But the fact of the matter is is that they were able to fund terrorism in ways that are a lot less than they are now, speaking that Joe Biden's given them over $600 million in unfrozen assets back and allowed them to become an energy export juggernaut again on the global stage. That's the point Donald Trump was making. It's kind of an inconclusive answer to fact check. Another one was NATO. Donald Trump said Joe Biden has allowed NATO to do whatever they want in regards to the Ukraine war because Joe Biden has allowed them to not pay their fair share. And Donald Trump said he was funding NATO when he was president. So their fact check on Donald Trump was Donald Trump did not 100 percent fund NATO when he took office. The United States was only 75 percent funding NATO. So again, that's an inconclusive fact check and something that's open ended. Did Donald Trump make everyone else drastically increase the amount of fair share that they paid under his presidency? Yes. Do they have to pay a lot less under Joe Biden now? Because he lets everybody railroad the American taxpayers to fund that globalist organization? Yes. And then the Roe v. Wade thing. So Donald Trump said everyone wanted Roe v. Wade overturned, including a lot of legal experts and scholars who have weighed in on it. Now CNN fact checked him and said although there were lots of people from both sides of the aisle who supported the overturning of the Dobbs decision, it wasn't quote everybody. So where Joe Biden was held accountable for specific lies that he was telling, like bullet points he was prepared to deliver, they would like give these fact checks on Donald Trump for open ended policy things that like are debatable. Like if you're paying 75 percent of NATO's everything and you tell Donald Trump that America was paying 100 percent of it when it took office, that's pretty accurate. You're paying for almost all of it when there's like all these different countries involved. And that's kind of the route they took in trying to fact check the former president. There was an official statement from the Trump team following the debate and I'm going to read it now. This comes on behalf of Chris Laszavita and Susie Wiles. The title is Trump Campaign Statement on President Trump's Historic Debate Victory. Tonight, President Trump delivered the greatest debate performance and victory in the history of our country to the largest voter audience in history, making it clear exactly how he will improve the lives of every American. Over and over, President Trump highlighted common sense plans to reduce inflation, bring down the cost of groceries, housing and gas, as well as his plans to bring back his successful first term policies that kept our southern border secure and free from the wave of Biden migrant crimes currently sweeping our country. Joe Biden, on the other hand, showed exactly why he deserves to be fired despite taking a week-long vacation at Camp David to prepare for the debate. Joe Biden was unable to defend his disastrous record on the economy and border. Throughout the debate, Biden lied, invented stories, and cannot articulate a single plan to make things less expensive to keep our people safe, choosing instead to change the subject and dwell in the past. Even worse, Joe Biden couldn't explain why he took a week of vacation to Camp David while 50 ISIS terrorists ran loose in our country. When Trump is spot on when he says Joe Biden is too incompetent to stand trial, then he is too incompetent to be president. Americans are struggling financially. The families of Lake and Riley, Rachel Morin, Jocelyn Nungarei, and every other victim of Biden, migrant crime are grieving. Our country is on fire, and we stand on the brink of World War III because Joe Biden's incompetence. But we can turn it all around and bring back the American dream, starting on day one, by re-electing President Trump. What do you think about that? Which sums up the debate. Yeah, I mean, two plus two. There it is again. And just when you thought things couldn't get any DEF CON five-year, which is what it seemed like following the debate. The last thing I'm sure the Biden team wanted to do was to roll out Ms. Van Diagram herself, Cackola Harris, the vice president, to defend his performance, well, in prime time on cable news. She sat down with Cooper Scusif, with Anderson Cooper, and, you know, she did the exact same thing Joe Biden tried to do throughout the course of his debate. Take shots at Donald Trump instead of defend the policies of their presidency. Let's check it out. I think that what Donald Trump is doing is grasping for straws. And look, they're only of the two people on that debate stage. Only one of them has the endorsement of his vice president. And let's not forget that. Let's not forget that. You know, pull the cackle in. She wasn't done. As when Anderson Cooper pressed her on the poor performance that Joe Biden displayed for all America, see, she lost it a little bit. And it looks like she knows that her days might be number two. Check it out. I got the point that you're making about a one and a half hour debate tonight. I'm talking about three and a half years of performance in work that has been historic. But is that the man who we saw on the stage tonight? Is that the other guy on the debate stage? The person that you saw on the debate stage that has for the last three and a half years up until today performed in a way that has been about whether it be in the Oval Office. She didn't like that. She didn't like asking about what about the guy we saw on the debate stage today. In Greek. You know, I think the plan is going to be we got to push him over the finish line and then we'll just have to deal with her for a couple years. Can't be worse than what it is right now. At least she can talk kind of school buses are yellow still. She's ridiculous outer space outer space has planets. She's got to be so mad right now that she's not even being considered for even remotely considered for a possible replacement for Joe Biden reports out of her office is that she's furious today. Yeah, I bet and especially with the amount of spin that's going on. Yeah, everybody that's saying Joe Biden, it's time to step down. There's not a single person saying Kamala. It's time to step up or kneel down. You know, I think our listenership really deserves this and I just sent it to you, Noah. I'm talking about the post on Twitter that Barack Obama put out in the last little while. And I'm going to do our station identification real quick and on the back end of that I would love it for our listenership if you would just read it in your best Barack Obama because you do a good one. So Noah, I know you've had a chance to read over and digest Barack Obama's statement today on Joe Biden's debate performance and since you do a pretty damn good Barack Obama, I'm going to promise not to hit the garrison button while you read it in its entirety. Well, bad debate nights happen. Trust me, I know, but this election is still a choice being someone who has fought for ordinary folks his entire life and someone who only cares about himself, between someone who tells the truth, who knows right from wrong and will give it to the American people straight and someone who lives through his teeth for his own benefit. Well, last night didn't change that. So that wasn't a very good Brock that time though. No, you do a pretty decent one. Even though Ron Klane and Barack Obama are set to meet with the Biden family today, it appears that at least publicly and in the short term, they are supporting his performance and listen, nobody circles the wagons better than the Democrats, so for as much as the meltdowns that we're going to play here on the show throughout the course of the two programs that he got taken into consideration, the alternatives is not an easy avenue to get to and if that happens, it opens up a lot of questions about the whole Democrat playbook in general, you know, and that's like people like Gavin Newsom jumping into that race and leapfrogging Kamala Harris. Consequently, I did see it when he caught up with MSDNC following debate last night. He was in the spin room. He wasn't taking too many questions publicly, but he did sit down for an interview or two. Let's hear him try to defend sleepy Joe's performance. You were out there getting a chorus of questions about whether Biden should step down. There is panic that is set in, well, there is panic that is set in among people who have watched this debate, who are Democrats, people who are strategists, and some even inside Democratic campaigns. Yeah. Do you think it's unfounded? I think it's unhelpful and I think it's unnecessary. We've got to go in, we've got to keep our heads high. And as I say, we've got to have the back of this president. You don't turn your back because of one performance. What kind of party does that? It's been a masterclass, 15.6 million jobs. That's eight times more than the last three Republican presidents combined. The only thing the last three Republican presidents have in common is recessions. Democrats deliver. This president is delivered. We need to deliver for him at this moment. With all due respect, the more time we start having these conversations go down, these are all as unhelpful to our democracy, our fate and future of this country, the world. They need us right now to step up. And that's exactly what I intend to do. It's over. You were out there getting a chorus. We are screwed. Being shut down. Don't talk to me that way. You're just a lightweight. Listen, Donald Trump has been mentioning Gavin Newsom on the campaign trail. Gough forbid there's a plan B for the Democrat ticket, so don't think that that's just weird that he occasionally brings up his name and calls him Newsom and stuff like that. You know there are people behind the scenes that are saying he's a great alternative to what currently is going on, but again, when you look at the pathway to get there, it's going to take a lot of handshakes, et cetera. And I just don't think it's as easy as everybody. There's going to be a lot of conservative pundits out there who just want to just make news and listen, RFK unity tickets, promoting people like Ron DeSantis, all this other stuff, it's the same thread. Rokana, who's a buy-in campaign surrogate, had this to say today, "We have a great team of people that will help govern. That is what I am going to continue to make the case for," and that's in regards to Joe Biden's candidacy. So again, who is controlling this country, who is making the executive decisions out of the Oval Office, and why are Biden campaign surrogates and one of the senior members in the House of Representatives saying again, "We have a great team of people that will help govern. They're not talking about helping run a campaign or helping Joe Biden get reelected." He would go on to say again, "That is why I'm going to continue to make the case for." The case for what, like a communal presidency? Yeah, what is that? It's fucking weird. And again, the spin is the spin is the spin. A lot of people in the press also said something that I saw, well, basically feeds into the narratives that conservatives have been pushing out there for a long time, that it's the point I was just trying to make. Joe Biden is not the person who does cartwheels behind the scenes. He is not sharp as attack. He's not working out quantum theories on a dry erase board while people are talking to him about geopolitics or lowering inflation or the cost of medicine. Joe Biden is and was for the world to see last night the person that we in conservative circles have been saying for a long time that he's an absolute fucking mess and he is not the person that is making the decisions that is directing the way of this country. The CNN panel would even get as low as to say that. And I mean, at that point, they said, "This was a disaster. He should bow out." And now they're saying like he is as big as a mess as some people have kind of leaned in on. Let's check it out. Oh, for weeks, weeks by Democrats who say, "Oh, in private meetings, I've seen Joe Biden do cartwheels and handstands while doing trigonometry while solving all the nation's problems." We now know that every single person who said that has been lying to the American people. Oof. That's what I'm saying. I don't know how the press picks themselves up and gets out of bed today after they had such a meltdown about this stuff. I don't know how they can get out of bed every day. Yeah. Did you see Joe Biden's absolutely cringe moment last night? Which one? In the spin room where she was yelling and screaming into the microphone? Oh, yeah. It's like what you would yell to like a dementia patient after they successfully dropped a deuce off. In the toilet and not in their pants, right? Why? That's what I mean, yeah. Yeah. I did want to play a small clip of that as well. Let's check it out. Joe, you did such a great job. You answered every question. You knew all the time. If let me ask the crowd, what did Trump do? Hi. Hey, awful. She was a whoa. She is the fucking worst. I mean, listen, at the end of the day, you have to take Joe Biden's inner circle outside of the political arena and in more regards to his family and understand these are the people. The Biden family right now is so terrified of what they've done legally against Donald Trump and the position that they've put him in to where he is legitimately, especially even more so last night. If there isn't a person out there today on Friday, what is it, the 28th of June, 2024 that saying there is like an infinity chance that Donald Trump is physically going to prison after Joe Biden's debate performance last night, I don't know how you could look any otherwise. What else do they have? They don't have the candidate. They've lost the narrative, all of the stuff that Joe Biden has and his handlers have pushed back on for the last three plus years regarding every single thing of him and his family top to bottom is now getting debunked in real time. Stuff going back to the 2020 election, stuff that's gone on with his family now, and it's just a fucking mess. Like, I don't know what else. And then what happens, you know, the Biden campaign is going to, you know, the president of the United States going to go, oh, yeah, the rule of law succeeded. And you know, Donald Trump committed crime. So he has to, he has to suffer the consequences. But then it's like literally the political opponent four days before he's supposed to officially accept the nomination and make it at him being the GOP nominee. This is a fucking disaster. And beyond disaster. Yeah, for as much as the news thinks that like things are, you know, wild today, just imagine what it looks like in a couple of weeks when we really get into the nitty gritty of it. And our last audio clip before we jump in with representative Spartz out of Indiana, Joe Biden. Well, showed up at a waffle house at two o'clock in the morning last night and graded himself on his debate performance. Noah, I can't believe you was awake, but you'll never guess what he said. No, it's hard to cut the debate a lot. New York Times is going on in July of twenty six times, big lives, what do you want to tell? Yeah, he thinks he did well and he wanted everybody to know that Donald Trump lied twenty six times. Well, he did do well. He did very well at showing people that he's not capable of the job that he's fucking applying for to the American people. I like it. And we'll leave it at that as we're getting ready to jump in with Congress from the Victoria Spartz. But before we do another check in with one of our partners. Thanks for joining us again on the show. Always a pleasure. Thank you for having me. Busy day up on the hill this week. There's a lot of topics I want to touch with you on. First one I'm starting with is, well I guess it's not really bipartisan because it's all within the Republican conference but it seemed like a very variety wise cast of people came together this week to work towards holding Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of congressional subpoena and we want to get some commentary on where we go from here. We know it went from regular contempt to inherent contempt but our listenership wants a little bit of an update on what exactly it means or what the next steps are regarding the US Attorney General and the accountability of the House of Representatives and the Republican caucus wants to hold him to in regards to releasing the Biden tapes to the American public. Unfortunately I hate to say the only accountability we have is money. I think it was an important vote and it was important to know and I think Democrats need to understand the two that we decide that very much that anyone can not follow any subpoenas of Congress then we pretty much become dysfunctional institutions and I think that is important for them to understand that although however they did the very sham committee of Congress that have abandoned contempt of Congress which really should be fixed internally because the procedures were violated and really the House should be really it's unfortunate that our leadership is so weak and just going to write some amicus briefs which doesn't even make sense because it's a procedural issue it's not a constitutional issue it's how it's violated rules and procedures and that is really need to be addressed by the House you know not by the courts you know there are some issue should be addressed by the courts but that should be addressed by the House and you know hopefully they will grow backbone our leadership and actually deal with that because it's terrible what's happening and what devil standard we have but here is a legitimate you know request and is this something that illegitimate that Attorney General is claiming that somehow you know when Vice President Biden was selling you know this information to some reporters to make millions of dollars right in the book a criminal investigation somehow of executive privilege and he can decide what he is going to give to Congress you know so this is all ridiculous what's really happening but it's really hard to enforce it and unfortunately we keep funding this failed agencies I mean we talk about that and we pass in more preparations given money to unauthorized agency I just was on the floor debate we have corrupt you am I mean the pretty much acting against our national interests correct you will and bribery and corruption and we cannot defund unauthorized programs you know I mean that is what's happening the same with DOJ and FBI this agency's haven't been authorized for decades and we keep funding them so ultimately the only accountability we have realistically it's funding and we are not doing it you know I do want to ask your opinion on the push to make a change or kind of get in the way of the current ruling in regards to Steve Bannon we also know a former Trump administration official Peter Navarro is already serving a jail sentence these are the same kind of subpoenas that went out for former Donald Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and Special Assistant Dan Scavino as well now what you guys are working on in the house it's not like if the house passes it and agrees on this resolution or amendment through the black that it automatically changes the ruling and Peter Navarro is freed and Stephen Bannon doesn't go to jail however it does show that you know the January 6th committee was essentially formatted on garbage premise it was not bipartisan because of how Nancy Pelosi selected the people who sat on it and because those subpoenas went out in the face of the rules of the House of Representatives you guys are now clarifying that this is an illegitimate subpoenas and they should be dropped and the court should take that into consideration in regards to those rulings is that correct and then for sure it's correct and this is something the house has to vote and because that was a house rule that actually was violated by Speaker Pelosi decided she's a queen you know and this is an internal procedure so court as part of the evidence it's not like there is a legal precedent they can use you know you know we need to send a message you know what the house believes that it is true that that was created illegitimate you know it was a sham committee created you know which violated house rules and that's something that is important evidence and how is need to vote to send that message is an internal procedures because it's not illegal you know it's a legal case now that people actually going to be unfortunately paying this price for that but I think this is something that the house has to do and you know I really are disappointed that we are not doing it yeah it's gonna be interesting to see how this kind of shakes out especially with the finite amount of time just a few days before Steve Bannon is set to report to prison as we always talk about on the show Peter Navarro is already serving the greater part of his four month sentence right now and it's just an absolute shame the way that this has been done and then when you talk in the contrast of it what's going on with Merrick Garland not only did he announce after you guys found him in contempt that he won't be investigating or prosecuting himself you guys go after the inherent contempt and it just seems like you know it's not like he's gonna show up in lieu of getting put in handcuffs and dragged up to the house to talk about releasing these tapes to the American public. Congressman I want to talk about some of the other things that are going on in the house you mentioned appropriation and defunding you know there's a big push also to take some money there actually has been some amendments used to take some money away from the Department of Homeland Security I mean it's been the biggest disaster of an agency under Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas you know we've seen Alejandro Mayorkas caught so many different times and lies before congressional committee as well obviously you've had him in committee and it's just an absolute disgrace what you know they've done to this country and how many people they led in here and now the crimes that are affecting Americans in every street across the country as well you know when you continue to push on these agencies I mean there's a better than average chance that Alejandro Mayorkas won't be the head of DHS next year obviously with the changing of the guard or the presidency but you know you have to be able to stay ahead of the ball and take everything into consideration and the fact that we're already starting to trim the fat off of some of the things they're using to you know essentially free flow people under this country unmitigatedly it seems like the House of Representatives at least is you know moving in the right direction as far as like kind of holding the line and send appropriations and wanting to take money away from the agencies that aren't doing anything to serve the American people well listen I think you know I guess the standard is so low that was bad you know that I guess you know and you send a little bit incrementally badder than it was a disaster you know it's like when we started the spending we took a COVID inflate and spending as a baseline you know so that was like oh now we're doing I mean like no one is talking about huge increases within that was supposed to be temporarily COVID related and now we baseline it and talking about how great we all increase and it's 1% well amazing that no one talking about 30% increase before and jumping trillions of dollars in debt now that that added you know this is crazy you know so so what we're doing so I guess you know when you set standard solo you know anything seems like it's a positive thing because it couldn't get much worse but ultimately we're not moving in the right direction you know the whole spending situation and we're not really looking at an appropriation we still increase in debt and it actually now became much higher the CBO just very alarmed when we know then they asked him as you know we inflation increase the inflation and all funds are still going insolvent very soon and people don't realize when they go on solvent it means that will start contributed to this funds from general budget people don't realize we're still not paying for social security of regular money but when it goes in solvent very soon or Medicare and highway funds will have now doubling our shortfalls even more and we already have ton of debt ton of inflation and a lot of this money don't go to with the people and I think that's a challenge we have and we're not willing to authorize properly spend and look in these programs and spend time we still give in blank chats and just look in the totals without looking in the details and devil is always in the details you know I'm really helping next year with Congress being able to retain and extend the majority a flip in the Senate and a change of the White House those tough conversations about getting back to pre-COVID spending is like you mentioned the new baseline let's start wasting all the money we said that was only going to be temporary first we can get that back into you know appropriations for the country in regards to the 12 bills and the rest of the annual budget and then moving forward you can continue to trim the fat there's going to be you know obviously if Donald Trump wins the election in November there's going to be a lot of deregulation there's going to be an abundance of energy coming out of the country etc the taxes and tariffs and sanctions that are going to be put back on countries that Joe Biden has kind of empowered throughout the course of his presidency aren't going to hurt the American economy as much and once that gets rolling you can only hope that the House of Representatives in the Senate would be more inclined to get back to a more normal budget and the way that this country should be operating financially but I guess we're going to have to wait to see a couple more months before that happens but Congresswoman sticking in the same thread of the Department of Homeland Security but going up to the executive office okay so recently Joe Biden dropped over 350,000 cases of people seeking asylum in the United States our listenership knows what that means is that Joe Biden said these people automatically have a path to green card ship work authorization all the benefits of someone who did it the right way even though these people did it the wrong way now have in addition just over a week ago Joe Biden signed an executive order granting more than half a million people amnesty and again that pathway to citizenship and the accessibility to work and green card and all those benefits for people who are spouses of DACA recipients something that the you know US Supreme Court has already deemed as unconstitutional so when someone who sits on judiciary someone who knows the law someone that has seen this administration operate outside of it for the entirety of the time that Joe Biden's been in office what can Congress do right now to I mean there is no way that at least a million people should be getting amnesty without going through any of the congressional avenues that Joe Biden's done is this something that you guys are going to have to you know hopefully state AGs like Andrew Bally has recently done with student loan debt and election interference like start filing state lawsuits against the Biden administration to kind of hold them accountable and see if the Supreme Court says he can't just grant amnesty to millions of people coming across the border or can Congress do something in this session right now or maybe looking forward to the 119th to kind of combat just letting people in who come here illegally and then you know have access to become American citizens automatically. Well listen I hate to be redundant instead again the biggest and most important power the Congress has the power of the purse it's all about money you know we can write a lot of lattice we can do a lot of resolutions which are fine but really what matters are money and we continue funding a lot of corrupt programs that this administration is doing because most of our funded isn't totals we give them totals blank checks we don't authorize specifically programs under it and a lot of them never been authorized so we never really take a deep dive what's really going on and we don't even know like most of these governments are not auditable government accountability office pretty much send alarming letters all the time we cannot audit these governments so no one knows where the money go so if no one is looking and we know that these people I mean have a lot of perverse incentives to be corrupt you know so then like why should they care we can pass whatever we want here we can do all these different things we have no enforcement mechanism because everything only enforced by funding you take funding you specifically give funding and this is the main job we have to do and that Congress could become very powerful because by our structure we are and that is why it's important you know our funded fathers give up power of the person power of the worker reason because this is extremely important powers and they want to make sure that this powers are not held by one person you know they want to make sure that as spread but when Congress doesn't do a job American people have no representation so we're not a people's house we became an arm for big machine a executive branch to actually be tyrannical even the people have lawlessness on the border what they're doing right now if you want to come in this country legally it's becoming almost impossible yeah you know but if you come I came here legally I have to work extremely hard and didn't get any benefits and I never even thought that we will now have immigration illegal immigration to welfare we are actually give more benefits to illegal people here you know that actually to Americans that are struggling in all of it our fund and you know a welfare is going bankrupt but we have enough money to make a lot of wealthy organizations that don't even hear about that and cartels become wealthy and really put Americans life in danger and have you know huge drug crisis and and this finance by China I mean this is really this administration is I think it's just such a dereliction of duty that I cannot believe that this administration wasn't held more accountable but I go back again we did not hold the line and at least pick the hill of the border to die and then take it and that is goes back we cannot I understand it's divided congress so we have to win now in November but honestly we'll have to show the American people after that we can go you know we're going to lose this republic because people right left frustrated with republicans too oh they certainly are I mean and for the small groups of republicans who have hold the line and you know honestly commentated on it uh you know following the work that you're doing up there much like yourself congresswoman all you can do is continue to tell the people that are you know potential voters in november's ones on the national level that listen to shows like this and others across the country that you've been on that this is what you know goes into the equation of fixing things moving forward and hopefully we do get to some of those solutions you talked about and and the people that are going to join you in the future up on capital oil to start to develop a little bit more of a spine uh then they currently represent up there on a regular basis last thing I want to touch with you on there's been a lot of rulings from the supreme court that have came out this week there was one that people were calling historic but it's more of a punt in the legal terms of everything and that's the you know censorship one that uh was challenged against the Biden administration for stuff that happened during the pandemic in regards to removing content from social media etc which means you know the Biden administration as the current president they can reach out in some context of social media agencies and say hey this narrative that people are putting out there is not true or accurate so you need to remove that content online now I know that part of the argument even though three of the supreme court justices who were more conservative thought it was able to stand is that there wasn't enough standing as there isn't a topic that was presented in real time today for them to kind of go off of you know they just kind of punted it down the road for something more specific that comes out I know they were referencing the pandemic but you know we're heading into an election season where you're gonna have just as many people online voicing their opinions as people did during the pandemic now when you see this spread of free speech and listen this has gone on since the beginning of our republic there used to be you know newspapers produced by people like Benjamin Franklin that were greatly repressed and you know their content were removed from public places and stuff like that there was a lot of underground press going on during that time but to still see it in this digital age it's kind of sad that we're nearly 250 years old but as you saw the ruling come out how did you feel about you know the way the supreme court is looking at this right now well I think you know I think unfortunately you know we'd be in such a lawless congress was have so many other constitutional law and have such a big you know government state of really that you know the supreme court became a last resort which intended to be and I think you know in some ways supreme courts become a little bit more political they start picking some things and more questioning you know some of the things you know what they want to rule on because unfortunately there is a lot of public pressure and unfortunately there are a lot of things that would be done so badly that should have never been really dealt with you know where are they what they doing with January 6 people where they you know what they're doing right now with second amendment what is happening right now with CFPB where you know pretty much we create this autonomous agency that can issue regulations and never go through appropriations and unfortunately they'll have to make a political rule and then some of the things so become a politically sensitive and have some justices you know unfortunately a little bit more political you know then they do not want you know to make big changes and make big strikes at something that they feel like probably congress should be doing which I understand but there are a few things that actually that there's a consequences to to do and I think you know it's unfortunate that you know supreme court few justices they are not willing to hold the ground where they should be you know and I've seen it in some of the decisions because I think we went so much overboard that I think they're overwhelmed probably you know with all of the things that getting like so bad so they start picking what is the biggest things they're going to pick and sometimes it's probably split the baby and some of the things yeah that's my feeling about that which I wish they wouldn't do that you know because that is very significant what's really happening right now with censorship and really collusion between government and intimidation of businesses and people I think this is very serious situation and a lot of the things so I you know there are some rules and issues will probably contraversion all the other sides so I think some of the justices really you know you know I'm disappointed I'll be honest with you but it is what it is and I think congress needs to stay dealing with that and this goes back to the same you know we're going to have today votes on you know dealing with you know with a lot of amendments that actually at least we have processes that we fought for that american people can see how their representatives are going to be voting on that and what they say back home when they come there what they're really fighting you know it's good at least that we have an ability to you know to have these discussions you know on the floor which we didn't have before we actually have some privacy big tech bills to protect privacy we're moving through energy and commerce committee that a lot of people are afraid to deal with big tech and you know and that's probably leadership will try not to put it on the floor now the american people will need to put pressure say no no no no so this is something that people need to study watching because and make the representative accountable because I agree this issue should be dealt here in this hamber and not really by supreme court and I think some of them are so egregious the supreme court decide to do it and some when they don't feel that it's as strong as a case they become a little bit more political no when you talk about the stuff that could be done within the house of representatives that you guys have already kind of opened up the can of worms on that's the twitter files and the investigation that you guys have done into that that's the holding big tech accountable hearings where you've brought them in and essentially you know held their feet to the fire until they have admitted that they collaborated with the Biden administration I mean we're already seeing it in real time again back in 2020 it was the 51 former intelligence officials now they have the 16 Nobel prize winning economists who say if Donald Trump wins the White House he's gonna ruin the global economy even though Joe Biden's done a great job of essentially ruin the global economy over the course of the last three plus years so there has to be some action taken these people have to come in the american people have to hear him and congress has to be the one to you know do the grunt work here before we can expect any kind of rulings at the supreme court I think that's the way kind of constitutionally the supreme court would like to see it go you know it operated kind of dissected and presented to the american people at a lower level before it gets to them which is the end degree and moving forward hopefully we will do that much as you talked about you guys are working on already congresswoman this has been awesome catching up with you today as it always is when you could join us on the show you always got so much information for our listenership and we really appreciate your time we've got your congressional website live linked in the show description today if we want to follow you on social media and check out all the great work you're doing where can we find you it's at reps parts and we try to give you know no no bias and see what it is and people can make the decisions you know for themselves but I want to tell one thing what is really happening just kind of pull up with what you said a lot of this economy and a lot of these people you know they get paid by very wealthy people that become rich and richer because this is make american people who are for inflation is going to destroy people with low income and six income when this taxes will have to be faced you know defined in all these funds going bankrupt and we'll have to face what to do about taxes and if we increase taxes we're going to destroy the middle class that's what socialism is and people know that they want to be political elites on top you know and then everyone else equally poor so these elites are paying big money right now to write these reports you know to write all of the corrupt you know media we have radical corrupt media mainstream media became so corrupt they get paid to write lies you know and I think that has become a challenge and they keep funding that but shows like here's another way we have an ability to talk directly to the people because I don't think american people want to be puppets you know to to at least in Washington DC and be oppressed by them I think that direct communication is extremely important and we need to do more of that but I appreciate what you do to inform the american people because it will not be solved in the sea I just telling you this is not going to be small but it's not going to be drained in the sea by people in the sea it can only be drained from people from outside getting more involved in state paying attention thank you for having me no that makes so much sense and we'll be of course looking to have you back in the month of july as we do every month here on the show this is a congresswoman who's representing indiana's fifth congressional district
