- Monkey, this is not nom, this is bowling, there are rules. - Hey, hey, hey, junior, America! - It's like, oh, the fastest, so stand by! - All right, everybody, welcome back to the State for Breakfast podcast. I'm Ron Noah's here. - Yo. - If you're a first-time listener, welcome to the show. If you're a long-time listener, welcome back to America's Fastest Growing and quickly becoming favorite political podcast. If you're in this episode for the first time, glad that you're here, but just press pause. We'll see you in a little bit. Check out our first edition of the show today, which is going to be covering Donald Trump's speaking event that he had in Racine Wisconsin this week. Some new polling, like a 180 that the mainstream press has done for Joe Biden regarding some of the national polls that have to do with independence that came out this week as well. We sat down with Florida Congressman Corey Mills and caught up for the first time with Jesse Jane Duff, who's one of the senior executives on the Veterans for Trump 2024. So great show there, another action-packed episode here. We're going to be talking about, well, unfortunately, how more Biden crimes are negatively affecting Americans. In the context of, well, a lot more people are dying at the hands of them. And in between those dying's, there's robberies, there's assaults, there's rapings, it's just not good. All the things that we were told we were racist for and being very xenophobic about just a few short months ago now seem to be making it into the news almost on a nightly basis where no one is safe and everyone is affected by the tens of millions of illegals that Joe Biden has led. Run rampant coast to coast here in the United States and he took office and made sure Alejandro Mayorkis got appointed as the head of DHS. We'll also talk a little bit about some conservative infighting that's going on right now, not just NW MAGA, but what some of the other entities and how they're kind of promoting this to push the vision within the party, now that almost everyone is coalesced around President Trump. Again, we talked about in our first episode of the podcast, they, although we wasn't vetted for anything VP related, Donald Trump did have a face-to-face meeting with Virginia Governor Glen Yunken recently and it seems like they're gonna be campaigning together. So every time you see Donald Trump notch another one in the belt for having someone who wasn't necessarily with him back when he first announced that he was gonna run for re-election, well guess what? Now they're here for him and we know a lot of these popular figures within the party when they start getting out there and campaigning with them, especially for the historic win that Glen Yunken had up in Virginia a couple years ago, you know you're trying to identify to people not just under the MAGA tent, but Democrats who are in the more traditional sense and independents people that are potentially gonna walk away and come vote Republican in this year's upcoming election. But getting back to this border insecurity that we've got going on and the migrant crimes that are going from coast to coast, you know, you talk about it. You see Joe Biden right in EO that grants passway the citizenship and legal permanent residency for nearly half a million people earlier this week. He also talked about, you know, we have to be over a million people at least already, you know, 'cause remember just a few short weeks ago, didn't we drop like close to 400,000 asylum cases? These are not the same as the ones that were given amnesty. The spouses of DACA was not just the 357,000 asylum cases that were just dropped a few short weeks ago by DHS as well. - No, it's, and these numbers are not gonna count towards the recorded numbers because oh, those cases were dropped so they don't count. Like these 400,000 people like just slice that right off the top of the numbers that the news is gonna report. - Yeah. - If they're even reporting anything remotely nearby what's happening, which they're not. - They're not because again, whatever DHS provides as far as the numbers to the media, they're not taking into account the walkaways, the getaways, the Biden flights and all those other in between. So you just have to take-- - Somebody tells me like, oh, you know, crime is down. Look at the FBI statistics. I'm like, whatever, dude. Yeah, they don't report those anymore, especially in major cities. You would think that Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York are the safest cities on the planet according to the FBI. - Yeah. - Good luck walking outside of your house and trying to make it back and forth to work every day. I saw, okay, Joe Biden was at a fundraiser in California somewhere last week. After the local secret service detail that was appointed to him as extra security for that event broke off, meaning the event was over, and Joe Biden either went to the hotel or got back on the plane. This guy was walking to his car, an armed secret service agent, and was robbed by four armed perpetrators. - You can't make this shit up. You just can't. - I guess he must have left his gun in the sock drawer. - Mm. - I mean, listen. - Oh, then again, though, if you shoot somebody in California, you're fucked. - Yeah, you're getting publicly quartered. But here's the thing. I mean, well, you just gotta look at numbers. What's the guy taken by surprise is a four on one to his disadvantage. When it said the people that robbed him were armed, they don't know if it's knives or guns or both. And what kind of a situation? I mean, if they said, give us the keys to your car, give us your wallet, give us your watch, and then they don't do anything to you. It's much better than drawing your weapon and having four people shoot or stab you at the same time while you're trying to neutralize that threat. So you have taken into consideration what the stipulations were, which we don't know and will never be told. And they'll eventually say that this actually didn't happen. He didn't get robbed. He donated his car and wallet and watch to these newcomers who were just looking for a better life as they pursue their careers in engineering, the medical field, and practicing law, probably becoming astronauts as well. Mm. Brett Pat Fallon was on Fox News yesterday talking about the job that Joe Biden and Alejandro Americans haven't done for the past several years. Let's hear him. - Ultimately, Congressman, real quick on this. What ends up happening is you implement laws like this. If you're married to a U.S. citizen, now you get to be a citizen and you stay here or a birthright citizenship, and you've got an open border for the last three and a half years and you end up with a situation in this country where the demographics shift as a result of that. - Well, what you're gonna see is just more people coming across the border because once they get here, I mean, Joe Biden's administration, the Homeland Security, Committee just discovered that 400,000 illegal immigrants have been flown across the country secretly. Joe Biden doesn't want you to know this. They do this in the middle of the night. We've had 362 people on the terrorist watch list apprehended under President Trump. There were 11 for all four years. So under any measure, we are far safer and the border was more secure when President Trump was in office. That's why we need him back in come this November. - Makes the case for it there. - You know, I just talked to Rep Fallon's office today. I believe he's gonna be joining us. First week of July, I believe for the second, on July 2nd, that would be a Tuesday edition of the podcast. And wow, in addition to the rally that Donald Trump's gonna be holding in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this week, it's also just been announced via Donald Trump's True Social, that he will address the faith and freedom conference that's happening right now in Washington, D.C. in public for attendees on Saturday at 1.30 PM. So it looks like he's gonna be in Washington, D.C. and then Trump Force won it right up to, it's about a 50 minute flight on the Gulf Stream up to Philadelphia and give a rally there. So again, multiple speaking events, two different kinds of audiences. I've seen a lot of great people who have already spoke at the Faith and Freedom Conference, the summit that they're having in Washington, D.C. I saw South Carolina Congressman Tim Scott. Obviously Dr. Ben Carson was one of the headliners to open up the event as well. Everybody always likes hearing him, but sticking in the thread here of what's going on down on the border and how it's affecting everyday Americans. So Houston Police have charged two Venezuelan migrant men over the brutal rape and murder via strangulation of a 12 year old girl named Jocelyn Nungari in the Greater Houston area. You know, over the course of the last couple of days, you've also saw another young woman outside of the ones that have already been reported. I can't remember what stage is. And she was also brutally murdered and sexually assaulted. There was a girl who was recovered for illegal migrants from Venezuela kidnapped her in like one state and brought her to a safe house to be introduced in human trafficking in the sex workers community in an entire another state over. I mean, I get anxiety when my kids go anywhere outside of when they're with me these days because you never know what happens. You know, they go out with their friends family and let's just say, okay, my daughter went to the movies last week with like one parent and three of her other girlfriends. How do I know that during that movie, if my daughter has to go to the bathroom, number one, she goes with a buddy. Like is the mom going to be smart enough to say like, hey, you two go together? And number two, okay, two young teenage girls are walking around the mall by themselves. Is that enough to prevent them from something bad happening to them? Obviously it's not. So it's like, you know, when I know I'm out with my kids and my family that we're gonna be for the most part, okay. But it's just hard. I mean, this is happening in every community across the country now, no, what do you think? - Yeah, this stuff is happening everywhere. Like, I mean, I was on a social media group or whatever it was like Facebook or some shit. And it's like a local community group. And they were talking about how there's been a rash of kidnapping attempts that have been happening in the area. Like literally people trying to kidnap like adults, children, whatever, who knows? And I can only imagine like who the perpetrators of these are. Either emboldened criminals that have already been here or knew emboldened criminals, they've just became guests. - It's just absolutely brutal. And you know, you see the families as this happens too. You see the long string of crimes that led up to a lot of these events happening. And it's not just my chance. It's not accident. It's not isolated. It's happening in every city and state across the country now. I saw, you know, and it's tough to listen to, but if we don't continue to condition ourselves like the motivating factors for this year election, outside of you personally needs to be more than like, I'm gonna go vote on November 5th for Donald Trump, I'm doing my job, perfect. It's not the case anymore. What if you have young kids who this could happen to? What if you have nieces and nephews or cousins or other relatives across other states in the country where you don't know if illegals are getting dumped into their community and they go for a walk every night and then one night they go for a walk and never come back. You find them like, you know, throwing upon half naked, raped and murdered, like is the case with a lot of these girls right now. It's something that we have to take head on and it's something that we have to be able to talk about in a thoughtful manner so we can encourage more people. I mean, again, the Biden illegals are not just targeting conservatives when it comes to the attacks and the rapes and the murders and the robberies and the property destruction that's going on across the country. They have no filter. They want something, they take it. They face any resistance. It seems like they go after it pretty hard and you know, it's something that we have to keep at the forefront of the conversation. It's going to be the biggest item outside of inflation in the economy in this election cycle. Let's take it out. - Texas police have caught two men from Venezuela. They are now accused of the murder and brutal, strangling death of a 12-year-old girl. Both of those suspects crossed the US border illegally from Mexico this year. In fact, agents caught them, border agents caught them and let them go free with future court dates scheduled. So they were caught and released, catch and release. - We are also learning more about the illegal immigrant who's suspected of raping and murdering Merrill and mother of five, Rachel Morin. ICE is confirming border patrol agents caught him as well. Three times and sent him back to Mexico, but then he entered a fourth time as a God way. Remember how that works? They come into the country, our detection services, don't pick them up, cameras, nothing. I've been down to the border. It's not easy to sneak in, but it's not impossible. And they're good at it, aided by the drug cartels. - Gotta love it. The money that's exchanging hands to see how many American citizens and people that belong in this country have endured these horrific instances in their lives. It's just completely ridiculous and off the charts, it's disgusting. I hope with every fiber of my being that the Justice Department is turned on people like Alejandro Mayorkas, legally, of course, in a future Trump administration because things that guy has done outside of the constitutional parameters of what his job calls for. You used to talk about border security, national security, all the stuff that's going on with these people directly tied to DHS, the failed vetting processes when it comes to the people that are committing crimes and how many times they were encountered or arrested or detained, whatever they call it, and then they kick 'em back to Mexico so many times they just get sick of it. They wound up scrounged some money together and paying off a cartel member to get 'em through. - Yep. I think we should start planning the seeds with a lot of our Trump adjacents that we have on the show and have contact with regularly about, see if we can get Trump to start talking about tiring and feathering. - I wanna hear him mention, he's only mentioned as far as I know, and you know, no one dives into this stuff as hard as me, Noah. - I haven't only heard him say, invoke Alejandro Mayork's by name once so far, and I'm hoping as we get closer to the election, I know you wanna blame this solely on Joe Biden, but you know, the immigration system is as fucked up as it is because of the job Alejandro Mayork has did in destroying CIS when he served in the first and second Barack Obama terms in office. So, you know, it's one of those things. - All that stuff was by design though. - Yeah, well of course he leaves CIS and for several years, it's on the board of some of the biggest NGOs on the planet and now these are the NGOs that are facilitating the largest human trafficking operation in the history of the galaxy. - And when you put it in that context, these NGOs, non-governmental organizations who are funded by the government, so an unofficial arm of the government. So basically it's a kickback to his own associated businesses, technically. - Which, consequently, we all know when Joe Biden's term in office is over, he will sit on the head of these boards again. - Yep. - And make millions and millions of more. Why do you think we've put up so much of a facilitate the migrant crisis because of bullshit climate change infrastructure down in the third world? Why are we building these huge processing centers in South America and Central America and in the lower parts of Mexico? It's so we could streamline into the country all of these millions and millions of people that by design they want to come here and essentially replace us with. So I mean, you have to be able to do a little bit of your own research, but I mean, the facts are the facts. Nothing that we say here is untrue. We've had everybody from Tom Holman to people at like the Heritage Foundation, America First Legal, Judicial Watch, et cetera, like Outline and Document, all 100 May Works is a long history of setting up what, again, is just the master plan to ruin this country much in the same light that we see in Europe with the UK and Germany and France. I mean, we're only, quite honestly, a few million more people away from just complete sections of this country getting overran to the point to where we're gonna lose portions of the United States to things like Sharia law, to international gangs and cartels and to terrorist organizations which we're seeing in all of these countries right now as well. - And when that stuff happens, nobody's gonna protest against it. Nobody's gonna protest that women are being abused in these areas because it was allowed to happen by their party. So they can never admit that they're wrong and they're just gonna ignore it and continue to go after Republicans who are doing this, that or the other thing. - Well, I'm glad you mentioned that, Noah, 'cause the next clip I've got right here is a border exclusive. So my favorite recipient of a middle finger caught on camera at a Trump rally, fake news, Jim Acosta, former disgraced White House reporter, sat down with Poppy Harlow enthusiast. It's not my fault. Alejandro Mayorkas on fake news CNN the other day and believe it or not, Alejandro Mayorkas refuses to take responsibility for not only all of the illegals that have come into this country, but now the crimes they're committing because he allowed it to happen. Let's check it out. - Do you wanna ask you about the murder of this Maryland mother that has been in the news? It's gotten a lot of attention. She was killed last year. An undocumented immigrant was just arrested in her death last week. He suspected of multiple crimes since he crossed the border illegally in early 2023. Obviously, we know that the studies show that undocumented immigrants don't commit more crimes statistically than native born US citizens. But what do you say to critics who blame the administration for allowing something like this to happen? Yeah, obviously this is something that you hear in right wing media all the time. - Jim, first and foremost, of course, our hearts break for the children, the family, the loved ones, the friends of the individual who was a murder, the woman, the mother. - There you go. - Jim, a criminal is responsible for the criminal act. The criminal who committed this heinous act should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law and forcefully so. That is my-- - So he invoked a little bit of vice presidential. Kamala Harris' rule book there in regards to answering questions. - You can tell when his prepared statements come out because he doesn't in between everything. - Yeah. - Jim. - Like if he can make it three sentences without, then you know that it's been this clockwork orange, eyeballs, freaking, try to open, repeat this a thousand times, get this in your head, fucker. - Jim, first off, we all know our hearts are breaking, for the families of this unfortunate person who has been. - It's common knowledge that criminals commit crimes. That was the worst part of it. - No, are you good? - That's like Kamala Harris, a speech writer. - Yeah. - And then again, so he didn't want to answer that question. He called the woman, eventually a woman and a mother, but an individual first, how dare me offend by using any incorrect pronouns? Would then not take responsibility for the eight ISIS fighters that were led into the country like two weeks ago that were apprehended in Los Angeles, Pennsylvania and New York, let's check this one out. - We had eight individuals of concern as to whom we did not have derogatory information when first encountered at the border. We made determinations in the service of our law enforcement objectives, in the service of our highest priority, to keep the American people safe and secure, to take immigration enforcement action, and that is indeed what we did. - No, you didn't. - No, you did not. - You did not, that's exactly why this happened, because if they've never been here and they're not on some sort of like inner pole watch list, there's nothing's gonna come up, because they were released from a prison or penal colony somewhere, and in the third world, European nation of some of some, like Categica Stan, that's where they're from? - Categica Stan, correct, that's where the ISIS enthusiasts who murdered close to 150 people in Russia also came from. - Yeah, and yes, there's been no derogatory stuff found on their records, because they don't have a fucking record here, like I don't understand how, well, you know, he's never been to a Walmart before, so he's never shop-lifted at Walmart, and then they phrase it with, this person has never been apprehended, shoplifting at a Walmart, we had no record of him ever shoplifting at a Walmart, it's like, yeah, he's never been to fucking Walmart, bro, relax. - 'Cause he's been banned from every target in town for shoplifting. - We shop at Target. - Yeah, well, here's the thing, we've already shown you, this is a theme that I didn't see in writing up the show today, but it's one that's becoming transparent. Donald Trump's starting to lose ground to Joe Biden in the polls, not because it's legitimate in any way, shape, or form, it's because the media is telling you that Joe Biden is now surging in the polls past Donald Trump. The media goes and does a 180 on Joe Biden and calls him a viable candidate when we all know and have seen the direct opposite of it for more than four years now, including-- - Viable candidate is not a viable human being anymore. - Correct, your poor, 'cause you spend too much money, it's not because of record inflation, energy costs, the ability to put a roof over your head, all which are at record highs for our country as a nation, not in an era, not outside of like the Great Depression or any kind of war time for this country. In the history of the United States, if I were public, everything is at an all time high and it's the only reason you're poor is because you spend too much money. And now, for all of these instances that we're seeing across the country, whether it be ISIS terrorists, rapists, murderers, et cetera, if you're gonna talk about it, well, you're just out there fear mongering and doing so confirms your racist nature. Think I'm bullshitting? Someone who ditched the wig, she got rid of the Donald Trump wig this week, now she's just going straight up bald on TV. Joy Reid, biggest racist out there, sat down with one of the squad members, Representative Jayapal to talk about this and how, hey, listen, if once a week we hear that one illegal migrant raped and murdered one woman in the United States out of all the other crimes that are happening in all the other places on the planet, isn't it just fear mongering? No, asshole, it should have never fucking happened in the first place since becoming something that's common and happening on a very frequent basis in this country right now. Let's hear them try to rationalize it. Citizens, but there's a lot of fear mongering. There's a lot of fear mongering, absolutely. And I think it's kind of remarkable that the polls I look at, the national polls, actually Americans still support immigrants, they support immigration. It's just that they would like to do this. Not according to that CVS poll. That actually works and that can keep them safe and secure. And all of us want that. And I've been working on this issue for 20 years since before I came to Congress. Let's laugh about it. It's as an activist. Let me show you, this is one of the reasons that people have these sort of thinking, this sort of thinking, here's the three cable networks reporting of this. Our banner said, soon Biden announces legal protections for undocumented spouses. A citizen CNN's banner said, Biden announces new protections for some undocumented spouses. Here was Fox's banner. My grin arrested for raping 13 year old New York. Because it actually happened. I think that's part of the problem, right? Because you have a lot of the problem. Exactly, and we know that when people have economic insecurity. We are live here at Mad Literature. Or, here's another idea that's going to be very controversial. You could shut the fuck up. Now remember, you're more likely to exhibit racism because of unfortunate economic stipulations in your life. Yeah. These people are fucking demons. I didn't even know how to frame it. 12 year old girl. Another girl. 11 year old girl kidnapped and brought across state lines. They're trying to throw her into sex slavery. Thank God, they were interdicted by law enforcement. And just case after case. I don't know how many more wives, mothers, sisters, aunts, cousins. Can't even leave their fucking house because there's a potentiality of them getting raped and then having a cinder block smashed across their head to where they're unrecognizable to their family. But it makes it racist if you want to talk about it. You know, it's just ridiculous what these people are doing. And it's something that we need to address more frequently. I'm glad that Fox News actually had the balls to put that on their chiron because, I mean, in regards to Joe Biden and his amnesty, we all know where that's going. But again, unfortunately, we'll continue to bring you the latest. You've already heard some commentary from people like Congressman Corey Mills today. And I'm sure we'll hear more as we continue to go into the weeks and months ahead. Guys, wherever you listen to the show today, thanks for being here, please do us a favor. Make sure you're subscribed to downloading, following the "Stake of Breakfast" podcast. The only thing we ask you is 100% free, no paywalls. We'll never ask you for a dime. You don't need to find our secret content behind a paywall because we crank it out for you. Four different editions of the show come out two different days a week for the low, low price of, you guessed it, because I already said it, free. We're on Apple Spotify with a podcast, iHeartRadio, or wherever you listen to your podcast, just make sure you're subscribed to and following the show. In addition, on social medias, check us out. Twitter, getter, two social, Instagram, and now TikTok is where we have accounts. Find 'em, follow 'em, hit the notification bell, you'll never miss out on anything we've got going on down here on the show. So, no, we're gonna segue away a little bit before we jump in with Chris Pharrell from Judicial Watch, and be catching up with him for the first time. Really excited. If the name sounds familiar, he is the husband of Dr. Shay Bradley Pharrell, a regular contributor on our show as well. And again, I mentioned at the top of our first edition of the podcast today, Chris has been one of the big three at Judicial Watch since its founding and has worked there for over 25 years. So, you wanna talk about real oversight and investigations into the government and the receipts that they continue to provide for the American people, fantastic organization. We're gonna talk about all the great stuff they've got going on down there, in addition to some of the top headlines, and how they kinda build the way that they go legally with their lawsuits and things of that nature, their FOIA requests, in kind of tracking the news as well. So, there's been some in-fighting within Conservative Inc. And in the beginning, people were making fun of us a little bit for, you know, given Steve Bannon and the whole War on Posse a Hard Time, they are extremely soft. They are not free speech absolutists. They actually would like that we didn't make fun of them anymore in any context, or anybody associated within their, well, you guessed it, apparatus. But here's the deal. And we say it all the time on the show. When we do NW MAGA, it's because there has to be a new version of the bullshit that you've been fed for so long. And I'm gonna give you another receipt, which is a perfect example of exactly what I'm talking about every time we bring this up. It's not that we don't like Steve Bannon, or want bad things to happen to him. We just want him to act like a normal human being with the vast listenership, and subscribership that he has when he's supposed to be doing the job that we're all doing out here, and that's making sure Donald Trump gets elected. We retain the extended house majority and flip the Senate. You can talk about all the conspiracy theories and have Alex Jones on your show whenever you want, whenever the election's over. That's neither here nor there. So I touched on in our first show a little bit about what's going on in Virginia Five with Bob Good. You know, Bob Good's a great friend of the show here. We didn't necessarily show too much enthusiasm when Donald Trump endorsed the primary challenger to him. You know, that's just the nature of the business. And Donald Trump's his own man, much as like we're own men here on the show. We track the race. We had Congressman Good in here several times to talk about not only what he was doing up on Capitol Hill, but his race in general. Got to election day next week. We're again, three days out of the primary in Virginia Five, and we still don't have an official race call because it's still too close to say so. But when you don't do things normally, like regular humans conduct themselves, it just gets weird, okay? There's no doubt about it. I feel in my heart of hearts. No, you could probably agree with me here that both the people on stake for breakfast and for most part, the people on Steve Bannon's War Room unequivocally support Donald Trump. Yes or no? Yeah? Yeah, seems pretty standard. In addition, some of the Congressman and women, some who frequent our show and some who don't. For instance, Matt Gates, Eli Crane, they backed Bob Good in this race. Okay, that's completely fine. They're both up on Capitol Hill with Bob Good. Eli Crane's a member of the Freedom Caucus. They're both two of our most outstanding congresspeople, just in general. And Marjorie Taylor Greene did not. Marjorie Taylor Greene, the big attention-seeking, annoying who were. Went and got behind Bob Good's primary challenger. That's her right. That is her, what she wants to do with her career. She wants to continue to be a bomb thrower who doesn't want to work with her congressional counterparts moving forward. And she still pissed that she got kicked out of the Freedom Caucus, removed from some committees in the last session, et cetera, like that's her deal. But here's the thing. Bob Good's primary challenger was financially backed by Kevin McCarthy. Now again, we have reported on the show for a very long time, the inappropriate nature of Marjorie Taylor Greene's relationship with Kevin McCarthy all the way back to when and before he was removed to speaker of the house. It seems like that relationship is alive and better than ever. And when things come down to it, you have to figure out how to navigate these waters. Like we're not going to support Donald Trump less because he primarily backs a candidate who isn't a candidate who comes on our show. We're not gonna make it weird. You know, we told you the guys for a long time, candidates like Ralph Norman. Before he's a regular contributor on the show, he loves coming on the show. You could hear when we have a conversation with Ralph Norman, there is a very formality to it to where I can ask pretty much any question and he gives a thoughtful answer. And he enjoys coming on the show. We enjoy having him. But before he came on for the first time, I remember I was in the car, I was driving to the studio and it was the day that he was gonna be on for the first time. And, you know, one of the people from his office, I believe it was the comms director. They called me on the phone. They're like, hey, we're all set to have the Congressman join you, they're like, hey, listen, you guys aren't gonna make it weird like Donald Trump stuff, right? And I was like, what do you mean? They're like, well, you know, the Congressman's back in Nikki Haley and, you know, we just don't want to really, I was like, didn't you guys ask us to send you a list of topics? We'd like to touch on, not specific things that we have to stay with the parameters of, but did you want a couple bullet points to read off of? I said, we didn't say anything about the presidential election in there. Want to know about border security? Want to know about the budget? Want to know about committee work? What are you doing in district? It's not our jobs to go and hold people to the fire because they decide as a free will human being to go and make a decision that's going to, you know, continue to shape the political spectrum that we all kind of operate in here. But I'm gonna give you a prime example of what the weirdness looks like because after Bob Goode's race, you know, it was too close to call. And because people like Matt Gaetz, Eli Crane, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Bob Goode all both frequent the war room as well, in addition to supporting President Trump, if you can't just be normal about it, when you kind of explain how things are going, it makes you sound very weird. And I'll let you hear this one, Noah. You tell me what you think. This isn't a big keep in helping with word salad. It's more of just like, man, I wish I really would have done things differently. Moving forward, it'll probably be a little bit easier to rationalize if I do so, let's check it out. - We have all types of allies on either side of the football. MTG, right, it was on the show a lot. And I realized, you know, she's had some issues in back and had some issues in back and press release about Kevin McCarthy. But hey, when she backs somebody, she backs them. So she's down there because Goode was one of the heart eight. I got that. John Fredericks, my brother John Fredericks, maybe he did it for other reasons. Chunching, maybe he did it for other reasons. Matt Gaetz and Eli Crane are with Warham. And I didn't love going down to Palatane and seeing those great folks down there. But remember, we started that rally by, in the first couple of minutes talking to everybody, please stand and support President Trump, 100% of the people. I think we had 350 people and have burning heat. And at the end, we ended the rally with Trump, Trump, Trump. This was Kevin McCarthy. He's so toxic. He's so toxic. Please write this down. Take out a number. - I'm gonna stop him right there. I'm gonna finish the clip in a minute. So just to clarify, Steve Bannon also, like us here on State for Breakfast, would have liked to see Bob Goode win his primary racer earlier this week. And he did go down and physically do an event with supporters of Bob Goode in district with Eli Crane and Matt Gaetz. That happened. Meanwhile, a normal guest on his show, who was not supporting openly against Bob Goode and running alongside the Trump endorsed candidate, Dan McGuire, was MTG. Even though Kevin McCarthy was the financial backer of the primary challenger for Bob Goode, who was one of the eight, who helped remove him as Speaker of the House. There you see Steve Bannon do a textbook move of, okay, well everybody's got free will. You know, Eli Crane and Matt Gaetz and me, we did a great job of supporting Bob Goode. We want him to win. He does a good job as the Freedom House Chairman. MTG, you know, she does her own thing, but then Kevin McCarthy, no asshole. MTG is just, this is what she's done the entire session of Congress now. She sides with Kevin McCarthy, she metals in business. And regardless of who else endorsed Bob Goode's primary challenger, she caused a big fucking disturbance in district, which eventually may prove in turning the election not for Bob Goode in his favor. So, but just because, because she's a regular guest on his show, sometimes a co-host, very annoying, he gives her the pass. Can't do that. You have to hold everybody accountable, man. Like you made a decision, ride with it. We supported Bob Goode. Bob Goode looks like he's not gonna win his race. So, what, we move on. We're gonna have a new House Freedom Caucus chair, and we're gonna continue to host Matt Gaetz and Eli Crane as they were supporters of Bob Goode as well. And, you know, it's just like, listen, there was a reason why Bob Goode when he came on the show last time called her the girl from Georgia when asking about her fucking behavior in the House of Representatives. Enough said. Let's continue to clip. - Pencils, MSNBC. He said, how do they pay these people? Vaughn here, I don't think Vaughn here, you get this wrong. Vaughn, come to the rest of you or some of your colleagues. How did you get this wrong? How do you, how do you get this wrong? He's so toxic that 50% of the most loyal Trump followers in the greatest state in the American South voted again him, his endorsement, and hated doing it. Because they understand what Kevin McCarthy did, and what Kevin McCarthy did you saw in print yesterday with another $2 trillion deficit. That Kevin McCarthy, remember, this would not have happened. It was only supposed to be a one. - Reasons gonna take weeks to figure this out. - Okay, no John Fredericks, it's not over, I know. I'm the same, when the last check clears. Fredericks, I love you, brother. Why don't we launch in Memphis? Let's get down in 37.30 and let's launch it. John Fredericks, build in that empire. - You know, I'll leave it at that. I don't know if John Fredericks apparently backed down Maguire, but again, as soon as I heard that Kevin McCarthy, and confirmed that Kevin McCarthy was financially supporting the campaign of Maguire, who was running against Bob Good. I want nothing to do with it. Regardless of what President Trump's endorsement, or how people from the war room, or the commentators that they bring on, the same way we do here, decide to go with. Again, you have free will, the choice is yours. You live with those decisions. You have to make them publicly when you're in the same space as us, but here's the, just don't give them a pass. You know, you should be talking about the inappropriate nature and destructive results of Marjorie Taylor Greene's relationship with Kevin McCarthy, and how it hurts the party, how it hurts the ticket, and how at the end of the day, it hurts President Trump. You don't want to have to admit it, but that's the absolute facts right there. If you don't believe me, well, look at some of the issues we ran into in regarding just about everything that's going on in the House of Representatives this year. You can find a pretty good avenue that leads back to not only Marjorie Taylor Greene, but to Kevin McCarthy as well. No, what do you think? - Yeah, I don't understand what her motivation is to try to hamstring us more than we already are. Like it's bad enough when our own team is fucking us over on top of the opposite team. - Yeah. - It doesn't make any sense. - And you want to talk about, you know, we're going to get out of this right now 'cause I don't want to waste too much time on Boomer Room. Have we fired all of our ramparts for the day? (bell rings) - No. - I don't want to get caught with my bequeathed South. Steve Bannon was denied in the Washington, D.C., the appellate court, the ability to remain out of jail while he goes through the appellate process. It's now on to the Supreme Court. They issued a couple rulings today, but nothing in regards to the terrorism add-on charge for J-6ers, which we're waiting on and presidential immunity as well. I believe the next date that they're set to, and one of the last dates of the year that they're set to administer briefs comes on the 26th of this month. So we'll continue to track there. So the all-in podcast, a couple libs, a couple mild-ish middle-of-the-road conservatives, four guys, they have a podcast. They donated $2 million in Bitcoin to the Trump campaign, and they were awarded an interview, which lasted about an hour and 10-ish minutes with Donald Trump via Zoom. I thought it was a great interview. I listened to it twice, actually. I did notice last night and into the day, more and more big, (laughs) listen, everyone from Steve Bannon to Sean Hannity and everyone in between. So I'll give you that much right there. We're talking about a very small clip that has been taken out of context. We're gonna play it for you here and talk about it. Noah, you probably haven't heard this clip yet, but I'm gonna play it so you can hear it, and then you tell me what you think. Let's take it out. - Our important point, I think, Mr. President, is we need high-skilled workers in this country. - Yes. - We need to recruit the best and brightest from the world. Every time we get somebody super-intelligent from India or Europe, any country, that's one-- - Three of us are immigrants, sir. - Yeah, and three of the four here are immigrants. Can you please promise us, you will give us more ability to import the best and brightest from the world to America? - I do promise, but I happen to agree. That's why I promise, otherwise I wouldn't promise. What I wanna do and what I will do is you graduate from a college. I think you should get automatically as part of your diploma, a green card, to be able to stay in this country. And that includes junior colleges, too. Anybody graduates from a college, you go in there for two years or four years, if you graduate or you get a doctorate degree from a college, you should be able to stay in this country. And they desperately wanted to stay here. They had a plan for a company, a concept, and they can't. They go back to India, they go back to China. You need a pool of people to work for your companies. You have great companies and they have to be smart people. Not everybody can be less than smart. You need brilliant people. And we force the brilliant people, the people that graduate from college, the people that are number one in their class from the best colleges, you have to be able to recruit these people and keep the people. It was such a big deal. Somebody graduates, they can't even make a deal with a company 'cause they don't think they're gonna be able to stay in the country. That is gonna end on day one. - That's fantastic. - I'm gonna let that soak in there for a second. No, while I do so, just please let this soak in as well. - Oh, no! - We suck again! - Dude, conservatives can't get out of their own way. Again, Donald Trump said literally the exact same thing back in 2015 and out on the campaign trail. And again, for people, I know everyone that's listening to this podcast isn't like five years old. So for those of us who enjoyed the first four years of Donald Trump's presidency, I don't remember any immigrants from aforementioned country immediately getting green cards following their graduations. Now again, I'm pretty sure, and I'm not speaking for him, 'cause again, I'll remind everybody, he said it on several occasions, Donald Trump speaks for himself and his self only. I'm pretty sure he was referencing the best and brightest of those classes of visas when you're talking about people that are coming here and getting their education. It's not like Donald Trump was saying, I want every H1B visa that enters America, everyone from the strawberry pickers to the people that attend college and pro-Palestinian rallies for four years to immediately get a green card upon completion of their education. But when you're talking about, instead of the people, the criminals that have been crossing the border for the last three years, the actual doctors, lawyers, engineers, potential astronauts, all the racist meme jokes about immigration and everything in between, those are the people he's talking about. I mean, Noah, if we had a chance to get, let's just say the best scientist in his field to stay in the United States and continue working here on our behalf or go back to a place like India or Pakistan or Iran or anywhere else, where would you rather him be? - I would rather keep the beneficial people and have the waste of space, drains on public systems and public benefits. - Mm-hmm, yeah, I completely agree with you, which is why he's not talking about staffing, complete enterprises and businesses with these visa holders. He's talking about keeping the best and brightest of them here, the ones who are gonna help revolutionize American excellence. Here's the deal. We have deficiencies in certain areas because people aren't doing the things that they need to do when it comes to college. You wanna go to college and get a gender studies degree when you should be probably looking into something like astrophysics and not quantum retardery. - I think college is completely useless unless you're doing it for something that is 100%, you have a target focus for what you're supposed to be doing. Not, I'm gonna go and figure out what I wanna do. No, you need to go and adhere to a regimen that is gonna benefit you when you get out, not underwater basket weaving and gender studies and all this kind of fucking horseshit. - True story. - It's not gonna benefit anybody. People need to also, this is not our first rodeo in regards to the campaign trail either. People say things on the campaign trail and then unfortunately do the exact opposite once they get into office. Listen, if Donald Trump says that on a podcast with four guys, three of which who are immigrants, four of which who just donated two million dollars in Bitcoin to his campaign and ask a question, hey, do you think you could open up the doors for a couple more highly skilled immigrants for us? What do you think he's gonna say? Oh no, fuck that, immigrants. So, well, I'll just got 10 feet higher. Oh, he's not gonna do that. He's going to-- - The emphasis was on high skilled. - Yes. - Not just like, just open up the door. - There's nothing wrong with it. And again, because we have the inability to have a conversation, it's either people like Sean Hannity or Steve Bannon or Ben Shapiro or any of these other fucking morons yelling and screaming that their narrative is correct. Like Steve Bannon put out, oh, I got a good idea for you. Well, let's cut immigration in half and then only bring in the blah, blah. You know, everybody wants to have their voice heard. Here's the deal. Donald Trump's gonna do what he needs to do to get elected. I can tell you one thing, reworking the immigrant visa system when it comes to like, the workplace is not something that he's gonna be working on in regards to immigration reform on day one. There's gonna be a lot more emphasis on deportation of all these people killing American citizens before we even head to that. But let's just get to the last clip here before we jump in with Chris Ferrell for the first time. So there's been a feud brewing between Dan Bongino or Dan Boomer Geno, as I like to call him, and Bill O'Reilly, mister, let's fucking do it live. Apparently, Bill O'Reilly on his show has been saying that like, it's not conservatives. It's in regards to like voter fraud and stuff like that. So, you know, again, Dan Bongino definitely wanted somebody other than Donald Trump to run in this cycle. He's obviously coalesce now because of his ridiculous listenership and the amount of money that he makes. Bill O'Reilly has kind of always been with President Trump. Remember, they did like the book tour and he's interviewed him a couple of times as well. But for all the people whose positions we don't line up with, I mean, even if you probably called me out by name on your program, I still don't think I'd fucking drop the hammer like Boomer Geno did yesterday. You're gonna probably laugh at this one though. Let's hear it. - But if you are gonna go out and now start attacking us for calling out Democrats, for wanting illegals to vote and calling me a fanatic, when you kiss my ass to get on my show, you can go fuck yourself, you pussy. You understand? - Oh! - You got something to say to me? You're six foot tall plus piece of shit. Say it to my face. Fucking chump. Piece of shit. You're listening to this guy, you're being played. - Yeah, put up that article about the New York Post article I put up. Yeah, Bill, the Democrats don't want, they don't want illegals to vote. You know, there's an act in Congress called the Save Act. Did you know that you're so fucking stupid, you don't even know that you dip shit. You know why? Let me tell you a little secret about this industry. There's about 10% of the hosts that actually do their own show. - Thank you. - Producer Jim, am I right? Thank you. You know what the other 90% do? No, no, Dan, they're talking about what they care about. No, they're not. They're too freaking lazy to do their own shows. You know what a lot of these other bums do? Like O'Reilly? They have producers and stuff. Just throw shit in front of them and they read it. He doesn't know shit. They have this act called the Save Act. It's a really simple thing. It's up in the house of representatives or it's gonna be. And the bill says something real simple. That if you're gonna register to vote, you should be able to prove you're a citizen. How many Democrats, Bill? Because you said it's only the far left, right? How many Democrats support that bill? Oh, there's the answer, you dipshit one. Stupid fuck. You're so stupid. - And I mean, I'm not gonna lie, he goes on for three more minutes, like at that level. Oof. - Amazing, I like it. - No, me too, listen. Unlike some other entities who simply ask us either via email or text message and I'm airquoting now to cease and desist, we gotta call it like it is. 'Cause here's the thing, our narrative is not more important to where this country goes in five months. And all we wanna do is be able to give you a different way to consume your news, outside of the mainstream, outside of the paywalls, outside of the clickbait, outside of the calls for violence or lack thereof, talking about ramparts. And things of that nature. Way too important. And I think we do a better than average job here and we'll continue to do so on a quad weekly basis, as we always do. So we're gonna leave it at that and jump in with Chris Ferrell from Judicial Watch right now, but before we do another check-in with one of our partners. - Friends, I wanna take a minute and talk to you about cigars. Whether you're on the golf course, fishing on the lake or doing some yard work around the house, our friend Allen has got you covered. He's launched the Patriot Cigar Company. Mypatriotsigars.com, that's Mypatriotsigars.com, a premium smoke for freedom-loving patriots. All right, joining us next on the show today, this big Friday edition of the State for Breakfast podcast. For the last 25 years, he's been the director of investigations and research down at Judicial Watch. Really excited to be sitting down for the first time with Mr. Chris Vrell. Welcome to the show. - Great to be with you, thanks. - You know, having done a little research over the course of the last couple of weeks, we knew you were coming on. I saw that you do a little podcasting yourself, so fortunately, this won't be your first rodeo, and I think we're gonna have a very good back and forth here. - Absolutely, it's a lot of fun. It's called On Watch, and folks can find it on the Judicial Watch website, which is JudicialWatch.org, ORG. - Yeah, I watched a couple episodes myself, and I really enjoyed it. You see the headlines, but then when you wanna know what's going on behind the scenes, you gotta watch some of the other commentary and analysis that's out there, just so you could probably get to a better conclusion in your head on the things you might not be all the way caught up on. But before we get into some of the topics, Chris, again, welcome to the show here, and we wanna just talk about, 25 years is not a short amount of time to be working at an organization, one that's embedded so far, and to bring the truth and the light to the American public down at Judicial Watch. Why don't you just tell us a little bit about your backstory, what you're doing now, things that you're working on, then we can jump into some of the topics. - Sure, so my misspent youth was as an Army officer, I did mostly counter-espionage work, and I was on active duty for a little over 10 years, eight of those years was in Europe, principally Germany. So counter-espionage investigations, and then I also commanded the Army's surveillance detachments. We did physical, technical, and aerial surveillance in support of both counter-espionage investigations and also human intelligence collection missions. And so those were some great jobs, had a blast doing it, and we put away bad guys. I mean, that's the thing, this is relatively speaking, the Dark Ages, but two Soviets, two Poles, and two East Germans that yours truly was happy to put away in jail or otherwise turn off in the sense that sometimes we just burned them against their own service. But the guys who were spying against the United States, we knocked them out, so that was a fun period in my life. Then I was a defense contractor for a little while, and I taught school for a while, both of which were wildly unsatisfying, to be honest with you. And in 1999, I joined Judicial Watch. I took the skill set that I had as an intelligence officer and just kind of applied it to the work that we do. And I've been with Judicial Watch since '99, and I've been a member of the Board of Directors since 2003. So a good run of 25-plus years, and I'm very proud of the work that we've done there. - No, I have to admit, that's a pretty impressive resume. I mean, I have to say, when you think about Judicial Watch, you, of course, think about Tom Fitt, and even though you've been working there for 25 years, it doesn't look like you skip armed to stay either. So, I don't know if you get the shirts tailored to the precision that he does, but it seems like you guys are working on the physical fitness down there as well. I wouldn't say to his face, don't worry about it, that's what we do podcasting. - Yeah, it's always a point of conversation with people, but come up to you, it's me and say, "Oh, I love Judicial Watch, I love Tom Fitt," and "What's up with his shirts?" So we always laugh about that. But the third guy who stays way below the radar, the three of us are the directors of the organization, there's Tom, of course, myself, and then Paul Orphanetes, and Paul is our chief attorney, and so he does all the legal, the actual legal heavy lifting, and Paul's a brilliant guy, and he stays off the radar, but a lot of the stuff that you read and see about what we're doing is really a result of his litigation. - And talking about putting yourself into a position, as a career to have a target on your back, it's definitely been one, you can't just accept no for an answer, and you're probably not gonna get that answer on the first try down to Judicial Watch, but you guys do fantastic work as we're gonna show that to our listenership right now as we jump into the topic. So, Chris, something's been developing over the course of the wire for the last couple of days, it kind of got lost in the sauce when they were talking about the Joe Biden cheap fakes thing. I mean, everybody could make a reasonable deduction on Joe Biden is not with it. I think we're gonna get a proof positive of that, in six days when him and Donald Trump debate, but there's a bill that's being proposed right now that would have forced the Biden family to disclose any foreign income that Joe Biden and his family members have received as well as any kind of all business conducted on Air Force One, which I think is a good point. Like I said, the media was too busy with the cheap fakes to kind of take a look at this. But as you kind of let that sink in right there, you guys have done some investigations into the things that the Biden family's been doing around the world, especially in places like China and maybe you give our listenership a little bit of insight. - Yeah, here's a little fun fact for you. This goes back to Biden's term as vice president. And we had sued to get records of the number of times that Hunter Biden was flying with daddy on Air Force Two during his vice presidential days. And we were just astounded. The records that came back from the Secret Service detailed 416 flights where Hunter Biden received Secret Service protection in conjunction with travel, usually with his father. In other 416 flights, 26 of those were the foreign countries. Again, your tax dollars in action protecting Hunter. 26 foreign countries of the 26 foreign countries, five trips to China. So when Papa Joe says he has no idea what his son's business is and he had no involvement and he had no knowledge and no blah, blah, blah. I mean, it's just a load of garbage. It doesn't pass the giggle test. Five flights to China with Secret Service protection in conjunction with his father and no one's supposed to know what was going on. They have no idea. It's ridiculous. - Now, you know, when Joe Biden references the times that he's gone to China and said that he's walked over 1700 miles there. We know that's probably a little bit of a stretch. But when you talk about Hunter Biden actually going and meeting with foreign nationals in country and having Secret Service protection while doing it, that has to raise a lot of red flags. Listen, we think we missed the mark here on the conviction in the Delaware gun case. That's gonna be the slap on the wrist. It's gonna probably help him avoid being convicted of some of the other blatant crimes that he's committed throughout the course. You know, even outside of the tax ones, the fair violations alone and the countries that he did business with that went unreported. Nobody knows how much money really exchanged hands. Was it even money or was it like diamonds and gold? There's a lot of, you know, members of Congress have led onto. And then you see the criminal referrals going over to the DOJ. They might sit there until the next administration, but we'll have to wait and see in regards to Jim and Hunter Biden as well. You know, how do you see? Okay, for as much as the walls are closing in and Donald Trump has always finished, are the walls closing in and Hunter Biden really might be finished in this case? - Well, you know, again, off the radar screen, no attention paid to it. I interviewed Congressman Comer about his referral that he made, 63 pages of details about various transactions and activities. Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, Chinese money, you know, the weird threatening WhatsApp text that he sent. So, you know, Comer's excited. I get a little frustrated with him. I'm respectful, but I get a little like, give me a break. - No, we get it. - Democrats can impeach Trump in about 20 minutes, and these guys have been sitting around for three years, you know, with their hands in their pockets doing nothing. So, Comer's bright shining light is, look, he made a referral to DOJ, and that referral now kind of starts the clock on a five-year window for possible prosecution. So, in theory, the next Attorney General on Neuro-Trump administration would be able to pick this up and give Hunter and Jim Biden, and maybe even Joe Biden, a little dose to their own medicine when it comes to criminal prosecution for basically leveraging their dad, you know, Joe Biden's official position for their personal benefit. So, we'll see if that happens. Normally, Republicans are too stupid and somehow they always drop the ball, but at least Comer's, he's thought out loud and he said, gee, this referral sort of extends the window for five years. We'll see what happens. - Yeah, we certainly will. And then, you know, I kind of want to get your opinion on this to piggyback off of that last commentary. Do you feel that a second Trump administration moving forward would be one that helps set the bar of justice back down to a level plane? You know, there's so many people out there who are providing that Donald Trump's coming in, fire and fury, revenge and retribution for everyone. But when you hear Donald Trump actually speak and talk about the law fair that's been waged against him, he always alludes to the point that he hopes that, you know, moving forward, this never happens to anybody. Like the way it's happened to him and his family ever again. For as much as I think, people who may have really committed crimes and moving forward will be investigated and may be prosecuted for those acts. I think when it comes to setting the bar back to a ground level to where it is equal justice applied, you know, and we are using the law for what it's for. I think Donald Trump's going to be the person that kind of helped resets that notion and wanted to get what your take was on that. - Yeah, he very smartly said, look, the best revenge is success. So rather than, you know, doing a head hunting expedition and going after everybody that ever did anything to him, his answer, and I think this was a very wise thing that he said, totally ignored, of course, was that no, I'm not going to be wrapped up in revenge and retribution. The best revenge is success. I'm going to, you know, accomplish stuff, get things done, move the ball, and everyone will realize what really could be done. And that's kind of a smart approach. Victor Davis Hanson, of course, has talked about, sort of, you know, this idea of Old Testament versus New Testament approach to things. The Old Testament would be I for an I tooth for tooth and just go around and, you know, anybody who got in the way or did something out of control, you know, they get a dose right back at him. But I think the New Testament version of, you know, turn the other cheek and keep moving. But you succeed and you show the right thing and you're overcoming adversity by success and achievement is probably the better answer. And as you've alluded to, it would reset the bar to have people say, well, look, you know, this is insane, but now we have to get past it, much like the Civil War, frankly, right? I mean, it could have been a Civil War that followed the Civil War, but there wasn't. So hopefully we return to normal. - Yeah, though, you make a lot of sense there. And, you know, you're not the first person that's referenced, Victor Davis Hanson recently, you know, he's put out some great pieces and, you know, has really had some thoughtful insight onto what's going on right now what the actual climate is, some good reference points, all the way back to like you had mentioned to biblical times and how it's applied now and what we could do to kind of get back to a little bit of normalcy. So I'm gonna switch gears, so I do wanna switch up and talk about a couple of the things in the unconstitutional manner and the way the Biden administration has kind of conducted themselves for the last three plus years. Listen, there's two big red flags that stick out, not only in the face of the Constitution, but in rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court. And that has to do with just about everything going on down at the U.S. Southern border and the repayment or forgiveness of college student loans. Obviously these are huge pandering items, one to get voters with the college stuff. And then as we saw yesterday, Joe Biden's gonna start cranking out the amnesties. We heard that the numbers are gonna get up as close to the millions as he can, before election day. And try to bring more of that base back as he's hemorrhaging numbers in just about every kind of poll and every kind of cross tab imaginable. I know you guys have saw this stuff and kind of began to analyze it and take it head on, but when you see the way that this administration, I mean, they go out and brag about it. Like the Supreme Court told us we couldn't do it and it doesn't really matter if it lines up with the old version of the Constitution. The way we're doing it now is I get things done and that's not really the way, well, our republic's supposed to conduct itself. - Yeah, I mean, look, for every time that he goes out and does something like this, like the student debt forgiveness routine that he's done, again, he even emits it in direct violation of what the Supreme Court said was permissible over then the bounds of his executive authority. Every time he does that, he alienates an equal and opposite number of people who say, wait a minute, hold on, I paid my debt or wait a minute, I didn't go to college. I opened up a business or I did X, Y, and Z. How is it that some people get this phrased break and everybody else gets screwed and has to pay taxes for it? So it's a cute stunt, it's a publicity gimmick. It's an attempt to just outright buy votes. But I gotta believe that there's a huge number of people, maybe even more than what he's buying who are offended by it, these are in very practical terms where they say, hey, BS, man, I paid my student loan or what are you talking about? I opened up a dry cleaning business or I went and became an auto mechanic or whatever it is you did. How is it that some benefit and some don't? That is a really a resentment for people that they, I think, are motivated to vote against, right? So I think it's an incredibly short-sighted stunt on his part that's gonna blow back on him. - Do you think there'll be eventual consequences for this? I mean, in regards to the amnesty Donald Trump already said at a rally earlier this week in Racine, Wisconsin that that whole pandering act that Joe Biden's putting on is getting tore up on day one. You know, there was a lot of people who have been freaking out lately because Joe Biden signed that unilateral pact with Ukraine guaranteeing them, you know, essentially aid for the next 10 years. But I went out and asked people that worked in the last Trump administration, especially those from the Department of Defense, et cetera. And they said, listen, that's a day one right off Joe Biden could do it every once. And once that started funneling into the media, you saw Jake Sullivan actually admit it. He said that this pact was in place so a future president doesn't have to worry about it. But at the same time, Joe Biden's foreign policy, failed foreign policy does not dictate what the next president would be and where the monies are going and things like that, et cetera. So, you know, it is a lot of smoke and mirrors. And I do think we're gonna get some blowback on this, but do you think as far as rolling some of these things back? Is there a possibility that Joe Biden starts to forgive student-known debt and on day one of Donald Trump's administration next year, he says, well, guess what? You're still on the hook for this money. - You know, I don't know that there's some things that's very tough to undo, right? So even like the last three and a half years of letting in, I don't know, pick a number, 16, 20 million people, whatever the number is, no one really knows. I know, Tom Homun will tell you, we're gonna start reporting everybody right off the bat. I get it. I understand what he's saying, but the practical application of that is very, very tough to undo. And also the minute they start doing it, there'll be lawsuits and screaming and crying women and children. And the American public in general doesn't have much stomach for that. So I don't know how you undo, how you unring the bell, right, on some of the stuff. So some of the damage that Biden has caused, in my opinion, is irreparable and there's no way to fix it. Or if you do fix it, it's only gonna be like a half measure. But other stuff like this ridiculous, you know, pledge of eternal cooperation or whatever the hell it is that Biden is granted to Ukraine, the shelf life on that is about two minutes. No one is gonna buy off on that. So that's dead on arrival. Oh, you know, you make some excellent points, especially about the immigration stuff. I know it's gonna be tough. I know there is just some toothpaste you're never gonna be able to put back into the tube. There's so many intangibles with like laws that are already with standing, you have to take into consideration, are these illegals that are coming into this country marrying U.S. citizens? Are they having children which are now U.S. citizens? I mean, with court dates that could go all the way up to like the mid 2030s, it's gonna be so hard to unroot something that Joe Biden has taken so much time to plant in the United States here. But I just think when you look at it from a legal point of view and I kind of wanna stay in this, let's stay in the Department of Homeland Security because listen, whether it was things that had to do with them erasing people either online or with the use of law enforcement before the 2020 presidential election all the way up through the border stuff, the crushing of whistle blowers internally and things of that nature, they'd put the right man at the job. Alejandro Mayorkas was the architect who essentially ruined CIS under Barack Obama. He took the whole green card process and spun it on its ear to where there was absolutely no enforcement for people who have green cards in the United States and don't live in this country, who commit crimes in this country and let so many more people have a pathway to citizenship before he was eventually forced to step down for improprieties that he was doing which was paper play visas with the Clintons and the former governor of New Jersey and international soccer teams, the Saudi royal family, et cetera. But then he took a couple of years off while Donald Trump was in office to work with some of the biggest global NGOs on the planet deep root himself in South and Central Latin America and made some ties in Mexico and then was quickly appointed and confirmed as the head of Homeland Security to use all of the NGOs that he used to sit on the boards for to help facilitate the biggest human tragedy in the history of Western civilization. And I can't believe that we're sitting at a time right now where this guy's still in office, albeit he's been impeached. But I don't think we'll ever have a worst cabinet member, you know, in the history of our republic moving forward. - Yeah, and you're being generous. (laughs) The counts of the indictment that you just ticked off, I mean, it's even worse than that, you know, and there's some really grimy, dirty little details as you mentioned with his contacts and his activities in Central and South America with various NGOs and UN sponsored organizations and other sort of cottage industries that move people from South to North. The details of that, and I'm quite certain the financial accounting there would be very interesting to dig into. Unfortunately, a lot of these organizations are private organizations and nonprofits and it's tough to actually get the numbers. But my York is quite an animal, he really is. And, you know, here's one of the things that's very frustrating is that a guy like him knows how to game the system perfectly. And so, and he's got willing accomplices in the media, right? So, his technique is insidious and it's a way to manipulate people like we've never seen before. And so, look, you know, I can remember when the caravan started coming out of Honduras in the Trump era, I committed an act of journalism and I went down to Guatemala and I marched along with the caravanners as they headed North. And I'm not telling you anything you don't know, 99% of the guys marching along North military-age males, you know, 15 to 50. But every time we pulled the camera out, guess what happened? We had women and children, practically like jammed in our face because they know how to game the system, they know how to create an image, they know how to tug at Americans' heartstrings. And so, when I came back from that, I said, look, 99% of these people are guys 15 to 50 and other women, crying women and children, of course there are. But all the American public ever saw was crying women and children. And that's the technique, that's the trick that's gonna be used to try to unwind any efforts of enforcement post-Biden. And we need to inoculate ourselves now, not against crying women and children because they actually were there, but they're 1%. It's an incredibly small figure, the vast, vast, vast, vast majority. And I'm not exaggerating when I say 99% of these military-age males of all different countries all across the spectrum. And we can never forget that. And so, we can't fall for this kind of phony, false compassion that doesn't represent what their actual problem is. And that's gonna take some sort of emotional and mental sort of reinforcement on the part of the American public 'cause they're gonna be gained. They're gonna be scammed on this thing. - Donald Trump's already started to condition his audiences at rally events by saying, "Listen, everybody says, send them back and you guys are chanting, build the wall." He goes, "But when it really starts to happen, I'm gonna get nine terrorists and one mother with three children and they're all gonna be on a bus to go back. You're only gonna see the mother crying with the three kids that the dad's, "Oh, he's illegal too, but you didn't catch him, so now you're splitting up our family." But meanwhile, there's nine terrorists behind her and you guys can't be crying for the one mom and three kids, they all have to go back and do it the right way. So, I mean, I've heard it in rhetoric that Donald Trump's used in the remarks he's delivering out on the campaign trail and I think that's a great point, which is where I kind of wanna finish with you, Chris. You know, we said a lot of presidents with the law fair that's been waged against President Trump, whether or not we ever see either one of the special counsels materialized in real time, depending on what the Supreme Court rulings, which we should have in 10 days or less here in regards to presidential immunity and the terrorism clause. They've been hitting everybody on for January 6 as well. Donald Trump is gonna be sentenced four days before the RNC convention, that's gonna be 21 days from now. What are you looking at in regards to this? What do you think? I mean, listen, they wanted a campaign talking point, they've already rolled out all commercials with 34 felonies, could look in at 700 years in jail. I don't know if they really ever wanted to throw throw Donald Trump behind bars, just because of what it says for the big scheme of things. But when you're looking at the potentiality of him living in a trailer on Rikers Island or being in an actual prison or maybe home arrest at Mar-a-Lago or having to travel on the campaign trail with a probation team, I mean, what are you guys looking at and where do you think this is going? So my prediction is he's going to jail and no one wants to hear that. We're starting to lean that way too. Yeah, I mean, look, first it was, oh, they're never gonna have a counsel, they're never gonna, they did it. Oh, you're never gonna go to trial that it's never gonna happen, they did it. Oh, they'll never be able to put together a real courtroom battle, everything will be overturned or there'll be some appeal, they did it. Oh, you'll never be convicted, they did it. So every time, and I'm very frustrated that Trump's attorneys, I'm sure they're all, you know, brilliant guys or whatever. I'm not an attorney, thank God. But, you know, every time his attorneys tell him, oh, you know, don't worry, we got an appeal, we got this, we got that, frankly, they lose. Yeah. They've been losing, losing, losing, losing. And the left, they never, I'm gonna use a double negative. They never don't use a power or an authority that they have. So they got the opportunity to jail this guy. And even if it's only, if they do it for, you know, a week, if they do it for three days, they're gonna process him, right? There's gonna be another, you know, he's already been booked, but I mean, there's gonna be a picture of him in an orange jumpsuit or at the reception window or desk at Rikers Island, whatever it is, there's gonna be imagery of him as a prisoner. And anybody who tells you that, oh no, they won't go that far, they won't do it, blah, blah, blah, blah, you're kidding yourself. They're gonna do everything they possibly can to criminalize this guy. And like you said, there's already advertisements out saying he's a criminal. Yeah. And the Supreme Court, you know, under Roberts, you'd think, well, gee, you know, they have the ability to jump in and save the day, they're not gonna do it. They lack the moral courage, they lack the spine and intestines to take action. So I'm sorry to, you know, be like a Mr. Downer or whatever, but anticipate and expect the absolute worst 'cause that's what you're gonna get. Yeah, I mean, when you look at the appellate process, it's not like he's getting any wins regionally there. And by the time he gets to the New York state, Court of Appeals to say, gee, maybe they went over the top on this gag order. They won't even take it up for argument. That's wild. And then when you talk about the Supreme Court not having the stomach for it, I think there's maybe two, two and a half justices max that do, but you saw what happened after the Dobbs overturning with Roe v. Wade. And you know, there are still people banging pots and pans outside of these people's houses. You know, all the paid actors that just like make their lives miserable, but just imagine if they had looked into the 2020 presidential election or goth forbid, they overturned this, you know, witch hunt that's been conducted against Donald Trump. They literally be shooting flaming arrows at these justices' houses and stuff like, I mean, they've demonized revolutionary war flags in their front yard as like, you know, symbols of whites of president supremacy and, you know, people that conduct insurrection. So I completely get it. I actually am starting to lean towards the fact that I'm conditioning myself to, you know, I have to accept the fact that Donald Trump is probably gonna go maybe for a small amount of time to prison and we'll have to see what happens from there. I kind of felt like there was a little bit of emotion missing after the actual verdict went down. And I think a lot of that has to do with President Trump. He's not down about it. He was out on the campaign trail, immediately made a couple hundred million dollars over the course of like 72 hours. And like you would see him at a rally earlier this week, or probably one that we'll see in Philadelphia over the weekend, you couldn't tell that that guy had, you know, actual jail time sitting over his head. He's out there working for the American people. I think one of the biggest things that the Biden administration is failing in as part of their advertising for as much as they want to tie Donald Trump's legal crap, you know, to their campaign, they're also saying that he's only in this race for themselves. And someone has to have a like almost single digit IQ to think at this point, Donald Trump is running to be the president of the United States just because he likes being the center of attention. He could be the center of attention at Mar-a-Lago with every star and famous person on the planet that would go and visit him and play golf. And they would, you know, they could have rallies at Mar-a-Lago and he could go out and talk about policy and things that he did. And he'd just have a nice life. And yeah, he probably-- - If he had said, if he had said, look, it's been fun, but you know, Adios. - Yeah. - He got off to go play golf and, you know, none of this would happen, none of it. But the fact that he is pressing ahead, he's the greatest threat to the left ever imaginable. And that's why they're so hell bent on destroying him. - You could actually rationalize Donald Trump walking away from it all a lot more. Then you can make a legitimate argument for him staying in this fight. And, you know, the good part about it is Chris, we're here for it. It was great catching up with you for the first time today. Obviously, we've left the door open for you to come back anytime you want. Hopefully, you start being a monthly contributor here on the show. We know you guys are busy over there, but anytime you can jump in with us, let us know. We'd love to have you. We've actually got Judicial Watch live linked in the show description. Anybody wants to follow you on social media? Check out the podcast or anything else. Where can they find you? - Well, the place to go is just to add traditional watch. And that has, you know, our website and all the social media is key to add judicial watches to name itself. So go there and you can watch the podcast. You can see what our work is. One of the things we do is we always get a lot, a lot of government records and documents and they speak for themselves. So folks can go and read about all the stories we've been talking about. And I really appreciate you having me on. Thanks. - Well, we appreciate catching up with you today. This is the director of investigations and research over at Judicial Watch. Mr. Chris Pharrell, thanks for joining us on the show today. Sir, have a great weekend. - Thank you. - A coming up a week from Thursday. Here are some of the rules. There will be two commercial breaks. You cannot, the candidates can't interact with campaign staff during the commercial breaks throughout the 90 minutes. podiums are gonna be positioned determined by coin flip. But here's the one everybody's talking about. Mike's muted outside of speaking time. So as soon as somebody's done talking, they're gonna turn off the mics. - Yeah, because Joe Biden apparently needs a nanny. The president of the United States should be able to have a debate and negotiate with someone without that person being tied up in a street jacket so that Joey can get his next sentence out. This is nuts. But this is part of the test. Donald Trump doesn't need that. Donald Trump's not afraid of what people say to him. He's gonna speak. And you know, if you're afraid of your fellow American who is loved by tens of millions of Americans who is a former president and you're afraid of him, how are you dealing with Putin and the fat boy in North Korea and the Chinese? How are, now you've got Russia is going to visit, you know, North Korea. What is this? As long as the American people know, Donald Trump will do a good job. I don't know what the Biden team expects. But he needs a nanny. He thinks he's gonna skate through this. I think the American people know that this is a charade and are looking forward to Trump's policy positions. - Yeah. Moving back into the news portion of the show here. Second of two big Friday editions of "Stake for Breakfast." Last new segment of the week, we're gonna start our coverage formally of the upcoming presidential debate between Donald Trump and Crooked Joe Biden. So that was Tammy Bruce kind of alluding to the fact that Joe Biden needs his handlers to survive. It seems like the deck is sacked against President Trump in regards to, well, the parameters they've set on the rules. And again, heading into the weekend right now, there's still been no final decision made on whether or not Joe Biden will get his amendment sewn into the debate rules on wanting to sit down. So I think it's, I don't see any way for Joe Biden to do a great job here. I really think Donald Trump's gonna take the high road. I think that if they start gaming the debate against Donald Trump like they did much in 2020, you're going to see the American people showing another example of what he's had to endure over the course of the last nearly eight years now. And I mean, again, my stance is when it comes to what's going on with this debate in the whole way, it's set up, I've got pretty much one opinion. No, I'm sure you pretty much share the same one. - Yeah. (dramatic music) - What the fuck is this piece of shit? - Yeah, I mean, it's gonna be a sight to see. And I'm not talking about what potentially could wind up in Joe Biden's pants, to say the very least. You know, an MSNBC host actually tried to push the narrative yesterday on the news that the debate might actually be rigged against Crooked Joe Biden, weird. Yeah, and you wanna know why that reason is Noah? It's because the media is setting the expectations for Joe Biden way too high for those that should be for the leader of the free world. Let's take it out. - Ask though, I mean, this is all thrown into sharp relief when the two men are on stage debating, right? And it already feels like, you know, the first presidential debate is set for June 27th. It already feels like the bar that is set for Biden to clear is so much more substantially, as so much substantially higher than the one from Pastor Clear, which is literally, is he alive? Is he standing, are the words coming out of his mouth? Setting aside what the words actually are. And I just, I wonder if there's any way for Biden to overcome what seems like a structural disadvantage. - Oh my God. - On, you know, in the weeks leading up to what's gonna be a pretty important inflection point in this campaign. - Yeah, Alex, I think that's an important question. We don't know the answer yet. The challenge with Trump running against Trump for Biden is that they're not, it's not really a head to head contest in which they're both being judged by the same term. - What in the actual (beep) - Probably gonna use that at the end of just about every clip for this segment, to be honest with you. - Yeah, we might be overusing that one a little. - Oh my gosh. - So Noah, what do you think? Do you agree with the commentator? I'd like your commentary on whether or not the system is gamed in favor of Donald Trump right now, because apparently the only thing that Donald Trump thinks Joe Biden needs to prove during their debate is a pulse and the ability to stand and not lose control over movements of battle. - Yeah. I still want that fucking drug test. - Yeah, I definitely want. Man, I hope we get Google-y-eyed. Where are you gonna get, okay, remember mean Biden? - What if he doesn't blink the entire time? - That's what I was gonna say. We're either gonna get one of a few Biden's. We're gonna get the mean one? - Well, that was probably AI-generated. That wasn't an actual, that was like a literal deep fake of Joe Biden that they put out. - Blinky, remember black-eyed Biden? - Yeah, the black-eyed clone. - And then mean Biden, the one that they keep locked in the basement. - Yeah, the angry clone. - We haven't seen him in a while. You know who's always smiled though, is former presidential candidate, and now Trump campaigns here get Vivek Ramaswami. He was talking about some of the things that Donald Trump needs to hit on. Again, moderate, middle of the road. Safe and secure Joe Biden, as he promoted in 2019, and then where we are now, the country is literally a fucking dumpster fire. Let's hear it. - It's one Hail Mary after another. Jesse, first he wasn't gonna debate, now he's gonna debate. First he wanted an open border, now he favors closing the border, kind of. First it was, he's against criminals, before criminalizing marijuana, then decriminalizing it. People aren't buying it. And here's why Trump is winning with black voters. Black voters want some of the same things that every voter wants, which is honesty. Remember, Joe Biden is the guy who had the gall to say, condescendingly, that if you don't vote for me, you ain't black. Well, you know what? People have eyes, black people, and all voters alike. Understand what four years under Donald Trump was like, versus four years under Joe Biden. They respect that honesty. And I think that's why we're seeing these unprecedented numbers from minority communities across the board going for Donald Trump. And I think that could be a landslide ahead this year. - Again, that was a former presidential candidate with a veteran wami, confirming that race does not dictate the ability to see. But again, making some good points, you have to hit him on the policy measures. And the direct comparison to what life was like under Trump compared to what it is now. And instead of talking about, I didn't like kind of secure, it's not securing the border. It's secretly allowing more people in, then when the border was open, and parlaying that into amnesty for now close to a million people, if not more already. And the unconstitutional nature of that. You really have to hit on operating outside of the law, because again, Joe Biden is probably going to bring up the felony convictions. He's going to bring up, again, Donald Trump is only in this for himself. That seems to be a talking point that everyone on that side of the aisle is running with recently. Especially in some campaign messaging from the Biden campaign, even though they get ratioed into oblivion every time they post something like that. But those are the things that you have to be able to push back on. So I saw Newt Gingrich was on last night talking about a few of the things that he hopes Donald Trump brushes up on. Again, he sits in the demographic of people like us here. We're not necessarily worried about it as much. Before we hear him, I've got one more poll. This is Polymarket, again, where people are betting. This came out this week, two days ago, while Joe Biden dropped out of the presidential race. On May 1st of this year, it was at 13%. On June 1st of this year, it was at 18%. 19 days later, so yesterday, 31%. I think Joe Biden's going to drop out of the presidential race. And that's where people are putting their money in regards to betting on politics and the Vegas odds. So let's hear Newt Gingrich right now talking about Donald Trump and not the race he should run, but the debate he should have with Joe Biden. Come next Thursday. - It will be aggressive. He'll be jacked up and he'll go like crazy. And I just hope that Trump can stay very calm, very Reagan-like, let Biden be a fool and just endure it and not counter-attack. - I will tell you, it's very simple. They're going to win one strategy to piss off Donald Trump. He doesn't have to take the base, for sure. All right, Newt Gingrich, great to see you. - Now, no, I got a question for you. Let's just say Donald Trump doesn't take the bait and he could hold it together without getting emotional about it, which I 100% ofly think he can do. I think he's ready for this moment right now. I mean, listen, getting convicted in court of fake felonies probably stings a lot more than if Joe Biden makes fun of you. You know what I'm saying? - Yeah, definitely. - Does Joe Biden, weirdly, in an auditorium with no audience and two moderators with the echo if Donald Trump doesn't take them? Does he go into like yelling Joe Biden? - Well, I don't think so because it's going to be, the whole thing is going to be catered to protecting him. The moderator's going to be going to bat. Donald Trump, even if they turn off his microphone, he's still going to be interjecting. So unless they're putting them each in soundproof rooms, which I'm surprised they didn't request, he's still going to be making his little off-handed comments, which is going to be amazing. We just won't have to hear it. We might have to hire a lip reader or something like that. - You mean, they should have brought out like the tube cages that people who are accused of crimes in Russia when they go to court, they have to sit in. You know what though, but it's going to be one of those situations where he's not going to get enough stimulus in order to do anything but deliver the prescribed and previously rehearsed statements. And it's going to be like, the moderators are going to fucking lob the ball to him and all he has to do is just swing. - Good point, I like it. And you know, yeah, it's going to, okay, we have gotten over the years a lot of great and they're still good gifts and memes of Trump faces from the first original 2015 cycle of debates. When people are talking to Donald Trump, it's like, what? - Yeah, the Jeff animations of him doing that, like raising his eyebrows and like, you know, tilting his head back, that kind of shit. - We're going to get some, yeah, we're going to get some good ones, I think, from this. And yeah, it's good. - Well, because they're probably, and that's the thing, it's like they know that people like that stuff. So I guarantee there's most likely not going to be any wide shots of both of them reacting separately, because they don't want Trump to be talking and they don't want people to see Joe Biden staring off into space and they don't want Joe Biden to be talking and Trump doing his shtick and making people love him even more than they already do. - So you think the format we're going to get is going to be something more like Alazoom, where it's, you know, when the moderator's talking, you'll have three boxes and then whenever who's talking and has their mic unmuted is permitted to talk, it will be solely on them. - I think you're going to get some wide shots, but it's going to be very carefully catered. - Gotcha. No, I don't disagree with you. That's actually something that I wasn't even thinking about, but when-- - And are these going to be live? Or is this going to be pre-recorded? - Live. - So if it's live, that just means that somebody's going to have to be really on top of it. - Man, I want Joe Biden to shoot his pants for real. Like if there was ever a time where he really does it, I want it to be here. - Well, I mean, it'd be more convenient if he's already sitting. - Yeah, he's probably going to get one of those things they give you when-- - Are they going to let him sit? Did we ever figure that out? - Well, I said, you know, we're heading into the weekend right now and there's been no official ruling on whether or not they're going to allow Joe Biden to sit, but you know, that was a stipulation. - I'll bring it at the very last seconds and not, like you said a couple weeks ago, the only thing they'll be able to do is have Trump complain about it and then they'll turn off his microphone. They'll just be like, just answer the questions or former President Trump. Just answer the question and they'll turn his mic off. - Yeah, no, I completely agree with you and it's going to be interesting to see. There are going to be some, I would say, shocking developments heading into the last few days before this at the kickoff of next week. Again, whatever happens over the weekend or whether we see the campaigns ramping up more publicly addressing the first debate which is going to happen next week. We'll have it in our Tuesday editions of the show as well. Getting ready to wrap here, we're going to be jumping in with Meghan Eckenchamp for the first time. She is the comms director for the Florida Young Republicans to get another young Republican office and organization that we're catching up with here on the show, we're hoping that she'll become a regular contributor spoiler. She's going to be because I've been talking with her for the last couple of weeks and she's got her shit together. And so today down there, turning Florida into a ruby red state for Republicans. The gang over at the view, they had a big week. I believe Dr. Fauci was in there and they edged themselves off to him for like three hours. Yeah, in addition, they wanted to talk about the presidential debate in poor Joe Biden. And instead of making this into like, you know, some kind of a sympathy piece for him, they just went with the overall threat to democracy. Literally, if you don't vote for him, regardless of how bad you think it is, this is the end of our Republican. - You and I share the belief that Donald Trump's a threat to democracy are institutions. I don't know that the stakes have been this high in modern history in a presidential election. Yet, I'm skeptical of polls we all are. - Trump continues to outperform Biden in key battleground states. Is there a world in which Democrats should have a backup plan for Joe Biden? - A backup plan. - If needed to be replaced on the ticket. If we're three months out and Trump's still beating him in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina. - I mean, I think the backup plan is run a better campaign, right? I just, I don't, there's-- - I forgot that Rachel Maddow was into this episode too. - Joe Biden's record as a president is a very, very strong record. I mean, we are, we are the economic envy of the world, right? Doesn't mean our economy is perfect, but literally we are the envy of the world. We've got a better situation than anybody. We've got unemployment rates that we haven't seen in generations, we've got economic growth that any major country in the world would kill for. - Yeah, but that's not the information that they're getting on, but it's true. And so Biden doesn't, Biden hasn't been disqualified from running for the presidency, but anything having to do with any of his performance. It's just that it's gonna be a tough fight. And so I think the backup plan is fight harder. The backup plan is make sure you win the Senate. The backup plan is people should volunteer earlier and do more and give more money and do all of those things. And there's no reason, I think, to have it be, there be this fantasy that Biden's not the president and that Biden isn't the nominee. He is and he's gonna be, and I think that's, that's a fixed variable. - Shut up, bitch! (screams) - Man, you know, when that dude gets really going on one, at least she cares the water for the party. I mean, what else could you say? - Yeah. - So he needs to fight harder. - He needs several hundred gallons. - He needs to fight harder. He needs to win bigger. He needs to poop less. Man, I saw Caroline Levitt, she was on last night. I was actually texting with her and, you know, trying to get her into the show next week. I'd really love to, well, we'd really love to host her. I'm sure our listenership would love to hear from her ahead of the first debate. You know, they had so much stuff going on at the end of the Trump trial a few weeks ago that she rescheduled with us, but fear not. We'll get her back really soon. We know they're working on a lot of stuff. She's been getting the messaging out side note. She is quite pregnant and having a very fantastic pregnancy. So, you know, she's burning the candle of both ends as a future mama. And then, you know, the national campaign spokeswoman and comms director for Trump 2024. But, you know, she was pretty much telling it how it is. The mainstream media set the bar so low for this debate. Which is the reality of it. Not the bar being set high for Joe Biden and what people were pursuing that the Democrats are accusing him of needing to meet thresholds of behind closed doors. It's that literally, when you look at it in the big scheme of things, as long as Joe Biden doesn't, pulling all 100 Mayorkas, well, I'm not gonna introduce the secretary, oh my God. Or shit his pants. And I'm glad that she mentions that. Then he'll be okay, let's check it out. Well, President Trump is very excited about this debate. However, the mainstream media has also set the bar so low for this debate for Joe Biden, Jesse. That if he gets up there and doesn't soil himself and doesn't fumble and fumble over every word he says, then the media is going to declare this a win for Joe Biden. President Trump knows what he's getting into with CNN. This is going to be a three-on-one debate with three people who have not treated him and fairly have lied about him, but he's ready. And it chose his commitment to deliver his winning message to the American public that he's willing to go on CNN. And the real question for Joe Biden's victory is going to be whether he can stand up there and defend his abysmal policy- - The video they're showing of this is Joe Biden. - His record high inflation crisis can. He defend his wide open border invasion that is leading to a loss of life across this country. That will define how well Joe Biden does in this debate. - So there you have it, Caroline Levitt, laying it out the way it is. The Democrats are expecting Joe Biden, hopefully not to poop his pants, not to go off on some kind of grand Torino style, racial slur, laden, tirade in part to answering questions. And according to them, that'll be a major win for Joe Biden. He actually stood up in the face of Donald Trump in his very decrepit state and didn't literally die. I mean, we've kind of heard it framed throughout the news and they know because as we're getting ready to wrap here and again, the Florida Young Republicans are going to be sending a Megan Ekkin champion to talk with us for the first time. Very excited for that. And as our last audio clip of the week, Lion Cryin, Chuck Todd on MSDNC was part of a panel the other day. And for as much as they tried to talk about all of Donald Trump's flaws, which we all know, guys, remind her, he's a human being, he's got a few of them. You have to just be able to accept them and take it as part of the overall Donald Trump that Donald Trump is. They see a swagger much like we've talked about for a long time in this show that we didn't see necessarily in 2020 that he's reminding the electorate of all the way back from 2015. Let's check it out. Simplify this, but Donald Trump's rhetoric even and even his swagger looks more like 2016 and the campaign you covered so closely, Katie. Then he looks in 2020 and in fact, I was just discussing this with somebody we all know on this call, on this program. I'm gonna leave his name out of it 'cause he didn't know I was gonna quote him just now. But he even noted, we were talking about this idea that when Trump's losing the worst version of Trump shows up and when Trump's winning or he thinks he's ahead, he's actually a different person, a different candidate. I mean, just, I think Vaughn could probably speak to this now. The Donald Trump and Detroit and those events he did, he was oddly loose. He was trying to be funny and all of this where from about 2017 to 2022, we had, and even 2023 through the primaries, it's been nothing but angry grievance Trump, right? Angry, angry, angry. It's interesting if he somehow drops the grievance, he could end up looking more like that 2016 candidate where he's the outside disruptor. - Again, that's a narrative you've heard on the show for a long time. It's not about being the angry disruptor either. It's about the swagger he conducted himself with in 2016. He was the touchable, real identifiable legitimate candidate. And anyone else that's run for office and something as big as the presidency or tried to run against Donald Trump both in 2016 and again in this fake multiversal primary that they had below him earlier this year. Listen, those people don't like to get touched. Those people don't like to get hugged. Those people don't like to answer questions that aren't approved by their handlers. And those people have no idea what it's like being an actual human being. They're all millionaires or billionaires, elitists who they just don't mess around with the common folk. They wanna be your voice, they definitely want your vote. They'll 100% of the take your money. But when it comes to someone like Donald Trump, say whatever you want about him. The guy's taken the time to understand what the average working men and women in this country are like and want and identify with. And that's been a connection that's been often fabricated but never replicated when it comes to a political candidate. For almost now, nearly the last 10 years, no, can you agree with that? Yeah, I think that's a fair point. Yeah, I mean, Donald Trump is decanidate. You're not a once in a lifetime political icon if you come off as an elitist who looks down on the voting class. And whenever these people, whether it was at the Iowa State Fair or at Town Hall events, like it's cool to have like a little bit more. But as soon as the people get close to any of these candidates, they're like common people. They, you know, divulge back into that Hillary Clinton narrative of, and James Comey, I could smell the wall martyrs from here. And, you know, that just goes into Donald Trump doesn't care. He loves everyone. Unless you back somebody else in the primary, then say you're sorry, then publicly endorsed Donald Trump but still talk shit about him behind the scenes. Then he doesn't like you as much as he would somebody else. But again, we've learned hopefully from our mistakes and moving forward, we'll all be a little bit more coalesced. So that's all I've got for today. We're still gonna be having an interview with Megan Ekenchamp of the Florida Young Republicans, but before we do that, we're gonna check in one more time with one of our partners. It's an unpleasant truth that 42% of Americans are obese and 79% of Americans are overweight. Make America healthy again. - All right, joining us next on the show today, this big Friday edition of the Stake for Records podcast. She's the comm director for the Florida Young Republicans. She's also an Academy Fellow at the Heritage Foundation. Looking forward to catching up for the first time with Megan Ekenchamp. Thanks for joining us on the show. - Yeah, thanks for having me. Super excited to be on. - Well, listen, we have really good relationships with the DC Young Republicans. I'm pretty sure you know Kingsley Wilson. She's all over the media and is a regular contributor on our show. Speaking of which, the New York Young Republican Club is where we started and that whole delegation of America First Patriots up there, whether it be Gavin Wax, Fish Borough or anybody else from the organization that jumps in. We've been doing a thing here on the show and it's not only just wanting for young people to get involved, but giving them the opportunities to hear from the people who are not only at the forefront of leading that youth movement across the country and for America First, but you know, getting to know the people who are in charge of these organizations and how you get involved as well. So I think, you know, outside of some of the issues I'd like to talk to you on, which are gonna be the national ones, I'd like you to tell us a little bit about the organization, what you guys are doing in Florida and how it's been in this crazy, not only news cycle, but ramping up into the election cycle. I mean, we're a few days from the first presidential debate. Less than a month from that, we have Donald Trump sentencing followed by the RNC. We're gonna find out who the vice president is. And then in about five months, we're gonna go to the ballot box to make probably the biggest decision in this country in regards to politics, probably ever known. So getting things started right now, tell us about the Florida Young Republicans and what you guys are doing down there in the Sunshine State. - Yeah, for sure. Well, I mean, it's no secret. 2024 is gonna be one for the history books. In terms of everybody you just mentioned, Kingsley, her husband, John, buddies up in New York, Gavin and Fish, they're all phenomenal. Honestly, huge influence for why I even decided to get involved with the Young Republicans down here in Florida when I moved here about two and a half years ago. Florida is its own animal. Everybody in the last few election cycles thinks or seems to believe that Florida is a swing state, which numbers show that it has been, but recently it's, I would say very comfortably read. The Florida GOP, we've now got nearly a million more registered Republicans and Democrats across the state, which is huge, especially when you consider all of the people that have been relocating to Florida since COVID, people were concerned, they're coming from New York, from California, are they gonna bring all of their democratic views and voters, but that is not the case whatsoever. So the Florida Young Republicans are comprised of over 1,000 members, ages 18 to 40 across the state. We just chartered our 20th county and we're one of the largest state organizations under the YRNF. So there's a lot of us and we're not afraid to go knock doors. We're not afraid to get out there in the 150 degree weather because we know that elections are won by doing just that, not by sitting on your keyboard, on X. It's about getting out there and leveling with people. A lot of hard work. One of the things I wanted to ask you and I think this is very big before we start to get into some of the nitty gritty in regards to the Florida Young Republicans, these organizations that we're talking about here, obviously yours, the DC office, what they've got going on up in New York. In addition to being involved in leading these organizations and getting young people across the country to understand how important it is to be actively involved and understand what America First is all about, there's also a bucking of the trend for the long standing, establishment, GOP organizations throughout the country that don't necessarily line up ideologically with organizations like yours or the one up in Washington DC or in New York as well. They want more of the old cookie cutter, old man in the suit, we're gonna lower your taxes and work towards comprehensive immigration reform, Republican standards, and we've kind of breaking out of that mold. When you look at how off the mark the country is right now, everything from foreign and domestic border security, the economy, the illegal crisis, et cetera, we can't just run on, you know, 1970s or 80s, typical Republican values to be able to get, not only the message resonated with Americans who are getting crushed in every way, shape or form right now, but to get this country back on track as well, how has it been kind of working towards that cultural shift to modernizing organizations like the Florida Young Republicans and even though there's probably been some pushback from some of the establishment, you know, who want to see more of what many would consider traditional Republican values showed, how it's better to go in the direction that we're seeing organizations like yourselves going right now. - Sure. So I would say the last year and a half, the Florida Young Republicans, it's been kind of a rebuilding phase and results don't lie. Our chairman, Brandon Ludwig, is, he's an impeccable leader. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He just has this vision and he knows how to execute. And at the end of the day, we hosted the largest wire-on-up spring quarterly and that's clubs from all over the country. Quarterly period that they had had in 20 years. So what I've realized is that there's more of us than there are of this establishment group that wants to stick to the status quo. And you just have to push forward with that mentality. And I love being able to link up with my friends in New York and D.C., even back in Nebraska to work together and create this cohesive effort to lead the charge. And I think a lot of people are excited to jump on that and continue and spread it to even further places, California and Nevada, big swing states that we're worried about, even the Arizona Young Republicans are fantastic as well. And so I think it's just about projecting strength and showing that yes, there are more of us than there are of them. And at the end of the day, we all want the same thing. We want this country to get back on track, make American great again. And I think that's resonating with a lot more people than the left, the establishment and media would like to believe. - Yeah, it's once you guys are organized, it's getting the people involved. I think that the pushback that you're gonna get from more of the establishment groups is something that typically you'd see from just about anywhere when you're trying to buck the trend and change the narrative and move in a different direction that better serves everybody here in America, not just the young Republicans, but I think the fact of the matter is the hardest part and the biggest contributions is the work that you guys are doing on the ground starting this thing. You said it's been a rebuild and a rebrand. That is not an easy process for everyone in our listenership and to see active young Americans getting involved in the way they have and getting voters on the same page, especially those at the younger age demographics that we need to be involved in elections, much like the one we're gonna have in about five months, is one of the most important contributions I think that is going to be made throughout this entire election cycle. That's why we continue to bring on these young Republican organizations onto the program, let you hear about all the great work they're doing, maybe our listeners want to get involved, maybe they have kids that they'd like to get involved in states across the country, or maybe you're part of a young Republicans group and you're not going in the direction that you think that is as America first as you'd like it to be and you could reach out to these organizations and get involved in a way that they'll show you and help you with the blueprint to get your organization going in the right direction. Megan, I kind of want to segue and talk about a little bit about some of the big topics that are coming on. Obviously, we're starting to focus more heavily on the first presidential debate that's gonna be happening and just under a week now, we've got six days until Joe Biden and Donald Trump are gonna square off in prime time, they set this whole thing up with Operation Bubble Wrap for Joe Biden, no audience, commercial breaks. The moderators couldn't be more partisan if you've asked me, you've got two people that literally hate Donald Trump and have no problem expressing it while they're doing their respective shows on CNN. But a lot of people are starting to get maybe second thoughts in the media and saying Donald Trump has to be careful and this is a trap and this, that and the other thing, here's the deal and the way we're looking at it. Since Donald Trump came down the golden escalator, he's essentially had to walk through the fire for this country. Obviously, we've seen everything from his first term in office to the law fair, he's endured for the last, nearly four years now. I think the only way he gets back to the Oval Office if he completes that path through the fire and unfortunately, it started with things like the verdict that came down in a Manhattan courtroom a few weeks ago, it's gonna come down again with the sentencing that's gonna be given out in just about a month here. But it also is things like walking through the fire in regards to showing up at these debates and doing what Donald Trump does. He'd come in to be prepared, come in to hold people accountable and showing the American people that he's the leader that's gonna be taking this country in the right direction. How are you guys kinda looking at supporting Donald Trump as he's getting ready to take the stage with Joe Biden in just under a week? - Sure, so the majority of our clubs are actually hosting watch parties. We're actually, the Florida Young Republicans as a whole, we are helping out with the Dave County GOP, they're having a big one down there. Just getting people, all ages in the community to come out and watch it, Democrats, Republicans, independents, just to really watch and see for themselves what this is and how biased these people are against Trump. Because, you know, at the end of the day, we know what they're gonna hit him with. Oh, you're a convicted felon, blah, blah, blah, like, and that's all they got, in my opinion. And I think, you know, President Trump bribes in chaos. And I love that personally. And I think that in the last, I would say, year, if you watch some of the interviews he does, he's kind of changed the way that he presents himself when he's faced with adverse comments. He's very confident about what he did for our country in his first term and how he can turn it around again. And he's not bothered, he's very not bothered. And I just think that we have to do everything possible to get him back in the White House. - Yeah, no, it's the truth and you guys are doing a hell of a job doing it. And then when you look at some of the other national issues that are really affecting American, obviously you could just talk about, I mean, I always tell people on the show, if you want an easy segue in, don't go out and talk to people who potentially might not be thinking about voting for Donald Trump at this point and, you know, start the conversation off and like, what is your stance on abortion or the Dobbs overturning and Roe v. Wade? You know, start talking about just regular conversation we know and we talk about on the show every time, just about over 70% of every American's paycheck right now goes to keeping a roof over their head, food on their table and gas in their car to go do a job that you have to work 40, 50 hours a week. If it's the only job you have, multiple Americans have multiple jobs now and, you know, not make ends meet in the household. So when you hear somebody talking about how high gas prices are or how much food costs or to keep their kids involved in activities and things of that nature, that's a perfect lead in to, you know, start talking about how the same things are affecting you and then segueing towards, well, what are you thinking about in the upcoming election? I mean, you know, Joe Biden's been not really helping out in regards to the economy. I mean, we did have a lot more money in the bank when Donald Trump was the president. What do you think? And then you could kind of segue into having that actual political conversation. But, you know, when you're starting to hit the ground of running out in Florida and looking to change hearts and minds and bringing the biggest issues to the Americans that are affecting them now and why Donald Trump is obviously the plausible solution. And how's that all working out for you guys right now? - Oh, really well, actually. So we just launched an initiative, it's called 20 and 24, where we're gonna be leading delegations to do door knocking for GOP and local candidates. Each of our 20 chartered counties, our goal is 30,000 doors. And we're already about 10% there, which is amazing. Sarasota County, a couple of weeks ago, they knocked 2,700 doors. And here, I live in Broward, so Fort Lauderdale. Here, we're getting ready to do one. And what's interesting about Broward County, not only is it historically a Democrat stronghold, the second largest number of registered voters are non-party affiliates. So your independence, people that, hey, maybe they do have Republican views, but they think Trump's a little too extreme and whatnot. And we've been seeing a record number of people switch to Republican in the last few months. We've gained the Republican Party in Broward County first five months of the year, we got 15,000 additional registrants, which might not seem like a lot, but it, in a county like Broward, it absolutely is. And the biggest concern across the board that Americans are talking about is inflation. I mean, people are hemorrhaging. They're working, like you said, two, three jobs just trying to make ends meet, hey, they're electric bill. And then you think about, we're coming into hurricane season down here, God forbid, we get hit directly by a big one, how are people gonna be able to afford to rebuild jobs? I mean, it's scary to think about, to be honest. And so I think once you really just get out and talk to people and level with them, they understand, yeah, four years ago, I felt a lot more comfortable financially than I do now. I read a statistic that in order to be considered middle class now, you gotta make, I think it's like $120,000. And that's wild. So I'm definitely lower middle class, as I think most Americans are, if not below the poverty line, whatever that's considered now. And I think, it's unfortunate to say, I think that people look at their bank accounts and their bills, and they're like, you know what, I'm just, I'm gonna vote for Trump. Yeah, no, I mean, where maybe people would have wanted an alternative or people outside of the Republican party or America First Conservatives might have thought, you know, the campaign that Joe Biden ran back in 2019, where he said he was gonna be like, the calm grandpa who was gonna be a moderate, and then he just gave the key country over to every single radical, progressive Marxist communist, you know, traitor to America that you can imagine, and they have absolutely destroyed America in every way, shape, or form. You know, but you talk about the way that Florida's come back around and the amount of work that you guys are doing. This was a swing state, an election cycle or two ago, and you know, when you talk about all the contributing factors, you have to lend credit to the job that you guys are doing with the Florida Young Republicans in making sure that that state stays in the red and it stays in the red for the right reasons. Last thing I wanna talk with you about, Megan, it's probably the most important thing, is first time you're gonna be on the show today. So we want anyone who's listening, whether they're in Florida, or they wanna be able to check out and they're at a state and they wanna support the organization or reach out to you guys and get involved in their state so that they need you to provide them with some contacts and resources as well. How can people get involved with the Florida Young Republicans and how important is it to continue adding to your roster right now as we're, you know, entering a finite amount of time between now and November, we're gonna go make the most important decision for this country in a long time. - Sure, well yeah, we're full steam ahead. So we're gonna keep growing, we're gonna keep making a difference. If you're wanting to get involved, reach out for sure. Even if you don't live in Florida, we have connections all over the country. Like I've got people in Nebraska, our vice chair's got people in Pennsylvania, New York, DC, Arizona, California, wherever, you know, happy to link you up with whoever you need to get with to get involved. Because yeah, this is the biggest election of, I would argue in the history of the country and we gotta get to work. We gotta keep working. Job's not gonna be done until midnight at the end of November, so just reach out. We're on social media or if you just go to YRNF's website, you can see which states have charters. And if yours isn't one of them, reach out to YRNF. Talk to them about starting your own charter in that state. Just do it, get to work, you know? - Yeah, no better time than now and the clock is ticking every single day. We've got the website for the Florida Young Republicans, live link in the show description today. Anybody want to check out the great work you're doing and see what you're on social media? Where can they find you as well? - So me personally, it's just my first name, M-E-G-A-N, M and then my last name, Acton Camp, E-C-H-T-E-N-K-A-M-P. Otherwise, our Florida YR, Instagram, it's florida.YR, name on X. And yeah, just follow along. We got a hell of a journey ahead of us. - And we'll have a couple, I guess, hell of a more interviews coming down the pike as we plan on having you back on a more regular basis. This has been great catching up with the comms director for the Florida Young Republicans and Megan Ekenchamp. Thanks for joining us on the show today.
