Now we have heard all kinds of allegations about Puff Daddy throughout the years and there have been other allegations of him abusing women that have went by the wayside, whether it's because of a payout or whatever. Those allegations never turned into anything that could have been trouble for Puff Daddy. This situation, however, looks like it's something completely different. And Puff Daddy is now under siege. Not only has Cassie Ventura come out, but other women that he's been with in the past have now piled on. So, while none of us were there and none of us know what happened, when you have this many people that come out and say that this is the character exhibited by this man, well I think it's a good idea that we at the very least listen. So, let's dive into this article from CNN and let's see what Sean Diddler, I mean Diddy Combs, is accused of. Headline, Sean Diddy Combs accused of rape and abuse in lawsuit filed by former girlfriend Cassie Ventura. This article was authored by Ali Rosenblum. Producer and musician Sean Combs was sued in Federal Court in New York City on Thursday by his former girlfriend Cassandra Ventura, who alleges she was raped and subjected to years of repeated physical and other abuses by Combs. The complaint obtained by CNN alleges Combs lured Miss Ventura into an ostentatious, fast-paced and drug-fueled lifestyle and into a romantic relationship with him within two years of the pair meeting in 2005 or 2006 and Combs signing Ventura to his record label Bad Boy Records soon after. Look, for people who listen to hip-hop, people who follow hip-hop, these allegations have been out there forever when it comes to P Diddy. There's been all kinds of talk about the nonsense this guy gets up to, and we're not just talking about with women, right? There have been reports from men out there talking about how P Diddy abused them as well, but just to reiterate, none of that stuff has ever been proven. Sean Combs has never been convicted of any kind of crime or anything like that, but those allegations have hung over his head for years now. Ventura claims in the suit that Combs exerted his power and influence over her throughout the course of their professional and romantic relationship. According to the complaint, she was 19 when they met and Combs was 37, and their business relationship lasted until 2019. The complaint details claims that Combs was physically violent toward Ventura, controlled all aspects of her personal life, introduced her to a lifestyle of excessive alcohol and substance abuse, and forced her to engage in various sex acts with other men during that time. Now, there's a lot there to unpack, right? How can you prove that she was introduced to this stuff by Puff Daddy? I guess her team has some sort of plan. Me all more interested in the allegations that he actually raped her, that he sexually abused her. Because the other stuff, well, you can't prove that. You can't prove that Puff Daddy and his influence is what led to her doing drugs or whatever. Sure, we can infer that and we can think that, but how do you prove it? In the lawsuit, Ventura alleges that after she tried to end their relationship in 2018, Combs forced his way into her home and he raped her. Now, she's going to have to have some evidence of that, right? Did she go to the doctor? Did she call somebody whatever it is? You know that that's what Puff Daddy's lawyers are going to say. They're going to go right after her credibility, and they're going to say that she's a gold digger, and it's going to be up to her lawyers to change that narrative. The complaint states that Ventura still suffers from immense emotional distress, and that at one point checked into an inpatient rehabilitation center after having suicidal thoughts, she linked to the abuse. After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships. Ventura, an R&B singer who goes by the stage name Cassie said in a statement to CNN, and there's no doubt that she's going to open herself up to all kinds of criticism now. There's going to be a whole bunch of people that show up talking about how she's a gold digger this that the other thing, but the reality is when we're dealing with people like P Diddy, when we're dealing with these rich scumbags, a lot of them are weirdos. A lot of them can't get off like normal people, so they do weird shit. How many rich people do we have to talk about who are out here diddling people before we get a clue? So I won't go as far as saying that Puff Daddy did any of this because I don't know, but I'm certainly willing to listen to whatever evidence is going to be provided with the expiration of New York's Adult Survivors Act fast approaching. It became clear that this was an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced and that I will be recovering from for the rest of my life. Well look, if she was abused, like she says she was, no doubt about it, it's a lifelong process. I don't care if you're a musician, a movie star, whatever. If you suffer that kind of trauma at the hands of somebody else, you're going to have those repressed feelings, and a lot of times if you don't deal with those repressed feelings, those repressed feelings turn into PTSD and they manifest in other ways. And that's why you see so many people who suffer from stuff like this, end up turning to drugs or alcohol or whatever to try and ease the pain. Nobody wants to go through their life with a constant cycle of thoughts of being abused on repeat. Would you want to live like that? I know I wouldn't. So if Puff Daddy is guilty of this, he should suffer the penalties like anybody else. Willy? I highly doubt it. He'll be able to buy his way out of it like all these dudes do. Not one of the people with Epstein ended up in trouble. Leon Black spent 70 million here, 150 million here, no trouble. Guys like Len Dubin spread a little doe around, no trouble. I will say though that Puff Daddy does face a bit of danger with this going federal, because we see what happened with our Kelly, and it's very possible that something like that could occur here, because you're already seeing more people come out, more women come out, and say that they were abused by Puff Daddy as well. So I am sure that we're going to hear from many women that they suffered at Puff Daddy's hands. It's going to come down to do they have the evidence to punch that bad boy home. Ben Brofmann, attorney for Combs, said in a statement emailed to CNN via Combs publicist that Mr. Combs denies these offensive and outrageous allegations. The statement continued. For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura's persistent demand of $30 million under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail. Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs reputation and seeking a payday. The lawsuit accuses Combs and other defendants of sex trafficking, human trafficking, sexual assault, gender-motivated violence, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and the hostile work environment. Yo, they hit him with everything, huh? I'm surprised they don't have him down for Hoffa's death and killing JFK too, considering all the other allegations that were made against him, and considering all those allegations, Puff Daddy is going to be in for it. The good news for Puff Daddy is he has more money than he'll ever know what to do with, so you know his legal team is going to be filled with all kinds of high priced lawyers. The lawsuit, additionally, accuses Combs of sexual battery. Ventura is seeking unspecified monetary damages. In addition to Combs, the lawsuit names his companies, including Bad Boy Records, Bad Boy Entertainment, and Combs Enterprises. It also names Epic Records, which it lists as an employer of Ventura. CNN has reached out to Epic Records for comment. The New York Adult Survivors Act went into effect in late November of 2022 and allows adult survivors of the sexual abuse to sue their abusers in New York, even if the statute of limitations on their claims had expired. The law had given adult survivors of sexual assault, one year to file lawsuits against their perpetrators and is set to expire on November 24th. And for those of us following the Epstein nonsense, we know that this law was utilized by many survivors to go after Epstein to try and get some financial compensation. Combs, 54, founded the music label Bad Boy in 1993 and has gone by stage names Puff Daddy and Diddy. Now it's going to have to be Diddler, Puff Diddler, the Puff Diddler on the Roof. Credited with work that is regarded as instrumental in the growth of the hip-hop genre, Combs has won 3 Grammys in his career, along with 14 nominations, while he achieved initial success with his music. Combs also became a notable producer, as well as an entrepreneur. Ventura, 37, is an R&B singer, most known for her song Me and You, off of her 2006 self-titled debut album Cassie, which was released while she was signed to Combs Bad Boy label. She has also made music with artists such as Lil Wayne and Acon, and in 2009, released a single "Must be Love" featuring Combs. All right, so there's a long way to go here, and there's a lot of information that we don't know. There's a lot of allegations that are going to have to come out, and there's a lot of denials that we still have to hear from Puff Daddy. So this is at the very beginning stages of this, and all of you know, as well as I do, that these sort of things take some time. But when all is said and done, there's going to be two outcomes. One, either a settlement, or two, they go to trial. My guess is Puff Daddy ends up paying her some dough to make it all go away, just like every other rich degenerate out there. All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one. All of the information that goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
