Arrigo will also assess the chances of passing a hotel-motel tax in an anti-tax environment. There is a measure on the Nov. 18 ballot to utilize the tax to spur tourism and entertainment in Baton Rouge.   Former NPR CEO Ken Stern visits to talk about his book, “Republican Like Me, How I Left the Liberal Bubble and Learned to Love the Right.”
