that's also a nice thing because these pucks oh these pucks see I did it what a nice tribute that was not intentional hockey puns hockey puns no these puns all started because you come do cuts and duck cuts in and we went on a waterfowl tear and now you have a statue in his tribute yeah so we're gonna go in the direction of birds and a nice tribute spot to where it all started waterfowl yeah for the puns yeah but but birds birds and or waterfowl tell you things with feathers yeah if you want to do things about if you want to do a pun just upon this just boa you know what I mean and you just say boa because that was a guy who used to work here remember that yeah as was Jesse Ventura who is wasn't boa but no but he big fan yeah Ali and and Tom of alley back to back with son honks just immediately I love it I love it so much yeah Alex this was not the worst episode of NXT despite my notes being full of crankiness but it definitely wasn't the best but we did get a thing that we asked for which is neat and yeah we yes we did it's fun when we specifically asked for it and I happen yeah yeah it is nice yeah it is nice it's it's basically what I thought we were gonna get out of it yeah that's not bad yeah and I'm a do cuts in Stan so I was very glad to see that and he deserved it and that went the way we thought it was gonna go right but yeah got a whole lot of show to talk about hmm hmm hold on we got we we got something here from Tom of alley says that the sgs discord is great for actually civil discourse I wonder if Luis in addition to all of his moderating could throw in the link to the to the sour grabs disc discord in the chat for people who don't know there is a discord just of our people not all a fightful select because some of those people hate us but our people love us and it's all of them and in case you are one of our people you would do this is what I love this is what I love about the puns because we have back to back to back to back jacks five straight chats are all super chats with the puns and I'm gonna talk about them now squawk saber jr from e and r two can Sam knocks from the insert clever teak and nice fun chris pare says bam bam big alloon pieces quack saber jr and just Ricardo says big bird show well oh my god they could not decide whether it was healer face with big bird constantly but here's my favorite part to not only is it five in a row but you know how we're always like we're selfish and we're just here to pop ourselves that's not what the chat does they're here to pop us we got two as jaymo and bam bam big all one it's true three out of the five we're like for us we love you guys so much yeah okay all right but we start off with the rascals making their entrance the talking to the camera and then we get we get gallus making their entrance talking to the camera but like these are schools are here all the way or you know send them back to TV and then we get a trios match that is great except for the nonsensical thing that they had to shoe it shoehorn in to give a reason for a very odd feud to happen in NXT so the match was excellent it was cool to watch the rascals all together again they had a really good dance partners in gallus the perfect foils for their type of stuff truly truly like really good they give them a time they we got to we got to see that ridiculous move that that never made any sense to me where Zach went oh yeah does a backflip and if Wesley doesn't shove him he just lands on his face but you could you could just turn there's no reason to do a backflip like this when you could just do a backflip like this and land on the same thing you know you shouldn't I don't know if that's a unnecessary thing that you've done you you could other that just it's just too complicated here's where I'm a giant hypocrite uh-huh I cannot stand Jay lethal's finisher cuz there's a superfluous hands going on it drives me crazy every time I watch it yeah but if it looks extra cool I'm fine with it now this this to me this has always looked extra dumb I don't I mean it is but I think it looks cool I mean it's just I mean logically it's stupid but I think it looks cool it's so hard for me to to take anything that is logically stupid and make it into no it really is it really is it's really hard for me to do it it's really hard for me to do it have you ever done it has there been a single instance on record where something has looked so cool but made no sense but it was so cool it overcame I mean this is this is really logically dumb though like this this is like like he's doing a backflip but he could easily just backflip on to somebody but he says I'm gonna do it in a place where if I land on if I don't get pushed I'll land on my face and thankfully my friend is here to push me I just do the backflip on to the people it requires the same amount of effort from you and doesn't require a second person to do it yes and perhaps if his friend was not there he wouldn't but it's kind of like a trust fall you're like my friend is here I'm gonna test out our friendship and look cool doing it you famously hate friendship this is this is the crux of things because I am sporadically anti-friendship I am pro friendship in some some cases but most of the cases I am anti-friendship well you weren't last night when you were making fun of me for loving the home run derby Alex were you fancy batting practice I suppose to like that come if you want to hear me get chastised for loving the dinger derby but yes you you are sporadically anti-friendship in the same way that I am sporadically anti the daughters of people I adore namely Brian Daniels said and rarely you but sometimes yeah see the thing of it is is that my anti-friendship agenda is flexible because like the friendship between Samoa Joe and Hook is the is the purest form of such and so I love that and I guess if Hook wanted to do a backflip and Samoa Joe wanted to push him on to somebody I suppose I would no I would still hate that I'm sorry you still would because you would do the thing that they already did which is say why doesn't he do the walk away spot and he does do the walk away spot because that fits their story you hate friendship this match was really really really fun nice to see gallis like back in proper action I know we talked about how bad Booker T is like decently on here and some of it is taste and some of it is he's fundamentally bad at this job today we're gonna get to the drill hadry coming out of commentary thing I hearing Vic Joseph actually clarify who was in gallis like 200 plus day tech champs weren't they for Booker T for a while yeah who announces his product every week never mind like the rest was coming in here is a huge deal MSK was in here before like that is bad enough that he doesn't know who the restfuls are to have to clarify who mark and Joe coffee are is like it interferes with my enjoyment of the product but nine commentary is bad enough because you're just talking and not adding value not like us who had so much value and sing and give you like not every KPS right now it's true we are so important we are when entirely unique but we aren't that we are we are very unique but actively bad commentary just standing in the way of my enjoyment of the match like it kills me it kills me that this is a company that had Morrow and Nigel at the same time at one point in the NXT world and the punted them like it it is so frustrating like and I'm the recycled lines are annoying but when you just don't know who five of the six competitors are and you announce this every week come on man this is my conspiracy theory here everyone remembers that program was many a program between triple H and Booker T. I think Booker T Booker T only agreed to do that that program it was horribly racist and also where he took one pedigree and then triple H took seven minutes to crawl over to him and pin him I think he did a little thing where he put it in writing he says several years from now maybe even decades I'm going to be in your employ as a color commentator and you will never be able to fire me and all the lawyers got there and we they wrote it all down and that's the only way he can keep his job is because triple H has to keep him hired for as long as he wants because they forced him into doing this terrible racist program for for WrestleMania and he signed it like champagne wishes and caviar dreams he she signed it Shucky Duckie QQ that's short QQ quick quick helpful circle because we have duck puns going on right now it's it's genuinely frustrating like it it really is and not just from a I'm tired of the lines he says things like to be that unaware of your own product is it's insulting to the town doesn't know who's wrestling he doesn't know it's a six man and he doesn't know five of the guys I mean this is very bad anyway that's unfair to the talent that's not fair to the talent the match was awesome yeah love gals being back around the rascals are great we knew this and then Joe Hendry was on commentary because Scotland well because apparently I didn't hear the CIA had it muted because of Booker T so apparently what Vic Joseph said Joe Hendry's name and he yes he did appear and so they did the thing we did the thing they were supposed to do last week they didn't do and then he walks he walks just down to ringside and sits on commentary he doesn't say a whole lot because mostly it's just him trying to wave off Booker T going why are you here and it's a funny that's the question I ask about Booker T every really every week why are you here Booker T it's weird that he's asking somebody else the same question but I genuinely didn't understand until I realized oh Scotland and I was like that's a really dumb thing why haven't come out and help the the former champion in a tag match and fight against the current champion if the best you got for him is gallis to feud with and he says I like I like NXT I'm gonna stay here and feud with just a former tag champs who are now like mid-card dudes who you know fit it fit in as you go I think he will have really fun matches with all three of them if that's how they choose to go about it yeah sure because I've seen like sometimes he can do some really like strong boy stuff so I think that'll be fun I do feel like the journey from the battle royale to here has made absolutely no sense and I don't know if if he's not the most over talent in TNA he's he's sure close definitely on the men's side yeah and I don't know if gallis is the best use of it unless he's gonna call for backup for some sort of six man program when is slam a verse three soon soon look it up he's in he's in there like there's a six man elimination main event for the title for like the top title oh it's Saturday wow so like it's this friggin weekend we have that before the honors met down and I'm gonna ask you a question it's gonna feel very loaded and that there is only one correct answer and there is but I'm gonna ask you this question as a little rhetorical exercise if you were TNA and you had any thought of making the most overdue on your roster the champion of your of your company and putting him into a six man elimination match this Saturday would you also concurrently send him to NXT to begin a feud with three Scottish almost jobbers on Tuesday and then maybe put the title on him on Saturday so that he would show up the following week and be feuding with some almost jobbers on the following Tuesday would you do that not for reasons that are obvious to me though right right yeah kind of like for people who are TNA fans who believe in Joe Hendry this kind of gives the game away that there's no chance that he wins the six man thing on Saturday if the best they got for him in NXT is this because I would think if they were gonna put the title on them they'd want him to like be doing better stuff in NXT or not doing stuff in NXT like it just feels like this is something you had to keep them busy doing it feels like they have they don't they're not going to do the thing that I feel like everybody who's a TNA fan wants them to do which is to have him win this six man elimination deal but anyway unless get less like enter it or something you know what I mean well he's not I mean I guess they could insure fear I don't know I whatever this this was fine except for Booker T was like why the hell are you here and he never really answered him so he just when when the rascals won he just kind of stood up and applauded and then I think he was trying to like do a thing where he threw to the vignette but he got cut off by the vignette and somebody yeah oh it's him an apology you know what I mean like yeah in um that happened a couple times today there must have just been like a pacing thing because that happened that happened with Tatum Paxtley later too I feel like where the transitions were just a little bit weird might have been might have been um but yeah it didn't feel like he had enough room to really stretch his legs with like Booker and Vic and a six man going on like it's just there's not a ton of oxygen in any three man booth and then on top of it there's actually like a ton of a ton to call cuz there's a six man happening so there's not like a bunch of downtime so it it he's extremely over and all the segments do well on social media and the ratings are off what he's there so they're doing something that's working from right that perspective from the continuity perspective it's like okay this guy who we were told was a big deal came in was the first guy out of a battle royal got pissed at Shawn Michaels did nothing about that kind of show back up like it's just very disjointed like there's no cohesion there and also if you have that guy there live they did his say his name and he appears thing so the crowd got that but um he didn't really get to do anything to satisfy the live crowd not as big of a deal when it's 300 people that generally like generally returned yeah it's just odd it's an odd use of him but there's also a lot of stuff that inter promotionally we don't see right so yeah he um there was um uh uh uh uh the vignette that he was supposed to throw to but then got it cut off by was narrated by him about him showing up last week but then lied to hit him lie like trick Williams was looking for a tag team partner so he did whatever he said the name of the no he didn't he never once did that uh not on camera uh he may have backstage but he did he definitely did not do that so again and there were less than just like the gaslight but they but i mean like but i'm not even like other people but he's he's the vignette says that trick Williams said the name johenry which he did not do no on camera and so they are lying to us they love to gaslight us about stuff like this it's fine it's just what they do it's not fine it sucks um and then backstage he kind of confronts gallis and says i like it here i'm gonna be staying around for a while which is i guess cool you know like i don't know i don't know if this the partnership is getting more eyes on tna i don't know it is live at least because they sold out really really fast which is well which is good but like they're they're they're doing like they're doing some the people who are into tna will go to their live shows you know what i mean they weren't they weren't selling out though but i i genuinely don't know like i don't know charlie demsy pop ratings like i i have no idea so i i genuinely just include this i try to say is clueless to rate excuses possible because it's a annoying thing and i'm not an ad exec so why the what i care is my take on it um but it does seem healthy i know when a w and tna did i think it was during the pandemic right nobody was even there so they didn't even have a live barometer i know when kenny was there he spiked ratings a ton which was awesome uh but then that fizzled out i don't know i don't know if if the nxt cache is carrying over the other way but i know live they sold out fast which is awesome um this weekend will probably be the biggest tell of that it's the base event of the year uh there's gonna be all this going on while it happens right i'm sure people will show up they'll probably send i'm hoping they send someone from the main roster because so many people have history there uh so yeah mostly we'll see we'll see what comes of it but it's nice when promotions work together it's just it never goes smoothly like it didn't go smoothly with a w and tna it doesn't go smoothly outside of forbidden door with a w in new japan because titles get held hostage the batches are always amazing but uh but this is just weird like it yeah this was weird um empty cyclo is uh i think probably wants me to sing this so i'm i'm gonna attempt to also this is a terrible idea and is playing with fire at this point mention a title that she appears i believe in charlotte flare i believe in charlotte flare doesn't matter if it's raw or sd or nxt doesn't matter if it's ria or oscar or raw oxy we say i believe in omni flare it's inevitable he says that's pretty good considering you'd like haven't known who joe henry was before the senate it's it's listen it's an earworm like it's not it's really good it's not a good song but it's an earworm it's an earworm you know what i mean next thing i know you're gonna say wheat leaves so great i drink it neatly it's not a good i drink it so miles do you think that he can figure out a way that would be amazing i would be joe coffees ass and i would be on mark coffee i don't know i'm bad we're gonna leave it to him we'll leave it to him chase you got interviewed um next segment um mr chase fair he did crazy you know what today did not today proved you on a shadow without me kate the duke hudson deserves better yeah pieces are so much better they kind of hold it no they don't no they don't i know they've made their bed they can sleep in it duke hudson is world's world's world's better than this as far as like sealing to i feel like they all deserve better from the perspective of like when we got an authentic promo from cia hail today i liked that much better than her being the human version of cocaine when i look at what i think people could be right now versus what they're being utilized as that gap with duke hudson is insane dale is young and growing harlem bravado like uh er mr chase under chase i feel like it's actually i don't think the creative utilizes anybody well but i think he does very well with what he's given but like duke hudson is such a complete package that him being tied up and this is not good he's he's so like the best superstar Andre chase thing is so damn tainted for me like him like not i think anybody else could possibly break out of this and to go and do something good but he like i will never not see him um in the sweater and the button down like i just won't i want to i you've you've ruined him for me poor harlem bravado what a what a great wrestler he was before you gave him this gimmick and i'll never i'll i just can't it just it's i believe in repackaging that's a little over packaging apparently joe henry all harry has a uh diss track for joe coffee which is a parody of hero buying bk glazius i look forward to looking that up all right cool um and bad apple jam tribut says i mean joe henry does have history with all three of the gallows boys from his days in the ecw cool i wonder if they'll bring that up ever on this show for people who don't know that you're what i mean like he might oh i hope so i hope so but it he might insist on it and they would then they will go what you do because because they don't know anything you know what i mean so um and tyn Mcfowl says nxt is wild it's it's out of the best thing on wwe like the opener of the show and the main or the worst thing in the world like the all star uniforms all star uniforms are not great i'll give you that um but it's it's so rarely is the in-ring an issue except for when the creative interference is the in-ring and by that i mean the overabundance of interference or agenting that makes people look stupid or whatever but like when they are just like here here's 20 minutes show out they often do like more often than not by an overwhelming majority so especially on fles like we're never like man that match fell flat you know what i mean we're like that was an amazing match why did you ruin it with a dumb finish like it's more that so when you say things like the opener it's like well yeah because those guys can all freaking go like that was that was a blast to watch and then we slide into the context of what those great matches are in and then you and i complain about it on the internet so that goes Ethan is in Ava's office talking to her about something and then Oro comes in and they're like you you know you like he's i want to match with you and and um he's like no i'm not doing that and he was like you're not in the main event scene Oro and like when has that ever stopped you know like it's just it's usually what you do is you you keep attacking the guy until he agrees to like have the match with you so he can beat you up and you will go away but Ethan Page is never going to do that so he has to find a way to like make the management think he's worth it and they're going to do it by the dumbest thing possible which i'm going to talk about later when that happens man if only he had just been winning a bunch of batches to stand on yeah it would be weird if like they did give him one match against i forget who it was and i was born i think and he won that maybe give him other matches maybe maybe he should say Ava i would like to win enough matches that you i am seen by you as as a contender for his title please book me in a match tonight and a match next week and a match the week after that and if i win all three of them perhaps you will see that i am worthy of a title match versus Ethan Page or i could do a really dumb thing later and that'll work instead like he could have beat everybody but javon evans who was in that trip right you know what i mean like he could have beat shawn spears or yeah yeah they love people winning by nefarious means so like i don't know that yeah what they end up doing is silly Akil is very rare right so like so you're you want to defend your title you're going to defend it tonight and he seems like fine uh uh how about dante chan fine i'm like didn't dante chan lose the feud versus lexus king yes but i will say like if the champ called him out that's a little different but champ didn't call him out the champ was told you're you're wrestling tonight and he was like how about this guy who's a jobber and you're like yes because he is worthy of a title not a match yes title defense or omensa cannot have a title defense because he's not in the main event scene but dante chan can have a title match because the it's consistency is all i ask all i ask is for consistency and for things to make sense but they never do see i'm the johenries i can write songs cohenries not special i can write songs i ask for consistency uh that's fair i always feel like this isn't a strong enough counter to that right but i do feel like hey you have to you're defending your title tonight you weren't planning on it but now i'm telling you you have to him being able to pick who he does that against feels fair but it around the next the hail was told that rucksans match talking was next and uh she ran off and rich holland came out and she was going to attack her backstage thea was and rich had to pull her back from doing so and then um rucksan came out to just to you know cut a promo about how nobody can beat me july is coming stephanie vacare's coming they're not gonna beat me either nobody can beat me fia hail is my opponent come on get serious and then fia hail comes out and is like yes i am your opponent for no reason whatsoever other than i beat isi dame last week who also lost again this week what a huge accomplishment it was for me to now get a title match versus you um and so uh they argue about who was more of a little girl i mean rucksan being like fia what are you 20 i have so much more experience in life 22 years old this is so funny this is dumber than the then the rookies versus federans battle that we're getting elsewhere in the women's division uh i'm glad for fia hail because they want us to believe she's a top face i would prefer they do that with a bunch of wins her years yeah uh yes i appreciated that fia hail sounded like a human being in this and i thought she did well up until she said that she wants to take that title and be what she said one of the youngest champions one of the young wouldn't she be the youngest women's champion well wasn't rucksan 20 the first time she won it so so fia hail is was what a birthday dinner in the year i mean like if if rucksan was born let's say in march and she was born in november or whatever the other way around however it works like 20 years and so many days i guess rucksan would be would be younger but i i it's just a weird way to i will be one of the youngest you know it's weird because rucksan's her character like it's not like she had a heel run and it's time to figure out to see if she could work face this felt very out of left field and it also feels like all the emotion that garnered some sincere empathy didn't really show up in the rest of this so she might just need more time to get comfortable which makes sense and i think it's good to plug people into different situations if you want them to work on the main roster but it felt like she was in this real groove as a heel and then they were like you're a face now and then she she like kind of bore her soul and then none of that came into play anymore so it feels like yesterday she beat china bezler and an underground match and then all of a sudden now she's like i have blonde highlights and i i am here to smile they didn't used to do this though like they didn't used to have to like let's see we're not going to bring you to the main roster until we know you can play both heel and face you got to practice both of no but who've never done it before but you can do that in a creatively compelling way like there's no excuse to just because they did it with phallin henley remember they were like hey one for female heels no longer a rookie you can't call her a rookie because she's not in her first year rookies exist for a year and then they're no longer rookies that's how rookies work so her big them calling her a thing because the debut thing is weird too because they debuted over femmy and then they took him off tv so ruka was injured which is different than being taken off of tv to develop right so that one makes lessons to me uh but also like jcj needs to be upset with the fact that she can't buy a win from these rukis right like if you're pissed at these rukis if you keep losing to them you have to be pissed at them because you keep losing to them yes so like i need that creative done for this to to work at all carbon and lola just began the same side because babyface this is the new we have moved shawn spears that you want like i can't believe they didn't make that match for tonight like as like basically his idea was i want shawn spears he attacked me took a month of my career i want to i want to i want shawn spears well you you got us okay fine if you stay away from the tag main event tonight you can have shawn spears next week or you could have shawn spears on the first night of the this promotion is so bad at booking baby face champions that i was like it's actually good for trick because whole half face back whether he wins or not is a consequential but then he just moved on they have to do an ora mensa versus ethan page they have to and i'm gonna need to know amdar if he's healthy right but like he won't be healthy for a while so you got to do ora mensa now and then you and like um hey so what do you think about uh oromensa is like well he's somebody needs to be done about this i don't know why anybody can't handle him but uh what do you think about him you know pinning you he didn't pin me and i was like yeah he didn't pin him like this is like it's not a match presumably ethan page would have kicked out if his title had been on the line but all he had was like a man laying on his chest and that's different and he just had a match against a different guy for the title he had just defended the title i like uh i did appreciate what he was like it whoever i forgot who was interviewing him he was like you seem bothered by this and he was like no i'm not definitely not familiar behavior he's so good at this and the stuff they're having him do is like pretend that like it bothers him that oromensa pinned him um and and now that that he was like well he did pin you and he used to be like he didn't pin me it wasn't a match so it wasn't a pin like well but here shoulders were down and he was on top of you and we heard the crowd so he does get a title match and i like honestly just do it next week i don't freaking get it done and over with so you can actually start booking ethan pages as a have a decent title reign out of this because let me tell you most of the title reigns you book are terrible well it also just so he should feel like too good of a champion to i'm all for sneaky shit i'm not for his reign my personal privilege is not to have his entire reign defined by technically i was never eliminated from a battle royal you got pinned but you didn't like let's not do that for this uh i i think they could come up with better stuff i really do for this guy and um i liked the measure of dante chen i really like dante chen like i i really do i think there's something extremely likable about him i hope they continue to tap into it and put him in a real story um that is not with like separate of lexis king um because there there's something in there they should they should keep trying um but it's also like i also do appreciate i will say this ethan page was prepared for ornaments at this time like he had him scouted he knew he was gonna get attacked it's happened eight times before you would hope he'd pick up on it at some point so i appreciate that but i just feel like he just came here and they made him feel like such a big star he goes to canada he wears a jacket that says i'm a resident of the u.s now like let him do stuff like that like let him control his heel heat uh and we don't have to i don't need a lost to thia hail last week so is he dame is on a losing streak but she does play volleyball so we know that about her she does and have you heard she's dating the brown breaker right that's like yes that's the like freaky a strong couple of all time but okay she is four inches taller than him and i think that is so brave of her oh my goodness she's so tall but they're both so strong do you think he plays volleyball do you think he learned volleyball for no he does he does this way he doesn't go up and down he doesn't do the upside down sees he's goes the right left to right sees you know what i mean so i don't know why he would be together as a couple they're a whole compass it's like the opposite to track north and south and the east and the west there you go the north and the south and her pacing with it and uh she's i feel like having a character like that and in ring at the same time is something that takes a minute to to make all come together and she's she's getting there with it and i think in six to eight more weeks and if she's working with Wendy chew on it she's gonna be like next level but you see what Wendy chew is doing and you see what she's doing and you can put in like her working with Wendy chew i think it's gonna be great it's my very long winded way of saying that yeah she'll benefit a lot from it apparently it's suzu suzuki's finisher the tequila shot it is friend who's a lady like and jakara jacks and never once says anything never once opens her mouth to say a word either way about whether or not she is amenable to the advances of ashanti the adonis so i would say both your antenna and my antenna that are collective in antennae are maybe higher than a lot of people's on this kind of stuff but i think it's important to bring up especially as a gal voice on the channel that's jakara jacks and said zero words and had zero agency over whether or not she was able to be interested in someone that was kind of making it a pass at her in a gross way but not like you know overly gross way uh but it's extremely frustrating to sit there and watch as a woman never mind the fact that this is a company that is should be over sensitive to this right now with the stuff they have going on they obviously don't give a shit look what they're doing with live in job that's so much worse than this was oh so much worse but you said in our messages that i left out loud this is a segment you book if jakara jacks and has layered jitis yeah we're gonna do a scene but jakara jacks and woke up and learned jaddis this morning you can't have her talk so let's write a scene where she doesn't speak she at no point participates in the conversation of whether she welcomes us guys advances or not uh and last speaking for her is different than a man speaking for her but at the same time she should be able to speak for her and it drives me nuts because like we just did this with lash and and trick which is cute because they're a couple in real life or whatever but it's like i can't remember last time i saw these especially jakara wrestle like and so she's just she's literally just there to look pretty which god bless her she looks gorgeous but there is no there's nothing and in most of this definitely not tonight but her recent run where she is defined as anything other than an object for men to fight over literally like tonight that was her only job was to stand there so men could like squabble over her over something they don't even know if she wants because nobody actually bothered to check in to see if this is something she wants that is really frustrating to watch as a female viewer yeah or mensa did essentially did the is this guy bothering you and did not wait for an affirmative or negative answer yeah he went to the next step it was weird and the next step was to fight about it yes yes it really is um it is it is annoying it is and this wasn't like upsetting but like if you look at who jakara jackson is in this universe today she was a woman who stood there and looked pretty so men could just right fight over her so that she was a piece of property to be squabbled over yes yeah and her dad didn't even make any money off of it like it was a marriage that's no no no where's the where's the where's the 14 goats and a donkey come on so um let's do get a farm out of it that's not fair the oc defeats ocm and i am out of ideas like they so wait the the actual tag team of lucian and bronco won a match pretty handily against gallows in anderson and it was awesome jay jayna parker won what felt like the blow off when she beat me a ym in that in that street fight and then after that they had the match where otm the boys just the just the two of them beat gallows in anderson again pretty handily and then they were like let's do a mixed tag match this week and then we're like and then the oc one so like does that mean the oc one the feud because you put them all together and they went they were talking on commentary like this was the end of the feud whoever won this won the feud and i was like no you guys you can't if let's let's say it's a seven game series and you lose the first six games if you win game seven you don't win the series because the series was over after game four you know what i mean like you don't i don't understand what we're doing this this this is what got me like other than they just lose um what was also weird was they felt like commentary was really pushing the issue between jayna parker and me chin so it almost felt like it's not over for them but it's over for the tag teams is a weird way to go about business in my opinion um it was it was very very odd but it was a fun match otm i think has come a long way in ring they've always been decent they just had a first like their first or second matches were kind of rough because i think they were just still adjusting but they're coming along nicely and i feel like they have really good chemistry with gallows in anderson i also think me chin looks great and i love this she had a similar gear set up for smacked out i think it suits her like this feels like the most i've known who she is and we do have consistency about the side that she's working at least she's a base on both brands uh but it's this was just very very very confusing uh i forgot that they had that really ridiculous first match with me a yim beat jayna parker and beat her and ended her win streak oh that's right you know what you know i forgot about it because it happened in frickin may i'm pretty sure like it was it's been forever i said on on select a couple weeks ago and i believe this is true across every wrestling company especially the two major american ones right now there is a difference between long-term storytelling and dragged out storytelling and this is dragged out storytelling yeah this is this is not long-term storytelling well we says they're going to do a no-de-q trios match equated american bash they're probably will was behaving so odd during all of this i was like oh are we giving rents and clear personality all of a sudden because she didn't have one really this is i liked what she was doing it felt just just felt so odd coming out of the blue the problem with all of this is they're like you know there was um there was it wasn't just me who saw you know and they go who else saw and um i wanted to be like pull up the uh the ratings from last week and go well according to this about 600 000 people saw because it was on tv you know it's like the idea that like no like it's on television all the stuff you do is on television like we not only did we see but we also saw hercy like this is the the dumbest stuff they're like oh we did something very secret nobody knows about except all the people who watch the show that it plays on you have less wrestling anyway um i know but i but i i'm sorry i can't judge wrestling based on anything else once again you are correct yeah but sometimes you just got you can't but other other people can i just throw up their hands and say it's wrestling but i because it's like the muppets is like a show inside a show right i know and they they blur the lines of whether they acknowledge that or not um i i kind of love no quarter catch group because not only i don't think it's a not female thing i think it's uh if it was ivy nyle this is a different thing right like and so i thought this was this was pretty cute if they had tag belts i would be like heard Ariana grace gotta figure something out because she has the same character thing yeah but this is this is either going to go really good or really bad but tony d just was killing me in this and charlie demsie did really well with this too because this is kind of out of the wheelhouse but what he locker room but nobody else was there no one of the other wrestlers knew it took place you cannot have people backstage watching matches on an ipad from the week before and not say that the people on the show aren't aware of all the stuff that happens on the show that they're on so yes it does matter and no it's not just wrestling like the camera it's not it just can't nobody talks about what happens in the parking lot i guess that's true nobody saw shit no that's true um obafemy defeated duke hudson as we knew what happened and in a very very good match really great with duke you get into show everything that he can do um he only did one of his stupid comedy spots that i hate the um the dusty road's tribute yes bionic elbow because it is it's just a dumb thing it was fun when dusty did it because it was dusty but it is a dumb thing like the is a dumb dumb thing and i hate when anybody does it um uh who's not dusty because it as a there's other things you could do as a tribute to dusty and that's dumb that's the only part of this only thing duke hudson did in this i did not like was that everything else was awesome he's fantastic obafemy sold his ass off for duke hudson so that's what i was gonna ask for him i loved a lot of this um i think between the tag match and this i'm hopeful that maybe our people are starting to see what we've seen the long time and that i've been advocating for a long time they're like duke hudson isn't isn't really good like he's great if you if you let him at a match like this he's great and i am so impressed by how young obafemy is and wrestling and how great he is as selling that is not a natural thing to be a guy that size and that good in particular but selling is not a natural thing you are in there simulating combat trying to not actually hurt each other but acting as if you just were hurt is a very very very weird thing to have to do so uh for him to have a grasp on it is good and he also sold like proportionate to what was being delivered to him in a lot of ways and duke hudson's a big dude so this isn't like him having to sell for dragon lead like duke hudson's six five so yeah so says his twitter handle so uh i i just really really like duke hudson i say it all the time on here but it's really refreshing when i see other people having the same reactions or getting like people that were saying to me like i didn't see it before but now i do like that that makes me hopeful that they realize how high this guy's ceiling is because i feel like you and i saw it when he was in that feud with Cameron Grimes like yeah literally years ago at this point so and the problem is he's he's good at the the sticky stuff too even if we don't like it his comedic timing is quite good so it's one of those things where he's doing a really great job with what he's been given and that is so that is such like a level four on a guy who has a level 10 capability so um i i really hope they do more with this it's a great observation right here yeah they need a big guy who can go since diejack left they do and that guy can be certainly uh diejack i um duke hudson i mean it could be diejack they could just re-side it could be diejack it's too hudson um uh but oba, oba sold his ass off uh i appreciated oba like just being like anything you can take and you can throw at me will not put me down yes that the that sunset flip power bomb uh that he kicked out of rolled to the outside and immediately just tossed duke wamp in the air onto the announce table rolled him back into the ring duke like staggering bounced off the ropes and right into a pop up power bomb that's it you're done if i hit you with big time stuff you cannot get up from it you can do whatever you want to me it doesn't matter yeah it's
