There's always a very long line of people waiting for their turn to order. Most of them complain about how long the line is and how much time they have to wait. A minute feels like a decade, and we all know that waiting just sucks. But this is something very usual in your daily life, and it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to wait. But it still drives you nuts. So I can understand that when it comes to waiting on God, it's difficult. Waiting for your prayers to be replied to. And sometimes you haven't received any signal from God yet, and you may be like, "Why does it take so long? Why are you taking so long, God? What are you doing?" Sometimes people lack patience. They wait, and impatience. They wait in doubt, and not in faith. They keep asking questions like, "Why am I not there yet? Why haven't I made the progress that I need? Where is God because I don't see him on my journey?" The problem is, when you're doing something that you want to do, do it with a great attitude so you won't do it in anger or in doubt. When you wait for God, wait in patience and with faith. Remember that we walk with God by faith, not by vision, not by doubt, and not by impatience. You may not see it yet, and you may not get your replies yet. You may not receive your answers yet, nor have your advice yet, but be patient, because God is always working. God is working when you are waiting. God is working when you are working, and God is even working when you are sleeping. There is none, not even one time that God fails us. Not even one time that God did something that disappointed you. You may not understand it now, but you will definitely understand it later. Even sometimes, God removes some people from your life, directs you to another path, or gives you advice. God is working for you and for your future. While you are waiting, God is working. Philippians 2.13 said, "For it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose." It is God who is always working for you and your future. God starts working when he first knows you. It is still working now. You will see and receive God's miracle, and you will be wowed. God will wow you. God did the thing and does the things that only God can do. How many times have you seen God work in results in your life? How many times have you been wowed by God's power? How many times have you realized that what God did for you was an absolute miracle? It is like a dead end. There is no way out, and you are pushed close to the wall, and you suddenly see the light. You have a breakthrough, and you make it work. Or sometimes, you are caught in issues or situations that you don't know what to do. You are confused, your mind is not straight, and in just a minute, you figured it all out. It feels like someone is thinking for you, someone is directing you and solving your problems. You don't even know how you can do that, how you can make it. Now, is it a miracle? Is it a work of God? Is God working even harder than you think? Of course he is. God is always working harder than you think. God keeps his promises. The promises of staying beside us and taking care of us. God is always with you, always by your side. Your friends, your family, or your partner is with you too, but not all the time. Sometimes you have to call them or reach out to them, but God is different. The moment you think of God, God is already there and willing to listen to you. Even when you are in trouble, that is when God is working. God uses others to help you, and let me tell you my experience of God's work that helped me get over trouble. It was one time on Christmas I was driving to my sister's house because we planned to have a dinner together. I was on the freeway, following the GPS on my phone, the battery was low, and I noticed, and I plugged the charger in. The charger didn't work. It had worked all day, but this time it broke. Then my phone died. I didn't have an additional charger, and I didn't know how to get to my sister's house. I had to pull over in the emergency lane, waiting for someone to help me. It had been 20 minutes since I waited. There was nobody that stopped. I kept praying, praying for a miracle. God please send somebody to help me. I don't know how to get there, and I am lost now. In an unfamiliar place. Then a car stopped in front of me. There was a lady who walked to my car and asked me what the problem was. I showed her my phone and told her that I needed a map, so if she can draw a map out for me, that would be great. But the lady did something even better. She gave me a charger and said I could keep it. She saved me that night, and I know it's just a small problem, but it would have- If you're a facilities manager at a warehouse and your HVAC system goes down, it can turn up the heat. Literally. So when I wait, I know God is working, and I always have a big belief that God is working. God is always working. God is always there for us. You know what? God is working, but He also wants you to be prepared for what He asks of you. You don't want to wait and do nothing right. At least think about it when it comes, how to deal with it, how to handle it. Don't doubt God. Don't wait in anger or worries or anxiety. Just be prepared. Wait and trust. Put God first, and put your whole life, mind, and heart, and soul into God's promises. Never think negatively, like when can I buy that house? Or when can I have that money in my bank account? Or when will I be a good accountant, a good doctor, a good teacher? Instead, ask yourself, am I prepared for what comes next when I buy that house? What I will decorate it with? What color will the wall be? Or should I work harder to take care of my house and my home? For being good in what I do for a living, what skills should I improve, and what assets should I use? See, if we are prepared, then we will wait in patience knowing that God is working. Trust in God and trust in God that He is working. I said that, but it doesn't mean that overnight when we wake up, everything will work out for us. For gaining opportunity, you have to prepare for tribulations and challenges because they both come together. You will see that opportunities come with challenges. The more challenges you face, the bigger the opportunity is. God uses challenges and tribulations to test us, to know where you are, whether you are ready or not. So don't blame God for it not coming. Ask yourself, are you ready? Are you prepared? And keep in mind that God is working for you, and God is working for your future. We all have wishes and desires that we ought to ask of God, and we wanted to come quickly into our lives. We are getting used to living in the modern, rushing world, but God is not. God is not rushing. God has time. God is time. God knows exactly what He is doing and knows exactly when it will come to you. Your job is to be patient and to be prepared. So do not rush God because everything happens for a reason. God is working for you, and you know it. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for listening to our wishes and desires. Take a bow before you for this. And God, we know that you are working. You are working and we will see, but sometimes we still want to be in a hurry. We don't want to wait any longer. We want to see it right away. That is when we lack our patience and faith. God, please forgive us in those moments. Please Lord, strengthen our faith in you and enhance our trust. Trust that you are working. We are willing to believe in you. Believe in your power and believe in your miracles Lord. You make the impossible possible. You do what people can't. You see what people can't. Your work is more advanced than that that is seen by faith and belief. Thank you for always giving us your unconditional love. Help us to love you with all of our hearts, our minds, and our souls. We are honored to be your children. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
