Lily is a UFO and space photographer, contact T, cosmic channel, spiritual guide, author and speaker. Lily's story and UFO footage have been featured on the travel channel and mainstream media all over the world, including lead Bible and the mirror. Hi Lily, thanks a lot for coming on the podcast. - Thanks for having me. - So we're gonna be talking about your book, it's called Contact, an incredible true story of contact with beings from another world and spiritual awakening. So can you tell us how did this all start for you? - Yeah, so this started, it was an unexpected thing that began during COVID. So I started off, well, my background is I'm a nutritionist, I got a dietetics degree and I was teaching nutrition and cooking classes, but during COVID, during the lockdowns, I got really into space photography. So I began spending every night out under the stars and kind of some rocky things happen that shook my life up and I quit my job and then I began spending every single night out under the stars and fully just kind of engulfed myself in space photography, I fell in love with it. And a few months into doing that, I had my first close UFO encounter outside of my house that really shifted my paradigm. That was my first time that I had seen a UFO that I knew of. I think I, you know, later I do believe I have had other experiences, but I didn't remember them. So this was just kind of shook me up. It was a very, very close encounter. It was a diamond shaped craft that came very, very close to me. It came straight for me and then it vanished above my head. So this wasn't like a light that was far away in the sky. This thing was like a few houses down and pretty close. I saw it in detail. And after that, I wanted to know what I saw. I'd always been interested in, you know, space and kind of mysteries of the unknown, what happens after death, what is life, you know, what is reality, what else is out there. So I'd always been curious about that. And I started searching for answers. And then I believe these ETs, these extraterrestrial beings gave me a couple of months to integrate that first experience. And then they started popping up everywhere. My second experience, I was at an astronomy park and I was sitting in my car. It was late at night. I was by myself surrounded by corn fields. And I suddenly got a strange feeling. And I saw, I looked to my right and there was a light UFO to the right. And then I looked to my left, there was one to the left. I looked behind me, there were two lights behind me that weren't there before. And then I looked in front of me. And there was lights in front of me too. So I was essentially surrounded by UFOs. And I just began recording them with my camera because I wanted to kind of remain my stealth. I didn't know if they knew that I was there at the time because my car wasn't started. So I just recorded them all night, grabbing evidence of them. And I was very curious. And then after that, they started popping up everywhere. And they seemed to be singling me out. And these contact experiences were very intentional. So then a communication began to develop what these beings and then a bunch of other amazing things happened. But that's kind of how it started. - And I wanted to ask you about that first time you saw them, 'cause I think you said something about the neighborhood was like a ghost town and the trees stood perfectly still and silent. 'Cause we hear this sometimes about people who encounter UFOs. It's almost like there's some kind of bubble around you where everything outside the bubble might be normal but inside, like time stands still or something. Did it seem like that? - Yeah, it definitely did. So whenever I stepped out on my front porch and it was lit at night, it was almost two o'clock in the morning. So, and it was in November, November, 2020. It was a cold night. And the first thing I saw was a hovering light that was kind of further away. And I began investigating it because I was like, "Whoa, what's that?" You know, it was moving in a weird fashion, hovering around kind of in a circular motion and we don't have any craft that do that. And then suddenly I started recording it because I thought, "Oh my God, I think this might be a UFO." And I'd never seen one before. After I started recording it, an orange light appeared at the end of my street that drew my attention. And it was, I looked over at it and it was probably about five houses down and it was the street lamp, but it was a different color than normal. It was this bright, blood orange color and just very, very vivid. And as soon as I looked over at that, that's whenever time seemed to stand still and I kind of like became hyper aware of my surroundings and I looked around and there was no wind. Everything was completely silent, quiet and it kind of had like almost like an eerie feeling. You just, I just became super hyper aware and it was a very strange feeling. And then I started hearing some rustling, like some wind and I looked back over and to the sky and that's whenever this diamond craft had appeared that was much closer and I was bending my neck looking up at it and it seemed to appear out of nowhere and then it moved up, down, side to side really quickly and then it started coming straight towards me. So yeah, it was a really strange feeling and the first few experiences, I got that feeling like that was a common theme, like you would get kind of like this strange feeling and you would feel kind of like hyper aware and yeah, kind of like you're like in a bubble or where time stands still. - I think you're saying the book that you used your phone to film it, is that right? - Yeah. - You know all about cameras and lenses and things 'cause you do this astronomy photography. Do you think that phones are not very good for filming UFOs? 'Cause when I look at my phone and the camera and the lens, it seems to me that it's designed to take selfies. So if you wanna take a picture of something that's way up in the sky, it's really a very poor camera to use. - Yeah, I've caught some things on my phone camera and it's doable, but it's definitely not, especially at night, you're not gonna get good footage at night with your phone. Whenever I tried recording that first one, it kept, because it was so dark, the focus kept going in and out. So it just looks like kind of like a white light that's phasing in and out and the focus was terrible. So the footage isn't great. So yeah, I got better footage with my DSLR camera for sure. - Yeah, okay. And so when you're in the astronomy park, which I assume that that's a place that's kind of like got very little light pollution and you can go there at night and you get a really great view of the stars. Is that right? - Yeah, yeah, it's a wonderful place. Yep, it's a further out. Like I said, I was surrounded by corn fields. There wasn't much light pollution there and it's right next to a really big like wildlife park. So you can see the, you can actually see the Milky Way there during the summer. - You're in that place at I think like 2 a.m. and you're surrounded by UFOs. Were you scared? - No, at that point, they were far enough away where I, the ones in front of me were decently close. But I was more curious and I thought that maybe I was catching them doing something secretive. So I started recording them and kind of investigating them. So I didn't feel scared. There was at some point during the night closer towards sunrise 'cause I stayed up there until the sun started coming up. That's whenever I left. I was trying to wait these UFOs out, but they never left. They just stayed there the whole time. So further throughout the night, there were these orbs that suddenly came into the field next to me and they were pretty close and they were, they look strange. Like almost kind of like a, like a plasma iridescent. Just it doesn't look like anything that we have. So those got kind of close for comfort and I got a little uncomfortable. But for the most part, no, I was not afraid I was curious. - And at that time, were you aware of this whole kind of alien abduction thing and the grace and how some people think this is really, you know, scary and malevolent? Are you not so much aware of the whole UFO sort of phenomena? - Yeah, I wasn't really aware of that. I've never really watched any like shows or videos or anything on alien abductions and those experiences. So I wasn't really exposed to that. Of course, there is like a common big fear. And I think that's a lot of programming too. But, you know, as I went on, I am aware that there are people who have had negative and positive experiences. There's a wide variety. But for some reason, with my, with these UFOs that I was seeing, I didn't feel threatened at all. I felt more curious. Yeah, I didn't feel threatened at all. I felt after the first experiences, I began to feel kind of a connection with them, almost like they were friends. - Yeah, 'cause I've talked to people you've had all sorts of encounters. And one thing that shows up is this kind of thing where people get a compulsion to go somewhere and they don't know why. And then when they get there, they see a UFO. Did you ever feel like that you were at home and you suddenly get this compulsion thing? I'm gonna go to the astronomy park. - Yeah, I definitely feel like I was being guided. Like, whenever at that first night, I felt called to step outside and get some fresh air and look at the stars before I went to bed. And yeah, and then I started going, after I started seeing them a lot, then I started just going out looking for them too. But yeah, I do agree. Sometimes you will get this feeling, kind of a notification and as communication developed, they would kind of let me know when to go out to see them. - And you say that you had recently begun studying the science of consciousness. Do you think there's a connection there between the occupants of those craft and the fact you were studying consciousness, there's something to do with consciousness that connects it all up? - Yeah, great question. At the time, I didn't quite make that connection, but as I went on, I did, I realized, I came to find out that consciousness is basically the basis for everything. And it's really, really, really important. So studying consciousness can really help open your mind. It's really fascinating too. Because we're all connected through consciousness. And a lot of these extraterrestrials, they use consciousness assisted technology that connects with their consciousness. So they may not even have buttons that they have to click. They just think it and the ship does it. But and you can also communicate through consciousness because we're all connected. Wherever they are, they don't have to be right in front of you for you to be able to communicate with them. - And when you communicate with them, do you hear sentences? Is it like a conversation? Or is it more like they transmit a particular concept or an understanding of something? - It's mostly in understanding. It's kind of like they call it a download where you're just suddenly downloaded with this whole like packet of information and understanding and revelation. So they can communicate in relay, big in-depth ideas instantly. And you just understand them. But sometimes I do hear words also. Primarily, they would communicate and kind of my specialty is being able to receive visions. So they would often communicate telepathically in a visual format where they would send me an image and then I would be downloaded with a whole understanding that comes with that image, if that makes sense. - Yeah. And is there any of that that might be called geometry? - Sometimes I do see geometry. If that's what you mean, I would see visions. And often as I'm receiving information from them, I would see light. And then sometimes these like sacred geometric shapes, which is pretty interesting, I think. - Yeah, 'cause there's something called sacred geometry, isn't there? And I was wondering if that's connected to it. - Yeah, that's like the language of the universe. That's kind of like the building blocks of the universe. So it's pretty cool because I knew about sacred geometry. I actually have some of it tattooed on my back that I had gotten like five years prior to having all of these experiences. I was just naturally called to sacred geometry. And then it was really cool to get a lot of confirmations whenever I began seeing it, whenever I was having these experiences. - So I think you talk about going out to the astronomy park with someone and you were hoping that the UFOs would show up. So you could show them to someone else, but they didn't show up. But then another time you went out with someone and they did and it seemed to be that you had to be with someone who has the right mindset, the right kind of attitude or something. - Yes, that's exactly it. So my second, third and fourth encounters. So it happened three days in a row. The first night was whenever I was surrounded by UFOs by myself and I filmed them until sunrise. I went up again the second night, the next night because I wanted to see if they were there again. And I did see and I caught these on camera eyes and saw two lights on the horizon and similar to the night before and over this tree line. And they were moving back and forth and like changing height and speed, doing things that our aircraft can't do. And then the third night I wanted to show somebody. So I brought up one of my astrophotographer friends and they didn't appear. But my friend even said, I feel like we're being watched though. And then whenever I walked to my car, I separated from him for a minute and I walked my car and I saw something like fly past me and I got this feeling like it was like they were letting me know we're here, we are here. And it was intelligent. And then whenever I went home that night, there was a light in the sky waiting for me. So they knew that I went out looking for them and they were kind of communicating, you know, we are here. And a couple months later, I brought somebody else up who I had met, who was definitely of a different frequency, of a higher frequency, more open. And they knew a lot about spirituality. They had seen UFOs before. So they had kind of the right type of consciousness and open mind and intention to be able to have that experience with me because we went up there to make contact with the intention to make contact. And within five minutes, a ship appeared. So that was amazing. That was my first time having somebody with me that I could show this to, the way it actually worked. So that was pretty cool. But yeah, they're very intentional about who they show themselves to, but you have to be like a certain vibration and frequency match to be able to have these experiences. - You went to a move on meeting, didn't you? And I feel like it didn't go so well. Was it one of the investigators seemed to have the attitude that whoever's piloting UFOs were not nice and that was it? - Yeah, I contacted Mufan because after, I suddenly had like 13 experiences within two weeks. And I was like, okay, what the heck is going on? So I started doing research and I found Mufan, I reached out to them because I was desperate for answers. And I had a meeting with them and they seemed a little, they said my case was peculiar and they seemed, I think one of them has had some negative, maybe some negative experiences like cattle, mutilations and things like that. She's actually been in some documentaries, this specific Mufan person. So I wasn't sure if they really understood the capacity of what was happening to me. It just felt like it was different. I felt like this was very like an expansive kind of like a personal connection thing. And they seem to be maybe a little bit more worried for me. But I may have been also a little paranoid because I also felt like I didn't want to tell the wrong people about these experiences because I didn't want any harm to come to these beings 'cause I didn't feel like they were threatening if that makes sense. Granger, for the ones who get it done. - And so can you tell us about the first time you got a vision of one of these ETs and what they look like? - Yeah, so that was a very memorable night. And that's whenever I had met that new friend that I had just said that he was able to make contact with me in the UFO actually came. But I just met that person through a mutual friend we were introduced. And so we went up to the astronomy park and we set our intention and make contact. And then this golden orb appeared. And my new friend suggested that we close our eyes if we can get any information or messages that way. And because I was trying to communicate and ask questions to these golden orb and it was kind of moving around. And so I closed my eyes, I tried it out. And that's whenever I was sent a couple telepathic visions. And one of the visions was the crew members who were controlling this golden orb and they had light blue skin and no hair, but they looked very human. And then they had skin type silver uniforms on similar to like Star Trek, but like silver. And they were very beautiful. The woman that I saw was very beautiful. She just had no hair and light blue skin besides that she looked human. - And was it just like an image of her? It's not like she talked or did anything else? - No, so it was really interesting because this woman was laying down on a table and she had her eyes closed. And then there were her crew members standing behind her. They didn't say anything, but I kind of got this understanding, this feeling that she was maybe using her consciousness. Her eyes were closed and she was using her consciousness to connect with me and to maybe control this golden orb. And I also felt a strong connection with her, which as these experience progressed, my psychic abilities, I began developing psychic abilities pretty rapidly. And then more of a communication and a dialogue began to develop as I had these experiences. So I was able to, later I was able to talk to her and actually spoke with this woman every day for quite some time. - So did she kind of become like a teacher or a mentor in some way? - She did, yeah, she did. She, yeah, she began guiding and teaching me. And guiding me and teaching me on how to make contact. She took me on a spiritual journey, taught me about like working with like the energy centers, how to develop psychic abilities, things like remote viewing. She taught me and guided me through meditation. I would have meditation sessions with her where she would show me things and teach me things. And she also helped me heal a lot of things she brought to my attention that needed to be healed, some of them being past lifetimes. So yeah, she became a very close mentor and guide and is a very special connection. - And there was some other things happening. - It wasn't there, you had a postcard from Italy and it just moved by itself. - Yeah, that wasn't the beginning. In the very beginning, I was, it might have been after I talked to Mufan and I realized I don't think I'm gonna find my answers there and nothing against Mufan, they're fantastic investigators and I know some amazing people that work in Mufan. But sometimes they can be more of the nuts and bolts type people that more like the hardcore like physical evidence. I was having a very like multi-dimensional experience in a spiritual experience. So sometimes the, some of the UFO people they're not open into that side of things, which is interesting because it's all connected. But yeah, so I was trying to figure out, what are all these, why are these UFOs popping up? What are they trying to tell me? What's going on? And I sat down at my desk and was kind of pondering that and then I have a postcard that I got in Italy of the two hands, the two fingers touching between God and man and that famous painting. And it suddenly as I was sitting there thinking what do they want? It came off my wall and was thrown at my feet and I picked it up and saw, oh my gosh, you know, it's the two hands touching. And then I heard in my head contact and I realized they wanted to make contact. That's why they were appearing to me. - And also, is it you saw repeating numbers as well? 'Cause that's the thing that comes up with people, isn't it? I've had that. - Yeah, yeah, once you start learning that the universe is, you know, alive, everything is conscious and everything's connected and we are all one. And you start developing kind of this connection and communication with the universe and/or spirit guides, angels, star beings, these synchronicities start happening. Though I started seeing as I was opening up to that and learning how to kind of communicate and that you can communicate with the universe and it's intelligent and can give you answers instantly, I began seeing these repeating numbers like 11/11. I was seeing a lot of twos, threes, two, two, two, three, three, three, fives. And then you can look up the spiritual meaning behind these numbers. And yeah, so I started seeing a lot of synchronicities. - Yeah, it's interesting, isn't it? That this, it's not a thing where it seems like they're just, the UFOs are just metal craft and there's physical beings in them and they're just kind of like us, not that psychic and they're doing scientific experiments. It's almost like that's what they presented at the beginning but over time they've showed more of themselves and more of it's being monthly dimensional in some way. - Yeah, definitely. There's a lot that is even hard for us to comprehend but we are evolving and opening up and learning about it. But yeah, this is a very multidimensional and we're living in a three dimensional reality. So there's a lot of things that we can't see or understand and like these UFOs, a lot of the time they may be there one second and then just disappear. And that's because they are, they're either cloaking themselves or they're popping into another dimension. These beings can literally be around us in another dimension. And it's crazy, the technology and just the multidimensional aspect of it. It's very, very fascinating. - There was a one night, the clouds were red. Is that right? What happened with the red clouds? - Yeah, that was a really interesting night. So again, that was in the beginning of my journey. That's before I first initiated contact with that golden orbit and got to see the beings, the light blue beings. That was before that. I had gone out with my camera trying to search for these UFOs and I was going to the astronomy park and I stopped at a gas station. It was a perfectly clear night. I stopped at a gas station. By the time I came out, suddenly there was, it was completely cloudy and there was like this red hinted haze and it looked very, very strange. It didn't look natural. So, and again, it was late at night. So I started driving around, recording the clouds and I want to post this footage at some point, maybe make like a little docuseries because I filmed a lot of this in the beginning. And I did that for a while and I decided to head home or I was on my way home and I saw these two spots in the clouds that did not look natural. These, they were kind of like holes or strange spots. It was right across the street from my, from my high street. So I pulled into this parking lot and just started recording them and, and basically said, you know, I know if you're up there, you know, can you show yourselves to me? It just got, it was a weird feeling like the whole thing did not feel natural. The sky, the clouds, the haze, it did not feel natural. And I, as I was sitting there recording this spot in the sky, suddenly a ship lowered itself through the haze to where I could see three lights in the shape of a triangle above me. And they seem to be saying, you're right, we are up here. Now you have seen us and that just blew my mind because I, that was a blatantly like blatant obvious and very close confirmation and communication from these beings. So that just really, really shifted everything for me. Yeah, they, they lowered themselves down and, and, you know, said, basically, we're here. And then after a few seconds, they raised back up and disappeared through the haze. And yeah, that was a very pivotal moment. And you have these pictures and videos and you've got the QR codes in your book that link to them and I've watched some of them. But you, you have a YouTube channel as well, don't you? Can people see the videos on there? Yeah, so I, I have a YouTube channel under Lily Nova Starseed and I have different playlists. So there's a playlist, it says something about CE5 contact and that has some of my footage in it. And it also has videos on, you know, how to make contact and things like that. So yeah, I, I post a lot on that. I post a lot of meditations also and then some of the footage and, and things like that. Great, okay. So you had contact with that woman and a lot of communication with her over time. Did you ever ask her about the grays and this abduction phenomena? Did that ever come up? You know, not, not at first. That, that came a little bit later. So it was very, very positive, very, very positive experiences. And I actually did, as I started doing sessions for people, I started offering kind of star origins and costume record readings for people where I would connect and, and could get information and, and see, you know, their connection to these beings. One of the first ones that I did, I found out, I saw a hybrid, a gray human hybrid and found out that he was part of the hybrid program. And I saw the, basically the mother who was a gray and she was wearing a dress. And she actually visited me. She's contacted me a few times since then. Since this, me and this gentleman have become pretty good friends and we chat here and there. But I believe that gray is working with some of the beings that I'm working with and connected with. So she was a very positive and, and I asked her, because you hear that these grays are very kind of like monotone and they don't have feelings and they might feel cold. You hear about that a lot. So I asked her, this, this gray woman about that. And I'm like, can you, do you feel anything? Can, can you feel love? And then suddenly I felt my heart just filled with love and I almost got emotional. So, so that was a very positive experience. But I have seen, there's just so many different types of grays. So I do know that there are some that are negatively oriented and then there are some that are more kind of like robotic and they're kind of just like the doers and they do tasks and do kind of like bidding for other races. But there's just many, many different types. So yeah, so I started experiencing them, having experiences with some of these other types of grays. And I haven't had any experiences with negative grays that I am aware of, but I do know that other people have. - Have you had that thing where they've, I don't, been in your house, you physically been with them? - You know, it's, it's pretty interesting. I haven't had it to where they are physically face to face with me, but I've had it to where they've kind of opened up like a portal window in front of me and I could see them from where they were, like on their ship or wherever. And I've also, I've had them, this is very curious, but I've also had them around me, but I couldn't see them, but I could feel them. And I asked, I could see them with my third eye, but they weren't physically like fully physically formed. But I could see them kind of like psychically, I could see them. And I asked, okay, if you're really here, can you touch me? And then I felt a hand on my shoulder. So I've had experiences like that where they are more of like an interdimensional thing. And I know that I've been up on the ship quite often, but I'll have kind of like hazy memories of it whenever I wake up almost like a dream. - And do you ever get scared with that? I'm asking that same question again, but it's just 'cause if that happened to me, I think I'd be pretty scared. - No, no, I haven't been scared with that. No, because these beings, you know, there's a variety of beings that I work with a lot and feel a lot. So I feel very comfortable with them. So I've had these experiences with beings that I feel very comfortable with and that I trust. - And do you get a sense that you have a mission that you're here to do something? - Yeah, definitely. And that's essentially what they began telling me as communication with them began. This has been kind of like a, it's been a pre-planned thing for me that I would begin having these experiences at a determined time, which was during COVID, which we all know COVID was a huge shift. You know, a lot of, you know, if those started coming into the mainstream, into the news, like there's a big shift happening and we're getting more and more disclosure and realizing more and more what's really going on here. And so part of my mission was to share, in the beginning, to share this footage, to show people that, you know, this is real. They're really here. And that as my experience has developed, part of my mission is also to help, well, share my experiences, teach people and to help them connect with, you know, their cosmic families and benevolent beings and help them on their kind of spiritual awakening and personal development, helping them with healing, helping them with developing their gifts, like healing gifts and psychic abilities and things like that. - Do you feel that this was something that you agreed to before you were born? So this was the plan right from the start. - Yeah, yeah, they showed me that we sign these contracts for what we want to do and kind of our mission before we are incarnated into this lifetime, that we sign up to have certain experiences and have certain goals for what we want to accomplish here. So yeah, I do, I know that this was something that was a pre-planned before birth. - And you're talking the book about frequency and how you have to raise your frequency to contact them. Could you explain what you mean by that? Is it something that's difficult to describe? - So a good way to kind of imagine it and describe it is using like a radio. So everything, and Tesla even says this if you want to understand the universe and how it works, think in terms of frequency and I forget what else he is. And he said frequency, vibration sound maybe. So everything is frequency at the finest level. We are waves of frequency and vibration. Scientists even know this and this really tripped me out whenever I found out about this, whenever I learned this because we look like these physical, we have these physical hands and bodies but at the finest level zoom all the way in, we are waves of frequency and vibration. So if you imagine a radio tuning to different radio stations, you change the frequency of the radio station depending on what you want to listen to. So these beings, they're often higher dimensional beings with a higher frequency, you have to kind of turn your dial and raise your frequency to be able to perceive them and interact with them. And often they will lower their frequency which I think can be kind of uncomfortable for them because we live in a very dense reality but they can lower their frequency kind of like meet us and interact with us and manifest if that makes sense. So it's basically like a radio. And by raising your frequency, how you do that is getting into a meditative state, does it? Spending time in nature, crystals and I'll raise your frequency, love. So each emotion has a frequency to it and you can look this up and do more research. There's frequencies for each emotion. Anger and fear being on the lower spectrum and love and bliss being on the higher spectrum. They say they got to raise their vibrations, don't they? So it seems like it's the same thing. - Yeah, it's really interesting. It's all connected, yeah, it's all connected. Even like the afterlife and ghosts and things like that. They're in another dimension, but they can interact with our dimension at times. So yeah, it is really, really curious, very fascinating. - And did you ever get a sense that they are on the same frequency as the ETs that you're communicating with or are they completely different frequencies? - The ghosts? - Yeah, I don't know, your grandmother's died and she's over there and the medium can communicate with her. It's not like we've ever heard a medium say, "Oh, your grandmother's here." And she says she's been talking some ETs and some aliens. - Yeah, that's really interesting. I think they may be in the fourth dimension. I'm not 100% sure a lot of the kind of paranormal stuff. But also, I think it depends maybe on depends maybe on the ghost or the spirit because sometimes there are ghosts that may be kind of stuck in a loop or more of a residual energy or maybe they had unfinished business. I think that might be a little bit different than maybe your grandmother who is perfectly at peace and she has passed on and she's back with spirit and not kind of stuck wandering around on Earth in this other dimension. I think those are kind of two different things, if that makes sense. - So another thing you say, and this is something I'm interested in, is that you're curious that when you began communicating with these various ET races, you found that they look so similar to us. Did you ever feel like that's too much of a coincidence? What's going on here? - Well, it was, yeah, it made me very curious because often, you know, in the media and we hear mostly about the grace. In it blew my mind whenever I started seeing these beings and I saw, I've seen a variety of beings. My light blue beings, they're from the Andromeda constellation and they look very human. They just have no hair and light blue skin. And then another race that I see a lot and that started coming in and visiting were Pleiadians from the Pleiades and they look very, very close to us. They could pass for us definitely. They have blonde hair and blue eyes in, you know, same color skin. So that blew me away. I'm like, okay, what's going on here? And also I found that if you look into like contact experiences, contactees and UFOs, so many people have been seeing these Nordic beings, what they call them with the blonde hair and blue eyes since like the 60s, 50s. But you don't hear about those as much. You always hear about the grace. But yeah, so that kind of, that blew me away. And then I began to realize or I was taught by my mentor, my star being mentor that it's because we have some of the same genetics. We are actually related to the, to a lot of these beings. - Yeah, that's something I was going to ask. Could it be that they've, they seeded the earth with DNA or something? And so they're actually our ancestors or something like that. - Yeah, we have at least 22 different ET species DNA and our DNA. So that's part of what makes us really special and why we are, we have contact with a variety of beings and why these, we see these UFOs all the time and they've been coming, especially since World War II, they've been popping up. They're kind of like our older brothers and sisters or our cousins or our mentors, guides. Yeah, we are related. - So we talk about Andromadins and Syrians, Pladians, Leerins, but they're in another kind of dimension. And I was wondering if perhaps they're not from those star systems, it's more that they have them to help us make sense of who they are and where they're from. But it's not like they're in our space, our dimension, living on a planet in orbit around those stars. - I think there may be a mixed bag and there's such a variety of races out there. I have heard that there are beings that they can, they're indistinguishable from human, they can blend in very well and they can walk around in our dimensional reality. And there are some who are higher dimensional and they can't really come down here. So I think there's a big variety, but yeah, I know a lot of these beings come from the star Sirius and they've been visiting Earth for a very long time. If you look at like ancient Egypt, they revolve a lot of things around the star Sirius and that's because they've been visited and influenced by Syrians for many, many years. So yeah, I think there's a variety, but I do think that a lot of these beings, they do actually come from there. And a lot of them, I think, are living on ships, doing out missions to a lot of the diplomatic missions that are interacting with Earth. And that's kind of part of their mission to help Earth and humanity raise their frequency and evolve if that makes sense. And if that answers the question. - So you also say that they taught you that there's a ton of information stored and hidden within our DNA and there's all this stuff we're told in science, there's junk DNA, but actually there's no such thing as junk there. - Yeah, that's one of the big, big things that they began teaching me was that a lot of our DNA maybe is dormant, but it can be turned on. And as we are evolving, more of our DNA is being activated. And there is, like I said, we have DNA from all of these different ET species, but also information is stored in the DNA. Apparently, all of our past lifetimes, the information from that can be stored in our DNA. So you can meditate on that and kind of communicate with the cells in your body and the DNA in your body and get from it what you want, turn on what you want, turn off what you don't want. Say if there's some genetic things that run in the family, maybe you can set your intention to turn those things off and turn on things that you want, like healing abilities or extra sensory perception or even confidence or traits like that. And I would meditate and have these sessions with these beings and they would teach me these things. And then I would meditate for long periods of time, working with my DNA. And as I did that, I would get more information and I would experience very profound experiences where my perception changed and suddenly I was able to do certain things that I wasn't able to do before. So it's really fascinating. - I tell you talk about seeing previous lives. Can you describe how that worked? Did it all come up in your mind's eye? So do speak visions of things. - Yeah, it would come up in visions. So sometimes it kind of appears like a movie or I'll see like a few scenes of different things. And then some of these beings would appear to show me something that needed to be healed from past lifetimes. So that's been a lot of my experience with the past lifetimes. Like for an example, one time these Syrian beings appeared and they said, you need to heal something that's still affecting you. And suddenly I was downloaded with all of these visions and the emotions from this past lifetime. It was in the middle ages where I was being burned at the stake accused of being a witch. When I wasn't really a witch, they burned millions or billions of people alive. So that was very traumatic. And it was affecting my ability to speak my truth and be myself. And it was just a really, really deep wound that I had been carrying. So they showed me that. And then I was able to kind of process that, integrate and heal it and let it go. - And you got all these pictures and videos. Do you think right from the start, they were presenting themselves to you on purpose 'cause they wanted you to get these pictures and videos. It's part of your mission that you can use them to show people. - Yeah, definitely. Yeah. They seemed to, they were purposefully jumping in front of my camera at times. And then that, in the beginning, especially, that's how we kind of bonded. I would go out and do these sessions each day. I would go, I started going out at sunset with my camera to initiate contact with them and communicate with them and capture footage of them. So that was kind of like an agreement that was developed that we did, yeah. - Yeah, it's amazing how I talk to other people and they say they have a sense of being on a mission. But sometimes they say, I've got no idea what the mission is. The ET say, when the time comes, you'll know. Do you ever get the idea that perhaps they're letting you know stuff over time when you need it and there's more to come? - Most definitely. Yeah, definitely. Yeah, there's still a lot about who I truly am and the scope of my mission. I know my main mission. But I definitely think there's more layers to it that are being revealed to me as time goes. So yeah, that's definitely, it's very specific and intentional, the timing of things and when you can learn or become aware of something, it definitely comes in stages. - Well, it's been fascinating talking to you.
