Mike Ward is a physical education teacher and varsity football coach at Perrysburg High School.  Mike and Lorenzo nerd out about walking and working out, then they talk about growing up in Ohio, playing high school football, going to college, pushing through injuries, first coaching job, moving to Findlay, becoming a strength and conditioning coach, working at BGSU and UT and so much more!
