It's time for the type of energy only, Darren McCarty and Neil Rule can give. It's time for Big D Energy. Live on Woodward Sports, join four-time Stanley Cup champion and legendary badass, Darren McCarty. And the golden voice of Neil Rule, Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. as they give their takes on all things Detroit Sports. The number one midday showing Detroit is on Welcome to Big D Energy. Yo, yo, yo. What's going on, buddy? Welcome back to another episode of Big D Energy, right here in the Woodward Sports Network. That's right. My name is Neil Rule. Of course, DMACC back in the fold. We got KG in the house. What up, KG? What's really good? What up, though, man? What's really good is DMACC mixing it up in the ring, man. He was getting to it. Yes, sir. You know what's funny? I just whacked my knee. I used this to work in the room and I asked you if you've ever seen a chair launch. No. Right? Because everybody who has been following for three years, spending all the rest, Neil fell into it. But I have an issue with some of these chairs in here. Yeah. And it looks like the Brad Marshawn Story Canyon. The Claw of the Mew chair is here right now. I look at Neil. I didn't even get that bloody on the weekend wrestling. Can you see? I am. I think I'm workers. We have blood. We do have blood, yeah. It is. But no, I had fun. Thank you for. Rake told me that everybody that you played yesterday and stuff like that shot to my partner across the board of Joey threats. So we took care of business and there was a lot of fun. And then Riff held down. Yeah. That was two. They raised $300,000, so it happened to be a part of it over there and everybody showed out to Wald Lake for Louis Lee and we had a blast that night, too. So fireworks. So keep on keeping on living his best life. That's four cups. It gets you whatever you want to get, sir, living his best. I make another announcement. Sure can. Officially, the Darren McCarty brand will be back in stores in roughly two or three weeks. The Darren McCarty brand powered by legacy cannabis. I am so proud to announce that has finally come to resolution. Yes. So onward upwards and look forward because the first this is the best part. The first point of contention, right? And yes, the flower and all that other stuff, but we're I'm getting back into R&D and production of the other CBD roll on the topicals and all that stuff that I first came out with my brand. I'm excited to have that back because that's, to me, the most important part because the CBD. Yeah. And the roll on for any pain and stuff as much as it works is to start your conversation about why does that work? So that's it. That's all. We'll, uh, we'll let you know where it'll be out there, but I couldn't be proud or thank you for everybody to who's stuck with it and it's kept asking where the brand is. So it'll be back better than ever. I'm excited. All right, my girlfriend is extremely picky when it comes to flower and she loves what you offer. So I'm extremely excited to, uh, she has no idea. It's coming back. So I'm leveled up and I'm five leveled up. It's yes. I'm excited. I'm going to get her something. I'm interested. I sent some out today to the streets for some R&D when I get the information back next week. I'll let you know. All right. Awesome. Um, Sandy says the boys are back. Yes, Sandy. We're back in a, we have interned juices in the house as well. Are you done, uh, you done boating and doing whatever it is you got to do, Jesus, uh, I was in the forest. Man, I was having a great time. Next week is the boating week. I won't be, I won't be in. I'll be remote all next week. I'll be up north all week. All right. There you go. I will still be clipping. And if you, I know this, we don't do graphics on this show, but if you do need some, you could still hit me up up there. I'll still what are graphics? Yeah, exactly. Spencer Raxter. What up though? Hello. What's popping, man? Not much. I was a heavyweight's five to seven. Shout out. It was good. Shout out. It was fun. Talk to all Pistons yesterday. We're going to get into it too. Got me a chimes on Thursday. What's up? Got me a chimes on Thursday. I'll be. Yeah. Oh yeah. What time's that going down it? Uh, I don't know. They'd have to tune in for the whole show and figure it out. Ah, ah, ah. There it is. Yeah. Good promo on the Woodward heavyweights coming up on Thursday night. Oh, Thursday. Hey, big PCFC game tonight, Neil. There is a matter of fact. Is it like, is it? Is it one of those ones that's marked on the schedule? Is this one that people, if they haven't had a chance or if they have and they know what it's like down a keyword to make their way down there? Yeah, absolutely. DeadcityFC.com for tickets. Birmingham Legion in town, national television, CBS Sports Network as well. So, uh, to you on the call? I will not be on the call. You're not? Nope. I am going down to South Florida tomorrow as a matter of fact. I will be on the CBS Sports Galazzo Network action on Friday night. Awesome. Charleston in North Carolina. So, I'll be on that match. Well, it's good to see I'm not the only busy one. No. I'll have Detroit City FC Miami FC Saturday night at seven. Okay. And then I'll be doing the Oakland roots in their match at 10 o'clock on Saturday night as well. So, three matches, 24 hours. Turn the cameras on. That's it. That's it. That's all. Then cut the check. Yeah. CTC. Of course. Any word on Trevor. And what's up? Any word on Trevor. We get him back. Yeah. Trevor will be back. Not this week. Not this week. But the next week is Fourth of July. He will be back. We discussed it at the last presidential meeting I had. Yes. So, if we're doing PSAs of this week and Friday, NHL draft, I'll be down seven to nine. Google entrance. Sign it on to Grazke. Ready for Detroit? See, I'm sure we'll talk about it. I see you down here. I'm doing a promo event. Not my fitness. But if you're making your way downtown. And go hang out with DMACC. Watch the NHL draft. So, that's out there as well. NBA draft tonight. We'll get into it. We got a ton of stuff to get into. Cat's bot. Neil doesn't want to talk about McDavid not showing up the final two games of Stanley Cup. McDavid will never be on Gretzky or Lemuse level. Shut up, cats. I mean, you know, except for like one of the greatest players. It says record in the playoff or whatever. No, so don't take it. Yeah. My favorite thing about all that, too, tell me, tell me your new, you know, tell me you don't know anything about hockey without telling me the people that lost their mind about him winning a cons my. It's the MVP of the playoffs. If you can find a better player in the NHL playoffs than him, please let me know because apparently I slept through it and missed it. Yeah. So that's it. Hey, don't worry though. Kenny Holland will get it figured out. Hey, DMACC. DMACC. I just realized, man, I got that cannabis deal that I don't really care of shit. Yes. No. DMACC. You know what, though? Facts. Like, like idiots are like, if you don't realize not only that, but maybe your plan is not the person in charge is playing and all that other stuff. Oh, we're going to get that over. And you know what? You can argue because what I say about Barrowski, but, but the five goals, the two go like for the most part. I'm sure it was close. Go look. I got you. Look up the voting. I believe it was close, but when you break Wayne Gretzky records of any, when you break Wayne Gretzky's record of any accord. It's you. That's it. Stop. Stop the sentence right there. We don't need to go. And you know what? And you know what it was? You know what I saw? To everybody else's story, I know it didn't have topic, but what I saw was more Edmonton fallen to the 09 Red Wings, Datsuke, Zetterberg, Gast absolutely got even that last shit like they did nothing because that's all you put out. And that's what it was to me as I was watching the game and they had that opportunity, right? They had opportunities, but the thing is throwing them out, throwing out the room. I was watching 09 wings losing seven. This is going to shock your guy, shock you guys. Like David had 16 of 17. That doesn't shock me. He broke Gretzky's record. Yeah, makes sense. Well, this is the real kicker. Bob wasn't even it was only voted in second and third place one time out of the 17. But that's how that was on brand for the Panthers. That was a second then. Bark off. Okay. Yeah. That was a very Panthers-esque run performance. All of it. But I. We're going to catch. What's that? No. Cats tell me shut up. You're such a joke that it's really like I don't do a DMACC. What do they say when you've gotten to a point where it's just you're just done with it because it's a fucking loser. It's just it's just like it's loser. Imagine being I feel so bad for Brandon Katz because this is his life. Just whatever be in that way. You don't get it. I mean, you don't get it. Hey, you know what? Well, at least there's hope for you, kid. Yeah. Brandon Katz has never said love before. Yeah. It really is. Everybody say a prayer for cats, please. So don't take it. But we're going to get into the we're going to get into the wall man trade. Don't worry about that. We're going to get into the NBA draft. Don't worry about that. I have a challenge for you the audience today. And I think we can pull this off. Yeah. We're not going to talk lions at all today. You say you want this, right? Yeah. People say they want this from time to time. So we're going to do it today. Show us. Show us that you want this. But no, we are going to get into it. Well, we're sports chat thread. Kyle Zweed, Neil, you're going to the elbow room hoping to drink from the cup. I have been there before as a matter of fact, but a spending because we got DMACC back. Yep. I know that the Stanley Cup was making the rounds around your water now. And you knew it was going to be on the beach in the morning. Absolutely. And spending spending. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Not a big thing. Not the charge by Matt to get shocked, wouldn't expect any loss. And it was pretty wild, Benny. Yep. Some of the stuff that was going on. The Stanley Cup went into the ocean as a matter of fact, which is pretty cool, I think. Yeah. You got to take it to the ocean. That's wild. Yeah. Just take that thing everywhere. Take it everywhere, man. Just rolling into the ocean, you know, they didn't get much sleep was my understanding that evening. I can imagine. Of course you can. It's illegal. It's illegal when you went to the cup to sleep. Um, does anybody know any chemists out there? Does saltwater affect stirs over? I was going to ask you only there's a man in this room. Hey, at least Steve Eisenman wrote it with a jet ski with a life jacket on it. I put it on the back of my Harley. That was tied real nice together, but that's how you have to first cup down there. I'm sure didn't Tampa, they've dunked it in the bay and you know, whatever. They did all that for them. There was that. Oh, man. Can you check out the wrestling belt? Yeah, it was nice. Yeah. Nice. Do you have the kachuck one, Benny? Oh, let me grab of him standing on the yeah, like that. That was the one that I thought was the coolest where the nothing says South Florida, like Matthew Kachuck going to the coffee shop and then going across the street to the beach. Yeah. And they cut like just carrying it around and like life in South Florida just kind of goes on. Yeah. Because that's the way that it is. I would too. But, uh, but DMACC, we don't I you asked a question. I had that same question. Does salt water impact the Stanley Cup? I guess not. You're the only one that's had before, but I don't know. We weren't near salt water. I was never near salt water. So you said you head on to the Harley? I did. Of course. He took it on a jet ski shirts. It's been in pools. So Florida affected it. I just want to saw what I didn't. Yeah. Uh, and here's this is like, I was told this is like seven a.m. Yeah. This is, uh, this is Barkoff. Oh, it's bark off. So here's bark off. Just you know, yeah, just on a corner in the corner. Oh, he put his leg up to wait, you know, they're in Florida traffic and stop. Yeah. They're anywhere else. This is Edmonton traffic would have been stopped. Yeah. Absolutely. So, you know, just kind of, he's walking over to the beach. Yeah. Just waiting for traffic to clear, you know, like you're crossing Woodward or something like that. Just with a big Stanley. He's got to Stanley Cup just walking around that, um, that this is my favorite part of the Stanley Cup, like just where it is, where it goes, you're going. So DMACC, the first time you want it, you all get a day with it. Take us through that. Right. You all get a day with it, right? Yeah. Absolutely. So you don't know if you're going to ever win it again, so you want to cram everything in. I was lucky enough that being from Leamington, being so close and the arena that I grew up playing and skating and was still around. So I took it back in front of like 3000 people skated around the ice and then let people take pictures with it, take it to your grandparents, you take you out of the family parties and all that. And then you take it to your buddies and have a, um, you know, the old, uh, field party, yeah, stuff like that in the barn. That was always fun taking a golfing, you know, take it to all, you know, all different places. I've knocked the putts it off it and, you know, need a little standing up front, a little put it out the side, maybe an eagle putt or something just to help it edge it in. Now, now let me ask you this, by the time you win the fourth one, DMACC, have you run out of ideas? So you're just kind of like sitting there with the cup, like, a tired, it is. How's it going? Think about is right. And, and so you saw Phil Prichard, the guy with the white gloves, the hand of the cup, the cupkeeper or whatever like this. So him and or the guy, uh, Paul back in the day would, and Mike would travel around, right? So the more you win it, the more you get to know them. So when there's downtime, you'd always try to figure out what we haven't done with it. Yeah. Where we haven't taken it. And it's all about. You just run out of ideas. Yeah. What's a, uh, some, no, because some, there's always some place to go. Right. Don't get it twisted. That's true. It's like spending on the week. You want to talk about your automatic in on the guest list? Uh, that's Stanley. Yeah. Um, but the best part is when at the end of the night, because all, you know, the things stick you to the ship from all the booze and everything else, but to be able to take it, shower it off and just spend time and read all the names and the imperfections. So you know, it's real and, and like, man, you think about it, it's 132 years now. Yeah. Like just the history of it and look at all the names and then the bowl and stuff. So it's the greatest, greatest sport, greatest championship in sports, the hardest one to win. Uh, San flannel. I said Connor McDavid deserved the cons Mike yesterday and people lost their minds. Yeah. That's good. Neil, Neil and DMACC say it. And nobody bats an eye. Hey, I say I want more from hutch and everybody loses their mind. Yeah. San flannel says it. And you're like, yeah, yeah. I, I do need a little more. It's okay for you. So hey, it works both ways. It happens. There's information on if the cup is corroded by the ocean and it is not, it is made of copper and nickel alloys, which have good resistance to pitting and corrosive in sea water. Nice. Thanks nerd. Thanks nerd. Thanks. Shout out science science direct for the information. Oh, there you go. Oh, absolutely. I like, I like that though. Good stuff. Um, but yeah, we're, we're going to get into it. I do want to talk about the Jake Wallman trade when we come back. So let's uh, let's get it on, tell them about Dyspo DMACC. I have a new product to sell. The gang is all here and we are getting into it. But first off and look, there was, um, there were multiple moves made. Yesterday by Steve Eiserman and the Red Wings over the course of the last, you know, 36 ish hours or whatever it has been. The headliner though, was the Jake Wallman trade to the shark. So DMACC just to, just to summarize this, the Red Wings traded Wallman and a second round pick that they had just acquired from the predators and a trade they did before, which we'll get into in a second. But essentially for future considerations, which means here, take this and I'm going to incentivize you to take Jake Wallman. Here's a second round pick, take Jake Wallman, keep it pushing and the Red Wings got the future considerations. Now DMACC, I'm going to, I'm going to walk on, I'm going to walk on eggshells around here because I think I know, and like here, Matt Larkin said, uh, if you're coughing up a second to Eiserman must have something major brewing and wasn't the second, uh, transferable second. It wasn't years to begin. It was terrible. It was not really a sashville. You weren't acquiring it. You were trying to build something to pass on down the line. So deep, how do I look at it that I had that second round pick because it was never about that. It was about getting, it was about more so the young Sioux defenseman that they traded. Correct. Uh, that would be, um, Andrew Gibson. So it would be him would be more of the futures. And then he, he really wanted this finished kid who, what's his name? Uh, was it Jesse Kistican and the incentive for the sharks, which by the way, if you, and it's always sad when you lose a fan favorite and a guy that, you know, here, but he wasn't in Stevie's plan. He might have been in yours, but if you're a Jake Walman fan, he's going to get all the opportunity to play in San Jose, right? So this is better for him. To me, it just screams that, and I think the writing was on the wall later in the year you saw him in and out of the lineup at different parts that he's just not part of Stevie's plan. Now, to the point of whether this is something big to come, well, let's just wait. We'll have to just wait and see. You know, I mean, Steve, I just came out last week and just said the same thing about he's not sacrificed. Yeah, we want to make the playoffs, but we're not sacrificing anything to get there and not to get there. But we expected this year to, to the fact, but we got to keep growing and there's growing pains to be made. So I'd look more into, is this how old was a Finnish kid, you know, 18? He was playing. He was playing in the top league, though. So that's what I'm saying is that you got to look at, do you trust the process the hashtag wiser plan? These are all the little integral parts and I'm sorry. And you're allowed to feel sad when you're top player. I also said yesterday, if you follow me, dear McCarty for on the X machine. You really don't everybody's expandable, except for a few guys when you're not a playoff team. I'm talking about, you know, you just got there to the final or the, you know, the last four teams into the conference finals and something there that's, but no, it doesn't work out and he's seen enough and this is Stevie talk, whether you agree as fan or not, but this is just the way this is part of the, the cold hard facts of the hashtag wiser plan. Go ahead, Jesus. I'm curious to get your take, by the way. Well, first of all, neither of the defenseman that we traded in these deals were obviously an Eisemann's plan. We have multiple defenseman in ASP Donaldson and Edmondson who are all, we have a plethora of great young defenseman in the system right now. And I think that this says to you to Neil's point and to spend his point that Edmondson is ready and he will be here next year and he will be a contributing factor. And I'm just really excited to, I think that we're building one of the best young decores in the NHL. Every single pick seems to be looking like it has a certain value and a certain archetype that they play the game with that all compliment most cider and then every piece on the way down. Yeah. I don't think it was even a question that Edmondson was going to be here all year next year because they brought him up and he stayed and he showed as soon as we got here, he was the second best defenseman in the rugby league, like immediately. And on top of that, you've got guys in Johansson and Wallander who are ready for the NHL. Like, there's not much more they can do in Grand Rapids, like these guys are ready to go to the NHL. So I don't know if freeing up this means both of them are going to be Red Wings next year with Wallander and Johansson, I definitely think Johansson is going to be up here next year, but we'll see. And like, uh, Jews have said ASP, he is my favorite prospect we have. Like I love that kid and I think he's going to be really good. He's going to needs another year at least, but he's going to be damn good. And here's the thing too. So let me, let me just because I see this already. This was, this isn't the trigger cagey. We haven't reached the trigger yet. We haven't got through all the messages yet. I got Alan W. I would have rather jumped, would have rather dumped whole salary instead. Oh, yeah, you know, trigger knee bang, so really, really Neil. Take your turn. Oh man. Take your turn. My trigger points come on, let's keep it together people. Alan, take, take it, but like, are we still here? Are we teaching like grade one, spelling again? Yes. Yes, we are. Yes, we are. I'm glad I'm not here tomorrow. So I'll be at a golf tournament. The defense that I'm out already, I'm over this really, okay, I got mine. Here we go. We have business. I knew it was going to be. I knew it was going to happen quickly. Can you just quickly? Yes, D-Mac. I can do that. Okay. And here. Chase Emily. I got. Spenty, you said you trade ASP for dry side. Oh, yesterday. Fuck God. Like, well, and dry side. It was a top seven player of the NHL. What the fuck? Like, yes. I can still like the prospect and want one of the best players in the NHL for it. Take a breath. Neil. Okay. We've reached the point. Here we go. Oh, cut the shit. All right. Let's go. I'm just sad it had to be Walman and not Petri Shurat or nobody wants those guys. Nobody wants them. And why are you? Why are you? Why are we sad it's wall? Because he's on a bobblehead doing the gritty for real and look, we do that here. We do that here in this town because he was on a bobblehead doing the gritty. We traded Ray Bork all of a sudden. What are we doing here? And then that the dry side of thing. Stop everybody. Stop. Stop. Please. He's a third line defenseman people like just on a Stanley Cup team. Just chill out. We didn't lose anything and you will be just as happy when you see what move Eisenman makes next. And here's the deal too. I'm not convinced they are on the press of his, of course, something immense. You know what this is? The name spent, he just brought up the Edvinsons that you know what they're doing? Only so many defense men can play in a game everybody. How many times do you need Walman scratch? Oh my gosh, don't look at what it's traded, but it's made room for all that. What are we talking about? These kids coming up that we were hearing about. Does that not mean that they're ready? Does that not mean that spot? You need the spot. You have one to two defense me come. You need the spot. You can shed the deal. There's a cost associated with it. He prepaid the cost. Wait, wait until if you do get rid of Justin Hall, what it will cost you. It won't be transferring second rounders. It's going to cost you the half the freight minimum, half of it minimum. And that's the way that it works everybody. They were not interested in him. No one's interested in Petrie. Like guys, get in the real world and Edmonton is not trading you dry cycle. All right, stop, stop. You can't even give me the red wings are not capable. If I'm Ken Holland, the red wings are not capable of giving me a package for dry cycle. You're not going to get rid of cider or Raymond. So we would have to be in the deal. You're out and maybe and maybe both. Like let that sink in everybody. So please do me a favor and more than that guys do yourself a favor. Stop with the dry cycle stuff. Okay. I know it's fun. I know we're going into July. I know DMACC just announced the cannabis brand is being brought back to life. I know we're going to be cracking the beat. Yeah, we haven't even got it out there. You guys can't be that high yet. Tammy Chin, Tammy gets it. No one wants our cast offs. We don't want them when you say why couldn't it have been hall? You don't want them. It's factual. When the sharks don't want him and their ass that should tell you all you need to know. Spend spend more hamster. No truer statement. No one is interested in Petrie. And confirm, correct, uh, wreck trying to trade Petrie and those guys is like trying to trade bias, uh, salty pork chops. Do you think Justin whole gets bought out? It might be one of those things where you pay half of it. If somebody is interested in whole at a million instead of three and a half million, then yeah, say, Hey, we'll eat it. Here you go. Well, now maybe you can package that money you just saved to get rid of whole too. And then they're done. Yeah. To get rid of whatever it is, whatever it is, a lot of cook, um, Steve O'Baby, Neil, you're not you, you're, you're, you're angry. Have a snicker. Cell. Oh, he's the same. No, he's the same. He's the same. I just, you know, I know, what did I tell you? Yeah. Okay. I think I already know small, some fucking sort of receipt, but yeah, good thing. The brand is up and running now. So I don't need to wrestle to pay the bills, boys. Right. That one. Yes. Yeah. You're a fucking idiot. Right. You don't even know. All right. Real cream of wheat. It's Elmago season. Okay. Real quick. We're a good try. You know, good try. I see you working. There's also something I wanted to ask you, but I don't want you to get mad at me too. All right. When we come back from the break, we're going to get it. We're going to get it. We're going to get it. We're going to go a little more. Yeah. Yeah. Are we getting linear granular? What are we doing? We just go revisit some, some that you'll see it. So, okay. Yeah. Did you talk about in the morning show eight to 10 AM, wake up Woodward? That is right. You'll see KG on there. You'll see bro. We got to get broader in here for the Tigers discussion by the way. Yes. Let's make it happen. The Tigers, the Tigers sent somebody down. I didn't even know they were on the team. Is it going? Well, broader. We'll discuss. Let's move late. JB smooth the OG. That's right. The Woodward do all the legends. All right. Dropped an owl on the chair. I saw it. Yeah. That's right. I was, you know, it's a good thing flannel's not here because that that chair was like Bob Seeger. Roll me away. Yeah. Oh, man. Dude, it's stock. It could have been him. This is the nemesis. It's funny. This is three year nemesis chair, somebody had hit it for a while, but now it's all. It's all jokes. Do you flannel? It might be. He might have let you up. Well played flannel. All right. Big D energy, Woodward sports network, back at it, Neil, rural DMACC, KG intern, Jesus, Spencer Raxter here in the building as well. We're talking Detroit Red Wings, Steve Eisenman's making some moves, everybody that just thinks that, you know, this whole, this whole woman move, it makes everybody sad. I didn't know we traded Raybork for the guy. You know, I don't know. I never knew Raybork got scratched so many times. I know you got him on a bobblehead doing the gritty and you love that because that's what we do here. Like we get excited about that kind of stuff. He's making moves. There are more defenseman that are coming. You need the space, the roster space I'm talking about. So there's not necessarily some huge move that this precipitates. Yeah. Do you know what happens? I know where we're going to end up with this DMACC and I'm going to try to save it till next segment. You know what this is going to go back to, right? The Eisenman thing. It's going to go back to the Eisenman thing. I predict my next second. Okay. There's a question I ask everybody is Jake Wallman going to be the last guy. That is your, one of your favorites or a guy that you're going to be sad. That has moved on before this team wins the championship, Neil. Or will there be many more guys that many more on that you will enjoy? Maybe right. The better that they get when you make the playoffs and when you, when you are a continual playoff team caliber to make it every year, then you got more of a leg to stand on until then there's only a few that you could say are the blue chippers to stay here. Now what are we waiting to see? We're waiting to see a couple of long-term contracts for guys that we think are part of the solution and most cider and Lucas Raymond, right? But other than that, there's going to be more guys that are in and out that you go, "Well, why does he do that?" because they're not part of his. The hashtag wiser plan, not, not why it's not the hashtag rule plan or the hashtag McCarty plan, the hashtag Aussie or whatever it is. It's because it's Stevies. That's it. I mean, he is the ultimate parental unit, right? Oh, no doubt. Woodward sports chat thread jump into there, get your thoughts out there, spend more hamster. You know, did you see that bunting played an integral part in the Tigers win yesterday? Broder was right. So I thought that was more on Terrick school ball, you know, like being perfect through seven innings. How good is my guy? He's good, man. They couldn't touch him yesterday. Couldn't touch him. And again, every time we come on here, you will never be more valuable to your organization than it is today. That's where we're at. Sign them today. What more you got to show you? Give them the bag. What are we going to do at shortstop? I understand it. We'll figure it out. Apparently, this is going to be a while. So we'll pay someone in the off season and hope that they don't take an absolute collapse like hobby bias. From what I've heard is going to take a while. But anyway, though, no, we are we're we're talking red wings. We're talking Steve Eiserman moves being made. Here's a question. Dance of the draft. Salty pork chop. Do you think Stevie why brings came back? I think he's going to offer Kane a one year contract and Keynes wants more than one year contract. So it's one of these things that not part of the plan. And if he doesn't, the thing is is that he's not if he doesn't resign him, what is the option he's going with because he's got to go with somebody of that ilk I would think. So that leaves a lot of options open and that's what you can speculate on. If he doesn't, who does he go with? He's been heavy rumor to the Rangers other than the wings. That would make sense because that's where he was before when he came back out and you know, like a second cup of coffee. And to me, Patrick Kane honestly seems more in New York than he does. You know what I like. He seems New York at this point in his career for the last couple of years, play there, try to get them over the edge. That's more like it. But I'd be more remiss is who are we going to go after to fill that spot because it is 20 goals. 20 goals last year, man. Well, we're sports champion. You are you had a question. You said you're red wings. Yeah. A woman can I can I tell you this report because it's actually a pretty good report. It better be good. You're selling it. I am. All right. Get your shit off. So a league source said people in the league expect I was going to make a sizable mood. But this last trade added fuel to the fire. What I find interesting is that he could have gotten a prospect in a pick. However, I imagine he wanted an open roster spot for a reason. That's your space and then to create another slot. Not your space. That is your slot. That is your roster slot for him. So your guy that was borderline DMP regularly is gone. Ed Vinson who is where's he slot and where you think he'll be second line next year. I get there. All right. He's in. So guess what you can do. I know that every it's it's easy to come to the conclusion, say, Hey, something big is brewing. I think they're just going to take that money and create another slot and get rid of a petri or a hole or somebody like that. Now that one you're going to have to compensate somebody to do it. That one, you're going to have to pay the freight to move it, which you can do now because you got that that space slot, that cap space slot. So you can do it. That's what I think they're like. This isn't going to be I D. Mac, look, I know everybody wants here's also if I'm making sense here. Yeah, it's 100% in here because this is where you get into that. Here's one thing I know about Steve Eismann too. He's a Wheeler dealer when he's got all the general managers around on draft day with capital and stuff like this. So don't expect him not to take advantage of being in Las Vegas and the spear and the spear and making a splash at something. But Neil, you made a great point, right? What do we always see? What does Steve Eismann been consistent with cleaning up his books as he goes along? Have you not said that with the salary cap and stuff made it apparent that what are we going to do? We're locked into all in different guys that were from other contracts coming in. So cleaning up your mess early instead of letting it simmer and simmer and simmer. So to your point, I think that you're more more if I was betting more likely. That's what he's doing right now. Why? Because where are they at? They're still on the precipice of laying the foundation to be a playoff team, not to be a Stanley Cup team, not to be a conference final team to be a playoff team. So he's got to make this is an integral part. This is just like putting your team over the edge, right? Like Florida did doing the Matthew Kachuk trade two years ago, which got him back to back finals of the Stanley Cup, right? He's got to make that sort of integral move to get back as he always preaches. I'm not just here to get into playoffs and I miss the playoffs. So to me, I think that to get to, and if this makes sense to your point, to get to the playoffs, you got to make sure your books are good because then you can shoot forward because there's no sense. And if your books aren't good, then you're going to hover there and something's going to snap. You're somebody's going to get injured. You're going to lose something and then boom. You're underneath the curve. Does that make sense? Because then if you've got your books right when you are a playoff team, you can make that next move to make you a conference final team or a Stanley Cup team that all bigger teams. Does that, does that go along with your thinking then? To a degree, yes, tactile pumas says like trading a second attached to them. No tactile puma. I'm talking about making this move. You're paying the deal, which you can afford to do because you just saved three and a half million dollars or whatever that number was from wall men's salary. And then boom, there's your second roster spot for defense. So when Michael says the wings are at least two defense men, three forwards and a goalie away from making the playoffs, sorry, well then in theory, your two defense men is Evanson one of those guys. Spenny. Yeah. There it is. Spenny stands on business with it. I liked what I saw. I think unilaterally, everyone pretty much liked what they saw. So boom, there's one of them. And then your second one is in the system and you bring them up and you go and you see where you're at with it. Like it doesn't, I am not convinced that Eiserman's just going to go to your fantasy hockey league right now and do and do a bunch of stuff. All right, cause let's just do it because that's what we're going to do then. All right. Let's just circle it back. And when we come back, we'll just lay the cards on the table and say where we're at with it because there's an overriding point I want to get to and we're at another exit on the highway and some people are going off the left and some people are going off right. And I want to see where the people are with it. And because there are some differences in here, we need to talk through those differences. Yes, we will talk NBA draft person that said it in the chat. We're going to get there today. NBA draft is tonight. Yes, sir. So we're going to get in there, everybody. We're going to get in to all of it. Tell them about Lady James. Yeah. Awesome. I'm just, I'm offering up a different perspective because you're not going to hear this anywhere else in this town because people aren't nuanced enough to figure that kind of stuff out. I'll say it. Is that tone? Yeah, I'll say it was stand on business though. I mean, hey, fuck that. Say how you feel? You're not getting that anywhere else in this town. No where else? You know, all you're going to get is, oh, what does it take to get dry cycle? 248, like, yeah, not doing that, man. I hear you. So we're getting into it. Get your thoughts in there as well. What word sports chat thread. Do you mind if we revisit? Yes. So yeah, you had a question. It fits the topic right now. Please give us the question. Yeah. So I mean, shout out to Justin. He brought it up earlier on what we're but you guys were very adamant earlier in the year that the red way. I'm protected. No, did he? Yeah. The raw dog, but you guys were very strong and adamant about the piss. I mean, not the business. The red wings were not going to add a goalie. They were going to instead up to wait on cosa and guys of that nature. Now, the red wings have been linked to a lot of names at goalie now and Justin can provide those names when he gets a chance. But are y'all still of that line of thinking that a veteran goalie would not help this team or that they would stick to the plan of not adding that? That's a different question. Okay. Like, could a veteran goalie help the team? Well, yes. But do you guys agree that they will go in on a better day? Some of the names they were tied to are John Gibson, who say sorrows and obviously Luna's Umar, but he. Yes. And he'll. So are you still standing on your statement that they'll do nothing at goalie? Uh, here's the deal. Like, could they do a move for like a who so type goalie? Like DMACC. They can go linear. Right? Right. Yeah. But I mean, you're in the same spot and they've already shown you their hand like having the guys under contract. And it's not about getting a guy that gets you the next level. It's a guy to get you over the edge. Right. They already have guys that I think that you can get in the play with. You know, we don't know what we have from who so if Steve thinks that there's a question mark with his health or something like that, he'll make a move. But it's linear. It's not for one of these top top goal centers in the league. There are dime a dozen. It's going to be your guys going to be either Cosa or August. Yeah. And when it so what do you got? Two, three years? Yeah. You know, two years, maybe, but they should just pass on a go. That's not something might change. I would really like sorrows if they could get him because you know, this is a guy who won 34 games last year at a ninety, say percentage like this is a guy that I think would be an upgrade over lion or who so. So if you could go out there and get him, I think I would be more comfortable with him as your number one goaltender trying to make a playoff push this year, not giving up faith. You know, obviously you're still waiting on Cosa and August team to be your goalies of the future, but they're not ready yet. So if you could get sorrows and bring them in here to be your goalie number one this year, I think that gives you the best chance of making them. Now, now if you want to talk about what they would they add a goalie KG? Yeah. I think they would under some parameters, IE expiring deal, IE no more than one additional year left on the deal. Yeah, because that doesn't impact the the Cosa thing at all. Yeah, has no impact on it whatsoever. So if you're if you're doing that with a caveat, yes, but I mean does and look, but I'm not I'm not crushing what you said there about sorrows. Yeah, Aidan Hills, another guy that Jesus brought up. Those are all who so guys in my mind. You know what I'm saying? Like, you know, like middle tier dudes, are they really going to are they are they really going to be the difference, maybe if they stay healthy, would they have made the playoffs this year with one of those guys? I think they would have if they had sorrows 100% if they had something they would have if they had who so too, because we're talking we're talking one game. We're talking a minute and a half. You know what I'm saying? Like depending on how I think they would have made it comfortably if they had sorrows. Yeah, sorrows was what made that national team go like they were very solid defensively, but they were nowhere near how good they were with sorrows. And that sorrows was absolutely spectacular. It's so so many games. But also like was not available before. You know what I'm saying? Because they were that was their guy. But then once he came back, they went on that huge winning streak and they were almost unbeatable for a big part of that year because when sorrows came back, he was on another level. Mike, I guess my question in all of it is it just don't seem like a move like that were hurt. No, I don't I don't disagree with you on that. But DMACC, you know, like again, they could make a move, which I know everyone would just like say, Oh, you said they weren't going to make a move. They can make a caveat and move. As I said, a guy with one year left. I I do believe that they think Cosa is that guy going to be their guy. If they if if Iserman has a chance to supplement the position under his terms, then yeah, hundred hundred percent if it's to get them better, but it doesn't, you know, you're not giving up something that's going to deter listen to what he said. It's about building that foundation and doing it right. And this is an integral time. So that's why I always said like pay attention to the draft most. It's not even what's picked. It's the moves that are going to be made because what we've seen in the past is around right at the at the. This is when a lot of the moves start when the general mayors are in the same room. And I know that we've said it before, but I want I want Steve Iserman on the end of the phone for the Detroit Red Wings against anybody else, no matter who you are in this league. It's there's there's a there's this respect thing and I don't it's not like and I don't know if it's more like a like a fear, but it's you got to come straight. You got to come right. Don't come with any of the garbage. You save that for like you said, you know, some of the other organizations because he's got a plan. I just wonder too, and Jesus, you're you're probably more the guy to ask about it. I just wonder too, like, how is Nashville who almost won 50 games last year? How are they in the market to move this guy? Because they're on the decline. They have a lot of aging superstars and he's 30. He's a premium asset and they're they're they're on a regression track. So and then I would say, well, what's the give me the like package? The like package? We get them what a first, right? Yeah, probably. That's that's what it is. That's what it's going to be. Is the Ottawa thing done or what? Yeah, the Ottawa move is done. It's got done. So they retained 50% of all marks salary as well. Right. So they they bought a draft pick. Yeah, that's what Boston did. So like everybody, that's a good gauge to prepare yourself. But it will be more. Right. There will be more, but that's a gauge of the cost of doing business, which kind of precludes the wallman thing. It shows you how business is being conducted. Like DMACC, the the NHL is starting to go NBA where you where you make moves based on money and the money has as much if not more to do than anything else. You're going to be stunned. Like, did you expect? Did you expect all mark to go for more? Yes. Everybody did. But that was the market. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Saying that, Neil, it's market bearing. And when you got Steve Eisenman, who's Bernie made off, in my opinion, you know, cooking, he knows what the market is. It's maneuvering like the more that we see what's going on around. I think that what you said about moving the money. It's about moving the money. Things that as a fan, right, having the passion for like the players and stuff that we don't see. That's why you, you know, peel the curtain back and say like, this is where when you're dealing with the salary cap league. This is that's the difference. Yeah. And again, too, for all mark, he ain't staying in Ottawa. Nope. There is 0.0 percent chance. So are you given? Are you given the first? Are you given a first rounder for that? Guy in an expiring deal? It's so hard. But see, like this, this is the crux of it, like what everybody jumps up and down about with Eisenman is this. Are you going to give away a first round pick for a guy that you don't know is going to be here in nine months? No, because that's realistically not your Stanley Cup window. The only way that you make a deal like this is if you know you're going to sign them to some type of term after their deal is over, it will be have to be a sign and trade. There's no way that Eisenman makes a move for Sorrows for one year when there's not necessarily a chance we win the suit. Not suitable that Stanley Cup final at next year, which and the trade package would probably be who so a first and a prospect, a B level prospect at the least. And that's my point. There is no chance all marks in Ottawa next year. None whatsoever. No, that's just Ottawa being Ottawa making that deal. That was a nonsense move by Ottawa and they're also about to trade Jakob Chaturin like they're they're they're moving away from the winning window. And I don't know why they make a move like this. Let's go revving Sparty. Nashville has her next Sorrows in Ascaroff coming ready to come up. Right. So so he's their coast. He is. You see what I'm saying? Like, but they're coming out 47 wins. Yeah. I just don't. I don't understand it. Schemas boys hot mad at you, by the way. Nashville is a great team. They're not on the downfall. They didn't win 47 games. Go look at the ages of their best players. I believe almost every single player is above 30 to 33 above. I know they're decorous. I know like Ryan McDonough is one of their best defenseman and he's been in the league. He's a fossil. Yeah. Rubbing's fan club, Ottawa bought a rental. They did the same thing with to brink it. Yeah, they did. And they weren't able to keep them. So you know, it's one of those things for me, DMACC. I'm just I would be stunned, stunned because we're we're clowning Ottawa right now, right? Are we not DMACC? Like, why? Well, because there's no chance all Mark resigns in Ottawa. I know. But they're they're not work. Obviously, Ottawa's priorities are different than Detroit's priority. You got to look at the different team. They just want to get in for their fan base and everything else. They just want to get in the dance and they don't care about the extended contract and stuff like this. Their history shows that they'll make this move and then lose the guy or whatever else to trade the guy or figure it out. There is new ownership group there too. So maybe things are done differently, but I believe that this is their move, right? This is their who so move a few years ago, maybe a little bit more regular season track record guy. So no, I mean, I think Ottawa's priorities are different. They just want to get in the playoffs. They don't care if they miss it the next year or whatever. Steve Eisenman says, no, we're building. And when we get there, we're never declining again. So look at it that way. Yeah, Ottawa had no choice, but they always put themselves in these positions. So it's just who's the flavor this year? Yeah, so they're open that he is Bob Ross, which is funny because like we're going to clown Ottawa because I get the feeling that's where everybody's going to go with it like clowning Ottawa. I'm skeptical of it. But if that's the cost, would you have been comfortable with Detroit doing it? Yeah. Why? Because I don't think why we clown Ottawa, but we'd be all right with Detroit doing it. I just like, I don't think that because I feel like it's going to be a little more for Sorrows and I feel like Omar, I mean, I guess you can't say that's a hypothetical. I feel like Omar would sign with Detroit for a short term, but you also, you also bring up the fact that this might be his last contract. So he might want long term. So 100% It's you don't say I'm like, it's not a longer line. It's not. It's not your NHL trade machine on your video game. No, you walk a line in the line fluctuates and you can make fun of it. And then it comes back to reality for your team and you're like, Oh shit, I really want to go but do I really want to pay that much for a goalie? And most people are not willing to do so. Red Wings Red Wings Fan Club said hell no. So so there's that. All right, let's take a break. When we come back, while I get into this NBA draft, I'm going to tap into Spenny here. And you said the heavyweights was was pistons heavy yesterday. I want to discuss it as well. The bridges trade was insane man. We got top five's too. We got top five list to go to top five top five top five sauces. As a matter of fact, I think we're going to do that about 1236. Sounds good. So that's going to be the top five sauces. I'm going to get a couple wrong. Sorry. I'm not a machine. I'm a man. Just I'm 40. A little over 40, you know. Greg rounds. What a planet fitness closes down or even adds a rock wall. Will Neil stay or leave out a principal? That's a good question. Well, you have to leave it for close. Yeah. I wouldn't have a choice there, Greg. But if they still gave the bag, you might walk by the way. You would stay. You would stay for the rock wall as long as they don't go up on price. That's it. This is what you'll do. You'll walk in. You'll look you. Huh. Then walk on. All right. Huh. You know what I'll do? Greg, I'll walk in. I'll see the rock wall. No one will be on it because let's be honest. Who's ever used a rock wall working out? Yeah. Well, I repelled the other day. That's close enough. Close enough. Okay. Down the actual building, by the way. Down a building. Yeah. I know we already moved on, but I just want to throw one more quick wings thing out there because I just did some research during the break. And the only viable option out of those goalies that we should we would possibly be looking at, in my opinion, is John Gibson. He's on a three year deal. He's three years left on his deal at six million and fits our timeline. That would be the move we make. I don't think we go after sorrows. And that's interesting. That's interesting. I would I would put a pencil and keep interesting because that is the type of guy who we're talking about. Fill in a spot. And you really can make it a blockbuster to get zebra's as well. Tenured guy. Good dude for everything I hear would be, you know, that might be it. And then he's got to look at it also too. As one of these young guys comes up, it's not both of them in coast in Augustine. Who's gonna mentor them? That's a huge part, right? It is. Aussie ad Mike Vernon. And, you know, like Manny had Dom and you know, then Dom and Aussie and Dom together once they were tenured and stuff. But it's a big deal. Who, you know, Chris Joseph, even when he was in there, even though we weren't successful, was that a good job mentor. So it's important. I've never seen a man get more blame for something he was directly not responsible for than the kujo year in the playoffs. He was he was incredible. He was. He was in our battle. Yeah. Yeah. Hey, you know what I'm saying? Hey, you know what I'm saying? Hey, Neil, you just bring that up. Is that like having forced Stanley cops and being able to experience different guys winning their first and the Hall of Fame guys Curtis Joseph is one of the ones that got away with with Wendell Clark. That would have been cool too. So there's that out there. But anyway, um, I like the way you throw the zegris thing in there too, Jesus. Yeah, of course. Why can't we just like, why do we always got to do that here? Oh, we get zegris and make it a block by what package are you? Because it's not just hot with ice cream meals. You need the sprinkles and the stars and the cherries and everything else. All right. Give me the proposed package for that real quick. What are you willing to give up for that? A lot. Like what? All right. What? Our first this year, Bergen, who so? They're not interested. They're not interested. Like you can't just fill up the heft. No, I know. And the NHL trade machine and say, hey, deals to success. They're they would laugh at you if you called and said that. You got to give him an NHL ready player. Come on. Not given a brahman out of line in that deal, but he's not the pivotal one around it. He's the throw in NHL player that's already established. But who's the prospect? Who is? I get to, but I'm following you with them. There's Neil. There's got to be two other guys. You got to go down to your probably have to try one. Is it a are you willing to part with a like they're going to ask for a Danielson? Yeah, that's a but say. Are you willing to do that? Because not this guy. You go. I'm not. Yeah. I guess you're right. I wouldn't be willing to give up any of our D because I'm very high on all of our D. I watched watch a ton of film on them over the last couple weeks. I'll do for a juice. I'll ask if after the draft or whatever, I'll ask because I know some people, if any of these conversations have come up. So you know what? The moral of this story is the life lesson in it is this, Jesus. And I get it. You're emotional. You know, you're more. We all want the right way. I'm soft. Apparently, according to side of you, Richard, I don't know how that got that. I can't I can't confirm or deny that. But here's what I can offer. No, did it. No, here's what I can offer. And you run on a motion and that's fine. And we all want the red wings to be good. That's fine. But somewhere, hopefully, long way down the road, we'll all take our last breath and yours will be cut short by a breath because of the zigrist and Gibson trade package that you just put together. You should have saved that one, Jesus. That's all I'm saying. Yeah, I should have. I should have came with a true, a true package. There you go. That no, did he actually made sense before I brought that up. The machine's got the best to you. Yeah. I just thank her for Friday. That's what it really meant. I will be locked in on Friday. Okay. That's that's all. That's all I want to see. All right. I do want to get into the NBA draft. Are you having a special appearance on big D on Friday because it's a draft or? I have a schedule doesn't permit it, but I'll be down at the draft party seven and nine. Yeah. Michael DCFC greater than the Tiger game. The scoring is about equal. There. It's true. There. It is true. All right, spending on the lean on you for the draft talk. Okay. Let's do this. Let's take the break then and get down into it. And a tell about less Stanford. All right, keeping a push in big the energy Woodward sports network. It is NBA draft day. The NBA has split up the draft now for what? Just to squeeze another day of being relevant on the calendar. I guess smart. Who's watching day two? Please watch it. Please tell me who's watching day two draft. Yeah, drafts are undefeated, drafts are free inventory. I get it. But it's the NBA draft we talk about. I know. So hey, Nicole, you'll catch got taken during a Taco Bell commercial. He did. That is facts. Bring the case to read oh back. Yeah, what's up? They should have brought it back after you won this first championship for a free one, too. Yeah, I should have done it. Talked to Davatia and I was thinking probably get it done. But yeah, here we are. NBA draft today. You know, it's it's shaping up to be a typical NBA draft just in terms of personnel. There are some names you know, there are more names that you don't know, especially at the top of this draft. But spending you said you guys talked about it. And I guess like here's here's kind of my 30,000 foot thing. I'm not married to a player. Now, after I get done saying this, I'm going to ask the room what your player is married to. I am not. I mean, you know, I'll do it for the for the fun of the exercise. But for me, I am more married to a principal to a philosophy. And I've been shifting this way more and more with with the way that drafts work. It's just for me. I here's here's what I want. Like Neil, what do you want at five? Someone who when the ball leaves their hand, it goes through the net. Yeah. What a concept. Prefer will be from further away. What a concept. Namely where you get three points for it. Because as spendy spendy talked about this with the Celtics, this is the way the league is. This is the way the league is going. And DMACC again, like for me, it's a concept DMACC. We've got evidence of it. We see how the league is progressing towards the Celtics showed you the roadmap. The roadmap DMACC. You got to have a dog in that fight at some point, right? Oh, no, absolutely. You have to have a dog and you've talked about it last week with a $300 million players, right? You need a couple of them and stuff from what's the pathway. So not only defining talent, it's it's how you're going to end the best teams figure out away. You know, there's there's a reason, and I know the game's evolved, but there's a reason the boss and Celtics have the most championships and then be a history, right? You know, going back to red R buck and whatever like that. It's just the way to bring be able to identify talent and have the right guys there. So we're not even close to that, but it's, you know, it's a start. You know, we're starting new here. So I mean, it's something that one of the reasons why I will be tuned in tonight is just to see what direction are we going. Uh, Kevin Bell, it's why nobody watches check checks notes. Five million people watch a draft last year and say, you know, you can save the whole wemby thing. Say it goes down 25%. That's still four million. That's worth getting out of bed for if you're the NBA. We love draft because we love hope. Yeah, we do. It's the church. It's the church of sports, the draft for 30 years with the lions 100%. Like that's, that's what it is one day. Spenny, break it down, man. What are you looking for? What do you want to see? What do I want to see pistons wise? Yeah, pistons wise. I mean, I'm down to two players. I really like Cody Williams. I think he should be the pick for the pistons. You know, he's, he can shoot. He can defend. He's versatile. He could do a lot of things. He's got the long wingspan and can go out there. He's a three and D guy in the NFL or in the NBA at his floor. And I think that's something the pistons need a lot. The other guy is Dalton. Can I, he's he's lesser, much lesser on the defensive side of the ball, but he's a much lesser. He's much lesser. That's, that's why I'm not all in on Dalton Connect like other people because he can't play a lick of defense, but he is a bucket. He can shoot from anywhere. He can score at all three levels. And that is something that would intrigue a lot of teams. The only thing is he can literally not play any defense. That's, I think Cody Williams would be my pick. That's the guy I want. Here's, and here's where I'll give this to you. I think with, and we're going to have to adjust to this as well. I think with Trajan Langdon, the book on him as far as the draft goes, is he goes more complete players. Yep. You know, guys, guys, like a Cody Williams type, guys that got a little more to the total package, AKA Lex Luthor. All right. Like that's, that seems to be how he operates. KG, what are you looking for? What do you want? Me and Spiny and Lockstep, I would prefer Dalton Connect first because he, he is the only prospect that I look at in this draft that can come in and help this team immediately without pouring a whole bunch of development into him. We need a three. We need to be able to space the floor. Dalton Connect does that in space. Plus, he's a Juco kid. He got a little edge to him. So I really like what he's bringing to the table. Now your point about Dalton Connect is how I feel about Cody Williams. I do like his game offensively. He's a dual threat from three and can also finish at the rim. But defensively, his body type, he's, he's real small, man. He's going to have to put on some weight in order to be able to defend at an NBA level. But I do like his game a lot, but it would be don't connect and Cody Williams for me. David Tourette's connect might be an NBA pro for eight seasons, but he has no upside whatsoever. And I, and I guess like he comes in and he can score. And here's, here's the adjustment on my part. All right. The pisses need to get better defensively. Clearly. That's not, that's not a secret. Yeah. That's, but if you had to choose one in the NBA today, you would definitely choose you. And this is where it is. And I think that this is kind of a connection to the past where you've heard me say this before about like when Isaiah Thomas got here, and they could score and they couldn't stop anybody. And Dean, I asked DMACC about it kind of the cross relation to it all. DMACC, when you are a young player at the highest level of the game, whether it's hockey or basketball, because a defense defense, defensive game DMACC, that's more tricks of the trade than anything else. Isn't it? Like there's a skill set, but you got to know the lay of the land. Well, also too, you know, defense is, is no one who's officiating. And it's sort of the more that you go through it. And it's a learning thing. And defense is effort. That's all it is. It's, it's absolutely effort putting it in on that end. But, but you learn over time, tricks of the trade, you know, how to, like, if you're talking at NBA, I still hand check just that they do it more discreetly. Right. Right. You can figure a way around and the rules determine that the evolution of the game takes different things out. Like, for example, if I was going to get on the ice today and teach a right winger how to, how to off the face off on the boards, different things, there's things that still stay true to this game. But there's a lot of things that you can't do. Yeah, that I was able to do and make clear out of it. And when you look at, when you look at the NBA, like the pistol, or I mean, the Celtics just won the championship, having five guys on the floor that can shoot and defend all of them, every single player on the Celtics roster can shoot and can defend. And I liked what you said, because I've been saying that too, that that's what Trishan Langdon drafts is those all around guys like Herb Jones, like, like Trey Murphy. Basically, anyone that went to Villanova. Yeah, guys that, guys that shoot and defend. And if this was Troy Weaver still making this draft pick, it would be Dalton Connect. And there would be no doubt in my mind because Troy Weaver would draft guys that were black holes on one side. Either they are completely offensive focused or completely defensive focused like Killian Hayes and Officer Thompson, who are great defenders, but can't do anything offensively, or he gets a Cinek Bay and a Jade Nivey, who are good offensively, but can't do anything defensively. And obviously the one player he drafted that wasn't a black hole was K Cunningham, because it was the number one pick in the draft. But Trishan Langdon drafts guys that can play both sides of the ball and are very efficient in their scoring. And I think that's what Cody Williams is. Yeah. D N C E N T K G K G wants to win now. Nota Ben Simmons contract wants immediate scoring with no development. It ain't the move, bro. Well, no to Ben Simmons, of course, but I don't think that's that's a crazy thing to ask. How is adding a young kid that you need to develop for the next two to three years helping us? I just don't see that. And at least with Dalton Connect, he's an older prospect. He's what 22 23. He kind of has a grown man body already. You don't have to do a lot with him. You can work with him on the defensive end. Will he be a great defender? Probably not. But I don't think you need him to be a great defender for the role he's going to play on this team. That's just me. Uh, Woodward Sports chat thread Dante 151 weight. Did Neil Rule just name drop the total package Lex Luger? I did. Yes, you did. I've been known to sneak Lex Luger in there. I'm just with the Pistons. I'm not in the in the space of getting more guys that you have to have him out here to compliment him. Like Dalton Connect, he has to be out there playing next to Arson Osler Thompson, because Osler Thompson and his offense balance each other. No, I this is sports. This is sports now. I'm a complete player. I don't want to have players. It's not a complete player. There are guys who can defend and shoot in this draft. You know, you don't just have to get one. And this Pistons team needs guys who can do both. They don't need just one. They need both more than anything. They have guys who can just defend. They have guys who can just score. We can't run lineups like that. We need complete players. I'm choosing shooting if I have to. I get what you're saying, though. I don't think you're wrong, but Um, we got a new we got another Wojibam. Yeah, I was about to say Brooklyn's made a deal with Houston to return the net pick for the sun's first round pick. The Rockets acquired 2025, right? Do you think I'm not good? Yeah, it's too many. I'm excited about you or I'm sorry that happened here. No, no. So, so is that a lot of what's going on right now as far as trading next years and this one, the movement picks around and whatever whatever that is. That's a lot of I guess the news information for the NBA wide before the draft teams try to move different things in position. That's a lot of the moves when you hear breaking news in the NBA today. Do you think there's more substance? Do you think that there'll be any big NBA moves or? Yeah, because because they're always like the NBA does a great job with the off season. There's always some kind of big move, but I mean, I mean tonight at the draft. Tonight at the draft. Yeah, I think so because no matter what, we just got done talking about how the draft is the ultimate religion, right? Where hope sells, it's all about hope. There will be somebody somewhere that doesn't get picked and there will be a team to be like, that is the one guy we want out of this and they will make a move. Like that's the way that it goes. I do when we come back from the break, I have something for spending and I have a I have a trade proposal for spending that I want to know if he would be down with and it's something where it involves the nicks and I'm curious if spend he's down to roll with. Julie's Randall, if we get our pick back. Were you on that tech side with my buddy? That was going to be a spin off move of it, but it was more it was more a basis of a philosophy, a theory and I think like if you want to because I'm going to ask you give me give me something in the next segment. Like just give me something. Give me something wild because I got something. I don't think it's necessarily wild, but it's something the pistons could do and I think the people we've pissed about it. But I think Trajan Langdon told you that this might happen. Hey, some people told you when you're dealing with divorce, what do they tell you? KG, man, don't let that go. All right. That's what they told you. But hey, Katie, Kayla, everybody, they can help you divorce, child custody, visitation, family law issues. Doc, look like I want to talk to you because we've got the NBA draft tonight. I have some Kate Cunningham questions because he's about to get a bag. But during the break you came in and we were telling you about the fact. So DMACC, what's the proper terminology going down a building? Repelling. Repelling down a building. Was it 170 feet? You said? 170 feet. 14 stories. 14 stories. Dr. Pierce, do you approve? Is this the senior Olympics or something? Whatever it is. It was done. It was done for two years. That just proves you're an athlete at all levels. And to build like the messages for that, I'm going to switch it up a little bit. Building your infrastructure at a young age can help you in later years to repel 170 feet down. He's an elite athlete that can still be doing things that we would say is not necessary Olympic sport. But why? Did you raise good money for that? Yeah, there is over 300,000. That's awesome. Yeah. So putting your life on the line. Whatever. And your crotch, your crotch is well, leaning back to great got a great picture of me repelling down with the reflection of the Canadian flag on the building. So it's cool. Yeah, bucket list things jump out of planes. Might as well repel down buildings. Yeah, what's the big deal? As long as the harness is well secured around your groin, you're fine, right? No, I would guess so. I would hope so. Pause. But no, Dr. Pierce has always to do appreciate your time. And MBA draft is tonight. Yes. I had a side question that just kind of popped in my head. But I know that to some degree you've dealt with this in the past. These kids are about to walk across the stage and be instant millionaires. The the difference in training, I guess you could say, what changes from say college training to NBA training? And I guess this goes to college football and the NFL draft, all that kind of stuff. When they become draft prospects and draft certainties, what changes about the training they do in terms of getting their body ready? Well, I mean, just like anything else, you're going to the next level, you know, just like whatever you're doing, whatever your profession is, you have to commit because you're now super focused on that. And the education we have and the abilities we have and the trainers and the people making money right now at this, but they're good. Like our my guy out in California, he trains a lot of these guys that are going from college to professional. You just take it up another notch, right? It's rare to have something that you can improve on. All these young guys, I mean, the other thing is body habit, right? Your body's maturing. We just go from a physiological standpoint, their body's changing too. You're taking 18 to 21 year olds. They're just starting to form, you know, real muscle there. You know, obviously they've passed puberty and all that, but there's still development of the body. You see, you know, guys putting on the biggest thing is like I've dealt with college to football is probably the more common where those like I put on 20 pounds my first year. They're in that weight room. They're just at a different level of intensity. And the thing is it's training. So sports specific. So you're talking about basketball. You're talking about first step. You're talking about change of direction. You're talking about there's high explosion stuff. Yeah, you know, explosive. You want to have that quick fast switch fibers. You want that plyometrics. People are starting to understand plyometrics, which we've been pushing for 25 years is that first step that explodes with that. Like I pick on you on the ankle the foot ankle stuff. How quick and how powerful you can get off that first step makes a difference if you're getting around a guy. You're talking about milliseconds of difference of training that's going to make you that difference. Yeah, like you see, Seth Curry, you can see all these things about Seth Curry. I wasn't this in high school. I wasn't and kept working working working. It's that mental commitment to our Kobe talks about. I used to look at Michael, you know, looking at Michael Jordan, and he was big. You know, Kobe was a skinny little guy. You've got to put that muscle on. There's a huge change. You're not going to just float through the middle or have someone, you know, you're going to be a split second faster. Everyone's at that level. How do you get your edge? So that's what these guys are thinking. They have true talent, but now they're with everybody with true talent. Now you got to do what's the what's the mental difference to get that big pot of money. Yeah. And speaking of that big pot of money, there's there's a guy in town that plays in the NBA that's about to get quote that big pot of money and also a guy to dot that changed his body. And I called and we're talking about Kate Cunningham, of course, who's about to get his his rookie mass extension pushing a quarter billion dollars. It's going to pop everybody's eyeballs in this town when it happens, even though we all know what's happening. But to back up what you said, I called one of his games in college when he played Oklahoma State. Okay. And I was kind of taken a bit like that was a thing for me. I was like, man, look at this. Look at how wide this guy's shoulders are. He took that body to another level in the NBA because everybody talked about that, although the mass he had put on, but the big, the big conversation when you're about to give someone a quarter billion dollars, the, the leg issue, the micro fractures in the shin stuff like that has some, some of the fans worried, break that down for me just what it is. And again, I always do this to you. I put you on the spot. You're not the doctor on the case. I understand that. But just in your experience, I hear micro shin fracture and quarter billion dollars, you know, people get nervous. Well, again, I always put on the positive spin glass half full, right? You know, he's, he's had these little minor injuries that I think has made him more aware like through college and everything else. He kind of floated through. I don't think he had any injuries in college. Correct. He gets to this level. I'm playing in a different intensity. I'm not winning every game. I'm losing. I need to do something. I need to be responsible. I need to be the team leader. Sometimes a little micro trauma or a little bit of injury makes you feel you're not invincible. You're not Superman anymore. I need to prepare. I need to get up. I need to be dedicated. I need to get up at six in the morning and work out and do everything. I need to watch my nutritional status. I need to make sure I'm building my muscles in balance with, with my ligaments and not losing range emotion or losing his talent. So it's, it's a well balanced. Do I think the micro fracture is like a reason for him not to get it? No. I think, you know, there's a there's enough going on. I'm taking again the positive spin that he knows he's not invincible. I need to work hard. I need to be responsible. I fortunately have met him personally. He's a great guy. He's very humble. He's good. He's got a lot of pride. It's hurting him. You know, again, how much is he hurting? Because he's still cashing the checks, but hurt him. Yeah, I know that he wants. He wants to be on a winning team. He wants to be a part of a turnaround. Will he commit? I, you know, my crystal ball says, yes, because I met the guy. His integrity is there. I've met a lot of NBA players. It's how they approach. I'm not anybody. I'm at these events and things like that. But it's how they treat like, you know, I watched him treat every one of the people at the event equally. Like he gave him his time. He wasn't more important than that. So that that's a big message and the money shouldn't change a guy like that. And hopefully not the micro fractures. I'm not going to put on a high red flag. I think it could turn to a positive that he will take his body more serious and more in tune to be a better athlete. And DMACC, I guess it could be a situation too with Kade. Look, people talk about the the bad season is rookie year and all that kind of stuff. They made the decision. You know, they said, hey, we're going to shut this down. And we're going to treat this because obviously that became, I guess the issue started in college. But DMACC, that's where the bad season may have been kind of a blessing in that there was no discussion. You can shut him down and keep him moving. No, it adds hopefully in the long run. And here's the thing what I want everybody to take from what Doc says, whether in whatever profession, professional sports, right, through all of the different professional sports, through celebrities, through musicians. This man has been around a lot of people. So the biggest thing to take from it is the character. What do you see and how he treats others? Because a lot of it goes back to the foundation of what you believe or have seen in your opinion of the work ethic and what they will do when it comes down to doing what it takes to get to the next level. You talk, right? It's character. Like he's talking about the fountain. The laughing thing that he forgot to say about me or whatever like that is that we've talked about before is thank God, the foundation that I had supported me through all the misstep that I've had and the abuse and the addiction or whatever. But Doc has always said to me is that that my basis and whatever we did back in the day helped me be able to recover now to the point to feel better from getting the injections from getting the treatments to being able to actually do everything. What he's saying and what he said about Kate is a bigger picture. What it reminds me of is he's got drapes in him. You know, like he's got like the compassion and the way that you know in the room and whatever. But it's got to play out where you don't worry about guys working back from injury. They're they're not going to be the reason that they don't come back because they didn't put everything into it. Now when it comes to injuries, that's a whole different ball game because the injury might not allow him to get back. But that's a question for Doc. Is that fair to say, Doc? Yeah, I mean, it is. I mean, look, we've both been around a lot of people on four, you know, fortunately, I'm forced. I've been around a lot of years. I've seen a lot of players. I mean, like, just we just pick on the NBA. There's guys. I mean, I'm fortunate where I've been able to meet at multiple all stars, every one of the all stars. And you just you get that feel like there's a commonality. There's a commonality. But there's also those guys that are like, they got a different agenda, right? They're not necessarily shaking hands and getting with the audience and getting with the people and all that. And I get it. Some people have some anxiety issues, which some of our Detroit Pistons back in the day, you know, they had issues with with crowds and they did it and they had their period of time. And I got to shut down. But they were able to manage it, right? They, you know, so don't think they're just they are still human people that need their they have their issues of, you know, being touched or being around. You know, I don't want to go sideways because I, you know, when we did the the also, I'm sorry, the Super Bowl here. I had all the I was ahead of the committee to bring on all the the stars. And some of them were able to get into the crowds and mix in and others were like, look, I'll give you my 15 minutes. It's not because I'm arrogant. It's because that's how I can tolerate being in that kind of situation. Because you can get pretty anxious because you get surrounded, you know, even like with Gervin, when we walk around, I mean, he'll get surrounded by hundreds of people when we were in China. You got like hundreds of people. You've got a there's a reason for those bodyguards. I feel the same way when I'm around San flannel from the morning show. I can only take like 15 minutes and that's it. No, but Doc, before we let you go here today, I did want to ask you this because it's it's a it's a whole thing tonight with the NBA draft. You've got 18 year old kids, you know, that are coming in and everybody expects a world of them. It's just it's not plausible. There are there is only one LeBron that that walks in is physically an 18 year old kid, Doc, 99.9999% of the time is not ready, right? For the rigors of an 80 plus game NBA, they're not ready. They're not they're not. No, I saw that the gentleman you're speaking of the 18 year old. I mean, yeah, I'm on your side. He's not he doesn't look like LeBron coming out. Does he have the talents? Can he do it? Can he get beat up? Yeah, is he a for sure pick? I would say he's got the talent for the future. But again, it's like, you know, I give the example of a freshman playing against a senior in high school is just body maturity. Everything else. He's not like that. Like LeBron was 25 at 18. I mean, his body was young. I mean, it's just it's simple. It's genetics. It's biologics. It's physiology, whatever word we want to put on it. But I I echo exactly what you're saying. I'm a little concerned, you know, the scout seeing something that's phenomenal. It's different. Like hockey, like hockey, you can pick a young kid. Like I forget the kid that's playing for Chicago. Yeah, but I mean, he was a he's a Gretzky type, you know, basketball. Yeah, not as much football. Like there's no way you can get in there like no, no, but you start talking, you know, tennis and some of the other nine can exports. I don't know exactly what you want me to say. I agree with you was what I wanted. I agree with you. His body is not ready to expect the world, right? Like us fans when they when we show up and whoever the pistons take if they go like the 18 year old route, the fans are going to say, Hey, can you help us win games? And it's just it's not it's not realistic. No, I mean, we got Keith Cunningham, who was a senior and you know, he's part of it. It's part of the tool. Is this kid the missing link? I wouldn't put him as our missing link. You know, we're not in October. And not in October, certainly not in October, you know, like three months from now. No, no, no, maybe they say, okay, we want him because we're in the right spot at the right time. And he's got a future with us. And we're going to give him those two years to continue to develop at a higher level. Is it better for him to be around the professionals playing? Absolutely than going to, you know, you know, development leagues and things like that. So there's the pros and cons and we can debate them all day. All right, doc, well, the people say you you kind of ease their ease their mind a little bit so so that is good. You're always our number one pick doc. Appreciate you. I love it. Dr. Jeff here. So everybody went injury inside. But next time you were telling from a building, you better be careful. You gotta bring a you gotta bring a doctor with you. Oh, one more funny. I was I had to cover the Santana concert last night. Yeah, for one reason. Do you know what? The one reason? What was the one reason? Do you remember what happened two years ago off stage fell off this? He passed out and fell off stage. So do we get Santana through the performance? Santana performed just fine. He's actually I didn't realize his wife is the drummer and he went off. He made jokes about himself that you have to be a skilled athlete to sit out in that heat last night and play as hard as they do. And she did a drum solo for maybe 10 minutes. So he was praising her and making fun of himself at the time. So all right. Well, good job on getting Santana through it. We passively got him through Dr. Jeff Pierce. Everyone Michigan sport and spine center. Look him up. He'll keep you in the game. How about Randy wise? Absolutely. How would you like to play the University of Michigan golf course with the one and only a Braille and Edwards Randy wise golf celebrity to register today and you could be part of the round off the force of yes, you could round off the force from end of that tournament go to at woodward sports.com or scan the code on the screen when it comes to your next car truck. Sorokie's crispy chicken and pizza is taking over Michigan with the grand opening of their 13th location in Madison Heights on to quinda road just north of 10 mile this Thursday, June 27th from four to eight p.m. Sorokie's is giving away free pizza for a year to three lucky customers and $2,000 in gift card giveaways. Be sure to stop in Thursday at sorokies and Madison Heights sorokies. Now that's crispy. It is crispy. Those biscuits, bro. Yeah, sir. Shit hits. It is unbelievable. All right, it is Wednesday. It is top five top five top five. Yes, sir. Top five sauces today. Should have put sorokie sauce on my list. Why do we do the top five? It's funny because it's half as boring as top 10. Absolutely. Some shows need to do the top 10 to kill the time we do not. We get into it with our top five. Jabs are thrown. Yeah. People get upset. Emotions run high. Top five sauces Spencer Raxter leading off. All right. My top five sauces list and number five. I have too much sauce. You do? I have too much sauce and number five. Especially with tiny teeny. Especially with tiny teeny. You got the too much sauce, you know, protect fleet, the plain one. So much sauce at number four. I got hot sauce. I got hot sauce at number four. Like it's, I mean, Frank's you can put that shit. I love Frank's also a Tappetail guy. I love hot sauce. I put it on a lot of different things. And number three, I got honey mustard. I'll put honey mustard on sandwich. I'll put honey mustard on versatile dip in some chicken nuggies. Like I love some honey mustard salad. Yeah, you get crazy with it. And number two, I got you pulling mayo. I think you're pulling mayo again. Put that shit on a pretty good. Put it on a wrap, put it on a sandwich. French fries. Do whatever you want. Give me some just pulling mayo. And the number one at the garlic sauce that you'll get in Mediterranean spots. Oh, oh my god. Is that like a friend of the taziki sauce? It's cool to taziki. You're talking about the actual thick garlic like the white. Yes. That's the shit with a spoon. Yes. It is so good. You're talking like where you can smell yourself. No, you're breathing it. You'll birth don't be on heaven. I promise. I have the same question as real cream a week. The heck is tomb tomb. It's that garlic sauce you get from from like if you get a shawarma. If you're getting a shawarma. Yeah, it's it's I get into hummus family. I would bathe in it. It's that white song. It's that white sauce. It's my favorite song. I love that stuff. So that is my top five sauce. Bespani always hits man. Yeah. Always come with the photo with the first top five. He's a great table setter. He is. That's why he's a lead off man. I kind of want to shawarma now. I choose this. I'm ready. I'm tapped in this week. No process. Is it going to be good or no? Yeah. I mean, that's up to you. Whoa. Who's that? Whoa. That's the young jusus right there. Shit. Sorry. I actually kind of forgot I said that picture. This is this is like kind of the best low key best part of the second. Yeah. Oh, yeah. All right. All right. And chucky cheese. It's not hummus. Oh, this is a completely different thing. It's in the family. Yeah. All right. Let's tap in here. Let's go. Number five, Lomengo Habanero, like sweet and spicy combo. Yeah. I'm about that. Same with the pineapple barbecue, except it's sweet and a little tangy. I like that. I don't know if any of you guys have pineapple barbecue, but it's nice. It's called like Maui, Waoi barbecue or something. I don't know. No, no, no, no, no, no. Number three. It's it's the it's the thing of your generation, right, jusus? Yeah. Honey is a very gen Z thing, but I like it on wings with a little garlic in there too. That's that's my shit right there. Where are we with the hot honey? I'm with it. Yeah. Oh, okay. It's good. Okay. I keep seeing it like popping up on pizza and stuff like that. Pizza really depends on the type of pizza. Yeah. That's true. You can miss. You can miss. Do that. Very. Yeah. All right. Just wanted to see. All right. And then number two, I got garlic buffalo. I like normal buffalo sauce, but I think the garlic adds a nice little perfect element to it, which elevates it, only makes it better. And then number one, a very white person sauce, as KG would say. I don't think so. Yeah. Really? I think so. Someone told me that that it was, but no, like people love ranch. What? All right. We're not well, ranch is my number one. It's the we'll see in a minute. It's the consistent player here. They always show up to play no matter what the food is. Yeah, it is a good safe space. Yeah. Ranches are good. Ranches are staple. Ranches are staple. I didn't stay. I don't remember. Remember you're more blue cheese. Blue cheese blows. Wow. That was before even I heard that. You want to fight this one up here? It's all right. Look at you. Hey, I was called soft. So I guess I'll step up there and just take a clean right and get him out. I don't know how many people are like, right? I just, I'm not, the fight and I ever stance going right now, Neil. Yeah, you can draw your sword. I mean, you want to die on the hill for ranch? Yeah. Rancho number one is crazy. Is it? Yeah. All right. I feel like ranch. Let's say ranch ain't for everybody, but it is a staple. Listen, I, listen, I get it. Uh, Kevin Bell says, Jesus repent. Jesus repeats. Uh, Mike. Oh, hey, Jesus. Are you able to swim underwater? Yes. Okay. Do you plug your nose? Do I plug my nose? Yeah. No, flyer. All right. KG. Oh, hell no. I just, you'll never catch me doing a cannonball in my nose plucked like this. You look like a dumbass if you do that. Top five sauces, KG style. I didn't mind more on the fly. This was really tough. I would have been, you know, put a lot more sauces on there, but you thought of spinning. I kind of went more traditional with mine too, or more like specific. So five Arby's Bronco Berry sauce, a very, what is that? Just try it. If you, if you're an Arby's guy, go to Arby's ass for the Bronco Berry sauce. I just can't imagine it being better than the Arby sauce. The Arby sauce is very good. It's very good, but get some fries from Arby's and do the Bronco Berry sauce. Let me know how I treat. Okay. Just let me know. Just let me know. All right. Number four, I cheated. I squeezed two sauces in, but both of these sauces, both of these sauces are going to bomb the Chick-fil-A sauce. Hey, the Chick-fil-A sauce, it goes crazy. But the only thing I think rivals that is the Chick-fil-A Polynesian sauce. I think the Chick-fil-A sauce is moving into an overrated category. Really? I love Chick-fil-A sauce, but it is getting moved into an overrated category. Like Gen Z and we don't care. All right. We like it. The more that you don't like it, the more we do. Chick-fil-A sauces both go crazy. I do like Chick-fil-A sauce though. That's good. That's good. That's good. That's good. I don't like you into one. But at number three, sweet baby Ray's barbecue. Because what other barbecue sauce are you really getting, man? I mean, and there are other good barbecue sauces. Don't get me wrong, but this one. It's a good, safe, again, safety. Like, it's like the bourbon you like. It's readily available. Exactly. Everybody has it. You don't have to wonder about it. You know what it is. It's safe. And it's one of those sauces to where if you used it when you grilling meat, I'm not necessarily mad at you. Now, if you go get some open pit, I'm going to cut you the hell out. But I like open pit, but I like sweet baby Ray's better sauce. It's not even real sauce. Chick-fil-A sauce. Chicken Shaq barbecue sauce. That is, no, that's what I was about to say. That's the best barbecue sauce. 100% open pit. Open pit is not even real barbecue sauce. It's like a mixer for making barbecue sauce. Open pit is boomers. Yeah, that sucks. That shit is horrible. All right. Keep it good. All right. So number two, Hidden Valley Ranch, the best ranch on planet Earth. Ranch is very good people. Like, and I understand ranch ain't for everybody. I was a little late to the ranch train, but this ranch right here, this shit is good. The one in the bottle, the powder one. Oh, my God, don't get me started on the powder, Hidden Valley Ranch. And at number one, Frank's red hot. I put that shit on everything. That's fair. I got it on the nightstand. I told y'all, you got some right now. You got some in your coffee. I don't do that. But yes, in it, I mean, any, any hot sauce really works out. Can't have a Bloody Mary without Frank's red hot. Of course, but I'm a hot sauce connoisseur. I was just waiting for your list to wrap up, not because it was inferior, not because it wasn't good. It was so I could read this comment. Go ahead. Let's go Red Wing Sparty. KG looks like he's about to go to a Frank Ocean concert in the band. Spent you want to hit the break, you want to do last? Hey, don't sleep on Frank Ocean. We can just do the last two. Do the reads and then get out of here. All right, cool. All right, I'm up. Yes, sir. I like your list, Kenny. Thank you. Thank you. You did look like you were going to Frank. Big Mac sauce number five. Big Mac sauce. I hit fries and that stuff. I mean, we make homemade. I forgot about South Island. Yeah, that's all that stuff. That's just one of them. Teriyaki. Love it on the salmon. Love it on the chicken. Love it on the steak. It's all good. Chick-fil-a. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I got some of that. Great. And arms reach along with number two, Chilula. Chilula. That's hot sauce to me. Yeah. I can't worry about that. Like, because no matter where it goes, I know it's sort of the the heat light. But to me, it's a great introduction. Yeah. It's a mix of heat with flavor. Yeah, it's good. That's why it's hot for the sake of the internet. If I don't have Chilula, I like Frank's. Yeah. But Frank's is more crazy. Tabasco. And number one, you know, I'm from Leamington. It's made of capital of Canada. It's got to be catch up on everything. That's fair. All right. Do you do? Oh, good picture. Do you do catch up on eggs and breakfast? Oh, million percent. That's where you and I lose each other. Friends for 10 years. But that's the most. I would rather put catch up on my eggs than on my french fries. You can only put catch up on your breakfast if you didn't go to sleep the night before. That's my, that's my daily. Okay. From back in the day. That's, you know, also catch up is a sugar. So I would make sense why you know, it's not in your, you know, that's like, that's like, I'm not, I don't eat bourbon pancakes. That's fair. That is fair. All right. Last, sometimes least I don't think least in this one. All right. Number Oh, my son, my son made a Minecraft character of me. That's me as a broadcast. If you're a good picture, if your head was a box, it'd be more accurate. Number five, hot sauce, and it's cholula sauces. And look, it's versatile. Love it on mac and cheese. That's my mac and cheese play. It's hot. Have to have a mac and cheese. Number four, it's from the Big Mac's family, Thousand Island. Thousand Island is my thing. I can do a lot of times when I grill, you know, I'll do chicken thighs on the grill. Yeah. And Thousand Island is the play with the chicken thighs. The best piece of chicken 100%. I'll fight anybody. That says differently. But yeah, Thousand Island, you can do French fries. I've done French fries on. You can put on your salad. Very, very versatile. Number three, the old classic Buffalo sauce. I don't do it every time with the wings. Yeah. But I do keep it in the rotation. Oh, got to. And you have to respect its resume. I'm big on resumes. Buffalo sauce has a resume. Number two barbecue sauce. When I when I'm barbecue and barbecue ribs, it free flows. I know there's a lot of sugar in it, but but it does. It absolutely free flows. And number one, I don't give a piss. What any of you say blue cheese is the goat. It's a boomer sauce. Go. I don't give a shit. What you say you're gonna save the gen Z sauce. Blue cheese on five percent of boomer sauce. Blue cheese sucks. Blue cheese rants got a fight, bro. Like, why can't you see? I don't rent out on ranch. Blue cheese dominates, right? The little chunks of the cheese. Oh, my God. It depends on what you eat, but I like both. Blue cheese sucks. I don't. I don't have it on salads. Yeah, but on wings, man, it's going crazy. I'm about that life. And there's a buddy's pizza with blue cheese on it, man. Oh, my God. So good. I bet that's unbelievable. Yeah, man. Uh, Greg a 753. I like blue cheese, Neil. Let's go. Absolutely. DNC and T said I'm door dashing Arby's tomorrow. Yeah, get that Bronco Berry sauce. I'm telling you. Yeah, why not, man? Go all the way in.
