And good afternoon, Trump and Biden locking horns tonight, the first debate happening early based on the normal presidential debate schedule. Just hours before the debate, the funeral for the Houston 12-year-old girl allegedly killed by illegal migrants. Another migrant arrested this time upstate New York as officials face cover-up speculation. And what do you do, what do you do when you're before someone? Let's say at a store, at a cash register, and you don't know which pronoun to use. It's happened to me, and it's happened to the degree where I'm trying not to stand there with my mouth wide open. Well, a Texas mom claims she was kicked off a United aircraft for accidentally misgendering the flight attendant. Dominic Carter here with you a big news day. Obviously, the big debate is the topic at hand. And let's go ahead and open up the phone lines, 808489222, 808489222, the first presidential debate of the election season hosted by CNN tonight as incumbent President Joe Biden goes head to head with former President Donald Trump. Trump will do quite well tonight. You will see the question is, are there any gas by Biden? Does Biden freeze up like he's done a couple of times at different events as of late? The showdown at 9 p.m. from Atlanta, it will make history as the first debate between a sitting president and a former president. And again, it's the earliest such event in US history, television or televised our presidential debates between general election candidates have always started in September or early October going back to the first one between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon in 1960. The funeral, the funeral for the murdered 12 year old Houston girl set to be held this afternoon just hours ahead of the debate where immigration and border security will be a key issue. The young lady strangled to death last week by two, allegedly by two migrants. And it's being she's going to be remembered a celebration of life. I want you to listen. This is ABC 13 in Houston earlier today, happening today. The family of 12 year old Jocelyn Nangare will say their final goodbye. It's a murder that's gained national attention. Her funeral services are scheduled for this afternoon. Both of her alleged killers are made behind bars today. The reporter on that story had this to say it was 10 days ago back on May 17th that Jocelyn's body was discovered in a North Houston Creek and investigators. They did share some pretty horrifying details from their investigation. They say that she had been strangled. She was found tied up partially dressed and also had scratches on her body, suggesting that she was dragged. And I think it's fair to say that Senator Ted Cruz is expressing the outrage that we all have. But before I get to Ted Cruz and your telephone calls, the district attorney in that area, district attorney, she appeared on a local TV station in Houston today discussing the migrant issue and how the immigration issue is out of control. And anyone that's being reasonable as it relates to this issue knows there's one person and one person only to blame for this situation. If it happens on your watch, you own it. You're the president of the United States. You own it. And that is President Biden and this is what the district attorney had to say. These two guys were both on ice holds and they had ankle monitors. One of them cut it off. The ankle monitors give the public a false sense of security. We don't rely on them as prosecutors because we see too many problems with folks who are supposed to be under supervision and yet aren't. And that's the case with these two guys. They should have never been released when they crossed over in El Paso. But we have a broken system and Jocelyn's death resulted and it's just hard when you know something could have been prevented like a child's death. They're always horrible, but this one in particular was so brutal. This little girl endured what nobody should have to endure. The situation occurring in Houston as the country awaits the first presidential debate tonight. Senator Ted Cruz appeared on Sean Hannity's Fox TV program and his outrage is clearly an indication of what I think, whether we're expressing it or not, what I think all of us are feeling about these alleged migrant incidents across the country. When it didn't have to be this way, listen to Senator Cruz. The entire city of Houston, the entire state of Texas, the entire country is grieving this precious girl who should be alive. She should be laughing. She should be playing with friends. She should not have been taken horribly by two monsters. Let me be very clear, these bastards should be executed and they should burn in the pits of hell. Agreed, Senator. And as I said yesterday, castrate them as well before you get to all of that. Cruz continued. And every day this administration is releasing more and more and more illegal aliens who are going on to kill people day after day after day and it's every day you pick up the newspaper. Every day you look at the headlines and it happens over and over again. The fact that these monsters did this while wearing an ice ankle bracelet that come into this country and they were let go, it is wrong. Wrong indeed. Let's start with your telephone calls. We have two big stories right now, a bunch of others to update you on, but the debate and the funeral in Houston of this 12 year old girl allegedly viciously murdered by two migrants. Let's begin with Dean in Jersey City, New Jersey, Dean. What's on your mind? Dominic, thanks for taking my call and every day when I call, I tell you you're doing a great job. Well, thank you. Thank you. That second thing I want to say is I just listened to Greg Kelly and he had a tape from an interview with Jake, the Snake Tapper and Laura Trump from four years ago and every time he asked her a question and she started to give it to Jill Biden, he cut her off and interrupted her and then at the very end, he actually ended the interview. So I'm just very concerned that this debate is not about Jake, the Snake Tapper and he should just ask the question, sit back and let the candidates answer the question, but I don't think he's done. I don't think you have to worry about that tonight. You don't have to worry about that tonight. What's happened to these two moderators is that they have been caught. They've been caught red handed in terms of bad negative comments about Trump and they can't run away from that. But on the stage tonight, this will be the biggest assignment that Jake Tapper has received and he cannot, cannot, I will bet almost my life on it. He cannot show bias tonight in terms of the bias that he's shown in the past against Trump. Both of them will be forced to be on the anchors, the moderators will be forced to be on their absolute best behavior. You know, the comments they made about Trump before, which are disgusting and despicable, they didn't think they would get caught. And so now they've been selected, all of us in this business, we have a past professionally. Everything that we say is public record. Everything that we do is public record. And so they haven't been fair to Trump. We all know Trump is, he's walking in tonight. It's not a fair fight, but I still bet on Trump and I'm willing to bet, Dean, that these anchors will be on their best behavior. You have the final word before I move on to the next call. Well, I hope, I hope you're right. I hope you're right. And all I can say is that Trump, I got to give him the absolute most credit in the world because he knows where he's going. He's going into the lion's pit and he must have confidence like nobody else has because it's not going to bother him. It looks like he's going to take them all on and play the field, play on their home field. And I'm sure he'll turn up all right. But I just don't want this to be about Jake the snake. There's no way there's no, I wouldn't, I wouldn't worry about that tonight, Dean. There is no way that that the moderators can show their clear bias. It thank you for the call. It may come out in other ways, but there is no way that Jake Tapper can stand up there and be as aggressive in terms of a bias. Now they may be aggressive in terms of asking the questions, but he will not be the stakes are too high. He can't do it tonight. Even if he wants to remember he has bosses and and the bosses, the last thing in the world that they want, we all know they hate Trump. But the last thing in the world they want is for half the country to say that you were terribly unfair to Trump. So I think they'll be on their very best behavior. Let's go to Ronaldo Bronx, New York, line two. What's on your mind? Ronaldo? Well, I don't mind that I believe that because you show a big big shoulder, even better man, when he goes up to that podium, right, and he should give, he should get a bite of a nice big hug, a nice big hug, but it would be inappropriate to do a hug. Where are you getting that? Well, because everybody thinks that Trump is a wild guy, he's got to show us. It would be it would be un-presidential. Thank you. Thank you for the call. I've been New Jersey. Bob, what's on your mind? Hey, Dominic, about illegal immigration. The latest headline in the post as of 145 is the another case in the state of New York. Illegal migrants suffocated. Syracuse woman, 21, he known since childhood on her birthday. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Bob, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. So from the time that I've come on, you're on the air, you're telling me there's another one? Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. I haven't even updated you folks around the country on the one that's occurred in Albany. In the one in Albany, in the one in Albany, it's a Turkish migrant that reportedly raped the teenager in his car and officials surprise, surprise, kept quiet about that one. They didn't want the migrant element to get out. But you're telling me, Bob, that there is another one? At 146 p.m. in the New York Post, yes, in Syracuse, New York, in an Airbnb. And guess where they arrested the person, Dominic, Spring Valley, New York. He jumped on a Greyhound and Spring Valley, New York. I live in Montfield, Dominic, probably closer to Spring Valley than you. And I've seen these people at the Exxon up here, Dominic, the tattoos on the neck, the throat. I told my friend weeks ago, and now they arrest this creep right up here in our neighborhood, my man. Please look at the post. It's in there. You know what? And Bob, it really hits home because I went to grad school at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. And I live in Rockland County, New York, where you're telling me this suspect has been, thank you for the call, Bob, has been arrested. There's going to have to be a strong attempt at fairness. Now what's going to actually happen? I don't know. But one thing that we all know, the issue of migrants is going to come up and apparently rather than the regular standard delay, it's going to be a longer delay of the broadcast apparently in which that would give them time to make an edit, if necessary. That concerns me a little bit, but I really believe, let's exhale for a moment. Let's just wait and see what happens. We know that they don't like Trump, but he's still going to do fine. Just relax, folks, don't get yourself worked up into a tizzy. Let's just see what actually happens. Let's go back to your telephone calls, Ron, line two, Ron, what's on your mind? Hey, how are you? I don't know if it will work, but when they have the TVs on everybody, maybe put your subtitles on for English or Spanish, whatever you speak, maybe we'll pick up on some stuff if they cut them off. Maybe it'll come across the bottom of your screen anyway, but you never know. So I want to make sure I got this right. You believe Ron that the subtitles should be on if they try and edit Trump. That's what you're telling me, right? You never know. Maybe some of the things he says squirts through on the subtitles, but not on the audio. Ron, my advice to everyone, take a chill pill. It's not going to be, listen, you have certain talk show hosts that what they just want you to go off the cliff in terms of thinking what's going to happen tonight. I am not one of them. I've been and most of these hosts that are telling you this, they've never moderated a thing in their life before. They just sit and talk. Let's see what happens. We all know again that Mr. Trump is in a unfair situation. Let's see what happens. Why can't in Pennsylvania, what's on your mind? Hey, Dominic, yeah, unfortunately I see them as left to snap a rat check. And when you look at the debate back in 2020, I mean, they were very unfair to Trump then. As far as the illegal immigration goes, this is just down, but the left doesn't want to do it. Hey, why can't your phone was going in and out? We couldn't hear most of what you were saying. You're breaking up now. You're still there. I'm after that. I have to move on. Okay. Okay. So, so what was the the latter point you were trying to make? I didn't hear it. Oh, okay. And after what they did, the Trump in 2020, I mean, they deliberately made him look bad. So I have low expectations for this. Okay. All right. Well, low expectations. Now from New York City to the world, it's Dominic Carter and more bad news as it relates to migrants. No news joining me right now, Curtis, Louis Curtis, please tell me the call just informed me from the time that I walked into here to get into the studio. It's been another migrant incident. Yes. Your call it was absolutely correct up in Syracuse at an Airbnb, an illegal from Ecuador ended up strangling and killing a 21 year old buried buried here in a nearby park fled on the Greyhound down to Spring Valley, Rockland County, not far where you live. And another case in which he was picked up originally at the US board by the US border patrol of El Paso and then was cut loose because there wasn't enough space to hold them released into the US with a tracking device. You know, he took that off just like you mentioned, the burial of the 12 year old in Houston. That's going on right now. One of them, remember, cut off his tracking device, that is completely ridiculous. And then before that, as you mentioned, the Turk who raped the 15 year old in Albany, Albany police kept it quiet for a month quiet and it turns out same thing. He was caught trying to sneak across the border. Then he was housed in a detention facility, not enough room. They cut him loose. And he came into the country. So, so, wait a minute, I came in here prepared to do the Albany, New York case. And so because I've got a process, what you just said about Syracuse, but I want you to listen to this. This is an Albany, New York television report where police and lawmakers are facing criticism over speculation of a cover up in another case involving a migrant police in Albany facing speculative accusations that they covered up the rape of a 15 year old, keeping it under rep because the suspect is an undocumented migrant. The arrest first reported by the Times Union with the newspaper questioning why Albany police have released reports on rape cases in the past, but not this particular one. CBS 6's Brianna Suparti with us tonight with the police chief's response and what did he say, Bri? Lizzie Albany police chief countering back saying the reports have, quote, "grossly mischaracterized the situation asserting that immigration status had absolutely nothing to do with why they didn't send a media release about the case," he adds that it's common practice not to for the victim's sake. A 21 year old undocumented migrant is behind bars for allegedly raping a 15 year old girl in Albany. The case made public not by the Albany police department, but by a report from the Times Union. So, in the time that I'm prepared to brief about what happened upstate in Albany, New York, you're telling me a girl, and I'm still not hearing what you're saying has been murdered what about 200 miles away in Syracuse, New York. Murdered in an Airbnb, then dragged out on camera and buried in a park across the street. The Ecuadorian buried her, buried her on film, buried her, and then jumped on the Greyhound one town in Spring Valley where they've arrested him. But the Albany case, they hit it, they covered it up. It's only a town of 99,000, it's a small town, Albany, the city of Albany. They're lying because they're trying this new tactic, fear-mongering, fear-mongering, fear-mongering. We're not going to submit to that. We have a right to know who committed the crime and where they're from, and this garbage about supervised release by putting on a detection, you know, an ankle bracelet. The first thing they do is cut off the ankle bracelet. What the hell is going on here? We're allowing an invasion, a maraudist, murderous rapist. We don't even vet these people. So if you're an Ecuador, right, you're having problems here now, you release all your criminals. You send them to America, hey, that's your headache because we got enough problems here. Venezuela did it, Ecuador's done it, watch other countries are going to continue to say, we clean out our prisons, we send our prisoners, our criminals to America, and our crime rates drop precipitously, and we're considered heroes. And I want you to listen to this. As we are speaking right now, as we are speaking right now, this is the mother of the 12-year-old Curtis in Houston, Texas. The young lady where she was, they found her, make it from the waist down, strangled. They found her in a creek, awful situation, tortured for two hours. As we speak live right now, her funeral is ongoing in Houston. And she appeared prior to today's funeral, the mother on the Sean Hannity's program. And that mother is denouncing, and she happens to be Latino, Hispanic. She's denouncing the migrant problem in America. These men, these illegal men, took that opportunity from my daughter, from our family, of watching her become this amazing person because this has got to stop. We have to stop burying our kids, this is not right. We have to have more reinforcement when it comes to letting people in. This is not okay, it's not okay. Breaking news. And again, Curtis Lee, we're one more time because my head is about to explode. I walked into the studio not knowing anything about this Syracuse, New York, internet. And now one funeral is ongoing as we speak in Houston, Texas for a 12-year-old girl. And now they're going to be planned for another funeral one more time. We kept this for me again because all of this is brand new for me. And it's breaking within the last couple of minutes. Ecuadorian illegal alien up in Syracuse is in an Airbnb and kills a young lady on her birthday, puts her on his back, drags her outside, buries her in the park across the street. It's a long video. Jumps on a bus, a Greyhound bus goes to the Spring Valley, Rockland County, where he's picked up on a warrant and he has just been processing court, arraigned in court. He said he was drunk. He doesn't remember anything that occurred. That's the same thing. No savages said in Houston, Texas. Exactly. The same thing. Drinking too much seveza. By the way, who paid for the seveza for them to drink? We did the suckers. And remember George Floyd, right? Texas? Who's Joe Biden? Remember? Did Joe Biden call his mother? Did Joe Biden offer condolences to this mother whose 12-year-old daughter was killed by the illegal alien said he welcomed into the country? No. No, no, no, no. But put your right, George Floyd, the family goes to the White House. I wonder why. Well, of course, if it's the political narrative that Joe Biden wants, I hope tonight, President Donald Trump hammers him on this. There are mothers crying out there, mothers who have lost their children, as a result of these criminals will probably end up finding out they were criminals in their own countries released by their leaders to come to America where they could commit crime here so they are no longer a problem in Venezuela or Ecuador. I guarantee you that, Dominic. Yeah. I'm about to go to the telephone calls and I know you're going to go get updated information. But just one more time, I cannot believe this. You know, I'm saddened as an American, as a father that the funeral of this girl is ongoing as we speak right now in Houston, Texas. And from the time I walk from one studio to the next studio, you're here telling me and of course telling me that we have breaking news because there's another girl that's dead in Syracuse, New York at the hands of a migrant. Just one more time. We kept that because I heard you say something that I'm one. We don't want her. We're sorry. She lost her life. But did I hear you say that it was her birthday, birthday and an Airbnb. And this monster strangled her to death, carried her on his back across the street. You watch him digging the hole and burying her in a public park. It's all on video. And then immediately flees on the Greyhound bus to Rockland County, where he's grabbed, he's brought back up to Syracuse, he's arraigned and his excuse was, I drank too much. Seveza was so drunk, I don't remember anything. I don't remember anything. As you mentioned, same excuse of the two marauders in Houston. By the way, all of whom had bracelets. They were supposedly being monitored by my orchids, right? Homeland security. We released them. We monitor them by bracelet. The first thing they do is cut off the bracelets. Who's monitoring the bracelets? They would know right away that the bracelet's been cut off, right? That is an excellent point. Your correctness to sleep. You would know immediately that it's been disabled if someone is actually monitoring it. This is all fraudulent. This is all being done to aid and abet the invasion of our country so that in the future, Democrats have voters who will be beholden to them forever in a day. And you'll never see a Republican president again because of the electoral college and you will see democratic majorities. This is all being done to engage them so that they will vote for the Democrats who brought them into this country. Guarantee Dominic, there's a vicious plan behind this invasion of America that Joe Biden is encouraging. And those in sanctuary cities and sanctuary states like New York, New Jersey, Connecticut are not only encouraging, but are saying basically come to our states, we'll take, we'll take care of you better than anyone else, as Eric Adams says. From the cradle to the grave, we'll give you more benefits than we give our veterans, our homeless veterans and our own homeless. What a disgrace. I want you to think about this for a second, timing. So the Supreme Court tomorrow is the last day of the month. So in all likelihood, the decision is going to drop from the Supreme Court of whether or not former President Trump is immune from prosecution with the federal cases. So we have the debate tonight and all likelihood, the Supreme Court decision tomorrow just hours after the debate, but what I don't understand and I'm having a very hard time with this and I'm almost speechless is how can the Democrats get on stage tonight when the funerals in Houston right now, we have another case up in Syracuse, New York right now and you're here telling me that it's on video with this super savage is is digging a grave for the young lady. Dominic, you have hosted more debates than anyone I know your partner and left versus right entity. We're actually engaged in more debates as a candidate. He was always ready to debate. You know, they took a week for Joe Biden to be shot up with Adderall, Ritalin and methamphetamine so that he will be poised tonight to actually function not as a cadaver and formaldehyde that we've seen. You think he even knows any of this is going on. He's been bunker down and cam David to get juiced up so that he can survive for 90 minutes. His thing is if I'm standing when the bell rings right, it's like that to end the raging pull when check the mother sure you never like me down and he's going to sound like that too. You know, a lot of my friends, all of the Americans were getting fed up with these immigrants killing our children. We are sick of the justice system and not doing their job. And I am concerned that we are going to start taking matters into our own hands. This is terrible what's going on. How long is this going to happen without the American people doing something about it? We cannot trust this government or the justice system that they weaponize and our children are being massacred and murdered. I think we should have our own coalitions to take care of this because it's ridiculous now. How long and how much are we going to take of this? Well, I hear you, Debbie, and I think it's the same frustration that everyone has in terms of what's going on. I'm literally looking at the mother in Houston, imagine how this woman feels. She's burying her 12 year old daughter. And tonight, the administration that has made this, I don't want to say possible, but that has opened the door. The argument will be made for reelection on a debate stage in just five hours from now. Russ and white planes, line one, Russ, what's on your mind? Dominic, how long do you think it's going to take before a falsely accused migrant is the lynched by vigilantes like Debbie, who thinks you should take things into her own hands? And do you think? I mean, I'm talking about vigilantes, not like Curtis's red guards. I'm talking about amateurs. They're going to go around and start killing people there. Why don't you have concern for people that are being killed by these alleged migrants? Why are you always arguing for their, their point of view? Why are you not expressing outrage at what they're doing? I mean, concerned about innocent people, whether they're migrants or children.
