Erin Resnick is a Clinician Intern at Rocky Mountain Detox and a third year Masters' student at MSU Denver focusing on substance abuse and mental health. This field of study hits home for Erin as she is a recovering addict of four years. After battling substance abuse for most of her life, specifically heroin and meth, Erin is turning her tragedy into triumph, helping others in their recovery journey, and getting rid of the stigma that surrounds addiction.
