McKinley student staff took some time on the Quad to ask other students about health and wellness questions. We got some really great engagement with a variety of topics. We decided to split these podcasts into two segments to cover the most popular of questions. Our first one covers nutrition related questions that range from identify a balanced meal, to meal prep, recipes and more. Tune in to reflect on your own eating habits and how you can enhance meal times.
