Our guests today are Melissa Plugh-Prescott from the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition on campus and Emily Siebert, a Program Assistant at Campus Rec with the Food Assistance and Wellbeing Program. We will be starting the conversation about food insecurity, it's  growing concern among college populations and the impact it can have on one's wellbeing. Melissa will share research while Emily will share resources and bring awareness to the food pantry at Campus Recreation.
