I'm Gerald Owens with this WRAO News Brief. We're learning more about the deaths of Blake and London Devin, the children's adoptive mother of Vante Devin is charged with their murders. According to new warrants in the case, Devin asked a family friend to impersonate Blake during a social services visit. The warrant also notes that during the search of the family's home, they found physical evidence of torture and abuse.
