A man is in critical condition after being shot by a fed full police during a standoff. Officers were trying to serve a warrant on a murder suspect. He said the aid will include anti-tank weapons, interceptors, and air defense systems. Since the start of the war, the U.S. has given more than $53.5 billion in military aid to Ukraine.
