And the state Senate passed its strictest ever bill to legalize medical marijuana. It's now up to the state house to decide whether to approve it. The company is delaying the start of the project after a review of its real estate. But Governor Cooper has spoken with Apple executives. He says they pledged their commitment to build in RTP.
