Triggered by a petition with more than a thousand signatures from the Save Rosnies Parks group, Miles Hand Park could be excluded from consideration with the devil's preference being the Rosnie Golf course site. It comes after Grand-O-Brien flagged in an update to members last week, the investigative work is still being done on the Rosnies site and Kimber's twin ovals remain under consideration whilst we're completing our investigative work. But is that a waste of money, Brent? Oh, it's absolutely $100,000 isn't it? Imagine what you could do with $200,000. We could get your KFC bucket out and fit it ahead, it doesn't keep coming off. That's right. But it is. Absolutely it is. For a thousand signatures. And what is your - and you've been on the ground there, is it still going to happen? Well, what is the general consensus? I think everyone wants it to happen and see the footy club and the councilor. Yeah, obviously. The mayor certainly does. What about the people? But the thing with the electropole is it doesn't actually do anything. It just advises the councilors that will end up deciding. It just gives them some feedback on where everyone sits in the community. But didn't the guy say that the Clarence City Council was split 50/50? I think it's a bit more than 50/50, but it's reasonably tight, I think. And his point was that Kingborough is 12 and 0 in favour. But it doesn't matter, does it? If it's 7/5, it gets through. Yeah, the majority is. It's all it needs. And then you've got development application that's going to have to be ticked off as a long way to go, still. No, it's not good. So you've been actually on this quite a bit. Kingborough is obviously the quicker option as well. Yeah, and they're ready to - I mean, I talked to the council the other day down there. And they said, you know, the government made its decision that they wanted it at Rosney, but they're ready to have the conversation if that changes. So that's the line. Interesting. Yes. All right, for the Tasmania Football Club, Tasmania has named its sides to take on Queensland in tomorrow's men's and women's representative games. Lord-in-law, Ruck Andrew Phillips is the biggest addition. And Tim, why don't you just... Literally the biggest. Mate, he is enormous. Huge. Like, I was - I interviewed him yesterday, and I'm standing on the side. I'm thinking, how the hell can anyone ruck against this guy? He's just enormous. Hm. Enormous. Nine of the 23 players are from north-fonceston. Tim Bernice, Bailey Bogue and Bridge North, Jake Horns are the only players in the men's side who don't play in the TSL. For the women, Kingbra's Perry King, Chloe Haynes, Libby Haynes are the three players in the team with AFLW experience, North Donnie's Brad Cox, Goodyear, and Bridge North's Alice Robinson are the respective captains, both games taking place at Queensland's Bond University tomorrow. Where's Bond University? Rabina, I think. Gold Coast. Goldie. Yep. Enjoy. We'll talk more about this with Aaron Cornelius later in the show. And for the Tasmanian Football Club though, become a founding devil's member today. So only two of the guys from outside of the TSL ended up making the cup, but the squad continues on during the year, doesn't it? Yeah. So there's another game coming up next month, 20th of July. Yeah. Because I did love that. I liked that about it. It makes this jumper a bit more. You can wear the map jumper when we're encompassing all competitions in Tasmanian. And obviously, it's harder for guys to make that team that aren't in the top tier. But I love seeing the fact that they get a crack at it. Yep. Pretty good news too, that some Tasmanians will feature in the Queensland team. We should be able to select them in our team. Adrian Williams, Brandon Batchelor, Bayley Gordon, and Matt Dorn will all play for the Marones. The Queen's a land. Of course, we won that game last year at North Hobart. Over the women's side, unfortunately, went down. This is good news too. James Leek, expected to line up in Giant's colours for the first time in the VFL tomorrow. Taken, of course, with pick 17 in last year's draft. What's a quad injury? Quad injury. So he's been out for a while. Hasn't played. Since January's had that. Wayo. Good to see he's back on track. Slow but steady approach with a young draft pick. Definitely. I dare say. Yep. Especially with the quad. Yes. Careful. Be careful. The AFLW is moving from a state-based draft to a nationwide model. Making every player will be available to be selected by all 18 clubs. Comes after 69% of draft days nominated for the National Pool last year, with the move also influenced by a pay increase in the new collective bargaining agreement. So yeah, it brings an end, really, to North Melbourne's AFLW draft zone, I believe. So we'll see how that all plays out. Although, no terms may have been selected by the rules in the past three years. So, no loss to anyone. As I said, there was a wall there where it was full of tables with a button. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Or 10 even on the list there at one point a few years ago. Oh, don't you stir up, Catherine? Time to, Catherine. I've got him under control. Don't worry about that. Brenna, some good news here though. The Tazee Devils Foundation jumper is going on sale again for fail foundation members this August. It is. I think it was down. Well, it had 16,000 said, I think it was the figure. And what a terrific jumper it is. It is sporting it this morning. I've got mine the post the other day. Did you? Yep. Very good size. Three XL. Nice. Made it nice and room. Got you. I want to get a little bit bigger than I needed Tim because I don't like the tight fitting things like you do. Well, there we go. Okay, lucky nights. This is good news. He's hitting the road for the Australia Cup. Round of 32. They had the draw Wednesday night. They've drawn Northwest Sydney spirits. And I'm told that's a game we should fancy ourselves. Really? Yep. So, venues into the six. Then we go. Well, I'm not saying. You know, maybe one we could take care of potentially venues, dates, and times are expected to be announced next week. And of course, no team has made a pass around the 32 since the strike is back in 2018. The strike is getting 2018. They just win the one. Yep. Yeah. They win two. Yeah. Yep. Yep. And I think it was at Valley Road. I think I was there that night. What about the Jacks? We had some good nights up there at Valley Road. Yeah. Of course, yeah, they're going off to the fair bit into the Intercontinental Cup. Of course. And we've drawn the NBA G League side and a team from Argentina. So, the NBA G League United squad. Who are they? Well, they're the G leagues under the NBA. Yep. So, he's hitting out of that. So, he's hitting out of that. A team that wins that. Is it Hammer? I'm assuming. Well, it says he's United. I don't know. Hammer? Any idea? Oh, he's putting it in here. Right. Young draft. Here you go. So, they're picking the best young draft prospects out of the G league. Yep. And making one team. Yeah. Excellent. It's a team that plays in the competition. Right. I don't follow the G League enough. I need to get around that more. Bit of cricket news as well. Lazell Lee, Hailey Silver Homes and Lauren Smith have already saw him with the Tasmanian Tigers for two more seasons. Smith is also joining the Kane train, too, from the Sydney Thunder, of course, bringing 124 games of W.B.L. experience with her. I like it. So, that was thanks to KFC score big with KFC with the Colonel's famous chicken chips and irresistible burgers. There's something for everyone. My mouth is watering order today. And Tim, we have two $100 KFC vouchers to give away to our contributor of the day today.
