In today’s world, it’s all about speed and intensity, however revving the red line and going full throttle will eventually break down even the most committed person. Even the most dedicated routine or process needs a rest day or de-load day. These small breaks and reassessment steps can mean the difference between success and a catastrophic breakdown. When living in the fast lane, sometimes you just have to sloooow it down.
