UFC 287: Pereira vs. Adesanya 2 is coming up this weekend, headlined by new UFC Middleweight Champion Alex Pereira's first title defense against former champion Israel Adesanya.  We spend much of this week's episode previewing that pretty solid fight card.

Then we discuss the rest of the week in MMA, including word of WWE joining UFC under the Endeavor umbrella, as well as the results of Bellator 293, PFL 2023 1, Fight Circus 6, and Gamebred Boxing.

Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to late April 2013, and Jon Jones defeating Chael Sonnen at UFC 159.  Plus our interview at the time with former UFC fighter Mike Ricci.
