The UFC heads back to London, England this weekend for UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Aspinall, which means it's another early afternoon fight card for North American viewers.  We preview the entire card in the first half of this week's episode.

Then in the second half of the show we discuss some recent UFC releases, the continuing saga of Askar Mozharov's fight record,  the newly announced UFC 280 main event, Bellator 283, and the results of UFC on ABC: Ortega vs. Rodriguez.

Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to August 2012, including the first talks of Rousey vs. Cyborg, an incredible Ovince St Preux knockout, and fighter pay in 2012.
