There were a lot of interesting stories coming out of UFC 276: Adesanya vs. Cannonier, from Israel Adesanya's dominant win and likely next challenger, to the retirements of longtime UFC fighters, including Donald Cerrone.  We spend the first half of this week's episode discussing the card from top to bottom.

Then in the second half of the show we run down the upcoming UFC on ESPN: dos Anjos vs. Fiziev, and the week in PFL.
