The UFC is back on the road, and heading to Columbus, Ohio this weekend for UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Daukaus, headlined by a big top ten Heavyweight fight.  We preview the card in the first half of this week's episode.

In the second half of the show we discuss some brief MMA news, and then get into a recap of the pretty wild UFC Fight Night: Volkov vs. Aspinall show that had out of cage drama, big finishes, and bigger celebrations.

Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to late April 2012, including more Alistair Overeem drug test stories, and the results of UFC 145.
