Okay, so UFC 261 was pretty good, huh?  In the first half of this week's show we run down all of the results from that card, including impressive title defenses from Kamaru Usman and Valentina Shevchenko, and Rose Namajunas  reclaiming the UFC Women's Strawweight Championship.

In the second half of the show we discuss the week in MMA news, PFL's first show of 2021, and the upcoming UFC on ESPN: Reyes vs. Prochazka.

Finally, in our Hammer History segment, we look back 500 episodes to June 2011, and Strikeforce: Overeem vs. Werdum.  There's one of the worst fights of all time, Jorge Masvidal beating KJ Noons, and Josh Barnett cutting a crazy promo.
