The last UFC event of 2020 is coming up this weekend, and it looks to be a good one if it doesn't get ravaged by COVID.  In the first half of this week's episode we preview the entire UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs. Neal card.

In the second half of the show we discuss some of the week's MMA news, and results of UFC 256: Figueiredo vs. Moreno card, including the main event Flyweight Championship fight, which is a surefire Fight of the Year contender.

Finally, we look back 500 episodes to our thoughts at the time on UFC 127: Penn vs. Fitch, the Michael Bisping vs. Jorge Rivera rivalry, and Josh Barnett in the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix.
