The UFC is giving us possibly the best card of the year on free TV this weekend, and we can barely contain our excitment.  UFC on Fox 5: Henderson vs. Diaz is full of action-packed fights that we can't agree on at all. Luckily UFC fighter Mark Bocek makes a quick appearance to give his thoughts on the main event.

We also look some recent injury news including a terrible one to Bantamweight Champion Dominick Cruz, and a promising Bellator show coming up on Friday night.
