Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) is not happy with a TikTok video posted by a doctor at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston. It has to do with new law requiring hospitals that receive Medicaid or CHIP funding to ask patients whether they're in the U.S. legally, and to track the cost of treating patients who are not. Dr. Tony Pastor, a cardiologist at Children's, posted a video on TikTok letting patients know they don't have to answer those questions.
