A pause is defined as a temporary stop in action.
And we are constantly in action.
So meditation allows us to stop,
To pause.
And within the pause, there’s a space for clarity,
Calm,
And a deep connection with ourselves.
So let your body relax,
And invite your mind to settle.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Following its rhythm in,
And out.
Slower,
And slower.
LONG PAUSE…
Now come here into this moment.
And if thoughts pop up,
Gently move them aside,
And find your quiet again.
PAUSE…
Just be here.
In the pause.
Calm,
And open.
