Let’s begin by taking a full breath,


Deep into your body.


Hold it at the top for just a second,


And then release it all out,


Contracting your belly until the very last drop of air has released. 


Bring your breathing to a nice, easy rhythm,


And stay here with your breath.


Settling into the calming rhythm of breathing in,
