This week, join Fr. Barouyr for a discussion about how we can prepare ourselves to welcome the Birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Father Barouyr reminds us that just like St. Mary prepared herself for 9 months to give birth to our Lord, and the wise men studied the stars for decades to understand when our King would be born, we should also prepare ourselves for Theophany, when we celebrate the Birth and Baptism of Our Lord. He suggests that we engage in prayer, to make the time before Christ’s birth meaningful and fill us with gifts to take to our Lord.
