He was born Lee Baker Jr., and used to work as guitar junior. But when he got to Chicago, he discovered there was someone else already working under that name. So he took the name Lonnie Brooks, and that's why his sons are called Lee and Wayne Baker Brooks. So now you know, end of history lesson. Let's have some washboard now.
