It is that time of year with spring in the air we head outside and clean the ground we walk on - so we called upon John Springman, Environmental Health Supervisor of Ramsey County joined Sheletta to talk about just that. John is on site today helping recycle and like many alongside him, working towards a cleaner Ramsey County and Minnesota.
