Walter Dillon, is one of many black business owners partaking in the Black Entrepreneurs Day at the state capitol on Friday. He shares his story on the trials he has faced owning a shoe store after five burglaries in six months and he talks about his perseverance to keep his dream alive amid those setbacks and helps those small businesses avoid the same situation. He also touches on his mission to go to bat for these owners.
