Final stretch is this Saturday and there is a wonderful event coming up in February that brings together culinary arts and diverse backgrounds over at the Mosaic Venue in Minneapolis and two of the key contributors to this event joined Sheletta in the studio. Coach Chaz Sandifer and Chef Ed Porter talked about their mission and heart behind “Stories Behind the Menu'' and previewed the event as well. Also we talked to a sleep expert in Dr. Inell Coeseta Rosario from the Andros ENT and Sleep Center in Inver Grove Heights discusses the effects of insomnia and sleep apnea and how her and her team helps those who struggle with sleep deprivation. Finally, we preview Ravens-Texans and talk transfer portal with Steve Thomson.
