This year, the Minnesota Vikings are looking to donate over 1,000 Thanksgiving meals to families in need.  They've partnered with UnitedHealthcare of MN, ND, & SD to make this a reality.  UHC CEO Brett Edelson gives us the lowdown on this upcoming event.
