Media company Gannett is facing a challenge to recent policy changes.  Several White current or former employees have filed a class-action lawsuit claiming to be damaged by the company's efforts to diversify its newsrooms.  Author and Diversity Speaker Lambers Fisher provides his reasoning why this isn't a step forward.
