And according to this source, the guards refused. So it took Diddy a few hours to calm down using these new meditation techniques that he allegedly has picked up to help him during his time locked up. Now of course Diddy's team has come out and denied the story saying instead that Diddy remains strong while locked up, believing in his innocence and the fact that the system is going to play out in a way that's favorable to him. Spending the holidays behind bars was a nightmare for him. He eventually managed to calm himself down with the meditation technique that he's been using while he's been behind bars. But it took him a few hours of deep breathing and focusing to get out of the bad space that he was in. But he finally managed it. I'm sure that Rex Youerman, the Long Island serial killer, allegedly, wants to spend time with his family. And so does Brian Kohlberger. And so does Tom Dick and John, who are rotting away in jail right now. Because they got caught with some drugs or something. So it's not something that's, you know, unique to Diddy, okay? Here's an idea. If you don't want to spend Christmas in jail, don't diddle people. Don't coerce people. Don't lather people up in baby oil and then have them do all kinds of funky shit for you. Diddy's alleged meltdown comes as a judge ruled that an Alabama woman who says she was raped by JZ and Diddy Combs when she was 13 can proceed anonymously for now in her lawsuit against the rat moguls. And that's certainly a setback for both dudes. They were really hoping beyond hope that the judge would toss all of this out and they'd be able to keep it moving. But Judge Torres not only is allowing the suit to move forward, but she really admonish JZ in a very strong way. And if JZ's lawyers continue to play games, they're going to find themselves on the proverbial end of the business stick that Judge Torres is carrying. And they want him to do life in prison or get the death penalty. Meanwhile, Luigi Manjiani over here rolls up on dude in broad daylight and brains them. And you got people out here acting like Luigi Manjiani, some kind of hero. Everything is fucked up in society. Everything has been flip flopped. And there's a lot of people out there that just don't get it. Because if Luigi Manjiani is guilty of what the government's telling us he did, then in my opinion, he's nothing more than a scumbag killer. But like usual, I'll reserve my opinion until we have all of the evidence. Certainly not looking good for Mr. Manjiani though. Luigi Manjiani 26 is being held at the same facility after being charged with the shooting murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York in December. Manjiani last week pleaded not guilty to the charge. Did he remains jailed in New York? Oh, waiting a criminal trial on federal sex trafficking charges. He also faces a wave of sexual assault lawsuits, many of which were filed by the plaintiff's lawyer, Tony Busby, a Texas attorney who says his firm represents over 150 people, men and women who allege sexual abuse and exploitation by combs. The lawsuits allege that many individuals were abused at parties in New York, California and Florida after receiving drug-laced drinks. Did he's lawyers have dismissed Busby's lawsuits as shameless publicity stunts designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs. Jay Z said in a statement that Busby is trying to blackmail him to settle the Alabama woman's allegations. Well, I guess the judge disagrees considering she's letting the lawsuit move forward. So Jay Z is going to have to look at a new strategy I'm thinking because this one not going to work. With so many options, why choose Arizona State University? She said that she was living in Rochester in 2000 when she made her way to New York City and befriended a limousine driver who drove her to an after party for the MTV Music Awards. Where she says that she was eventually attacked by Jay Z and Combs. Alex Spiro, a lawyer for Jay Z, asked the judge to dismiss the entertainer from the woman's lawsuit and he requested a hearing on the case for the day after he made his requests in writing on December 18th. Citing an interview, the plaintiff did on NBC TV, Spiro wrote that the broadcast revealed glaring inconsistencies and outright impossibilities in the plaintiff's story. And look, being honest, there is a lot of inconsistent reporting done by the plaintiff. But on the flip side of that, we all know that memories do fade and we all know that trauma causes people to repress memories. So there's people out there that are a lot smarter than me who are going to work on this as far as experts, et cetera, and they'll come to a conclusion. But there's no doubt when you look at it from a layman's perspective and you look at it from somebody who's not a psychologist, it looks weird, right? When you have all them inconsistencies, it's certainly not good. So we're going to have to see how they rectify that and how Busbee goes about making sure that those inconsistencies don't torpedo his case. The woman has admitted inconsistencies in her story. Torres wrote in her order on Thursday that Spiro, who has been on the case less than three weeks, has submitted a litany of letters and motions attempting to impune the character of plaintiff's lawyer, many of them expounding on the purported urgency of the case. Referring to JZ by his legal name, the judge added Carter's lawyers relentless filing of combative motions containing inflammatory language and ad hominem attacks is inappropriate, a waste of judicial resources and a tactic unlikely to benefit his client. The court will not fast track the judicial process merely because counsel demands it. And that's what we talked about in that prior episode. This strategy that's being used by JZ is not one that's going to find him paid dirt, and he's going to have to switch it up. And as far as Diddy having a breakdown in jail, who the hell knows? One side says yes, one side says no. So, like usual, the argument continues, and we continue swimming through that muck, looking for some clarity.
