This is a workouts for jury atrix offering one of my audio shows Gonna segue right in we'll be here for about probably 20 minutes to 30 minutes Now I want to revisit on the nutritional side we talk about everything at my workouts for jury atrix aka silver Strikers good for all kids from one to 92 because it's about health and wellness We actually do physical workouts with resistance bands and freeways. We talk about diet nutrition We actually talk about health care coverage pretty much everything and predominantly for we Silver Strikers, which is the lion's share of my listening audience But it's obviously good for anybody At any age because it's health. So we're looking to bridge the gap with the younger audience and it's coming So today I want to talk about kriya teen Those that lift weights or have or our gym rats or somewhere in between I think y'all have a working man's knowledge of kriya teen under that premise if you will and Please do interchange at the boards. There's a couple of proven questions. We'll revisit those in a moment But while kriya teen is definitely well known for its benefits in the physical performance in muscle health area You know heavy-duty weight lifters power lifters and what have you that compete and whatever And you know back in the day when they were hitting 800 foot home run This kriya teen had a lot to do with that subject for another time But kriya teen is well known towards benefits and physical performance and muscle health When used correctly of course and not abused like anything. I would go beyond likely plays a role I would say it's definitely does. I'm not a doctor, but You know, there are biological factors may also be involved So towards that end the anterior singular cortex or ACC is a brain region That's is involved in processing negative emotional states Located in the frontal lobe the ACC plays a critical role in various cognitive and emotional processes. It's the human body and the anatomy Not a dehumanized form So creatine it may indeed help from traumatic stress. I'll do more research. Supplements and help supplementation, we'll be talking about that and we have I don't know I spent 35 Well a better part of 30 years in kelp I'm not sure I wrote the book on it don't claim to but I have a couple people that did And I have a company that's still powerhouse within the industry that I would highly recommend and we'll be talking about Vermont Folk Medicine again with the great DC Jarvis and another genius ahead of his time way back in the 50s and I read his book for the first time When I was a kid in the 60s of at age. I don't know maybe 10 something like that And I've read it many times before and we'll be doing that not here in this episode But probably again in tomorrow's episode. I've read excerpts from his book many many times Vermont Medicine So what are your biggest challenges when it comes to staying active as you age? Love to have you exchange that with us It helps broaden the scope when I jump around and do videos and talk to these subjects and again Mine as a formal is a knockoff of the formal silver Sneakers program offered by anthem insurance many of you know that many of you are participating again Those would be great things to exchange. Hey, I go to the silver sneakers or whatever we're applicable It opens up the doors yours mine ours. We're thriving alive to survive What are you guys and gals found successful that works share the wealth? That's how we beat high cost of insurance is in all of that. We take care of each other. What works? What do you found to work? It's share the wealth literally and figuratively and we are members of huge numbers bodies of intuitive groups. So yours mine ours in collaboration social medias my poor gags guests theirs ours It gets to be a pretty and passive impressive head count if we're all basically Intertwining one-star seed at a time. That's a lot of bodies together Working in the motion. That's the right way to heal the mind the body in the soul Not through negativity violence and disruption and chaos which is an oxymoron for good health and in other cell You got your friggin metabolism all out of whack when you're in that syndrome Okay, a couple more because we need diversity in the questions - cuz I need your interaction I don't know. We're gonna do it together and it can be done And it will be done just block out the blather in the noise So doesn't wear that they all continue to pay for it.
