By driving for dollars, Ryan was able to build a skillset to identify good leads, as well as build relationships with his realtor to get expired listings. However, Ryan found success in list-building when he sent mail and his phone "would not stop ringing". He also talks about one of his deals, where he bought a house for $1000 that was a "nightmare house".
