FnT 078: Rising from the feeling of inadequacy and despair with Valerie Erickson

In today’s episode, we talk with Valerie Erickson, an award-winning Public Speaker and Public Speaking Development Coach, about feelings of inadequacy and despair that rob us of opportunities in life and fulfilment. We live in a time when none of us is truly immune from the “I’m not good enough”-syndrome, but often these beliefs are the result of very traumatic experiences that, whether we are aware of it or not, can really affect our decisions, and how and how well we live our lives. But no matter the reason, how can we rise above those feelings and stand tall in the world proud of who we are?
