Welcome to the table! This is the fourth episode in our series on Philippians. Kimberly joined me for the second half of chapter 1. We tried to get into the anxious feelings the Church at Philippi was having listening to the letter. All they wanted to know was how Paul was doing. What a relief for them to find out that in spite all of that had happened to Paul in the five years since they had seen him, Pau was still advancing the gospel in spite of his chains. A frosty welcome from the church in Rome or being chained to a guard couldn’t sideline Paul from sharing Christ with whoever was in front of him.

Are we doing the same? This is our time to carry the great commission to the ends of the earth and to the people right in front of us.
