Hey, hey everyone, it is J&A with the Let's Get Out podcast. Here we go, you knew what we were doing this time. - I did, I'm looking for my list. Okay, let's get to the good stuff. So, okay, here are a few things that happened. Thing number one, we were looking for the bus or hop on, hop off bus touring, okay? So, Jeff was like, let's start going to the bus station. It's a great idea. So, he's like, we're looking for a red bus that says, I love wrong tours. And I'm like, okay, 'cause there's so many right bus, hop on hop off buses. So, he's like, the one that we have both is I love wrong. I was like, okay, so we're looking, we're looking. And I see a bus and it's parked. And I'm like, there you go, that's the bus, perfect. So, we walk right to the bus, okay? Just sprinting, like running, okay? We get there and there's no driver and there's no one waiting, there's no one in the bus, there's also no driver, there's no little worker, there's no one to help us, okay? So, we're standing beside the bus and we're waiting and waiting and we're like, maybe the driver arrives later. Maybe it only starts at nine 'cause we were quite early. Like, I don't know when the bus tours start. So, maybe we're just early and the bus is here and the driver's coming. So, we wait like a good five, 10 minutes and people are just walking by and nothing's happening. Until I see another bus, I love wrong, a riding. And I'm like, oh, that one's arriving. Oh, and it's parking, it's parking somewhere else. Like just like kind of in the middle of where we ran and the parked bus. And then I see a friggin' little miss you with a vest that says, I love wrong bus touring with a friggin' like, no what I mean? Like, here we are, this is where you need to be. And I'm like, oh, clearly, that's where we need it to be. We walked by this man running just for the bus when he was right there with his little vest and his little thing, but I was looking for the bus, okay? And I'm like, what are the odds of us just running past this? Like, obviously, the sign was right there. It was, we were so distracted by the end goal. Find a bus that says, I love wrong, okay? When, obviously, if we would have been more like looking around at other, also making sense of like, there's no driver and it's parked. And there's no one, clearly that's not our bus. Like, clearly we're not getting on this one. So in that moment, I was like, think about people that are like, I'm not gonna look around. I'm not gonna even like, that was a sign that there was a guy that's gonna guide us. There's also like, it's right here. And we were right beside it, but it's like, no, no, I see what I want, right? Like the end, I want that bus. But once we got there, clearly, we could see it sense that it wasn't the right, like I was like, clearly there's something's off. Again, no driver, no one's here, no one's here to like, pick us up. And then the funny, the funny part or the ironic part was that we had walked right past the guy. Like we had walked right past what was clearly there and the sign to say, stop, this is where you should be. - What was clearly the next step? He was right there, the next step, but you were looking for the destination. - And it was the destination. And like, just like the big, like the big goal was the bus, but really it's to find the right bus, the bus that's running, the bus that has the driver. - You got to find the miss you that drives the bus. - You got to find a bus that has a driver. And so it's like, sometimes it's just like, you want to find weight loss, you want like that. But like at the end of the day, you get there and it's like, fuck, it's not the right one. It's not the right way. It's not the right, you got what you wanted. Like I wanted a bus, but no, what I really wanted was a bus with a driver and people inside of it. And a bus that's working, that's actually like working today. And this is your bus today. And I just was like, so interesting how we walked by this little man. And the bus that's actually has whatever, when we were just so blinded by, we just need a bus. No, you don't just need a bus. You need a bus that's actually working today with a driver. That's actually the bus that you're going to be taking. And we're just like, we're so blinded by not seeing the little miss you. The guide that was going to help us get to that, our way, you know, where we are destination. So that was like a moment that I had where I just, I was like, wow, we walked by him. We had to go back in our tracks to actually find a running bus. - Yep. - And like we should have thought, we should have known, the bus was parked with no driver in it. Why did we think it was just because it looks the same? It looks like that. It looks, that's the bus we want. But it's not the bus. It's not the right one, you know? - And, you know, another key layer to your little metaphor there is that when you're in a different country and you're, you know, when you're in unfamiliar territory, it's harder to be overly mindful. And when you're first starting your weight loss journey or when you're on your weight loss journey, you're uncomfortable. Like, you're not, if you're in your comfort zone, you're just doing what you've always done. So you get out of your comfort zone, it's a lot harder to be mindful. - And present and trust. Okay, great cross. So this really brings me, ties me into the next thing. Was we're trying to get to Raveno from Mayori and we're looking at a map through, like we're walking, okay? So we have to go through, like weird, like little like places. And Jeff was like, I don't know. So obviously new territory, we don't trust ourselves, we don't know where we're going, okay? And we know we want to get to Raveno in this map, kind of could be a plan, could be a meal plan, whatever you want to see, okay? And I'm like, he's like, I don't know, like there's so many little roads. He's like, I don't know if I point this way, we're kind of still going the same direction, but it could be this route, whatever, okay? And then I'm like, look up, sort of looking down at your damn plan, look up. And there's this sign that says Raveno with an arrow. And I'm like, instead of looking down at like what you should be, like trying to figure out, sometimes we just have to like look up and trust that there are other signs, other ways to get to a place, like we're just like, so like, know what I mean? - Trust, to trust peace. - Yeah, and I think that's such a big piece of why people are so hesitant. - I don't know what to do, and I'm like, oh my God, just like, how about you let the minutes pass and see if you survive? And if you can maybe ask for help, and Jeff is also that same, like, I'm like, we would walk and I'd be like, there would be like obviously a local like outside their door, and I'm like, just, I'm just gonna ask them if we're on like, does this route bring us to Raveno? You know, instead of being like, I'm not sure, and just like being alone and questioning everything, I'm like, it's so funny how he's like that. He doesn't want to ask for help, and I'm like, - I'm like, yeah. - Okay, no, there's a person. Hey, is this way to what I've been doing? They're like, yeah, yeah, it's like, pretty simple. Perfect, let's go, like, they know. - We see. See? - I also have so much anxiety, not even like a normal level of anxiety when I don't know where I'm going. - Yeah, I know you do. And so, and I am so much less loosey-goosey, relaxed, go to flow, see what happens than you are, and that doesn't serve me in my weight loss journey. - It's like, fires in your weight loss journey, and I see it, or even just like you trusting, like you always need like to have something planned, and whatever, I'm like, you'll just go with the flow, like time will pass, yeah, I see what you mean. I see what you mean, yeah. - I'm gonna just take a minute to talk to my children. - Yes. - We can talk to our children. But I think that the biggest thing here is, look out, be awake. - You might heard our feeling if not fine. - Be awake. - I'm fine, we'll stop. If I hear you, I'll read one more time, so. - Do we? Everyone heard you be a mom. Oh my God. - Welcome to summer break. - Day two. - What it literally is, day two. - I know, day three. - Day three, day three, sorry. Yeah, day two yesterday was like, not a day for me. I like dropped off everyone. Dia had a job, and Noah was at my mom's. But I was like, oh my God, this is Noah that day here today. Dia's still here, and I'm like, what are you doing today? Like, what are you doing today? I'm like, you're gonna have to like follow me. Like, I'm getting this event ready. Like, I don't know what to tell you. - Oh, I sure love that. - Yeah, but what I was saying is like, I almost like wake up, like wake up, look up. Live, experience, I don't know what the words I'm looking forward to try to, I don't inspire you, but it's like, oh my God, like just like look around. And if you're still awake and alive where you are standing, then it's good enough for now. And I'm sure you can figure things out, or the someone will come in your path for you to ask a question. Like, I mean, my desire to number one, know where I'm going, how I'm getting there, have a plan, really prevents me from number one being mindful and present, but often number two, enjoying the process. Just enjoying myself, like the whole concept of like, you need to enjoy every day. Like, I'm always like, I'm always searching for things. Always, always, always, always, always, always. And then it's like, I had this moment where I'm turning this and making this about me, but... - I'm so happy about this moment. - Going to the hairdresser, which I go every four weeks. And every four weeks I sit in her chair, how are things so busy? And then it's like, you realize that like, you're still saying the same thing, whereas in your brain, you're like, oh, just gotta get to this event, gotta do this. And then it'll be fine if you do this. And then you realize that I'm the problem with me. - Anyway, that's my problem if it's a problem. So like, it's only a problem if you feel like it's a problem, if you want to not be this way, because I do think that, like, obviously I see it in you. Like, I'm on a journey of slowing the fuck down and you're not there and you're like, always still chasing. But at the same time, this is what brings me joy. Maybe that's not what brings you joy. But, and it's not my responsibility to be like, you might regret always chasing and not being present in any day now, something could happen, you know what I mean? But that's, yeah. For me, what I, when I wanted to start slowing down is when someone asked me, how are you? How are you? And I want to say not good. - Yeah. - I wanted to answer not good. If I would have been honest, I would have said not good. - Yeah. - That's just not okay to me. Like, I don't want to be not good. Like, that's ridiculous. If I die tomorrow, I die not good. You're like, no. So that for me is what the, I think the trigger or that maybe an easy indicator that you want change or that you're not good. Is that you would actually be honest? - I do love what you said. It's only, and this, guys, as much as this is about so many things, you can also make this about your weight loss journey because there's still, like I could look at you and say, oh, that's not good that you're running five times a week. But for you, it's for you. And I love that you left space for that because as much as I do see myself, I just see myself on that wheel. I also love, like, I love learning. I love developing, growing, hustling. Like, I love it. - Yeah, yeah. - I do. Neil's like, you're like lit up. You're just like, there you go. - Yeah, exactly. Yeah. What matters, guys, though, is that you need to go find what makes you feel alive and awake. And that does not make me feel alive and awake. Hustling, like, drained me. And I just, like, it takes away from me being alive and awake, honestly. So, like, it's like, but it took me, I hustled for 10 years. - That's the thing. - And I'm like, I am dying fucking doing this. Like, yeah, when I realized that it was just, like, does not make me feel happy at all. So it's like, it really is about, like, not thinking that there's one way that is better. There is no way that is better. Like, all there is-- - I think what's important-- - My eyes. - And what's so important is that I don't feel like I'm suffering now for a result later. I think that's what's so important, right? And, again, same with your weight loss journey. If what no one can tell you what is too much-- - Too much. - Or you shouldn't be doing or whatever. That's not for other people to say. What I think you need to ask yourself is, am I only doing this 'cause I'm chasing a result? Or does this, like, the day to day, actually give me pleasure, fill me up, bring me joy, fill my bucket? - Yeah, exactly. - Yeah, this was a-- I really felt like I just had a moment here, Jose. - Yeah, no, I'm really, yes. I think it's really good. And I think it's, as long as you're pleasing what you want, like, again, as long as you're pleasing, what you want to be accomplishing, and not what you think you should be accomplishing. - Exactly. - What I mean. And I realized that there's a lot for me. And for me, it's all about, like, making money. It's like, I realized that I was just doing that so that one day I could finally retire. And I don't want to be living for the future. It's like one day I'll be able to eat. I don't want to do that anymore. Like, you know what I mean? - Yeah. - And again, it's so, so connected, you guys, because you can be, it doesn't matter how much money you make, you can still be chasing to make more money if that's what you're chasing. And it's the same with your thinness. - Yeah. - Stop thinking that when you get to a certain level of thinness, you're gonna magically be happy and content. And there you go, it's here. You will continue to chase thinness. - Because you'll always be thinking it's not enough. - Exactly. - There is something that's shittier feeling that you're not enough or what you're doing is not enough. And I felt that way about like, I'm not skinny enough. I'm not making enough money. I'm not like, and so when I realized that, that sucks, like that was on me. So I needed to heal that and work on myself. But like, there's this story where there's like this writer that keeps writing books and makes money writing books. And then he has like a billionaire friend. And there's this story where someone says to the writer and is like, oh, how does it make you feel that this guy can literally make as much money as you in a day? Then you did in 10 years working and doing these books. And he's like, I have something that that person that will never have. And it's like enough. I have enough, I don't need, but the billionaire always wants more. It's never enough. You know what I mean? Even if they make so much money in one day, it's never enough. They'll go again for the next day. - A hundred. - When enough. When enough, it's like, so that's a conversation. I needed to have and heal for my weight loss journey. And now I'm healing it with success, business, money-making. Like that's something that I'm working on. So that's like the, it's harder. - And it's, you know, no one, the whole like, what is enough is, it's so important for you. It's really that like, you were in charge of that. Like that's perspective. Like someone would look at Jose and be like, oh, you are thin enough. Oh, you have enough money in your bank account, but that's not what it's about. It's about you feeling enough. And it's not attached to a number. And again, guys, your weight, you feeling enough, you feeling worthy, it is not a number. Stop, no, stop chasing the number. I mean, how many of you guys listening today have been thinner than you are right now in your adult life? Probably everyone. - Yep. - I would say 90% of people have been thinner. When you were that, when you were thinner, what were you doing? Guarantee you were chasing thinner. Like honestly, if you were to ask thinner Jose and Jose today, what I have today that thinner Jose didn't have was that today I'm enough. If this is enough, this is okay, this is great, this is enough. And it was never enough. And so it was like, that's the thing. You could have a time where you make less money, but it's enough. It's enough for what? It's just enough. I don't need to explain that. It's just, I know it feels like enough, you know? I want to, I wanted to ask you something. Oh, I am enough, thinner. Oh, it's gonna be so good. Oh shit. Think about it. Think about it. Gone, Jose. - Fine. I don't know. And then that really-- - Oh, go. I mean, it does, I do, I do see you and you're just, you're at peace. - Yes. - Seems fun. - Yes, it really is fun. It really is. - Okay, this is-- - And the thing I do is enough. You know, I'm on this journey. - Seems fun. - It's, yeah. Yeah. Okay, so totally different topic. I need to know about your new business that you don't know as a business yet of you doing a week program to-- - Oh my God. - All areas. No. - Look at you go. - Yeah, so fun. - Obviously, that's why I wrote I'm no expert. Don't fucking do this. I don't know what I'm doing. - I thought I love that you managed to make it your way. You are like, I am doing the thing with you, but like, why are we not doing it to the beat? For me, I was like, oh my gosh, absolutely not to the beat. You have to do exactly 12. And-- - Oh, see? No, I don't even know. Sometimes one arm does more than the other. - Oh, absolutely not. No. Like, no, don't tell me how many I need to do. - Tell me. - I need to go to the, you know, so that's a big part about how different we are. - Okay, so are you, what is happening? Are you gonna like write programs to songs that's happening here? - Absolutely not. I have so many. I've been doing this for so long. And I'm like, oh, they really liked it. It was actually quite a popular reel. So I'm like, oh, well, if they like that, although I feel like Instagram's gonna kick me out because it's like a song. - Yeah, it's a full song. I call this a, yeah. So it's probably not gonna like that. I'm probably gonna get an email. - That's risky. Imagine if they shut down your Instagram. - Imagine, that's fine. - They, like the time that I showed Neil stripping on the internet and then flagged something? Do you remember? - Oh my God. - I was looking at, like, I was looking for something on my camera roll and I was like, look at Neil. Like, just, we say, hey Neil, you're gonna strip on stage in front of like 8, 100. - I was gonna say that. No, it's gonna do it. It's a part of like who he is. Like, you know what I mean? We don't have to ask Jeff, you know, it's on-- - We're gonna make you tear away pants. - It's not a part of his brand. - It feels brand. - It kind of, Jeff has a stripper body though. - Yeah, 1 million percent definitely has a stripper body. - Yeah. - Yeah. - But it's not a part of his brand. - Definitely not. - Not a part of his brand. Yeah, no, definitely not doing any programs. But it's so fun, it's just like a song. I might put it in my stories. I could just put in my story so people can like, you just like be like, oh, that's a great song to do it. There's certain songs that are too fast. You might want like lower your weight 'cause I'm like, oh, if it's, but I like slow, slow and heavy, you know what I mean? But I'm just like, so proud because I used to do three pounders. And now it's 10 pound. - You should be proud. - You should be proud. - Tell us also about your event today. What's happening today with your event? - Okay, so it's a community wellness event. It's like a massive spin class. So there's a bike. So it's just like a massive spin class with a DJ choosing the songs. And so there are teams just so that people can share a bike so that you don't-- - You say DJ choosing the songs. I've actually never been around you where a DJ is choosing the songs. - Oh yeah. - But I trust him, he hasn't even shown us. So imagine, I said, you know how music is so important? It's even more important today because we're spinning to your songs. So you need to fucking bring it and make sure the beat's good and whatever. He's like, I got this, I got this. He's not worried. And I'm like, well, just so you know, if it's not good, I'll be the one telling you. - Immediately. - Immediately, right now, straight to jail. So no, it's all good. And I was like really proud of my instructors 'cause they are more like, I'm not playing. Like, you can put on a song and I can spin to it and I can figure out a routine. - Yeah. - They are more like, this song will have this routine and like one minute and 22 seconds is the chorus. No, I just listened to the song with the chorus is coming, you know? So I was really proud of them. I'm like, you can reach out to the, you know, to the DJ, have conversations with him. But I'm gonna be the one starting so they can see the vibe and see that. And if it's not good, then I'll make the changes before they hop on the bike. - But they're like, they're like, nope, we got this, we trust him, they've been doing it for a long time now. I'm like, come on, trust yourself. Like trust yourself, you're going in blindly and it's fine. - What time is the event? - So it's like six to nine, it's like three hours of spinning. Like 75 gifts, like gifts for the spinners. There's inflatables and face painting and a food truck and dancing for the kids from 630 to 730. So that was the only thing, the dance instructor, who's the ultimate instructor that's been, was like, I need to know the songs if I'm gonna like teach dance. So she knows like one hour of songs. So she's also gonna choose really good things. - Amazing. - But I need to trust him, he's always blown me away. - Where's it gonna be? - At Pac-Pascale Party. - Like the market would count. - Yeah. - Where like the market would be. - Yeah. - So I'm excited to just have, and one of our members has like a drone. So he's gonna be bringing his drone and really taking a lot of footage from the top. That'll be really cool. - Yeah. - Amazing. - Yeah. So he's like, I'm gonna bring my drone 'cause he always takes like such cool footage on his Instagram. And I was like, oh my God, I'm gonna die. So I'm gonna take tons of videos tonight and a million reels. - Yeah. - And just, yeah, just show people what we do. - So fun. - Yeah, yeah, very fun. So BMO, I'm just gonna like shout out, BMO is our main sponsor. The vice president of the regional branch is one of our clients. And he was like, I really want to sponsor community events, like wellness, but also women led. And I was like, yes, please. And he's like, I don't wanna, I don't wanna plan it. I just wanna give you the money. I was like, yes. - Wow. That's better. - That's the kind of language. - Yes. - So I'm like, you want me to plan the whole thing and not pay for it? Yes. And also, I love that like people. So people paid to get a bike by bucks each or 10 bucks each, depending on how many you were in a group. But they actually get personalized like sweat towels with their team name. And that's what the price goes for. Like so, and then the rest of the money goes and expedient shidak as well. I reached out to them and they, they're the ones that sponsored like the inflatables and the tech, the whole tech thing. - Yes. - That, yeah. So that's- - So fun. - Yeah, no, such a good time. We're gonna have like little like a squirt gun so they can score the other spinners. It's funny and fun. And they all have themes and costumes, apparently. - Oh, wow. - Yeah, I guess they went all out. - Okay. I mean, once this podcast comes out, you guys, it'll be done. They've been only done. But- - Go check out our Seoul Studio Instagram and go check out our- - Yes. - So you can see like kind of the vibe. - I was gonna say, I'm sure there'll be lots of- - A lot of people are coming to shidak for like camping and stuff. So like, they're like trying out the studio because they're like, "Oh, I want to work out while I'm here." You know what I mean? - That's from, yeah. - That's so fun. So if someone wants to try a class, you could have like a punch path or just like a one time. - Yeah, we have a unlimited free week. So like you can like come unlimited for a whole week for free. So like actually someone came this morning and she was like, "You know, I've been to D yet, but like my campers in shidak were the summer." So I was like, "Oh, I'm gonna start, you know, going here." So she came this morning. She used her unlimited. Someone came from the States. She's like, "I'm visiting my family for the whole summer." And I saw that you guys have a spin studio and shidak. I was like, "Oh my God, they have spin and hit." And spinach was like right excited about our schedule. So she signed up and bought the summer special. Yeah. So tons of people do come from up north or just Quebec or whatever. So anyway, we're listening and you're coming down, do it. - I actually do have a friend that lives in Washington and she comes and spends, they have a cottage and she and her family, like she brings her family, her rabbit and her dog to- - To shidak? - Yeah. - She's from here. - Shidak in the summer is special. It's, yeah, you don't really want to go away a lot when you're from shidak. This is the time to milk the fact that you live here. You know what I mean? But then it's also summer time. So you want to go on vacation. But it's special, like, you know, being on the wharf and even eating at Camp Dans or Sandbar. It's very vacation-y. You know what I mean? - Yes. - In the spot. - Yeah. - The little town's cute in the summer and busy and there's always a pass cap body. So anyways, come visit us. And it's also the festival. You're gone a lot for the festival. Are you going to do the festival? - I don't know. When is the festival? - It's up until the 15th. So you should be back 'cause you're back for coursing cause on the 13th. - July, yeah. You know how I feel about, like, lines and people and... - Yeah. - Parking. - You know also how it's not about you? It's about the kids. The festival. - I don't think I've ever done it. - The festival? Okay. How about you do it with me? Cause it's really not that dramatic. - Is it like going on to Disney? Is it like... - Did you know they're taking away the fucking lightning lanes and they're back to, like, passes and like, it's like they're going to a different system completely. - So like, Weight Watchers. - Starting July. Exactly. I'm like, stop it. You're like, Weight Watchers. Going back to points. Going back to free points for fruits and vegetables. Just like, again, just like, sometimes there's like, these are like, wake up people. Like, wake up. I was talking to Tom yesterday. It's a great conversation. And he was like, you, I feel like you're more awake. I keep waking up. I keep like, wake up, wake up, wake up. Like, that's literally what I'm saying. Like, I feel awake, I feel alive. And I'm like, he's like, there's no shutting you down now. I'm like, oh, I'm not going back. Like, I'm just like, so awake. And then I'm like, but you know what though? I think what brought me to this point and even starting your weight loss was like, I was even awake when I was 13 being like, this doesn't make sense. Like, that's being awake. Not being conditioned to society's ways. Like, I'm like, what? Why are we all doing this? And just noticing things. Like, I was like, noticing. That's what being awake and aware is, is noticing things. It's being mindset. - 100%. - Yeah, exactly. Anyways, so like, Weight Watchers, people are doing Weight Watchers, wake up though. Like, wake up. You're going to die counting points. What? Oh my God. I just like, I can't. Just like, wait, actually wake up and make choices. - I know. - For standards and your values and how you want to feed your damn body. Why do you have to count points? - Oh. - Oh my God. That's another podcast on its own. Anyways. And if people have to say, well, it just helps or whatever, like, then you're missing the point. Then you're doing something. It helps for what? Just do it because you want to. Now, you know what I mean? Like, if I'm not overeating, it's not because someone told me it's bad or it's, I don't have the points for it. It's because it's how I want to respect my body today and not like, why does it have to be more complicated than that? I don't need to tell you to do something. Why do you need to feel pressure? Why doesn't it just come from within? 'Cause it's what you want to do, you know? - And I think some people, the problem is their lack of awareness of what they're actually putting in their body, so. But the points don't. Like when the first time you look something up, you're like, oh my goodness, it's 75 points. But it's the- - Don't forget it again, yeah. - The power isn't in knowing how many points is in it. The power is being aware. And you don't need points or calories. Counting, aiming to create awareness. And that's like the missing piece. It's like, if it helps you, it helps you because it creates awareness. And you don't need to count things and reach for a total to create awareness. - Yeah, yeah, that's one piece of the conversation. And there's the whole like, you know, having motivation or whatever. I think a coach creates awareness. Honestly, I think a coach does not tell or should or bring pressure or even inspiration. I think if a good coach doesn't make it about them, it's not about what they've accomplished. It's about making others feel awake and aware. So they can make their own damn decisions about their own life. That is what a good coach is. It's not about like, look at me and look how great I am and look at how what I do. Because that's not necessarily what makes another person feel awake and aware about what they're doing. Showing off what you do does not help someone else be aware about what they're doing. You know what I mean? So it's like, why is the conversation about me? Why is the conversation about what I'm doing, you know? - And that's why we are always trying to share not just about what we're doing, but why are you doing it? - Yeah. - Like the point, like I want to show, even people missed the point when I showed portions. They were like, I need to follow up with that on the internet today. But people were like, how are you satisfied? I was like, begin this big thing. I'm like, oh my gosh, guys, like it's just, you're missing the point. This is a tool that I use at one meal. Like you've no idea what I eat, three hours before, two hours before an hour before or what I'm having with my body or like, yeah, yeah. It's a lot. It's definitely a lot because people are not awake. Just wait, come, you're missing the point. This is not what that is about. You need to make decisions for you, not because you should, not because you have to, it's because you want to. And that's how you show up every day. And that's gonna be enough, but to do that, man, do you ever have to be aware about your life? I'm like, aware about your existence and not just like go about and not just like follow the troopola. You know what I mean? Like your own thing. - Yeah. - Okay, everyone. Wow, again, what was this about? All the things. - All the things. - Okay, thank you for listening, you guys. We know it's summer, but hopefully this is keeping you busy while you're out for your walk. Or you're doing your laundry, which, oh my goodness, how about that? You didn't warn me or remind me 'cause you started the pool way sooner than me, but how many towels are gonna be washed this summer? A million, how many towels, how many laundry, like baskets of towels? - I don't wash them every time. I just throw them in the dryer. - Oh, okay. - I wash them every time. - You need to stop. - I could stop doing that. - Yeah, like every once in a while, I like wash them all, but like, no. 'Cause they're not dirty, they're just wet. - They're just wet. Okay, I see, I support you. - And the towels the kids use and the towels that I use, so that they're not like kitty. - I see, okay, yes. Okay, well, a great conversation, and we'll see you soon, goodbye guys. - Bye. - All right, bye, Leish.
