All right, folks, as I mentioned, we are the Dejan Docs. I'm the OG Dejan Doc joined by my co-host, none other than my brother into Genesee, Mr. Professor Locks, Derek Bennett, how are we doing today, brother? Doing well, doing well, Seb. What brings us here today? NFC South? NFC South, baby. Can you, hey, like 81 days, that's, I mean, it's basically, it's still too long until game one, for sure, for sure. Absolutely. What are you drinking over there? Well, for this monumentous episode, I brought out some good stuff, some horsey juice. You got the horsey's out there. Yup, from Colonel Blanton himself, you know. Colonel Blanton, yes, there, so is that a nice little pickup from our trip? It is, yeah. So, a couple of weeks ago, Bachelor Party weekend, a bunch of fellow Dejens met me down in Kentucky. We went to a bunch of different distillaries, went over to Churchill Downs, bet on some ponies. It was a great time, picked up a couple bottles of some nice juice while we were down there. It was a great time. Yes, sir. Hey, that's right. First of all, let's congratulate Derek there on his engagement. But more importantly, folks, just give you a little insight on what kind of level of Dejem we're talking about here. Derek, why don't you tell the good folks where you proposed to your wonderful soon-to-be wife? Well, speaking of Blanton's, Blanton's is made at one Buffalo Trace distillery in Frankfurt, Kentucky. And in February, it was a snowy morning in February, the 19th. You better figure that out for the wedding day, brother. I think it was the 19th. Yeah, we went in, picked up a couple bottles of E.H. Taylor that morning. It was cold, windy, wintery snow from the night before. And somehow, I coerced my now fiance back outside into this garden space that they have off the side of the gift shop. And I had a photographer over there. It was great. The moral of the story is, my guy loves drinking whiskey, so he proposed ahead of whiskey. Got a bunch of bottles of E.H. Taylor, which is one of my favorites, and got a fiance out of it too. That's really just a shout-out to Caitlin there. She's really just a trooper. So, here's to Caitlin on that one. Sure. All right, man. Actually, listen, we say, yeah, like you said, we took a trip down to Louisville, and someone who had never been to Kentucky and only heard, you know, the remnants of Kentucky as in, you know, limited teeth down there is really the biggest thing I knew going in. That was a damn good time. Bourbon City down there in Louisville. I thought it was definitely, and of course, Churchill down getting a bet on some horsey's. Yep. $2 beers. Happy hour. They had a lot of time. Hey, if you're ever find yourself in Louisville, Kentucky, and what, spring, summer on a Thursday, head over to Churchill down, bet on some horsey. Have a good time, man. I thought that was a good time. Other than these freaking airlines, man. Yeah. Before before before you get to that. Because you know, this is episode one, but like we've been doing a few recordings. We've done some kind of pop in episode kind of things from, from time to time, going back to last football season. I also hear that you are not just a doctor, but also got promoted. Right. Thank you. Thank you. Dr. Captain sub now. I don't know if that's how they say it. Yes. Which one goes first? What's the order there? We just, it depends. It depends who's acting. Usually, you know, doc in the army, everybody's doc, right? You can have as long as you can be putting on a bandaid. Hey, as long as you're there to help them out, they don't really give a shit. So usually you just, you know, you let, you let the ranks say, but sir's good enough. You know, I don't. And you were promoted in San Antonio. So go Braumas. Go South. Hey. I know this is a recording. It's going to come out later, but today is the UFL championship. I've been, I don't know about maybe just because, you know, I was feeding the fix for me, waiting for the NFL season. The UFL, yep, I got a chance to go to a game. They took, they, I got to do media credential actually for that game out in San Antonio. So ever since then, the Almodome, I've taken the Braumas on and they're in the championship. I'm calling for them to take down the Birmingham salons. They're going to dethrone those little ponies as much as I like to bet on the ponies. It's not the ponies I'm betting on. I'm going to take in on the Braumas, man. Braumables are going to come in there. Yeah. No. So we got, we got a lot, but let's say, why don't we say we kick this off? Why don't we, when we, we get this, get this roll in here. We are talking about, oh, real quick, before we forget again, I know it's a recording. But it is Father's Day while we record this recording on Sunday because we just miss football so much. We just want to talk about it. So Happy Father's Day to all those fathers out there, you know, all those great men leading the next generation. And in case somebody didn't tell you on Father's Day, we will tell you Happy Father's Day. No doubt, Happy Father's Day. Yes, sir. All right. We are going to move into, we are talking about the NFC South. And, I mean, let's be honest, Derek, how excited are you about this division overall? I'm going to get the banger of a division to start off with, man. I mean, all four teams here, you can't find a division like this one that has like no, like step above, like all of these rosters have holes. Like there's not one single roster that's like, that's a good team. Like it's so wide open. I mean, well, if you look at the, so we are going to get getting in a lot of our lines from draft kings. It's just kind of what we use a little bit easier. If we look at the odds prices, though, man, I mean, there it seems like they do have a clear favor. You got Atlanta at minus 115 as the favorites and you got the bucks at plus three 10 saints plus three 40 and Caroline Panthers at 11 to 1. Yeah, I agree with you. And in my opinion, like looking like you said, looking at the depth charts, looking at these teams, like, I understand there's a lot of hype around Atlanta and we'll get into that a little bit later. But yeah, this seems wide open just like last season when the bucks were, you know, I think they were like eight to one 10 to one coming to the season and they, they took that crown down and, you know, it's, it's very interesting that these prices the way they are, but I would definitely agree that a lot of a lot of moving pieces, a lot of influx of talent out flux attack. I mean, there's, there's a lot of, a lot of change in this division and, and they didn't start, you know, going back to last year. There wasn't much coming out of this division anyway, so it'll be an interesting, interesting conversation here. Hey, man, one of these teams has to host NFL playoff game. So despite the records, I do not am not anticipating two teams come out of this division, but hey, you never know. But yes, no matter how bad it is, one of them will be a playoff team. So we're absolutely going to talk about them. So, we're going to kick this off. We're going to start down in sunny Tampa Bay Buccaneers. We are coming off the NFC South reigning champions, the NFC, or the Tampa Bay Buccaneers there. So we're going to start kicking it off by. Why don't we talk about, let's see, we'll go over to their major losses. So guys that are no longer on the team, kind of just, we're going to be talking about mostly impact guys right guys. Now, on this show, on the DJ and jocks, we are again, two healthcare professionals who love football, right? We also love making money off football. So we are going to be talking both offensive defense here. We are not just simply going to be talking about just the little sissy offense. Okay, it's not just purely a fantasy thing because that's not how football works, right? Football is played with 11 on 11. So we are going to cover all aspects. So talking about major losses, except we're not, we're not talking about any special teamers, right? No, no. Okay. Yes, absolutely. They don't count. You're right. That's when you go, go get some chips or watch it. No, we'll see. Well, this is kick off. I don't know. We'll see, man. I'm personally not a fan. What do you think about this new kick off role where it looks very, you know, it'll take some, some time to get used to for sure. But at the same time, like it couldn't have gotten any worse than the kick off. Touchbacks, touchbacks and touchbacks, right? So yeah, for those that aren't tracking, you know, they move to and not. So the old XFL or XFL is not really thing. So the XFL, USFL combined to make the UFL in the spring world, but the NFL decided to take the old XFL's kickoff, where essentially, you know, it's just the kicker back there at the 35 or 30, wherever it is. And then they have the two teams, 10 players line up, 10 yards apart, and then you got the returner. Nobody can move until the returner actually catches the ball. So I think there was one touchdown return in the whole XFL season for a touchdown and everything else. It was a lot of like teams starting at the 25 30 anyway. So at least they'll be returning the ball so that action. Yes, right? There will be action, but we'll see how it plays out. I would have loved them to take the UFL approach where they just actually moved the kickoff back 10 yards. And so there is a lot special teams is huge in the UFL. But anyway, let's get into it. So major losses. So we have linebacker Devin White. He is no longer with the team. Now, also center Ryan Jensen, who's absolutely stud. Huge part of that 2020 Super Bowl team there with Tom Pabrady. He's retired, actually. So why don't we talk about him really quick. Really, just a knee injury that had an ACL, MCL, PCL tear. Una, it'll fully get back. He had some cartilage issues like he tried and then he wound up officially announcing his retirement a couple months ago this off season. Any thoughts on Jensen there? I mean, it's a huge loss for them, for sure. But at the end of the day, they filled that hole pretty quickly with Barton coming in from Duke. So we'll see how he can adjust. But overall, I mean, that's a huge surgery, huge injury to come back from, for sure. You know, especially from an offensive lineman perspective, that's a lot of weight being put on a knee. So I'm just saying with cartilage issues, like they don't go away. So from that perspective, it makes some sense, you know, to give it a good run to rehab and get going back. But it's somewhat understandable that he wasn't fully successful doing that. Yeah, I mean, to his credit, like he did try, right? He wasn't a lack of effort. You know, he definitely tried. He just couldn't get back. And at that point, it becomes a quality of life thing, right? Like you said, like, you know, once you start messing with the cartilage, there's not a whole lot you can do to replace that, right? He's probably looking at a knee replacement a couple years down the line and, you know, him kind of hanging it up for good. Maybe he'll let him, you know, not have to do that at such a young age. So shout out to you, Ryan Jensen, because he had an awesome career. Glad he got a super role ring there because he did a lot of good things for that organization. A couple more losses. You got Shaq Barrett, the good outside linebacker, Ed Rush are there, and Carlton Davis, one of their kind of cornerback number one for them. So talking about the additions, we had, like you just mentioned in the draft, first round pick, Graham Barton, there for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and then rookie running back Bucky Irving and Sterling Shepherd. So not a whole lot. Really, I think Barton's probably going to be your biggest impact there. But what are your big takeaways for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers going into this season? I mean, honestly, as far as losses go, I think towards the end of the season, Devin White and Barrett, they started kind of splitting snaps to a certain extent anyways. I think KJ Britt had started to take a little bit more of that workload from Devin White to begin with. So I don't know if that's going to be a huge loss there. I mean, Shaq Barrett is it. I mean, that's a big time pass rusher that they'll miss him, but they got a young stud coming in to fill him with the idea or however you say his name. So hopefully he can fill in that hole. The biggest loss for me is Carlton Davis. Like you said, he was the number one corner. He ended up in Detroit, I believe, right? You might be right there. Yeah, he's in Detroit now, which is good for the Lions. We'll talk about them in the coming weeks. But I think that's probably the biggest loss. And as far as additions go, they didn't do a whole lot in free agency. But I think they hit a couple good young guys in the draft with Graham Barton and Bucky Irving. Yeah, no, yeah, I would agree there. And that's just kind of my big takeaway here is that they're basically running it back on offense and defense. Right. So, you know, I think that it was a team that hey, they made it to the playoffs. They beat the Eagles. Was a playoff game. Yeah, they won a playoff game. Yeah, I mean, it was at home, but they beat the living piss at Philadelphia. Now Philadelphia was awful down the stretch. It was just awesome to see. I mean, yeah, if you were as a Giants fan, you'll quickly come to find out. I have no love loss for the city of Philadelphia or the Eagles. So fuck Philly. Yeah, I don't really care about that. So that was good to see. But yeah, no, and they were really close to beating Detroit. I know I remember we gave out. I mean, I remember made field alternate over on his passing yards. I mean, he really lit him up. It was a close game. They were kind of going, you know, drive for drive. If they could have got one more slot on shop on defense. I think that I have a real shot to make the NFC conference. So that's my big takeaway is that they're kind of running it back. You know, you do have some losses. And, you know, as we get into my biggest concern, you kind of mentioned it with the loss of Carlton Davis. That's secondary. Right. You got Jim L. Dean and Zion McCollum, your two starting cornerbacks. Dean has been OK, but he's struggling to stay healthy. You do have Antoine Winfield on the back end who's a hell of a player. You got Jordan Whitehev as the other side. But that's, I don't know, man. And especially losing some guys up front or at least in Shaq Barrett, like that's going to put even more pressure on that secondary. So, you know, it'll be interesting to see, like you said, they are kind of running it back minus those guys that we talked about, but they didn't bring anybody in in the secondary. So, yeah, it'll be, it'll be interesting. Yeah, no, that's, that's, I think the biggest thing as far as can that secondary actually hold up there. Yep, you're right. Carlton Davis went to the Lions. Devin White is on the Eagles, but you're like you mentioned a shell of himself. So good to see there. Shaq Barrett on the Dolphins. And again, Ryan Johnson did retire. As far as injuries, as far as injuries go, they're coming, they're basically coming in healthy, though. I mean, yeah, that's good for us as us as the D Gen Docs as far as injuries go. Really, the only guy that is semi beat up is Russell Gage. Yeah, but he's it. Yeah. So he's a free agent, actually, now, you know, that's true. Yeah. So, yeah. Yeah. So some of these, as Derek mentioned, some of these free agent guys we're going to talk about just kind of, they're not on a team right now, right? He actually was working out for the Saints this week. So we'll see if he gets picked up there and stays in the division. But yeah, Russell Gage. So some of the guys we're going to highlight these injuries as we go through is going to be really injuries that are going to impact this season. Right. So we're kind of talk, we're recording this, you know, OTAs just ended. You've got, we've got until the end of July. So we got about a month to almost two months until training camp really starts when we getting start getting a lot more updates. So we're going to be focused on a lot of like long term injuries, like Derek mentioned Russell Gage there. Petella patellar tendon tear. So, you know, that is that while ligament in your knee, right underneath the patellar underneath the kneecap that connects to what we call the tibial tuberosity. So when that's torn, require surgery, typically eight to 10 months. He's got 12 and a half months because he injured it right before the season started last year. So the only good thing about injuring yourself right before the season starts is you have over a year of recovery timeline. So any big takeaways from Gage there, not really, I mean he's not even on a team so not super big fan. That's a major injury for a wide receiver, but at the end of the day, he's got plenty of time to rehab and get that quad as strong as it can. Exactly, exactly. All right, so like we talked about, we are not just going to be talking to talk here. We are giving out actionable information, actionable bets or fantasy takes. So, that being said, why don't you start us off brother. What is the biggest takeaway, you know, biggest actual ticket item for your Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Yeah, so the one guy and kind of like we mentioned earlier, like this division is hard to come up with much actionable because none of the teams are really solid on paper. But at the end of the day like somebody's somebody's got to win some games and somebody's got to perform so with that being said I took an under off a draft Kings earlier today so I like Chris Godwin's under four and a half touchdowns for the season. It's only at minus 110, but he's he himself had quite a bit of injury issues last year. They brought in one of those Washington wide receivers. Yeah. Yeah, Jalen. So, you know, I think Godwin's another year early or another year older. He's had some injury issues four and a half. Isn't a huge number, but I really don't think he'll get there. I mean, with the box losing their OC to Carolina. Brandon new OC new system. Who knows what an aging Chris Godwin's going to actually end up doing. Yeah, no, yeah, I don't, I don't hate that at all. You know, Godwin. Yeah, like you said, he just dealt with a lot of injuries. He just didn't look like himself whether it was the injuries were. But he wasn't on the field and when he was, he didn't look like himself like you said. Yeah, I think it's kind of funny because you have two like kind of opposites as far as the Buccaneers by receiver room is to the two alphas right. Mike Evans just seems to just keep having 1000 yard seasons and keep putting up numbers despite getting the older and then Chris Godwin have we have seen that decline kind of from him. So, pretty interesting. Definitely don't hate that. Like you mentioned, they got the rookie McMillen there, which all I thought the trio of Washington, our receivers were all studs. You know, so maybe he steps up and takes his slot. You had Trey Palmer, rookie from last year from, I believe, for do. He showed some things last year, famously, whenever he woke up angry. It was a good time to bet his anytime touchdown. We definitely got on to that train. So he made us a little bit of cash there. So, okay, is that, that's what you got from the box you're taking under who do you like. So, he's like you said, somebody's got to win some games. And for me, I just think the prices are two nights to not pass up on the Buccaneers NFC South champions to run it back at plus 310. I just think, I mean, again, they're, they just did it last year. They had all the doubts and naysayers last year. And we saw what they did. We saw how they produced. And they're basically running it back, right? Like we talked about others outside of, you know, the potentially the cornerback position. They, they answered their questions at center with Graham Barton, who I think is going to be a solid player for them. Mike Evans is back. You have Baker Mayfield back. And like you said, Canales did leave. Now he's the head coach of the Panthers. But I think that the guy who's stepping up there at OC is going to be from a very similar mindset. I think they saw success last year. So why, why change a lot of things. So give me the box at NFC South champs plus 310. This is partially. I'm high in the box. This is also partially. I am very low on the rest as we'll get to find out. I'm not super high on the rest of this division. I think you still have Lavontae David Antoine Rintfield, Vida Veja, Kalajakansi. Like you still have some really stud guys on that defense. And the offense, again, you know, Rashad White stepped up. Mike Evans isn't dog and Baker Mayfield looked comfortable. And Kate and look like he could do some things. And this offensive line is kind of one of the better lines. You know, worse. They brought him Bredison, Barton, Cody Monch. It's a young offensive line. But I think they got a lot of potential. No, I completely agree with that. But question for you. Is the Bucks or do they still have the best defense in this division? Oh, man. I think it's a two horse race. I think it's either going to be definitely either of them or New Orleans. Now, New Orleans secondary, in my opinion, is better. I just don't know about their linebacker and core and their D line is getting a little bit old. Right. So, you know, I think that's a coin flip. But I will say, I do believe the Bucks have a much better offense than the sort of Saints do. Completely agree. Completely agree. Yeah. So that's pretty much it. The only one I was thinking about was to make playoffs at +145. But honestly, like we talked about at the top, I like the South to just win the division at +310. You're obviously getting a bit of price. But I do not really see two teams coming from this division. You know, I know they added that extra slot in the seven slot there for the playoffs, but still like, man, I don't know if we're going to get two teams out of the MC South. So give me like you said, if you're if you're crunching numbers, the likelihood of two teams coming out of this division is just not great. So you might as well take the 310 over the 145. Yep. Yep. Gonna go there. All right. Moving on. Before we do that, we just want to tell you, hey, we're talking about the NFL, but hey, if the NFL is only 81 days away and then college football season is right around the corner. So the countdown is on. S.U.P.N. has you covered the college football experience is doing individual team previews for every college football team. Yes. Every single division one college football team, they are breaking down each team. They got episodes that are like an hour long. They're diving in depth. I'm telling you the guys over at the T the college football experience. They are grinders. They are putting this out for you guys. We also have S.U.P.N.'s five minute fantasy football quick and dirty podcast, getting you prepped for all things fantasy. Of course, we're going to be throwing in some fantasy things here, talking injuries, how that affects the fantasy space. But if you want just direct fantasy content, that's a great podcast as well. So make sure you check those guys out. All right, folks, now we're heading down our up. Excuse me. We're coming from sunny Florida to hot Atlanta to talk about these Atlanta Falcons in the Mercedes-Benz Dones that has a great Chick-fil-A that I've got to eat during bowl season, but never during a playoff game. The Atlanta Falcons. So why don't we talk about who we're losing there as far as major losses, major gains. So the first one I'm going to lead off with, I don't really, it's a loss. It may be addition by subtraction. None of these were made losses. Desmond Ritter, who I believe is he on. I think Ritter, I think he got carried and traded to the Panthers. I'm not mistaken. I don't know about that one. Let me see. Hold on. I'll pull it up. I believe. Yeah. Yeah, trade it. Oh, no, I'm sorry. Not the note. Nope. Nope. Not Carolina to Arizona. Cardinals. Yeah. Yes. To the Cardinals. And then we have wide receiver, Van Jefferson got traded to your lurs of there. It's right in John who Smith down in Miami with the Dolphins. Outside linebacker, Ed Druscher, like their only Ed Druscher remaining, Bud Dupree traded to the L.A. Chargers. And then Kaleis Campbell headed down to Miami for the Dolphins. The guys they picked up, we all know about Kirk Cousins. Kind of a big free agency splash. Who we're going to talk about in a second as he's coming off that. Kaleis Tear. Darnell Mooney coming over from Chicago. Rondell Moore coming over from Arizona. And then that's the draft. The surprise in the big Pennics energy, Mr. Michael Pennics himself, who we were both high on as a prospect. I think he's the best pure thrower out of the pocket passer out of this entire draft. But, especially as we look at their roster, this is an absolutely absurd move. You are guaranteeing essentially that either you had a terrible free agency move in Kirk Cousins because he doesn't work out. And then you have to slot in Pennics. Or that you're just wasting away Michael Pennics who I didn't really take too much stock in him being an older quarterback. I think he's like 26. But I mean, now I do, if you're just going to sit him for, you know, three, four years, right? Three, four years, right? I'm fine. Like, I just don't get it. But I mean, hey, I guess we got to move on. That was their decision. They made their bed, let them lane it. Any big takeaways from, you know, big losses, big ads, you know, anything that sticks out to you. I think from a Falcons standpoint, looking back at last year, like their offense was okay. Their defense was not great. And I don't see any additions as far as defense goes. So I think you're going to touch on that a little bit more here in a couple minutes. But from an offensive standpoint, I think they're going to be solid. I mean, they're off the line is pretty good. They're returning a couple of stud backs in Bijon Robinson. And now she here. We'll see about these wide receiver, or, you know, catching money, any more options that they have, you know, Drake London has been okay, but he hasn't been the number one or a first round guy like they expected. It's the same way. So, you know, was it the lack of quarterback play that has held pits in London back? We're about to find out. That's what everybody's saying, right? That's what all the fantasy nerds are saying, right? Yeah, I mean, from an offensive perspective, I think they'll be, they'll be good. I think they'll be solid. But from a defense perspective. I can't name half a dozen dudes on their defense. Yes, we were. We are definitely going to get into that before we jump over to the big takeaways. Let's talk about these injuries because there are two big injuries to two big players for this team. We already mentioned Kirk Cousins dealing with an Achilles tear. So as we can see here, your Achilles tendon is connected to your calf muscles. So when it's torn, it does require surgery to repair. This is a lengthy recovery process about 10 to 12 months on average return to play. So when we talk about recovery timelines, just kind of at the top. We're talking about when can we actually see this guy getting out to the field and getting back to actually being a pro athlete and a professional football player getting to the things that can do. Not just pay is everything fully healed because that doesn't equate always. It's not like you're just, Hey, I can walk. I can play football. There's a lot of steps in between that Derek and I know very well because that's, that's kind of our world as physical therapist. That's what we do. So he's got about 10 and a half months of recovery time for the season. The other thing to note is it is a right Achilles tear. So that is his back leg where he has to kind of generate that power from for Kirk Cousins. So what are you thinking about Cousins going into the season? You know, are you think this is going to affect him? Are you know, is this something that's keeping you staying away? You know, Cousins going around QB 18 in most drafts there about 146 overall. What are you thinking? So, first thing as far as Kirk Cousins go, I, I like the guy. I mean, I don't know him personally, but he seems like a good dude. You and him as well as cash, Cole's cast brothers. That's exactly right. Yes. But I also want to thank him for not saying that he was going to come back for the Vikings playoff run last football season. I think he was realistic as far as his timeline goes on like other notable quarterbacks that have Achilles injuries. The speed bridge, bro. The speed. Yeah. Yeah. So with that being said, 10 and a half months, this injury usually, you know, sidelines folks for around 10 to 12 months. Yeah. So going into the season, you know, I think Kirk Cousins is going to be who Kirk Cousins is like, you're not expecting him to move around the pocket of time. You're, you're not expecting him to, you know, break out and run for 15 20 yards. So I think as far as a passer goes, he'll be fine. Yeah. As far as fantasy goes, I don't know if I would necessarily draft Kirk Cousins personally. I think he's one that, you know, depends on how deep your league is, but in your single 10, 12 team leagues. He's probably one of those that is going to end up on on a waiver wire is going to, you know, he may be, he may go through the draft, not being drafted anyway. If he, especially being in this new situation with kind of unproven talent around him from the wide receiver perspective. I don't know if he's going to be like that top five top 10 fantasy quarterback. So I would probably hold off on him, but with that being said, he's definitely an upgrade from from Heineke and, and Ritter. He's going to be like, you know, when you're just thinking of like a random random player, some like back in the day, like Rex Burkhead or somebody like that, you're never Taylor Heineke, you know, gets Tom Brady in the playoffs and kind of, you know, give him a little run before they want to see, like, that's going to be a great pull. That's a 20 years down the line. That's what I mean. I think you're, I think you're on it. You know, the little bit of concerns with it being the plant, the power leg where he's got to generate. So, you know, we'll definitely flush some of that out when training camp. But from that point, like, he is somebody that can push or is willing to push the ball down the field, and they will have some dudes that can run in terms of run down more and Dorna Mooney. So that may be missing from that offense. We'll see. Yeah, especially early on is the only thing I would see would affect, you know, the first four weeks. I think after that, he'll be fine. But, you know, well, one, for those that didn't know, we were talking about one of my dogs going off there in the back, but for those that didn't know what he was referring to, he was talking about Aaron Rodgers there in the near jets, where the other quarterback, the other guy who everyone was less than six months he was going to come back. Yeah, we were trying to tell. I think we were just yelling at the top of our lungs like hey guys, this is not, please don't fall for this. Like the worst thing I saw was draft Kings putting out like, will he return or will he make a pass and it was only yes you couldn't bet no. Like I always hate that's like that I feel like there's such a scammy thing like just taking people's money. There was no chance he was going to play. No, hopefully you didn't fall in that trap and you listened up last year. Question for you. Would you rather take Matt Stafford, Justin Herbert or Kirk cousins in your draft. Herbert are similar ADPs we're talking about with Kirk cousins. Read those back to me. Herbert Herbert Stafford or cousins. Herbert Stafford or cousins. Yeah, I would probably put cousins as in the three hole there. I would probably go Stafford one. Herbert two, and then cousins mostly because Stafford has weapons all around him in terms of Puka and. Cooper cup. Yeah, and then Herbert does have that running ability. I mean, he's a big tough dude that can move in the pocket so even with Harbaugh coming in there and wanting to pound the rock. I think he's going to have a decent year. Yeah, no, I actually, yeah, I would agree. I mean, I think I'd go Stafford cousins and then Herbert just because of that concern with Harbaugh really trying to run it 40 times a game. But no, I mean, yeah, it's interesting Stafford is actually going after cousins. Again, I pulled this I think from Fantasy Pro is just kind of average ADPs right so it might differ obviously in your draft a little bit but just want to talk about some guys similar range there. The other guy we're going to talk about really quick is G. Grady Jarrett defensive tackle there. I think their best defensive lineman by far in Atlanta. He's dealing with an ACL tear. So as you can see, ACL anterior crucial ligament, one of your major stabilizing ligaments in the knee. Similar to Achilles, you know, season and surgery. These guys actually got injured on the same day, same Sunday. So they're both coming back with two and a half, 10 and a half, excuse me, months to recover about 10 and a half, 12 months. You know, I wouldn't be surprised if Grady Jarrett starts, you know, maybe on a snap count or something like that for the first four games or so. I would not expect him to just have a great year as we're used to. So I would expect a little bit of a dip. What about you? Is this something that you're a little bit concerned about with Jarrett? No, no, I think, I think you hit the nail on the head as far as the snap count, especially again, big dude, put a lot of pressure, a lot of weight on those, on those knees on those ligaments. So that 10 and a half month timeframe, probably okay. But as we know, you know, the research shows, if we can get to a year, if we can get to 16 months, if we can get to 12 or two years. The likelihood of re-injury is a lot less. So I think he will start the season, but not at the same rate as we're used to seeing. Yeah. And I mean, this, you know, talking about ACLs, it doesn't usually affect why receivers running, excuse me, why receivers running back to skill guys a little bit more. But as Derek mentioned, you know, research shows that can take up to two years for a normal movement to return. So getting back to where you feel like you're old self, right? Not only a physical, but a psychological thing. You got to relearn how to walk. You got to relearn how to trust. You're a big boy. You're trying to, you know, you got offensive lineman, trying to fire out at him. And so it's not super easy, right? So, great. And yeah, let's, let's get back to big takeaways. I know you've talked about it. I'm going to do a favorite and pull up our, the depth chart here for the Atlanta Falcons. Um, let's take a look at that defense. I mean, we talked about Ray Jarrett, obviously great player about ACL coming back. You know, how much can we get from him this year. Outside of AJ Terrell and Jesse Bates. I watch a lot of football. A lot of football. I barely know, you know, I know Lorenzo Carter because he was a scrub for the Giants. So if you were not a starter for the New York football Giants on the defense last five years. Yeah, you being a starter is definite concerns for me. So I know you talked about, you know, you have a little bit more faith in this offense with B John Drake London cow pits. For me, I still need to see it other than be John Drake London and how it's a lot of potential. I still need to see it, but that defense. Holy shit. I can really name anybody. But like you said, outside of Terrell Bates. Um, you know, being being from Ohio, being a Buckeyes guy, Zach Harrison never, you know, got to the hype that he was getting when he was in college. So, I mean, if he's going to be their starter. I don't know what we're looking for. I'm just saying, like, on paper, this might be the worst defense in the league. Like, so I get like, you know, Drake London cow pits, Bijon Robinson and fantasy. And they're flashy. You know, I think you're right. You said their offensive line isn't bad. They're decent group. But yeah, maybe I can get excited for the offense, but that defense just absolutely takes away my excitement right away. So this leads me into, you know, I'll start off with my best bet. You probably can tell where I'm going with this. But I will be taking the under nine and a half wins on the Atlanta Falcons this year. They were seven and 10 last year. I don't think they're three wins better than where they were. You have a quarter. Obviously, Kirk Cousins is an upgrade at quarterback coming off the Achilles coming off the questions of why the hell did you guys just draft a rookie in the first round. You just paid me a shit ton of money. I don't like that situation. You know, Darnal Mooney, Rondo Moore, they've always kind of been guys with a lot of potential. Never really put up the numbers. So even if the offense is successful, I'm telling you, man, that defense scares the living hell out of me. So I like the under at plus 115 there. And then I also like them to miss the playoffs at plus 200. We just talked about only think one team is going to come out of this division. I think that, you know, if they're not going to get above nine wins or nine and a half. Excuse me. You know, I think they're going to be somewhere close to where they were maybe even eight nine or something like that. I don't think that's going to be enough to get the playoffs or get the division win there. So, give me their under nine and a half at plus 115 and to this playoff at plus 200. What do you got for the Falcons. So I went back to the, the player props. Well, with the Falcons. So, like you said, I am a little bit higher on the Falcons, at least their offense, then you are with Kirk cousins coming in there. We know he likes to throw to his number one target. Drake London's going to be that guy. Last year he finished with just over 900 receiving yards. I think it was 69 receptions. Exactly. I can see a path where he gets an extra, you know, 15 point receptions and extra 250 yards, 300 yards, and gets over his 1250 receiving yards on the year. And that's right now at plus 200 on draft King. So I'm going to. I'm going over 1250 for Drake London at plus 200. I mean, it's a lot of yards, but plus 200. I mean, he got to 900 with Desmond Ritter and, and. Yeah, you got it. Hey, even though I'm low on the Falcons like there, you know, we're going to talk about another team where I think that there's a clear alpha wide receiver. And if they're smart, they're going to feed the hell out of them. And, you know, he was open. I think that, you know, I draft a Drake London last year. I don't, you know, I think he's a good, good by receiver. He's got a lot of potential, but that quarterback situation was just got awful. And you're right. He almost put up a thousand yards with that. So I definitely do not hate that play at all, even though I am kind of Falcons hater for this season. All right, folks, real quick, we are halfway through. So we're going to tell you about some of our sponsors here and we're going to start off with underdog fantasy. We talk about them a lot. They are friends over there under dog. They've got pick eight now. Talked about at the top, but that's where you can get up to eight picks instead of the usual five. You can get up to 325 X your amount. That's right. One dollar can win you $325 with all their boost and specials there. They're really using a lot of specials and boost lately. You know, you got your number off NBA finals are still happening at this point. Boston hasn't gone and, you know, finally finished off the Dallas Mavericks after looking to going up three. Oh, Dallas is still alive at this point. Again, when we're recording, who knows if they'll be alive for much, many, much longer. So make sure you get it over under dog fantasy. And again, use promo code SGP and Doc. That's all one word. All caps. SGP and Docs to claim your special pick and first time positive offer up to 250 in bonus cash under dog fantasy.com promo code SGP and Doc there. Listen underdog, I know we love to play during the season. I'm playing it right now over on the UFL sphere. You know, this is just a example of, you know, sometimes I give out winners, folks. That's all I'm saying. So UFL, I thought it's been, it's been a lot of fun. Definitely not as, you know, it's interesting these new leagues, not as many plays, you know, not as much kind of develop throughout the season. So, but definitely those spring football leagues. Not, you know, not everybody watches them. So you can sometimes find some lines that just don't make sense. Right. So underdog fantasy. Make sure you guys check them out there over it. You get your player projections, fantasy projections, things like that. All right, folks, we are going to head into the bottom of the division last year, and that is your Carolina Panthers. It's a hell of a nice stadium there we, we watched the game or two in that stadium. We did go in our in our pit days. That's right. Do you remember watching Clemson slaughter. Yeah. Clemson beat the living tar out of the Pittsburgh Panthers there. I forget what year the ACC championship that was when it was Lawrence was still there. Right. Lawrence was still there and Kennedy was, was lighting it up for Pittsburgh. So. Yeah, yeah. Good days. Good days. All right. So we're going to start off as always. We're going to talk about the losses and the additions. We got a lot for the Carolina Panthers. And most literally Brian Burns is now a New York football Giants. Very, very excited about that as a Giants fan, as I mentioned. You also have DJ Chark who never really worked out. Go to the Chargers, Leviscus Chanel to the Seahawks. He didn't hearst to the Chargers. Frankie Lou, Lou went to the commandos there, Jeremy Chin safety. Went to the commandos as well. And cornerback Shaquille Griffin went to Minnesota. For the additions, they got Jonathan Brooks running back out of Texas. He was there, you know, really second round draft pick. You have Deontay Johnson coming from the lures there. You had Xavier Laguette, their first round draft pick, wide receiver from South Carolina. Then you have Jadea and Clowney still kicking in the league. He's been added to offensive guards and Robert Hunt and Damian Lewis. And then Josie Jule taking over the middle linebacker spot to take over for Frankly Louvoo and Dame Jackson to take over for Dante Jackson who went to the Steelers. So a lot of moving parts there. What are your big takeaways? Good thing that they've made some moves because overall, like kind of like you said, like Brian Burns is going to be, is going to be missed. And you're perfectly fine with that. Him going up to the New York football Giants. Do not need that one bit. Do not hate it one bit. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, Jeremy Chin, Shaquille Griffin, a couple notable losses as well. I think the big thing for them was like, their offense sucked. They were so bad. They were so bad. Basically, every single every level, you know, I mean, you bring in a rookie quarterback and Bryce Young and don't give him anybody to throw to his offensive lines. One of, if not the worst in the league. And I think they tried to do them a favor here and go out and get a couple new pieces in terms of wide receivers, a couple of big guards to help protect him. And we talked about a little bit earlier, how the Bucks former OC, what's his name? Dave Canales. Dave Canales. Is he the coach? Oh, that'd be on K Johnson. I'm going to say, man, you're about on the same pages or new star wants to figure it out. Okay. Showed a meeting, joining a new company, going out to dinner and not knowing your boss, like your CEO, right? Like the guy who brought you here. That's, that's fucking insane. That's great. That's wild. Absolutely insane. But I mean, as a resident Steelers fan. Deontay Johnson. I can see it. Is everybody crazy? Like, dude, I've never been the biggest DJ fan. I'm not going to lie. Not to say that I like him walking at the door. What's that? He's got to have mind control abilities. These dudes are crazy when they leave. Yeah, no. A B. Now Johnson just, and he even admitted, like telling the story. Yeah, I didn't know my head coach was like, I know. I mean, Tom, Tomlin has them locked down when they're in the steel city. But once they leave, whoo, find out a lot. No, I think they did get better on offense. Bringing in Jonathan works that I know you're not high on, but it's another, another horse in that stable of running backs that can Alice is going to use. So we know with him in Tampa, he's going to pound the rock. Like, they weren't super efficient when they ran the ball, but we're going to go to the well over and over again. If you ask Johnson and look at should be better options than. What the DJ shark Leviscus and all. Yeah, basically, basically anybody outside of feeling who knows anybody else on their offense. So, yeah, you know, I think they're going to be better. How much better is the question. It's almost hard to be worse. So, yeah, definitely definitely get that. No, you mentioned it. So, yeah, the real big injury. So we'll talk about some minor ones really quick. Shaq Thompson, obviously a huge player for them. A linebacker there outside linebacker. He had a fabulous fracture. The bone essentially broke right. So typically about three to four months. A lot of times with the bones. It's just about letting that bone heal. Sometimes you need surgery, depending on what type of fracture it is, you know, if it's stable or not. But really, it's three to four months. He's got 11 and a half months to recover. It just sucks because it happened in the beginning of season and it just took the whole season and there was no point of trying to rush him back with that pitiful season. They had there in Carolina. So he should be absolutely good to go. And then you mentioned the rookie Xavier Laguette from Carolina, the South Carolina there hamstring strain. Seems minor happened in OTAs, you know, something to monitor. Hamstrings are a bitch. They are definitely the most one of the most burdensome injuries in the NFL. They suck to rehab because you feel better. Like, you feel like, oh, I feel like I'm good, right? And they have a high re-injury rate. So before that muscle is actually fully healed, you're going to feel better. So these athletes are going to try to push themselves. And there's where a lot of re-injuries. So as long as he can avoid that, he's got a lot of time still in the offseason. Not too worried there. But Jonathan Brooks is the big one. And we'll talk about him a little bit. ACL tear, which we just talked about. Again, major stabilizing ligament in your knee. He got injured on November 11. So he's got just about 10 months until the NFL season. So why don't you give your take on Brooks and then I'll go after. Yeah. So I think as far as the timeline goes, it's not awful, but it's not in his favor by any means. Like you said, I think that 10 month mark is the earliest that we would ever send somebody back. And with that being said, they have a stable running backs. They got mild sanders. They got Chuba Hubbard. They just brought in Rashad Penny, who's dealt with injuries in his own sense. You could ever stay on the damn field, man. Exactly. But they have other backs to get them through that first four, six weeks, if they were to delay his timeline a bit, which probably would be beneficial. But I think it's also one of those, you got a new toy. You want to play with it kind of a thing. So it'll be interesting to see how quickly they get him on the field. Yeah. So yeah, you kind of alluded to it. I've got a little bit of strong feelings about Jonathan Brooks and kind of here's how it breaks down for me. I will say this, Jonathan Brooks, out of the rookie running back class, clearly went healthy. The best running back. He did some awesome things at Texas. He only really played one year, right, sitting behind B. John and Rochon Johnson. Oh, so, you know, in his first real season as being the guy, he had a major injury. Then he's a rookie in the NFL. Speed changes. Now you're saying, he's going to get little to no time as far as OTA's training camp. Like, he's not going to be ready. No, and even at the 10 month mark, running backs have a difficult time trusting their knee again and getting back to it. So I expect a really slow start. I expect him to not even maybe be ready for week one. I think it's in his best interest to not get rushed forward and be thrown out their week one. Here's how I see it though. You know, right now he's going to RB 25 right around number pick number 90 overall for the fantasy football season. I think that he's going to, you know, it's whether injury or whether just trying to catch up to the league. He's going to struggle early on. So the way I would play in the fantasy is I would not be drafting Jonathan Brooks because he's going too high for me right now. But if you think Jonathan Brooks, like I kind of do, thinks that I think he's going to be the best why receiver are, excuse me, best running back in this draft class, just not this season. So if you're playing from a dynasty standpoint, or even from a redraft standpoint, I would look to let him disappoint the initial owner and then try to trade for Jonathan Brooks, potentially later in the year, or again in that dynasty aspect. Right. So right now for me, he's kind of a fade the first half of the season, but I'm pretty interested to see what he looks like in the second half of the season. He's going around guys like Zach Moss and Dak Prescott, although I hate to cowboys. I would rather for this season take definitely Zach Moss. I'm a big Zach Moss fan. And Dak Prescott, I think we'll probably put up more points than Brooks as well. So I just think he's going too high for me right now. And that's kind of how I would play that. All right. I think you hit the nail in the head there as far as, you know, waiting. I wouldn't probably draft him, but if he ends up on the waiver week, six week eight, then I may be interested. Yeah, no, absolutely. One quick note I'll add is that one of the biggest concerns for me with this team. Like Derek mentioned, a lot of moving pieces. So, you know, which when you're that bad, it's probably a good thing, right? You got, hopefully at least get a little better. With the loss of Hayden Hurst, they didn't really bring anybody in. Tommy Trembl is slated to be their tight end number one right now. So that's a little bit concerning. You know, he's he was fun guy to play in the anytime touchdown market sometimes because he had like, you know, 50% of his catches were going for touchdowns last year, but he didn't have a lot. Right. So that's a little bit concerning, but I will actually kick it to you. What is your best bet for the Carolina papers? So I got a couple of thoughts here. So the one that I'm all over is Clowney's sack total, which is only at six and a half. Okay. They really don't have many other pass rushers. Not really. They won him probably the biggest one. Exactly. I mean, you lose Brian Burns. Yep. He had nine and a half with a defensive or a loaded defense in Baltimore last year. So, um, I think, I think Clowney's number is just a little bit low for me. You know, nine and a half sacks last year. Yep. Holy shit. Yep. So six, six and a half. I think is, is a pretty good number for him to get over. The one that I'm kind of interested in is Bryce Young come back player of the year. Oh, what is he coming back from sucking? Exactly. Wait, he's listed in that market. Are you serious? That's like 4,000. That would make the plus 4,000 come back player of the year. Just just the one come back later. Right. They bring in a ton of of new offensive weapons for him. They get him. Help up front. They get him a new OC head coach, whatever you want to call a canals. I'm just saying. Well, I'm thinking, I'm thinking about it. It's, it's 40 to one. So I'm not going to, you know, I'm not going to, I'm not going to tear it apart. Listen, I, I think Bryce Young can be a good quarterback. I did like him coming out of the draft. Um, you know, he was, you're right. He was in probably the worst situation ever in Carolina last year. So I'm not ready to just throw him away like everybody else is, but. Okay. Okay. Can Alice, can Alice came in and fix Baker in Tampa Bay? Okay. You bring in Deontay Johnson. You bring in a stud rookie water seaver and look at. You have a boatload of running backs already. Like everybody's, everybody's throwing them to the wolves right now. So he's coming back to the slaughterhouse as it is 40 to one. Okay. So, I mean, Baker was close to getting, getting that award. You know, when, and he was, I think he was like 200 or one or something like that. So, okay. I don't hate it. You know, you got the, all right, I can build the narrative. You know, you have the number one draft pick was hell, like terrible situation, not really his fault. Now he gets some help. Like you said, QB whisper. Oh, see, comes in. Okay. All right, let's see. I don't know if I'm ready to pull trick yet, but 41 can't really knock it. All right. We mentioned it a little bit. I've got one play here. My best bet for the Carolina Panthers for the 2024 NFL season is Jonathan Brooks under five and a half rushing touchdowns. Question for you, Derek. How many rushing touchdowns do you think the Carolina Panthers had as a team for the 2023 season? Five. Not that low, but they had seven. Oh, seven rush touchdowns. And that's not one player. That is every player on that team. They had seven rush touchdowns. Right. So even if they're not as bad as they once were last season, like we talked about, they still have mild Sanders. They still have Chupa Hubbard. He's coming off an ACL tear. I just think that this is a very hard number to reach. Now, I did not take his, you know, that's at minus 135. So was his under on yards. I think it says yards is like 725 and a half. I went touchdowns instead of yards because, like I said, I do think that he is going to be the best running back in this draft class. So if he has some pretty massive games, you know, he starts to get back into it. They kind of play him early. And then he actually goes off. I think that he definitely could get there on the yards. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. I just think touchdowns is going to be hard. I don't know how many touchdowns they're going to be scoring. And again, the leader, I think it was Chupa Hubbard had five. And then there was two other players that have won seven touchdowns for the team. I just don't see it. So give me the under five and a half rushing touchdowns there. All right. We are on to our last team. But before we do that, I got to tell you about one more of our sponsors here. And that is rhythm. R-I-T-H-M-M. They are, if you're betting the NBA player props, then you need to download rhythm. Look, they are the go-to spending, sports betting tool that transforms complex data into actual insights, empowering betters, but smarter, smarter, data driven decisions. It's great at identifying value on any players, including bench players that gave out Sam Houser over four and a half in game four and they crushed it. I was on that one myself. So listen, you know, I said a lot of big words there that even me having a doctorate is like, man, these guys, they're they're a lot smarter than I am. So trust the people over at rhythm there. Claimers seven a three trial by going to sports gambling podcast.com/rhythm and that's sports gambling podcast.com/r-i-t-h-m. Head over there folks for the again, listen to people a lot smarter than Derek and I give out these models and help you out. It kind of lets you, you can create your own models by doing, you know, adding little, little tweaks there for yourself. So it kind of makes that experience. It brings it a lot closer to home. So it is a cool thing. Definitely check them out over there. All right. Last team. We got the New Orleans Saints, baby. The Saints are marching in. This is, this is going to be a little bit of an easy one from the top as far as additions and losses. Yep, not a ton. Right. This first loss, most shows might not even mention, but you know, I think he is a vital member of any team and that is Mr. James Winston. The one of the biggest characters the NFL has to offer. He is now in Cleveland with the Sean Watson. That locker room, that quarterback room must be interesting to Sean Watson. One of these, one of the best team builders in the league, as long as he's not on my team, because he is out there, dude. I don't know if I could put up with listening to him and seeing him pop up on up on the team. I love me. I love me. I love me. I love me. I love him. He is a Florida state seamen hole. So I have to remember that. You know, I don't have too much love for him as a gator, but he is a character. He's a good time. Michael Thomas, who also, of course, surprise, surprise, ended the year on the IR and didn't play because he's charming, ultra soft. So every year, people tried to talk me into Michael Thomas. He's been on my do not draft list for the past two and a half, two, I can't remember three, definitely two, if not three years in a row. And that's played off pretty nicely. So do not have the conversations right now. He doesn't have a team. So hopefully we don't hear that. And then safety Marcus May, and then with your additions, they brought in Chase Young, a, they drafted the left tackle for Wagga. And then linebacker Willie Gay from the Chiefs. So not a ton of moving parts, but enough. What are your big takeaways there? Sounds like they're basically just running it back with, with a couple of additions. In terms of Wagga and Chase Young, I mean, this team's just getting older, to be honest with you, like, they've, they've kept this same group around for, for quite some time, which is, which is good, in most cases, but as we're probably going to talk about like, some of these guys are just getting up there and they're starting to lose a step as well. So the Saints are an interesting bunch. They don't have a ton of playmakers, Olave is a stud. Kamara, who knows when he's going to show up with his contract, you know, issues. Yeah, the Saints are an interesting bunch. Yeah, no, I agree. Yeah, it's, it's definitely, you know, one of those where, similar to the Buck situation, there's not a ton of changes, right, they are getting a little bit older. I do like that left tackle there for Wagga, but again, he's a rookie at left tackle. That's a pretty important position. Right. So, talking about some of the feedback that's questionable at times, not the most mobile for damn sure and dare. In terms of decision making. Yeah. Yeah. So we'll talk to some of their injuries real quick. Ryan Ramchek, they're a long time off in his tackle. He had a minor procedure, but he's got some cartilage knee issues again, similar to Ryan Jensen thing. So he has not retired. He's saying he's going to try to come back and play, but this is something that's not going to go away. He's had to miss multiple games the past couple seasons due to these cartilage issues coming up. It's only going to get worse. It's not going to get better the more you play on it. So that's something of concern. That's probably a decent reason why they went ahead and took an offensive tackle in the first round of the draft, but he is slated to start for them. So that's a bit concerning as far as if he's even going to play next year, let alone what level he's going to be able to play at. We've got Marsha on laddamore end of the year with a high ankle sprain. That's even the worst cases, Florida, like three to four or five month injury. He's got 10 months. He's going to be fine. Really one of the newer ones that I want to talk about is Joanne Johnson in OTAs. He just suffered a foot fracture and didn't say exactly where, but the timeline was 10 to 12 weeks of recovery. We're about, you know, a little bit over two and a half months until the NFL season. So he's going to be kind of pushing it close to that start of the season there. You know, what are you thinking about Joanne Johnson with this foot fracture? Yeah, I mean, to start the season, that's the question mark. Like, I think he'll be fine for six weeks in, but those first two, three, four weeks are a major question. Does Taysim Hill slide out to tie it in a little bit more? Do they bring, do they run it back with Jimmy Graham for a whatever 15th season in the NFL? I don't know, 14, 15, whatever he is at this point, you know, do they find that glue, that bridge guy for a month, basically? Yeah. That's a feeling for, for Joanne Johnson. Yeah. Now, Joanne Johnson was someone that I know a lot of people in the fantasy space were pretty high on because he was a, you know, low, yeah, high ceiling. You didn't have to risk a lot, low risk, high ceiling type of plays. He's going around tight end 22, 184 overall. Guys, like Isaiah likely and, excuse me, Tyler Conklin are going around that range. You know, I think this is a situation where we got to see, but I wouldn't, I wouldn't, you know, alarms wouldn't be going off. Again, a lot of times with the foot fracture with the bones, it's just allowing that time to heal. You can't really push it too far, but he has a decent shot. They're expecting to be ready for the start of the season. Derek said maybe, you know, he's got to take a couple of weeks to get caught up to speed. But if you were really high on the Joanne Sonja train, I don't think you have to completely get off. I think this could be an opportunity to potentially grab some value there. If people are like really scared of this injury, that should be that bad. Again, we're supposed to get more information, but based on what we know now, it's not a list, Frank, where it sees an ending. It's not anything crazy. So, you know, I think this situation where you can potentially grab some value if you're high on him. Now, I, myself, am not the most high, like I understand the play, but he's not someone I'm really going on my way for. But again, he's going around guys like Isaiah, likely Tyler Conklin. I'm not really high on any of those guys either. I'm actually pretty high on Mark Andrews for next season, coming back from his injuries. We'll talk about in a couple of weeks. But yeah, so again, Joanne Johnson, something where I would not, you know, change your take entirely too much, whatever it was going into the season based off this. All right, so we're trying to talk about some big takeaways there. We talked about, you know, Camara's currently holding out because his contract. I'm going to assume things get worked out there before the season. We got, again, you know, a couple months until that we get to that point. But really one of my big takeaways is that looking at this offense, you know, outside of Camara and Elave, especially on the outside with Elave, where are we going to get production? You know, you got Rashid Shaheed, Cedric Wilson, Juan Johnson or Taysom Hill. Like you mentioned, you know, none of those guys scare me even a little bit. You've got an aging offensive line with ram check and we use McCoy have been there for a while. So, you know, for me, it's, it's the, I think the defense, you know, they're always pretty stout. You got tomorrow, Davis, Willie Gay, I think is a good addition. You know, the Deebo, Marshall, Latimer, Ty, Tyron, Matthew, I really like their secondary. And they brought in Kool-Aid McInch Street there. That's a, I think he's going to be a good player as well. So, you know, the defense, I'm not as worried about, but their offense does give me some pause as far as just, are they going to have enough firepower? You know, just keep up with, like, I think the Bucks have a much better offense. We'll see how it plays out in Carolina. They've definitely got enough changes. They could be better. You like Atlanta, I think I have to at least admit Atlanta's offense. Like, there's a good chance they're the third or fourth best offense in this league. So, that's where I'm concerned about. What about you? Any concerns for the team? How do you, how do you like them overall? No, I think we're on the same page again here. I mean, Olave is a stud. I love him, you know, coming out of Ohio State, another Buckeye so that I can talk high about. But besides him, who else would we throw in the ball to, or she'd she'd eat as a big time playmaker, but the volume of a big player just has not been there. That's like Wilson. Yeah. Okay, I guess for a third option. But you should not be a starting wide receiver in the NFL, at least from what I've seen so far. Yeah, I would tend to agree with you there. I mean, like you said, Alvin Khmer, you would hope that they could figure out his contract situation. Sooner rather than later, but you have Kendra Miller. There you have Jamal Williams still hanging around New Orleans. So, I mean, there's just not a ton to love on the offensive side that their offensive line should still be solid. But again, with ram checks in and out, that's hard to say. And so, yeah, I think this could be one of those that they. You know, scored 14 to 16 points again, and I'm winning. Six or seven, just because the defense is so soft. Yeah, I'm right there with you. So I'll lead us off here with, you know, best bets, best thing. You talked about him already with the Lave, you know, I do, I am really high on him. I think his, he's only at 1,025 and a half receiving yards is his line for his overall this season for his future. I just think that's too low. He's two for two for that number already in his career. He's the clear one, number one, my receiver now. Like, again, I just think he's going to get so many targets. I think he's going to get there by volume because it's going to be Kamara out of the backfield. It's going to be him and whatever they decide to do at tight end, right? So you'll take your deep shots to Shaheed. But I think as the guy who's going to get you, you know, 10 to 12 targets a game, I think he's going to easily pass this number. So give me Chris a Lave over 1,025 and a half receiving yards at minus 110 there. What do you got? So you actually already mentioned this guy as well. I'm going to flip over to the defensive side of the ball with a new rookie Kool-Aid McKinstry. Okay. Question for you. He was at Alabama for three years. Yeah. How many interceptions did he have his entire career? Oh, Kali. In college, I feel like they're giving him a like candy three years at Alabama. I'll say 10. Two. Holy shit. Okay. And his over under interceptions on the year is one and a half. So I'm going under one and a half. Okay. Kool-Aid McKinstry. They do have some other DB's that can lock people down. So could he be seeing the lion's share of targets? You know, wide receiver targets potentially, which could lead him to some more interception opportunities. Yeah. But going back to Alabama, he was never like that ball-hocking DB. Yeah. He would either break things up or hit stick yet. I mean, he's a tough dude, but like, I just don't see him getting too many picks. So under one and a half at 120 plus 120. No, plus money there too. Yeah. That's a good pole. That was where like, I'm just, if I'm just looking at the line, like, I'm like, Oh, yeah, okay. I would definitely say he'd get this, but two in his career in three years. And like you mentioned, you got Paul Sanadivo and Marshawn Latimore there. Those are some, I mean, those are some stud guys in front of him. You know, whether he gets on the field with nickel, he's going to be battling out with a long take Taylor there down New Orleans, but I like that. I like to play a lot actually. I'll probably definitely be out of that. It's my portfolio. All right, brother. We did it. Let's do a quick recap of all the bets that we like. So why don't you run through yours and then I'll run through mine and then we'll go on and get out here. Okay. So we started off with under four and a half touchdowns for Chris Godwin at minus 110. Then it jumped up to Drake London over 1250 receiving yards at plus 200. Jumping over to Carolina. Jadavio and clownie over six and a half sacks on the year at plus 110. Maybe sprinkle a few dollars on brace young for comeback player of the year at 40 to one. And then Kool-Aid McKinn Street under one and a half interceptions at plus 120. Love it, man. Love it. Good stuff. Good stuff. All right. For my, what would you throw out? Yeah. For mine, we're going to go with Tampa Bay NFC South champions at plus three, 10. Carol are, excuse me, Atlanta under nine and a half wins at plus 115 to miss the playoffs plus 200. For Carolina, Jonathan Brooks under five and a half rushing touchdowns at minus 135. And to wrap us up, Chris Alave over a hundred, a thousand and twenty five and a half receiving yards at minus one, 10. And that is pretty much it, folks. You're going to take notes so I can, so I can write down all these locks. You read them. Hey, man, that's, that's what we're trying to do.
