Chuck Morito joins us now, former Homeland Security Department advisor, and also former Secret Service Supervisory Special Agent. Chuck, welcome in. Thanks for being here. JT, good to be back with you. I got to tell you, we've got a couple of things to talk about here. We might need you a little bit longer than, you know, four minutes. Can you stay till 10-30 this morning? Wow, we got a lot to cover here. All right, let's start with Joe Biden's in competent city at the border. First, and then we'll talk about a Secret Service Department, he's got. But first, I mean, how many gotaways we got? I was listening to Tom Holman the other day, and it's like unbelievable how many arrests we've made, not to mention the getaways on terrorists alone. Yeah, no doubt. I got to tell you, they still keep running with that 2 million number under gotaways. It's double that. It's probably closer to 5 million right now, pushing 4.5 to 5 million. So it's out of control, absolutely out of control. And he's made and this president's made the country a much more dangerous place. We've got criminals and terrorists coming right across the Southwest border. And he's part of the reason why the threat level here in the United States is through the roof. 5 million terrorists, you think are swarm into country? Oh, no doubt, no doubt. We've got terrorists that are part of that 5 million, no doubt that we've got terrorists that are part of those that are being encountered, being led into the country because they can't be thoroughly vetted. So yeah, no, you're exactly right. We've got a high number of some very bad people that have been led into the country, whether on the terrorism side or the criminal side. So the possibility of another attack in this country that's completely orchestrated and all 5 million on such and such a date, it's such and such a time, we're going to get the go and it's going to be explosion city around the country at all at one time. Is that feasible? Well, yeah, because his policies have directly undercut the entire Homeland Security apparatus. So everything that was put in place and created after 9/11, 2001, he's undercutting. He's undercutting the agencies like CBP and ICE and the FBI that are tasked with preventing terrorism in the country. He's undercut state and local law enforcement, what they try and do every day. He's funding and supporting sanctuary cities that are harboring criminals and terrorists. The list goes on and on and on. He is endangering personally every single American in this country. And as those numbers go up, of those being led in, encounters between those criminals, those terrorists and Americans is also going to go up. All right, I want to talk about what happened over this past weekend with Donald Trump in Pennsylvania and the assassination attempt in the Secret Service. He thanked them during his speech last night. The agents took care of him. But up the ladder, as a former Secret Service Supervisor, especially at yourself, this director should have been gone immediately, don't you think? Yeah, absolutely. I agree. They are the ones that request the state and local law enforcement assets to help them with that. And ultimately, it's their responsibility to make sure that when a building, such as the one that the shooter access the roof of, that these buildings, these threats are mitigated and taken out of play, that they are covered adequately so that you don't have somebody perched on an elevated roof, 130 yards away with a direct line of sight to the former president who can cause significant harm and death. Do you believe that there was just a ball dropped here? Do you believe that they didn't really want to give enough personnel to cover the former president? Do you believe that they just didn't give a rip? I mean, what happened? At the end of the day in the investigation, what do you think we're going to find out about her, the director? I think we're going to find a lack of follow through on the part of the Secret Service who has to take the hit on this. They've got the responsibility, a lack of follow through to make sure that that building was sufficiently covered. And that's going to lead to other types of questions like hiring and training and resourcing. Does the Secret Service have the resources and are they being adequately assigned dependent on the threat level? That's what the director is going to have to answer, and I'll tell you, on Monday when she testifies, there's going to be some fireworks. No doubt about it.
