I'm JT and our buddy, Roy O'Neill, back with us to kind of recap some of the fun last night. Another powerful night. I mean, it seems every night or they're knocking it out of the park. I mean, they just have not led up with, I thought, more energy and unification and some great speeches. Highlight for you last night. Well, and it's funny because you do try to have all these rallying cries and to bring everyone together, hoot and holler and cheer. But then you get moments like the Gold Star family is coming out. And that really, now you're choking back tears after you're cheering and applauding five minutes before. So it really has been this up and down emotionally for people who attend this. But you're right. I mean, this whole convention has just been going along so well for the Republicans. You know, no big protests. We're not seeing pictures of tear gas or people in the streets or anything like that. Instead, just to focus on a lot of those EDPs, the everyday people who've been telling some pretty compelling stories. Yeah, you mentioned the Gold Star family's very emotional night last night. And when one mom stood up and said that I just don't trust my son's life who's in the armed services with Joe Biden, I thought, oh my gosh, I mean, that in a nutshell, because I don't know about you, but I've heard from a number of people, you know, would your kids enlist or ask young people, how do you feel about, you know, going into the armed services and serving your country? And nine out of 10 times, not under this, you know, administration. I'm just not, you know, comfortable with it and don't feel that it's as strong as it needs to be for me to be out there. I like the World War II veteran speaking of people in the services. I thought he was really good and had some good points. But obviously JD Vance last night, if you've seen, you know, Hillbilly Elegy, you know, his story growing up, but he presented it last night. I liked his wife, Usha, introducing him. She was real and, you know, really brought the family unit there together. And, you know, the background a little bit more on them. And, you know, as he culminated at the speech last night, I thought it was another, you know, great night tonight. Tonight, the big one with Donald Trump. Right. And that's what a lot of people are looking forward to, of course, the big first public comments since the assassination attempt on Saturday. And I'd love to get a copy of the speech he was going to deliver. You know, he says that he tossed out the one that he was going to give following the attack on Saturday. So I'd love to get the two speeches to compare and contrast to see how much or if his messaging really changes tonight. Yeah, I think the first one was more about unity. I think he'll still mention that, but he's going to move over to the Humdinger speech. So, yeah, and then watching, we were talking about this in the studio this morning before we went on the air, watching Donald Trump's face as all the speakers were on stage. He just seems a bit more, I don't know, grounded, more real, seems to be more, you know, emotional about obviously what he went through with the assassination attempt. And I think he's, you know, expressing and he may not even realize it. What a changed person and he is at this point. And maybe we'll see that tonight. Can I give you my strange theory on that? Please do. I think it's the chair. It's funny you mentioned that because to me, I told Judy, I said, look at that. It's like the seat is too deep. He's got to scoot forward and then stand up. You know, those weird couches you set in and you know, you go to furniture shop and you sit down. It's like, whoa, where's the back? I need like three pillows to keep me up on this. No, right, because he's a tall guy, I'm even taller. And yeah, I know, so I know that struggle he has of trying to get out from a chair when your knees are up higher than they should be. So I, and I think that the chair makes him look smaller because he's in that more awkward position because normally you see him even if he's at the desk at the White House or even in the cabinet room, he's sitting straight up tall erect. He always has that good posture as he sits there, but that chair is making him look small. Yeah. It's opposite of Will Ferrell in the movie Elf, you know, which was. Well, there you. Yes. There you go. All right. Well, Roy, thank you for the input. I appreciate this. Hello. It is Ryan and we could all use an extra bright spot in our day, couldn't we? Just to make up for things like sitting in traffic, doing the dishes, counting your steps, you know, all the mundane stuff. That is why I'm such a big fan of Chumba Casino.
