Eben Brown joins us now, our Fox correspondent in Miami, as the Jeffrey Epstein, I guess they're calling them, you know, secret documents that have been held for so long. They've finally been released. Welcome in, Eben. Thanks for being here. Good morning. So I guess governor to Santa signed this bill that, hey, by July 1, I want all these documents released out there. So what was in here? I mean, is it just more, I guess, confirmation of what we all knew and assume? Mostly. Yes. These are grand jury testimony transcripts and things like that. These things are normally kept under wraps anyway. I and what many people may not know about the Jeffrey Epstein investigations over the years is that the there was one conducted by state prosecutors in Palm Beach County, Florida back in 2006, this eventually was taken over by the federal system and resulted in a sweetheart plea deal for Jeffrey Epstein back then he had a on paper. It was a prison sentence, but he was essentially given work release every day, but most of the time it is big, palatial estate in Palm Beach going right back to the to many of these same activities. But what we've learned from these these transcripts is that he was not just simply procuring girls, he was making them engage in some very horrible things. And if anyone really wants to read it, it's easy to find online. We don't need to get into the specifics here. But I think the most perhaps one of the most frightening things is that the prosecutors in the grand jury sessions were treating these test of these testifying girls. Yes. They were the criminals. By saying, hey, by taking money to do this, you know, you were committing a crime, right? These were 14. We're 14 year old girls teenage girls. Yeah, this exactly. So what what this ultimately illustrates here is that there is something that, you know, people have alleged for a long time and it's become a matter of political talk is that there's a two tier justice system that if you are rich, that if you are politically connected, you can avoid either avoid being prosecuted or avoid, you know, a harsh prison sentence for whatever you'll end up agreeing to. And, you know, a regular person, if you will, whatever that means, wouldn't get treatment like this, nor should they if they were procuring underage girls for sex trafficking. But the point is, is that someone like Jeffrey Epstein, who had a lot of money and a lot of political connections and maybe have had dirt on other people that he was able to skate and continued skating for many years until eventually after humongous outcry, the federal system took him back into custody. And then he died in his jail cell. Some people are not convinced of the official account of his suicide. We have the whole other matter we don't need to talk about. But yeah, right. Yeah, that opens the can of worms. But the point is, is that this is just another incident in which this two tiered justice system is illustrated. You know, you know, you know, we just had the Hunter Biden issue, we knew he was about to get a sweetheart plea deal until that judge said ain't no way. And it resulted in an actual trial and conviction. Well, but with the two are connected, but here we are. Yeah, with the Jeffrey Epstein case, the prosecutor really was almost like a defense attorney for Jeffrey Epstein and coming after the girls instead of, you know, Jeffrey Epstein. I mean, when you question 14 year old girl and say, well, listen, you know, you took money for, you know, what happened here, you know, that you know, that's against the law, right? Well, wait a minute, whose team are you on here? You know, I'm a 14 year old girl. I got to tell you, I think I'd probably take my chance with a jury if somebody came after my granddaughters, you know, in this, in this way. I mean, it's just, let me ask you this. In this release of these documents, was there a release of the list of clients and big, you know, highfalutin political people and business people and the money people that were the customers of Jeffrey Epstein? Not that is that has really made that is standing out here. You know, there's more talk again, again, about Britain's Prince Andrew and his connections with this and whether or not he, or, you know, he was, there's accusations that women were procured for him under age girls, I mean, and so that kind of leads more to that. Ultimately, I don't know what this really does, other than to provide another victim with more ammunition for some kind of lawsuit against whom we don't know against the Jeffrey Epstein against the Palm Beach County prosecutors against the federal Department of Justice, you know, to say, look, I was the victim here, you didn't protect me, and in fact, you protected my victimizer, and there's now more proof of this. So, you know, I think that's ultimately what that, you know, what this aids in, but this was, you know, this was made public mostly because the Palm Beach Post newspaper sued to get it, the state legislature here in Florida passed a law to allow its release governor on the sand that signed it earlier this year, and July one was the date. So, so here it is. Well, I got to tell you, the point of the matter is I agree they should have released these documents, you know, just for the fact that there's so many different victims involved in it. And as you mentioned, maybe empowering them to come forward as well, but somebody's got that list of clients and customers of Epstein with these high-powered people that visited the island for that very purpose. And I'm not sure we'll ever see that, but somebody's got it out there, and that's for sure. All right, Evan, thank you, buddy. I appreciate you.
