Bro, Neil joins us in our correspondent following what happened over the weekend with Biden and everybody scrambling, and everybody having an opinion on this, and also what's going on with Supreme Court today and their rulings, and as Steve Bannon, getting ready to serve a little time. My gosh, we have a lot to cover here. Well, let's get right to it. I mean, he was just talking about this with our producer this morning, between now and November 6th, and I say November 6th, because that'll be the day after the election. This is going to be a mad next season we're in, just because of what took place at that debacle of Joe Biden's during the debate. So all kinds of people speaking pro Joe and anti Joe over the weekend. Where do you think this thing goes here? Well, we haven't really seen any prominent current Democrat, the anti Joe, you know, we have seen the podcasters and the newsletter writers and the people on X and all the talking heads, maybe on MSNBC, start to say, pull out their hair, even on CNN, say it's time to change the ticket. But we're not seeing an institutional current Democrat say, Joe, you got to go. It's not from Hakeem, Jeff Freezer, Chuck Schumer or Bill Clinton or Barack Obama. It's just sort of the talking head class and the op ed page of the New York Times. Well, that's good, because if they run Joe, I mean, this is a pretty clear path for Donald Trump to be the president and win all the swing states. And then some, I mean, the polling numbers are horrendous for Joe Biden. And if they bring him and all the way to November 5th, I think it's a shoe in. Now with that said, you know, if they decide to pull the plug and walk Michelle and Barack out there at the convention and go, we're back or anybody else Gavin Newsom or likes of others, like, no, I don't know, they got a ton of people lined up. I think, Kamala, that new Hillary Clinton, Gretchen Whitmer. RFK Jr. coming back. I mean, where do you think this will go if, in fact, they decide now, first of all, your thoughts on whether or not they actually go through with pulling him? Well, he can't get pulled. He's got to do it himself, right? So that's the first thing. And that's why they had that little family meeting over the weekend at Camp David, because essentially you can't unring the bell. Joe Biden is going to be the Democratic nominee. The question is, does he say, I will not accept the nomination? He'd have to do that. And hopefully he could then say, I don't accept the nomination, and I hope you will vote for insert name here. And then that will hopefully, for Democrats, keep from total chaos from erupting at the convention in August. Well, I think chaos is more likely than smooth sailing for Joe on this, but we'll keep an eye for sure. This is going to be so interesting. All right, Supreme Court today getting ready to make some big announcements expectations this morning. >> Right, this is going to be the decision on presidential immunity. So this is a biggie. The former president argues that presidents have to have immunity while in office. Some of the justices though, during those oral arguments in April sounded a little bit skeptical. You have to put guardrails on this at some point, right? You can't say, you can't kill your political rival and say, well, I was acting as president and can't be prosecuted. So what are the guardrails? How are they established? Will the Supreme Court set them? Will they ask a lower court to reconsider it? Lots of different options are available for the justices when they release the opinion about three hours from now. >> All right. Also, and finally, Steve Bannon went on Donald Trump's big supporters, going to jail for about four months, I guess, because he didn't want to get involved in the January 6 craziness that was going on. I'm not showing up, so they held him in contempt, so here we go. >> Right, a jury found him guilty on two counts of contempt of Congress for failing to testify and failing to turn over some of the documentation. So he does have to report to that federal prison in Connecticut by today for that four month sentence. Peter Navarro, that other Trump aid has been convicted of contempt of Congress as well. He's currently serving time in a Miami area, federal prison. >> Well, four months will go quicker than you know what. And then he'll be back out, so Steve Bannon, huge supporter, still president Trump. Hi, Roy. Thank you, buddy. >> Ladies, Ryan Seacrest here. Everybody needs some variety in life.
