We'll talk a little bit more about this debate last night. But first time, if you missed it, I wanted to give you a little montage of what happened last night. And this really kind of nails it in a nutshell. I got taken a look at what I was left when I became president and what Mr. Trump left me. We had an economy that was in free fall. I gave him an unbelievable situation. Look, if, no, we finally beat Medicare. Thank you, President Biden. I support a Roe v. Wade, which had three surmesters. But we are not for late-term abortion period, period, period. The idea that I have to apologize to you for anything along the line. We've done more for veterans than any president who has an American history. Our veterans and our soldiers can't stand this guy. They can't stand him. There's more border patrol and more asylum officers. President Trump? I really don't know what he said at the end of that sentence. I don't think he knows what he said either. Wow. Paul, did you watch last night the entire thing? Beginning to end. And let's start off with the caveat. There are no coincidence in politics. So after the debate, when you see the CNNs and MSNBCs go after him, when you see even Kamala Harris, the vice president, say, yeah, he was off to a slow start. When you see that this debate was the earliest ever before a convention, whether you believe in conspiracy theories or not, it does make you question, was this done on purpose? I'm with you. So that they could replace him. I mean, it's a legitimate question to ask. When you see so many on the left, say, yeah, not a great performance, should there be a question about replacing him on the ticket? Look, I mean, that's just a legitimate question that is now on the table. We should be talking about the substance. We should talk about the price of groceries and the disaster at the border and crime and all that. But instead we're talking about, will there be a 1968 LBJ moment where he says, I choose not to run? No, I think you're right. I don't think it's a conspiracy theory anymore. I do think that Barack Obama and his team are the puppeteers behind this presidency. I think they've been there the whole time. I think that the nation and the democratic side of thing realize that if we get Barack, I mean, Joe Biden in the White House, that's a package deal. Obama's going to be a part of it in some fashion. He claims he's not and he's just on the sideline and they meet every once in a while in general policies. But the last time we saw Barack Obama, he was grabbing him by the elbow, walking off the stage. I think it was at one of the G7s or one of the times when Joe was out there and he didn't know where he was or how to get off in Barack's head. All right, let's go, come on. I agree with you. I think that they're setting this up. They showed the Democratic voters exactly what it's all about with him and now to gain their support for making a change. Question is, do they change now at the convention? Do they not change? 'Cause Joe Biden's so far said, I ain't going anywhere. - Well, yeah, despite again, and I watched CNN on purpose and I was waiting for a full-throated defense and instead they were all ready to, they were like, we're getting calls from around the country. It was just shock. That's not what I was expecting from the CNN commentators. At this point, he himself would have to step aside and say, I'm not going to be the nominee because-- - We basically picked all the delegates. - Yeah, all the delegates are there. They're Joe Biden delegates. So he himself would have to say, again, like President Johnson, I choose not to serve. And then at the convention, the Democratic party would have to pick a new nominee. But the problem is you've got vice-president Kamala Harris who's going to say, well, look, I'm right here ready. So they're really in a pickle right there 'cause they've got to make a decision to move forward to November with President Biden. But again, the fact that we had to debate this early, I mean, who's paying attention to debate in June? - Well, I think that was to rally the troops for the move they're going to make next which is to replace him and get going before its convention time. Here's another question for you. Does he do another debate, the one in September? - Well, they've committed to it. So what's going to be the excuse for not doing it? It's going to look terrible if he doesn't do it now. It's going like, yeah, you don't want to do it because of the first one 'cause they have committed to doing two debates, both candidates. So you don't do it now. It's like, what's the excuse? Because you had a cold, that's not a good enough excuse. If we're a war, you may still have a cold. You still have to serve as a commander in chief. - Maybe that is part of the Obama plan. All right, well, he says he wants to do it. I guess we'll let him do it to double dose the disgust that he brings. - Most debates are within, in September and October to have one this early, it just raises the reflex. - Well, it's certainly the avalanche of response from the left was a little surprising that everybody, whether you're in politics in the Democratic party, whether you're appointed on the Democratic news station or you're Democrat, from the past as far as administration and being into the politics goes, it was an avalanche of this is ridiculous. We're in panic mode, this can't go on. This is terrible, we gotta make a move. I mean, that's all you heard from one post to another on social media. You weren't really talking about the debate, the substantive issues. You weren't talking about the moderate, which was good, you weren't talking about the moderators or the format or the substance it was all about. Joe Biden's ability to serve. - Yeah, all right, well, thanks for coming in. I appreciate you, Paul. - I'm Victoria Cash and I want to invite you to a place called Lucky Land.
